## About BugHerd
BugHerd makes it easy for clients to leave website feedback. They simply point, click and comment - BugHerd grabs a screenshot, saves technical details and creates a task for your team to track. BugHerd website feedback & bug reporting tool is ideal for teams that build websites, including: - Agencies - Web Developers - Web Designers - Project Managers - QA/UA Testers - Marketing Professionals - Content Creators One of the key differences between BugHerd and other platforms is that users pin their comments directly on live webpages. This makes it easy to show exactly where feedback or issues are. All feedback automatically comes with a screenshot and technical details such as browser, URL, operating system, etc; and each comment is transformed into a trackable task on an inbuilt Kanban board, enabling teams to prioritize and resolve issues efficiently. BugHerd also has deep two-way integrations with all project management tools such as ClickUp, monday.com, Asana, Trello, Jira, and more; as well as supporting integrations with collaboration tools like Slack & Microsoft Teams, and developer tools like GitHub. BugHerd also has a fully featured API and Webhook support enabling custom integrations with any application. This allows teams to manage their workflow without disruption, ensuring that feedback is incorporated into existing processes. ## BugHerd Reviews
 ### 1. Crucial to our QA process

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Brandon S. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 20, 2023

**What do you like best about BugHerd?**

Ability to log, track, assign, validate bugs with precision anywhere on a site.

**What do you dislike about BugHerd?**

Not able to direct which project a bug goes to when adding it.

**What problems is BugHerd solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Easily communicate QA between teams

**Official Response from Merrin Hughes:**

> Hi Brandon,

Thanks for the great review - love hearing how helpful we are with the QA process.

Thanks too for the bit about wanting to be able to change projects for a bug when logging it. Will definitely share that with the team.

Cheers,
Merrin

 ### 2. Overall really pumped up our productivity.

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sherif N. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 14, 2023

**What do you like best about BugHerd?**

The screenshot capability in the browser plugin makes it super easy to register and track bugs.

**What do you dislike about BugHerd?**

2 main issues,

1. The screenshot capability does not work when a modal/dialog etc are open (Prob a backdrop issue), this would be great to solve.

2. Multiselection of tickets, that would be amazing although not urgent .. but really nice to hve .

3. This is really minor, but I cant tell you how cool it'd be if screenshots can be dragged/dropped instead of just browsing directory structure.

**What problems is BugHerd solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Tracking bugs, we had a mess of a time trying to keep track of all the bugs, and as I previously mentioned the plugin + instant screenshot capability is just a gamechanger !

**Official Response from Merrin Hughes:**

> Hi Sherif,

Thank you for reviewing BugHerd. Appreciate the time you've taken to share how BugHerd is helping track bugs.

Thanks also for sharing what would make BugHerd even better for you. To help, here's an article about how to get BugHerd working on modals : https://support.bugherd.com/hc/en-us/articles/6802225549711-Using-BugHerd-on-Modals
and keep a look out for future releases, as we're planning to add some multi-ticket actions to BugHerd.

Cheers,
Merrin

 ### 3. Overall great - a few minor nitpicks

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Internet | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 12, 2023

**What do you like best about BugHerd?**

It's a fast and easy way to log bugs on a project. The ability to record short videos and attached screenshots for context is great, and the technical data captured around the browser, resolution, etc. makes troubleshooting a breeze.

**What do you dislike about BugHerd?**

There are a few little interface things that could use some help - sometimes tabbing between fields doesn't work quite as smoothly as I'd expect, and I end up doing a bit of rage clicking to open up the dropdown I want (assignee, status, etc.). Additionally, the latest bigger update to the sidebar introduced some annoying ticks where the cursor will move around when trying to enter a bug description. Even with these flaws, the overall platform is great.

**What problems is BugHerd solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I mean, it just does what it says on the label very well. Capturing bugs quickly and easily, organizing them, prioritizing them, getting them assigned... it's anything I think we could need from this type of service.

**Official Response from Merrin Hughes:**

> Thanks for taking the time to review BugHerd. Have passed the feedback on to the team about the annoying ticks, but please feel free to message support@bugherd.com with specifics.

Cheers,
Merrin

 ### 4. It has improved the way we used to keep a track of review comments.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Pooja S. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 12, 2023

**What do you like best about BugHerd?**

Easy to tag people concerning the review comment, and be able to take a screenshot of the element reviewer is speaking about. It is great to have a link to reach to the LMS page where it was added.

**What do you dislike about BugHerd?**

It would help if the concerned person would be notified once an issue is resolved and also if the comments would appear according to the hierarchy of their importance.

**What problems is BugHerd solving and how is that benefiting you?**

1. Easy to review the LMS.
2. Easy to tag the concerned person who can fix/ implement the change required.
3. Easy to keep track of the comments and link the page to a particular issue in the LMS page.

**Official Response from Merrin Hughes:**

> Thanks for taking the time to write a 5 star review of BugHerd. So good to hear it's helping you review content for your LMS.

Thanks for the feedback about notifications for resolved issues. Notifications are sent when the task is archived, but would be great to have one when moved to "done" too.

