The one main area that has always been a struggle over the many years of our relationship is the support when things go wrong which ultimatley is inevitable. Without specific key individuals involved, the response & resolution times are far behind any modern businesses' SLA's and as such it makes it tricky to support your own Partners & Customers in a timely manner. By the time this review is published, it's likely even more problems will have been solved by leveraging the CloudBlue Commerce platform. In our business it is known as 'CORE' for a reason; I would estimate that CloudBlue Commerce has saved years (maybe even decades) of manual effort from it's automation capabailities which are only continuing to grow. Integration between the two platforms, while impressive, needs to reduce the time to market for providers that rely heavily on automation.
