**What do you like best about chatarmin.com?**

All in all: Johannes & Armin do a great job, are highly motivated and ChatArmin is a reliable, competent and innovative partner that I can definitely recommend.
 
We chose ChatArmin for the implementation of WhatsApp because of the good price-performance ratio and have now been working successfully with ChatArmin for six months. Johannes and Armin are available around the clock, which is a big plus for us. The willingness to always work together to find a suitable solution for our specific use cases makes the collaboration very pleasant and productive. The tool is very intuitive and easy to use. Anyone who has experience with campaign management tools should have no problems using it. The implementation of the previously non-existent native Emarsys integration at ChatArmin went quickly and smoothly. 
During the initial phase, we received very intensive support, which enabled us to quickly create a solid foundation for our collaboration. We now have weekly meetings in which feedback is shared efficiently, but also always in a friendly exchange, timelines are discussed and regular updates on new features at ChatArmin can be presented and tested on request. 
I look forward to continuing our collaboration and am excited to see where our journey together will take us.

Occasionally, minor bugs occur due to meta changes or errors in new features. However, this is minor because new features and minor bugs are fixed super fast - especially compared to the usually rather long waiting times for service requests from other tool providers.

1) Mindset of everyone in the company, especially the founders Armin and Johannes, who really give everything to fix their clients' issues and are working hard to fulfil the needs of the clients

2) Surprisingly good tech solution, equally good to much bigger and more expensive solutions

3) Very quick & easy integration. Took us only 2-3 weeks to set it up

Combination with other CRM channels not super ideal, ideally it would be easy to feed the conversations into a tool where a service agent could work on new whtasapp chats, incoming emails, incoming onsite chats etc.

**What do you like best about chatarmin.com?**

We initially had our eye on another provider and actually only found out about ChatArmin by chance. After the first conversations, it quickly became clear that ChatArmin had a lot to offer us and they did not disappoint. We were particularly impressed by the outstanding support and the quick response time to all of our inquiries and tickets. I also really appreciate the transparent communication, which I only know from very few service providers. What was particularly important to us was a good solution for our franchisees and an integration with Emarsys. They provided us with both within a very short time. The tool is easy to use, the flow builder works perfectly and the audience is easy to keep an eye on.

There are still a few areas of the tool itself that can be expanded, such as analytics. We also had a few small bugs, but Armin and the team immediately investigated the cause and were able to solve the problem promptly. Overall, however, it is negligible considering that the tool has not been around for that long and is already very mature for this phase.

With Chatarmin we have the opportunity to contact our customers via WhatsApp and use this for contacts that we cannot reach in any other way. WhatsApp also enables different communication than we are used to with email, print or push and focuses on 1:1 interaction. This opens up completely new opportunities for us to interact and exchange ideas with our customers. Through ChatArmin we are closer to our customers and can respond to customer inquiries faster and more efficiently, creating WOW moments and increasing satisfaction. All in all a very good tool with a great team behind it at a very good price.

We are developing an online chat game on WhatsApp using Chatarmin and it is super functional. You can very easily build flows that include nonlinear storytelling. One last thing is the transparency about costs and that you can see yourself easily the META costs.

Absolutely amazing tool for whatsapp marketing. We got a very detailed and quick onboarding and could start right away. The Dashboard is easy to understand and the flow logic is very nicely designed even for more complex flows. We built our communtiy on whatsapp quickly and gained traction in 2 months. The support team is always there for us via slack!

There are barely downsides. Sometimes there are minor bugs that get fixed quickly!

We want to build an online community that is close to our team and benefits from pre-sale coupons and behind-the-scenes material. Besides that we want a very low-barrier sign-up for a newsletter, that is quicker than a regular Email-Signup. Both works for us!

Integration with Klaviyo is a game-changer. It allows us to access information and segments from Klaviyo and use this information to build well-targeted WhatsApp campaigns. Additionally, we can enrich Klaviyo user profiles with WhatsApp campaign events and data. 