Cheers,
Merrin

 ### 5. Easy to use and understand - an agency's dream software

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 12, 2023

**What do you like best about BugHerd?**

Collaboration with the team and the ability to have a screenshot of what is being seen on the viewer's end for the best possible diagnostic support. The ability to have the google extension is also very nice for clients to easily use the product

**What do you dislike about BugHerd?**

Sometimes things can get buried or lost if the client is not well organized or likes to post multiple requests about the same section. Perhaps to mitigate this you could have the option to group requests via subpage as well?

**What problems is BugHerd solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As a website design and reform agency Bugherd helps to not only root out any site issues during the building process but also allows for efficient design feedback too. Allowing us to better work with our design team to get the whole picture of what a client is looking for!

**Official Response from Merrin Hughes:**

> Thanks for taking the time to share your experience with BugHerd. "An agency's dream software" is bringing a smile to this product marketers face. :)

Love the suggestion for grouping requests - would tagging the items help with filtering and sorting this for the moment?

Cheers,
Merrin

 ### 6. Has made a huge impact on our agency in the 5+ years we have been using it.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tom B. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 11, 2023

**What do you like best about BugHerd?**

We have used Bugherd for every single web project we have ever built and just changes the game allowing us to triage internal, development and client feedback, saving time and money. It's great for projects big and small.

**What do you dislike about BugHerd?**

Maybe 1/20 clients either just doesn't 'get it' or just refuses to use it.

**What problems is BugHerd solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Allows us to pull feedback from multiple parties before the launch of web development projects, bug tracking after launch and forward planning post-launch for new features and updates.

**Official Response from Merrin Hughes:**

> Hi Tom,

Thanks so much for your lovely review of BugHerd. Great to hear it's so helpful for you and your clients.

Cheers,
Merrin

 ### 7. A fantastic product

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Aurelio D. | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 12, 2023

**What do you like best about BugHerd?**

It's very easy to use and to explain to internal staff as well as clients. It allows really important feedback and dialog between everyone for the best product.

**What do you dislike about BugHerd?**

I wish they included more licenses than 5 with the initial package. 10 would be more appropriate.

**What problems is BugHerd solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Making bug & change tracking easier and better to manage and understand. When I show it to people who have never used it the typical response is "where has this been all my life!"

**Official Response from Merrin Hughes:**

> Thanks for the great review, Aurelio. I had the same "where has this been" response when I first found BugHerd too.

Appreciate the time you took to share this with us.

Cheers,
Merrin

 ### 8. Easy to use

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Susan C. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 18, 2023

**What do you like best about BugHerd?**

BugHerd streamlines feedback gathering by allowing multiple people access to review and add comments. Tasks can easily be moved into the Kanban for the developer and reviewed and archived as completed. Huge efficiency for clients and developers.

**What do you dislike about BugHerd?**

Sometimes there are browser conflicts with clients but that is the only downside.

**What problems is BugHerd solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Streamlines multiple channels of feedback and saves the PM and developers time from reviewing multiple documents/screenshots of feedback. We are definitely more efficient using BugHerd.

**Official Response from Merrin Hughes:**

> Hi Susan,

Thank you for you 5 star review of BugHerd and how it helps streamline multiple channels of feedback, saving your PM and developers time.

Really appreciate your time on this.

Cheers,
Merrin

 ### 9. Best client / agency communication tool

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Andrew M. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 18, 2023

**What do you like best about BugHerd?**

we love letting our clients use it as a way of posting issues and bugs and we can triage them and assign to developers or designers on our team.

**What do you dislike about BugHerd?**

It's another tool with another login and there is some training needed but clients love it.

**What problems is BugHerd solving and how is that benefiting you?**

clients can post issues in a ticketing system and we have a lot of information on what browser they are using, screen size, etc without needing to ask them.

**Official Response from Merrin Hughes:**

> Hi Andrew,

Thanks for taking the time to write such a lovely review for BugHerd. Am so chuffed to hear your clients love it.

Drop us a line if you have any suggestions for making the "another tool, requires some training" to be as easy as possible.

Cheers,
Merrin

 ### 10. A great tool for simplifying and streamlining client feedback

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Luke E. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 21, 2023

**What do you like best about BugHerd?**

BugHerd allows clients to seamlessly provide visual feedback in an easy to manage way.

**What do you dislike about BugHerd?**

Sometimes the Chrome extension will affect other parts of the site in an unintended way.

**What problems is BugHerd solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Bugherd allows for a direct link between visual feedback from the client and our teams.

**Official Response from Merrin Hughes:**

> Thanks Luke for your lovely review of BugHerd. Please feel free to send any info about the Chrome extension affecting other parts of the site to support@bugherd.com, and we can look into this for you.

Cheers,
Merrin

 ### 11. I recommend BugHerd

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alison C. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 12, 2023

**What do you like best about BugHerd?**

BugHerd has streamlined my teams QA process and provided a hub for project issues, allowing us to collaborate on solutions.

**What do you dislike about BugHerd?**

I would like to see a faster rate of new features being added.

