The least helpful feature of HCL Commerce is that timeouts between the servers which seems to be a major drawback, The downsides include troubtleshooting errors, issues related to Duplicate certificate labels, difficulty in ease of implementation, integration of various tools which sometimes takes more time and lack of up to date documentation.
