We'd been struggling as an org with a robust opt-in email list, but lacked details about our audience composition, which of course severely constrains personalization and segmentation. AtData, which now works in sync with our incumbent vendor FreshAddress, proposed a valuable yet economicaly-reasonable solution to some of these formidable challenges with various custom-tailored 2nd-person data solutions. Like everyone else, they lack a "magic bullet" to resolve the recent iOS-specific changes inflicted on the email channel by Apple. Cannot say it is fair to place blame here though. Nobody seems to have found a viable workaround so far. I am confident that the preponderance of data points we can obtain through AtData services will mitigate the enormous blind spot introduced by auto-opens. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