**What problems is BugHerd solving and how is that benefiting you?**

BugHerd has sped up our QA process, with the main benefit being the integrated screenshots meaning we can assign the team for fixes across any of our client websites.

**Official Response from Merrin Hughes:**

> Hey Alison,

Thanks for sharing your recommendation of BugHerd. Really appreciate it.

Cheers,
Merrin

 ### 12. Great bug tracking tool

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Graphic Design | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 12, 2023

**What do you like best about BugHerd?**

The most helpful feature in BugHerd is auto screenshot generation. The new screen capture feature supporting video is also very nice for tracking animated bugs.

**What do you dislike about BugHerd?**

I don't like that sometimes when I edit a bug, the editing jumps to another sentence in the bug randomly. This only started happening in the last few months, but I would love for it to be fixed. It's minor.

**What problems is BugHerd solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Bugherd is solving the ease of tracking visual and function bugs across multiple client platforms. This makes quality assurance a breeze and communication much more accessible.

**Official Response from Merrin Hughes:**

> Thanks for your lovely review of BugHerd. Really appreciate it, and the additional information about the editing jumps. Will get that sorted.

Cheers,
Merrin

 ### 13. Bugherd has helped us streamline our bug tracking workflow for all our web development projects.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Stephan L. | Head of Digital & Technology, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 28, 2022

**What do you like best about BugHerd?**

It is easy to integrate with a domain match when adding new projects. Once it is added, it adds a little bubble to the website and it is super easy to add new bugs.

**What do you dislike about BugHerd?**

There isn't really anything that I dislike about it.

**What problems is BugHerd solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before we used BugHerd it was a tedious process of collating all bugs on a new build and assigning them to the developers. Now this process is streamlined and saves us time and money.

**Official Response from Merrin Hughes:**

> Hi Stephan,

Thank you for your very kind review of BugHerd. Love hearing that it saves teams time and money.

Cheers,
Merrin

 ### 14. A Diamond In The Rough

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sam W. | Frontend Developer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 02, 2022

**What do you like best about BugHerd?**

Bugherd is a brilliant website for developers and project managers to keep on top of their projects. I particularly like the web extensions and web scripts to allow me and others to upload screenshots of the affected HTML elements.

**What do you dislike about BugHerd?**

I sometimes feel like my tasks can become cluttered easily, and that I could benefit from grouping tasks into a parent task. ie: one super task, with multiple sub-tasks.

**Recommendations to others considering BugHerd:**

Having tried BugHerd competitors, I have found BugHerd easier to use, for creating, updating, and archiving tasks, BugHerd wins out every time. One of my favourite features is the script that you put on your website to track your personal tasks while visiting the website, giving you little markers over HTML elements that are affected by tasks you have been assigned to.

**What problems is BugHerd solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The main problem we had with competing task management software is pin pointing where the problem is, which BugHerd solves with the capture of specific HTML elements and on-the-fly video recording. This has greatly sped up our development process because we the developers no longer have to delve into the problem (at least, not the simple problems), because of the screenshot and ease of access to creating a new task.

**Official Response from Merrin Hughes:**

> Hey Sam,

Thanks for your lovely review of BugHerd and glad to hear it's helping speed up the development process.

I've shared your idea for super tasks and sub-tasks with the dev team here, so thanks for that too.

Cheers,
Merrin

 ### 15. Bugherd is the best

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Financial Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 17, 2023

**What do you like best about BugHerd?**

Bugherd is a quick, easy way to mark required changes, noticed typos and other feedback on live websites. The mark-ups go straight to our developer, who is alerted immediately. Changes can be made quickly and you get a notification when they are. Bugherd was invaluable when we released a complete rebrand of our website and has continued to be a great tool for everyday tweaks.

**What do you dislike about BugHerd?**

I personally do not see any downside to Bugherd.

**What problems is BugHerd solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Eliminates off-line emails or tickets in review systems, especially for nonmaterial changes.

**Official Response from Merrin Hughes:**

> Thank you for your "BugHerd is the best" review. Love hearing how much it helped during a completed rebrand and continues to help with minor tweaks.

Cheers,
Merrin

 ### 16. Great software for capturing bugs & communicating with your team

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 21, 2022

**What do you like best about BugHerd?**

It's beneficial for communicating and tracking all of bugs that your team has captured.
It makes our QA process much more efficient than capturing bugs in email flows, and allows the whole team, plus the client to work collaboratively.

**What do you dislike about BugHerd?**

Sometimes, Bugherd doesn't work when we're trying to review a site in mobile view on inspector which prevents us from fully reviewing the site.

**What problems is BugHerd solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It makes our QA process much more streamlined and efficient, as the whole team can track everything rather than issues getting lost in emails.

**Official Response from Merrin Hughes:**

> Hi Olivia,

Thanks for taking the time to write a review of BugHerd. Really appreciate hearing how it makes your QA process more efficient.

Thanks too for the feedback around reviewing sites in mobile view in inspector. Have shared that with the team.

Cheers,
Merrin

 ### 17. Simplest tool for anyone to plug in

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Benjamin A. | Project Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 29, 2022

**What do you like best about BugHerd?**

How seamless it is for anyone to use!!!!

