The thing that I dislike about it is one is its smaller ecosystem compared to the other apps of the same domain as it has fewer plugins and a limited number of ready made themes and a small community and another thing is it is not built for small businesses which means if someone has fewer products and is only limited to a single country then it would be too expensive to use Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. When there's a large traffic of people at the same time during either sales or festive days, HCL commerce is better in these days compared to the others as it easily handles huge traffic which can process thousands of orders per minute so it's not possible to lose sales during high demands and another thing is that if you have a lot of products to manage which becomes messier, here hcl commerce helps as it can easily manage big catalogs and can manage many users at once Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. I've had experience with HCL Commerce cloud products, and I find the navigation between features incredibly helpful for someone like me who's technically inclined. Moreover, the dragging and dynamic layout functionalities are currently in high demand within the tech industry, and I've found that HCL Commerce products excel in this aspect. What makes HCL commerce standout is that they still support any cloud which means you can run it yourself or you could use a partner or indeed you can go for a SAAS based solution. The least helpful feature of HCL Commerce is that timeouts between the servers which seems to be a major drawback, The downsides include troubtleshooting errors, issues related to Duplicate certificate labels, difficulty in ease of implementation, integration of various tools which sometimes takes more time and lack of up to date documentation.