Another standout feature of Chatarmin for us is undoubtedly their fast-paced approach to product development and the quality of support provided. We're working very independently on WhatsApp marketing, and proactively sharing new ideas with the Chatarmin team. The team behind Chatarmin is remarkably responsive, treating every inquiry with seriousness and dedication that truly sets them apart from other tools. It feels like they're on our team, always ready to jump in and help out or add new features. If a desired feature isn't available, the team takes our requests seriously, working diligently to implement them.

The platform itself is user-friendly and is constantly developing further. We're very satisfied with the tool and would recommend it to anyone looking for a WhatsApp marketing solution.

If we were to nitpick, sometimes more recent features are in their early stages and can show occasional bugs.

Exceptionally well-supported and swift setup through 1-2 onboarding sessions. This includes the somewhat complex setup of your WhatsApp Business Account as well as the creation of initial flows and campaigns. Rarely have we experienced such an effective and customer-focused onboarding. Additionally, chatarmin facilitates the simple construction of flows and automations. For instance, automated onboarding journeys can be set up in a matter of minutes. All these functionalities are offered at a very attractive cost-performance ratio!

So far, I have not noticed any disadvantages or weaknesses. However, it is always sensible to consider the exact use-cases for WhatsApp marketing beforehand and then select the appropriate provider.

**What do you like best about chatarmin.com?**

I was looking for a tool that is compatible with our existing setup in Klaviyo. Goal: to represent WhatsApp marketing cost-effectively and complement our email marketing.

In doing so, I looked at several tools (Sinch, Charles, and Chatarmin) and ultimately decided on Chatarmin.

Since we didn't yet know how well WhatsApp marketing would work for our target group, it was important to me that the contract could be canceled monthly and was as cost-efficient as possible without sacrificing important features.

Integration with Klaviyo must be provided, as WhatsApp can quickly become very expensive. It was important to me to segment which contacts we can really only reach via WhatsApp. We continue to reach the other contacts via email.

The interface of Chatarmin is also easy to understand.

And after about 2.5 months, I am very impressed. We have cracked the first €50,000 in sales via WhatsApp.

Particularly praiseworthy is the support from Armin and Johannes, who always respond quickly and are ready to help. So far, we have been able to solve every problem satisfactorily.

I can absolutely recommend Chatarmin and look forward to further expanding WhatsApp in the coming months!

Once at the beginning, the server was briefly down and messages were sent multiple times. The interface sometimes had 1-2 bugs for me, but it quickly worked again.

We've done a lot of demo's with WhatsApp marketing softwares, but Johannes really surprised me with the possibilities of Chatarmin. Johannes set up a call the same day as I found out about Chatarmin. Once onboarded they set up our flows together with us within a day and even integrated Zendesk for us, which we wanted to switch to for a long time. We can now do support and also marketing on the same phone number!

I can highly recommended for anyone looking to enhance their e-commerce game. There are endless possibilities with the software and can connect even to our current flows in Klaviyo, which results in more personal campaigns. You can also exclude people with segments made in Chatarmin or Shopify, Klaviyo, Omnisend etc. If something is not working right, just send them a message and they will fix it for you fast, or get on a quick call to guide you.

Overall, The team at Chatarmin.com deserves a solid 10/10 for their service and software!

There were some limitations, but they are not from Chatarmin's side. Meta/Facebook API is sometimes just a headache, but Chatarmin is doing good work with making workarounds to make the API more user friendly.

chatarmin is super easy to use and especially covers relevant use cases for ecommerce companies. Additionally, the Klaviyo integration is truly indispensable for targeting customers specifically and avoiding duplicate contacts.

The support from chatarmin is also top-notch. If you need help, you get it super quickly on the same day, and small change requests are also implemented very quickly. Communication directly via Slack is a huge advantage.

The implementation was also super easy and we were excellently supported.