**What do you dislike about BugHerd?**

Slightly buggy, gets in the way sometimes

**What problems is BugHerd solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Solving any on-site issues that clients may have and it's a great tool to communicate those issues across the wider team, a lot less back and forth.

**Official Response from Merrin Hughes:**

> Thanks Benjamin for that lovely review of BugHerd. We really appreciate you taking the time to write it.

Do drop us a line (support@bugherd.com) if BugHerd is being buggy and we'll look into it for you.

Cheers,
Merrin

 ### 18. My go-to tool for tracking bugs, edits, and getting a site through launch

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Michelle T. | Owner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 18, 2022

**What do you like best about BugHerd?**

Hands down, my favorite feature is the ability to track bugs via a Chrome extension. It takes next to no explanation to get clients logging bugs. It saves me tons of hassle and, quite frankly, BugHerd makes the process fun. Yeah, I said it. It's actually really fun to log bugs with BugHerd.

**What do you dislike about BugHerd?**

My only hesitation is in the pricing plans. I don't need it all the time, just for projects that only last about three months at a time. So for my use case I'd prefer a per-project one-time expense rather than a subscription since I have to scale up and scale back the subscription frequently depending on the clients.

**What problems is BugHerd solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before BugHerd we legit tracked bugs in the weirdest ways. One client wanted printouts of every page and used post-it notes to mark up edits. Other clients wanted it somehow copied to a Word document so they could use Word's change-tracking tool. The massive benefit is that BugHerd has the user-friendly features so non web-devs can log bugs and changes without training, and it also has the workflows on the back end to make it simple to knock out the changes and keep the project moving forward.

**Official Response from Merrin Hughes:**

> Hi Michelle,

Really appreciate you taking the time to leave us a stellar review. We definitely think logging bugs with BugHerd is fun here too. :)

Thanks also for sharing your feedback on the pricing plan too - I'll definitely pass that along!

Cheers,
Merrin

 ### 19. Best way to collaborate clearly on design

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** John S. | Account Director, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 29, 2022

**What do you like best about BugHerd?**

Its the most intuitive desktop app for updating websites in staging and beta stages. It's clear for designer/ account manager/ client on who needs to do what.

**What do you dislike about BugHerd?**

hardly anything if anything at all. Hard to fault

**Recommendations to others considering BugHerd:**

Do it

**What problems is BugHerd solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Updating websites in formative stages pre launch & will probably also use post launch

**Official Response from Merrin Hughes:**

> Hey John,

Love hearing that BugHerd is the best way to collaborate clearly on design. Thanks for taking the time to share that with us - we really appreciate it.

Cheers,
Merrin

 ### 20. Great software, so useful for QA Testing

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Joe M. | Senior Project Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 28, 2022

**What do you like best about BugHerd?**

The simplicity and ease of bug reporting

**What do you dislike about BugHerd?**

The JIRA integration not linking to epics

**Recommendations to others considering BugHerd:**

The best tool for bug reporting on a live link by far - gamechanger

**What problems is BugHerd solving and how is that benefiting you?**

No more screenshots on tasks. All the details in the ticket instantly

**Official Response from Merrin Hughes:**

> Thanks for taking the time to review BugHerd, Joe. Really happy it's helping so much with QA testing and love that it's a gamechanger for you!

We're currently working on a direct JIRA integration, and if you're happy to talk to us, may reach out regarding your desire to link to epics.

Thanks again for the lovely review,
Merrin

 ### 21. Bugherd review by Andrew Barajas

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Andrew Nicolás B. | Co Host, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 14, 2021

 ### 22. Streamlined Website Feedback

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Catelin D. | Account Executive, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 28, 2022

**What do you like best about BugHerd?**

Bugherd is SLICK and allows for a streamlined website feedback process.

**What do you dislike about BugHerd?**

It would be helpful to toggle the feedback board on and off for guest viewers.

**What problems is BugHerd solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use Bugherd to gather feedback from website build clients in staging and post launch; it allows us to gather feedback and resolve bugs efficiently.

**Official Response from Merrin Hughes:**

> Hi Catelin,

Thanks for taking the time to write a review of BugHerd, and for the description "Slick". :)

Loving your suggestion for toggling the feedback board on and off for guests and have shared that with the team.

Cheers,
Merrin

 ### 23. User-friendly Bug Squashing Tool

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Andrea H. | Project Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 16, 2022

**What do you like best about BugHerd?**

I love that Bugherd provides an interface for our clients that makes logging bugs and issues super simple and user-friendly. Clients can log bugs directly from their site, taking the guesswork out of capturing details like screenshots, browser and device specs, and page information.

**What do you dislike about BugHerd?**

The only complaint I have is that there are no in-app notifications, so I end up relying on email notifications to monitor activity within the app. If there are a large number of bugs or a lot of activity on the site, this gets a little cumbersome and it becomes easy to miss things.

**What problems is BugHerd solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Bugherd helps us streamline the QA and pre-launch review process with websites. It helps ensure that we get good quality feedback and eliminates a lot of back and forth that we'd otherwise have to deal with.

