There was no understanding of the requirments that our business had. They developed a solution that made sence for them and we had to re-develop it to fit our business (for example: the initial design was not able to split up a contract in y1 and y2) The development team was junior and seemed like there was only one person that understood our needs. If he was not on the call - we could not make any progress. The system is cluncky. Anything that we are not able to handle we get excellent support with and they may have a permanent solution for us. **What problems is CloudSense solving and how is that benefiting you?** I'm self-employed but do quite a bit of contract work. This helps me keep my pipeline filled with potential clients as well as to keep track of orders. It helps me with my pre-sales work. ### 38.
