Ingram is fantastic and there really isn't anything to complain about. Their pricing is the best and their selection is unmatched. **Recommendations to others considering Ingram Micro:** Ingram should be everyone's one-stop-shop for all of their IT needs. **What problems is Ingram Micro solving and how is that benefiting you?** Ingram Micro is the largest IT supplier in the world. If you need IT equipment or services, Ingram has it. ### 2. Hardware, Cloud and Professional Services All from a Single Source **Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Daniel B. | Sales & Communication Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.) **Reviewed Date:** January 24, 2023 **What do you like best about Ingram Micro?** Two things I like most about Ingram Micro is how clear and easy to use their procurement system is (especially compared with other vendors), and their team of product owners and specialists who will assist product knowledge, deals, licensing, design and architecture. **What do you dislike about Ingram Micro?** The downside to this is when key staff move on. They run a wide team, but not a deep team and it can sometimes be challenging when there are holes in the lineup at the wrong times. Also, because product managers have their own quotas and KPIs, they can sometimes get a bit pushy about pointless meetings. "Hey, I'm going to be in town next week and I'd love to come out to your office..." That's fine, but for what? We are all busy, so if a vendor wants to come get in front of us, that's cool, but there has to be a relevant purpose to the visit. The agenda, no attenda... **Recommendations to others considering Ingram Micro:** In the New Zealand market at least, Ingram Micro is far and away the leader in technology logistics and procurement. Their platform is the best and they invest resources into professional services and support for their resellers. **What problems is Ingram Micro solving and how is that benefiting you?** Ingram Micro gives us a platform to quickly source client hardware which integrates with our quoting tool. It also gives us a hub to procure and manage cloud services, especially 365 and Azure. More than that though, it helps us fill in any knowledge gaps with a team of specialists in all areas, who are always accessible and helpful. ### 4. Keeps all clients under one umbrella for licensing purchasing, this makes it easy to add and amend when needed. ### 5. I can request orders and quotes from an email which is convenient for me. Great customer service and support. **What do you dislike about Ingram Micro?** I have no complains about Ingram Micro, they are very helpful and answer my questions efficiently. **What problems is Ingram Micro solving and how is that benefiting you?** I like that we can pay our invoices online and I am able to view our invoices and make changes if needed. They are not our only supplier, but the one that we look to the most frequent. **What do you like best about Ingram Micro?** Ingram's sales support does a great job with getting back with me. They do have way to many teams, that all have different emails based on what solution or product your seeking, but their response time is quite good. They traditionally keep a great stock of products as well and shipping turn around seems to be pretty quick when there is stock available. Customer support on invoicing issues was nice and friendly and quick to get a resolution. I would recommend them as a distributor. **What do you dislike about Ingram Micro?** "I've been dealing with them for almost 2 years, they can process an order correctly. You place it online, pay it online, they take the money, they have the stock, they ship it. one issue that I have had with the functionality of ordering is the $1,000 dollar minimum for free shipping. I feel as though in today's society that should be lowered. This minimum spend may change based on partner tier, so I can speak to that, but I do believe that threshold needs to be lowered. **Recommendations to others considering Ingram Micro:** Its a great product if you don't mind them taking a bit longer. ### 7. This ensures that our clients are protected with an antivirus and anti spam program on their units. **What do you like best about Ingram Micro?** Accurate and timely billing is usually the protocol with them. **What do you dislike about Ingram Micro?** If and when there is a billing discrepancy, it takes a very long time to have it corrected and or credited back to us. **What problems is Ingram Micro solving and how is that benefiting you?** BY using them for Reflexion, we are keeping ourselves and our clients safe from harmful spyware, viruses, etc. ### 8.