**Official Response from Merrin Hughes:**

> Hi Andrea,

Thanks for taking the time to write a review of BugHerd and sharing how it helps ensure you get good quality feedback from clients.

Love your suggestion for in-app alerts too, so have passed that on to the rest of the team.

Cheers,
Merrin

 ### 24. A great tool for quality assurance and collaborative working

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Leo P. | Senior Digital Learning Technologist, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 10, 2022

**What do you like best about BugHerd?**

BugHerd is incredibly easy and intuitive to use. In the front end, it's as simple to use as adding post-it notes to a whiteboard, and in the backend, its Kanban board is just as easy and intuitive. It allows teams to collaborate on an equal footing for a project and streamlines communication.

**What do you dislike about BugHerd?**

It would be great to have the ability to run reports based on the tickets to include in the project wash-up meeting. While this data can be collated manually, it would be great to be able to generate them in the platform when achieving a project at comletion.

**What problems is BugHerd solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Teams are empowered to share and communicate feedback relating to the quality assurance process with incredible accuracy, which in turn reduces email traffic and improves productivity and the end quality of sites.

**Official Response from Merrin Hughes:**

> Hello Leo,

Thanks for the stellar review of BugHerd and how it empowers your team to share and communicate feedback.

Love your idea for a report for project wash-up meetings and have shared that with the rest of the product team.

Cheers,
Merrin

 ### 25. A great tool for collaboration

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in E-Learning | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 12, 2023

**What do you like best about BugHerd?**

Easily pinpoint items, in place, and provided detailed instructions/notes to your team. Easily add comments to communciate back and forth, track tasks by page, open/closed, etc.

**What do you dislike about BugHerd?**

I want to receive email notifications for all comments/updates to my tasks. I probably just dont know how to turn this on.

**What problems is BugHerd solving and how is that benefiting you?**

WOrking with an external firm half wasy around the world bugherd has made communication and collaboration a breeze. Eliminates back and forth and me trying to describe/screenshot what I mean etc.

**Official Response from Merrin Hughes:**

> Thanks for sharing how BugHerd is making communication and collaboration a breeze!

You should get notifications for all comments and task updates - make sure you've turned on those settings: https://support.bugherd.com/hc/en-us/articles/204171650-When-are-email-notifications-sent-

 ### 26. One of my favorite tools of all time

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Emily V. | Web Development Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 10, 2022

**What do you like best about BugHerd?**

BugHerd makes collecting feedback, both internal and from clients, SO easy. We get all the info we need in a single task and have a lot of control over the kanban board.

**What do you dislike about BugHerd?**

I wish there were more options for the level of access you give users. Right now, there are only guests, members, and admins. It would be great to have something in between guests and members. This is pretty minor, though. I love BugHerd!

**What problems is BugHerd solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As a digital agency, we need to gather client feedback on websites. BugHerd makes this so much easier. Long gone are the days of clients sending over long Word docs with confusing descriptions or random screenshots. BugHerd saves us so much time in collecting and implementing feedback. Our clients love it too!

**Official Response from Merrin Hughes:**

> Hello Emily!

Thank you so much for the lovely review - you've made our day. :) Love hearing how much BugHerd helps you and your team.

We will be reviewing guest access, so if you're happy to chat, we will be in touch for your thoughts and opinions.

Thanks again,
Merrin

 ### 27. Easy, intuitive, and necessary!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 16, 2023

**What do you like best about BugHerd?**

The interface is intuitive and easy to use. Clients/stakeholders and team members alike can collaborate together for resolution.

**What do you dislike about BugHerd?**

I can't think of one at this moment! As with any process, I'm sure there are things that could improve, but most are working well!

**What problems is BugHerd solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We used to track bugs in a spreadsheet that was used for the entire team - what a nightmare! We now use BugHerd exclusively.

**Official Response from Merrin Hughes:**

> Love hearing that BugHerd is easy, intuitive and necessary! Thanks for taking the time to write a review.

Really appreciate it.

Cheers,
Merrin

 ### 28. Very Great Tool

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** David S. | Software Developer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 19, 2023

**What do you like best about BugHerd?**

Tasks tracking and status updating and shareable links.

**What do you dislike about BugHerd?**

There's not one I can think of. The tool is great

**What problems is BugHerd solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Communication and status update on progress of tasks

**Official Response from Merrin Hughes:**

> Hey David,

Thanks for the great review of BugHerd. So good to hear it's helping communicate around the progress of tasks.

Cheers,
Merrin

 ### 29. Amazing tool and intuitive to use.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in E-Learning | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 17, 2023

**What do you like best about BugHerd?**

It automates so much of what makes quality assurance a pain. Annotated screenshots that automatically get logged to a kanban-like board make life easy.

**What do you dislike about BugHerd?**

Literally only the cost, which can be absorbed if used within a larger organization.

**What problems is BugHerd solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It automates and makes easy the logging of quality issues, streamlining a lot of the QA process. We are far more productive as a result.

**Official Response from Merrin Hughes:**

> Thank you so much for your 5 star review of BugHerd. Really appreciate it. Love hearing that you're far more productive!

