What do you dislike about Crono?

I haven’t been using Crono for long, but I was immediately impressed by the intuitive and clean interface. The graphic design makes it easy to navigate, and I appreciate the level of customization available to tailor the experience to our needs. The platform is extremely user friendly, it integrates smoothly with all my other tools like Sales Nav and CRMs, everything is tracked and updated in a click, you have a dedicated account manager for anything you need and dedicated tutorial meetings to discover all the features you need and ask for support. UX is honestly designed for BDRs and it gives all the easiness to reach your targets.

What do you like best about Crono?

For my use, I like its intuitiveness, speed of use, and high level of automation. I find the ease with which I can search and find contacts useful, as well as the simplicity in creating strategies. What do you dislike about Crono?

What I don't like about Crono is that it can conflict with the CRM, creating some difficulties in data synchronization. Additionally, it is not possible to track which links are clicked by email recipients, which limits the ability to adapt strategies based on user behavior.