Cheers,
Merrin

 ### 30. BugHerd is an excellent tool for pre-release projects

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Internet | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 16, 2022

**What do you like best about BugHerd?**

BugHerd does all of the expected things like having sortable columns of tasks with severity levels and assigning them to users. But I like most is the BugHerd Chrome extension that allows us to take screenshots and link directly to the problem. As a developer, this means that I can better solve problems because I am given more information than "There's an issue with an image on the homepage". This has become invaluable during our client testing phase, as they can give precise feedback via an easy to use interface.

**What do you dislike about BugHerd?**

One of the biggest downfalls is that our team isn't using BugHerd to it's full potential, such as using due dates or finding a meaningful way to use tags. Even whilst writing this, I have just discovered the "Additional Info" dropdown that details the exact browser information used to take the screenshot - mind blown! I would suggest some better training on our behalf! I think the only other thing that could be improved is the acknowledgement of comments when viewing the main taskboard. Currently there is no way of knowing if a task has comments, and this can be frustrating!

**What problems is BugHerd solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our internal testing consisted of a spreadsheet to track issues, which lacks information and detail. This also resulted in a messy tagging system. BugHerd allows for a screenshots to be provided to highlight exactly where the issue is on the page, and allows us place these into columns for easy sorting.

**Official Response from Merrin Hughes:**

> Hi. Thanks for your glowing review of BugHerd. It makes me so happy that it's an invaluable part of your client testing phase.

I've passed on your feedback around commenting. Also, if you have any ideas on how to help you all discover more about BugHerd, I'd love to hear them (support@bugherd.com).

Cheers,
Merrin

 ### 31. Our go to QA Tool

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Derek M. | Principal Consultant, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 16, 2022

**What do you like best about BugHerd?**

The bug herd tool is very easy to set up and get running on websites and is one of our most effective tools for our internal & client QA process. Time-saving and super effective. We've had a lot of clients comment that our QA process is very smooth compared to other firms they've worked with in the past.

**What do you dislike about BugHerd?**

No much to dislike, if I'm really splitting hairs. I would say that the screenshot tool doesn't work in every instance.

**What problems is BugHerd solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Efficient QA process. If you've done QA manually by spreadsheet you use this once,a nd you'll never look back....you will never look back. We've saved countless hours on QA using this tool.

**Official Response from Merrin Hughes:**

> Thank you for your lovely review of BugHerd, Derek. Really happy to hear that it's your Go to tool for QA and that your clients love it too!

If you ever have a problem with screenshots not capturing, please feel free to contact us at support@bugherd.com and we can look into it for you.

Cheers,
Merrin

 ### 32. No more endless email chains or spreadsheets for feedback!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 11, 2022

**What do you like best about BugHerd?**

I love how we can easily create tasks, and track them through the studio. It means nothing gets missed. And it's easy to see what's left to do. It also looks like Trello, which helps continue a visual language we're familiar with! It gives us the ability to tag feedback per viewport and filter by this.

**What do you dislike about BugHerd?**

We always have to add time estimates (how long it'll take to complete a task) to the comments section, so it's difficult to see at a glance how much time is left to complete the tasks at hand.

**What problems is BugHerd solving and how is that benefiting you?**

1. Makes design reviews of development work easy - no more having to describe which part of the page we're referring to!
2. It's the same visual language as our Adobe XD links - comment and pin - so clients find it easy to use
3. It means if someone is off, we don't have information stored in someones emails!
4. We can add comments to tasks in one view; we used to have endless conversations in a spreadsheet which was hard to manage/track, and things got missed

**Official Response from Merrin Hughes:**

> Thanks so much for sharing your amazing review of BugHerd. We love hearing how it helps make reviewing websites so much easier for Studios and Agencies.

Thanks also for the suggestion around time estimates - I've shared that with the rest of the team.

cheers,
Merrin

 ### 33. Excellent Resource

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Marie M. | Vice President of Sales & Marketing, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 10, 2022

**What do you like best about BugHerd?**

Our company did a major brand redesign including developing a new website this year. The company we selected to create the website utilized BugHerd to create a visual of the design and allow me to make comments and edits. Without a doubt, I can say BugHerd made a HUGE difference in my experience designing the site. I am a visual person and it can be difficult for me to picture the design or layout based on a description. I was able to see the site and utilize it as if I were a customer accessing it after completion. When I wanted to make a change, I just created a comment. I was able to attach images and pinpoint what changes needed to be made. It makes communication very easy and enjoyable. It was very fun seeing my comments implemented and seeing the website take shape. We have a second website being created now as well and they do not use BugHerd and it has shown me just how convenient BugHerd makes the entire process. If you are considering getting BugHerd, just do it. You will not regret it!

**What do you dislike about BugHerd?**

I don't have any major things that were inconvenient with BugHerd. I did truly like the system.

**What problems is BugHerd solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As a customer of a company that designs websites, BugHerd helped streamline the communication process and take a lot of the guesswork out. For example, instead of sending a list of things to fix and finding creative ways to reference the spot I was talking about, I could create a pinpoint exactly where I wanted changes to be made. Communication is key during these kinds of projects, and BugHerd makes communication very natural and easy during the creative process.

**Official Response from Merrin Hughes:**

> Hi Marie,

Thank you so much for sharing your experience of using BugHerd for a brand redesign and new website project. We loved hearing how it make communicating with the website creation company so much easier and more natural.

Really appreciate your time to leave us this review.

Cheers,
Merrin

 ### 34. Bugherd makes managing web development projects simple

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nicola S. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 18, 2023

**What do you like best about BugHerd?**

Interactive feedback direct with developers, designers and project managers that saves time and gets your website live quickly.

**What do you dislike about BugHerd?**

It can be slow to respond when you have multiple tabs of the same website open.

**What problems is BugHerd solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Managing remote communication and feedback from multiple parties directly with the developer.

**Official Response from Merrin Hughes:**

> Thanks Nicola for the lovely 5 star review. Really appreciate you taking the time to write it and share how it makes remote communication and feedback easier.

Cheers,
Merrin

 ### 35. Extremely easy to use. Lightweight. Easy to loop in clients and collect their feedback seamlessly.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Michael C. | Director of Client Experience, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 17, 2022

**What do you like best about BugHerd?**

I like how easy it is to collaborate with people who may not be as sophisticated with web tools, installing extensions etc. The UI is simple and effective. Performance is always fast and consis

**What do you dislike about BugHerd?**

I can't think of much to dislike, other than the masthead at the bottom corner is a little intrusive at times. I'm nitpicking here.

**What problems is BugHerd solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Bugherd is solving the complex quality assurance process with web development in the agency world. It is easier to have feedback submitted within a staging environment than screen shots and multiple emails.

**Official Response from Merrin Hughes:**

> Thanks for your lovely review, Michael. Love how it's helping your agency with QA processes.

If you're talking about the BugHerd tab, you can actually move it out of the bottom right corner. (Not sure that makes it less intrusive though!)

Cheers,
Merrin

 ### 36. Bugherd is incredibly useful for website development

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Consumer Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 10, 2022

**What do you like best about BugHerd?**

The fact that clients and team members can view live progress of the project, being able to see when Bugs have been completed or are waiting review. It saves so much time previously spent emailing back and forth.

**What do you dislike about BugHerd?**

The restrictions on members, and restrictions that guest users have. It would be useful if you could add different members per project without being restricted, rather than having to upgrade or remove a member each time a new client/team member needs full access.

**What problems is BugHerd solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Bugherd is benefiting my company by saving a lot of communication time, it enables us to keep a record of any client amends that anyone across the team is able to review alongside the clients themselves.

**Official Response from Merrin Hughes:**

> Thanks for taking the time to leave us a 5 star review. Love hearing that BugHerd saves you so much time.

Thanks for the feedback around user types - would love to hear more about what you find restrictive and how you think that could work better for you. If you have idea, we'd love to hear more. Feel free to contact us at support@bugherd.com.

Cheers,
Merrin

 ### 37. Make everyone's life easier

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Simon M. | President, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 16, 2022

**What do you like best about BugHerd?**

Makes it super simple for clients to report feedback, us to understand and lets us have conversations around each item. Sure beats working from a Google sheet of doom :)

**What do you dislike about BugHerd?**

Would be kind of cool if it didn't need to be a browser plugin, but I get why it has to be that way.

**What problems is BugHerd solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Streamlines the process of gathering feedback and implementing it.

**Official Response from Merrin Hughes:**

> Hi Simon,

Thanks for sharing how BugHerd helps your team and clients with feedback. I hope you've all (metaphorically) set fire to the spreadsheets of doom. :)

Appreciate the time you took to share a review.

Cheers,
Merrin

 ### 38. BugHerd Review

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Design | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 16, 2022

**What do you like best about BugHerd?**

The ability to pin comments to specific points on a site is invaluable. The behavior is exactly the same as our design review process using Adobe XD so it makes the transition from design to site review seamless for the clients.

**What do you dislike about BugHerd?**

We often have to remove people to make room for new seats. This can be a little impractical.

**What problems is BugHerd solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It has made the review process much more efficient. We would previously use spreadsheets to review sites and a lot of time was wasted trying to figure out what clients were referring to. Having BugHerd has been very beneficial.

**Official Response from Merrin Hughes:**

> Thank you for your review of BugHerd. Always lovely to hear that it's made the review process much more efficient.

You can also add additional users for $8/month, if you want to make it easier to add another team mate.

Cheers,
Merrin

 ### 39. Used for many years and always loved it!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Richard F. | Director, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 13, 2022

**What do you like best about BugHerd?**

It is just so easy for us to log issues and see what still needs to be completed. There is no other software of its type so easy to use.

**What do you dislike about BugHerd?**

I think the UI could be modernised a bit :)

**What problems is BugHerd solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Helps us to log all our issues pre or post release and not lose track of bugs.

**Official Response from Merrin Hughes:**

> Hey Richard,

What a lovely review from a long-time user! Thanks so much for sharing.

Have shared your desire for a more modern interface with the rest of the team. We really appreciate hearing from you.

cheers,
Merrin

 ### 40. Easy to use

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rachel Dardinski C. | Senior Director, Brand Marketing & Customer Acquisition at Aquasana, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 16, 2022

**What do you like best about BugHerd?**

I was introduced to BugHerd by an agency redesigning a website for us. The tool is intuitive and extremely helpful for our QA process. Very happy with my experience.

**What do you dislike about BugHerd?**

No downsides that I've found. Everything has been smooth so far with my experience.

**What problems is BugHerd solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Easily getting QA notes over to my agency. Very easily include screenshots.

**Official Response from Merrin Hughes:**

> Thanks Rachel for sharing your thoughts on BugHerd with us with a lovely review.

Much appreciated.

Cheers,
Merrin

 ### 41. Great tool for organizing website feedback!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jennifer K. | Project Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 28, 2022

**What do you like best about BugHerd?**

Honestly love this tool. The dashboard is so helpful to see all of the internal team's feedback and the client's feedback all in one centralized place. It keeps things very organized. It's so handy during our QA process. Highly recommend.

**What do you dislike about BugHerd?**

Sometimes i find the search tool tricky / difficult to use.

**Recommendations to others considering BugHerd:**

I'd recommend using the columns to organize the QA flow, and also recommend using tags (for example for out of scope items i might tag things as "design update" etc) .

**What problems is BugHerd solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps us to keep track of our 2 rounds of QA. For example we have a clear cut off with clients for our QA rounds in our scope. Like we can say "ok, your first round of QA ended up item #65" - this helps to keep track of scope. It's also great that we can all follow along conversations within a card until it's resolved. It's also helpful to see the digest at the end of the day to see a summary of all the activity. It's a great tool overall.

**Official Response from Merrin Hughes:**

> Hey Jennifer,

Thanks for your lovely review of BugHerd. We're always so happy to hear how it helps organise feedback from clients. Love the recommendations for setting up the task board columns too.

Would like to hear more about your experience with the search tool and what's making it tricky. Please feel free to drop us a line at support@bugherd.com with any suggestions for making this easier for you.

Thanks again,
Merrin

 ### 42. Powerful tool for teams

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Allison G. | Content Director, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 28, 2022

**What do you like best about BugHerd?**

Collaboration between multiple people/teams and easy assignment and understanding of who is doing what task are two main benefits. It also allows us to easily capture client feedback in real-time.

**What do you dislike about BugHerd?**

I wish I had more control over the notifications I received. The platform works great and I use it on a daily basis with multiple team members at my company who work in different departments.

**Recommendations to others considering BugHerd:**

If you are collaborating between multiple people/departments OR if you are presenting to clients and capturing their feedback, BugHerd is a no-brainer. It's a core tool of my job and I couldn't imagine the mess of testing and gathering feedback without it.

**What problems is BugHerd solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Task responsibility is a big issue this platform solves. We no longer are asking "who did this?" It makes it easy to de-bug new websites by being able to see the other person's view with the screenshot.

**Official Response from Merrin Hughes:**

> Hi Allison,

What a lovely review of BugHerd, so glad it's making collaboration and gathering feedback easier.
If the notifications are getting a little overwhelming, you can modify what notifications you're sent in your profile. https://support.bugherd.com/hc/en-us/articles/204171650-When-are-email-notifications-sent-

Thanks for taking the time to write this review. We really appreciate it.

Cheers,
Merrin

 ### 43. A must have tool for any agency or developer

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Michael G. | Head of Development, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 29, 2022

**What do you like best about BugHerd?**

How easy it is to collate feedback and bug reports on staging websites. Our clients love to be able to see the progress of their feedback and it's great that it's in real time.

**What do you dislike about BugHerd?**

Personally, I think the UI could do with an update but that is so minor when you realise its functionality is so amazing!

**What problems is BugHerd solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Using Bugherd means I don't have hundreds of emails from multiple sources about the same project which is a nightmare and things can get lost. Bugherd keeps everything in one place and allows highly specific feedback with so much information available like screen size, OS, Browser, screenshots and now even video capture etc! We have been complimented by clients for using Bugherd as it just makes pre-live/staging feedback sprints so much easier.

**Official Response from Merrin Hughes:**

> Hey Michael,

Thanks for letting us know you think BugHerd is a "must have tool". You've made my day. :) Super happy you're finding it so useful.

As a bonus, there's definitely some UI work in progress at the moment... we'll keep you posted.

Cheers,
Merrin

 ### 44. The most useful tool we share with clients within the industry

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Becca S. | Account Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 10, 2022

**What do you like best about BugHerd?**

Being able to share feedback opportunities with clients

**What do you dislike about BugHerd?**

unreliable mobile functionality. Sometimes bugherd does not work for mobile checks

**What problems is BugHerd solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Solving the issue with being able to leave feedback on mobile inspector

**Official Response from Merrin Hughes:**

> Thanks for taking the time to write a review, Becca!

We've been working on improving the mobile experience, and appreciate the feedback about being able to use BugHerd on mobile inspector.

Cheers,

 ### 45. Bugherd has been a game changer for our internal web review

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Financial Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 10, 2022

**What do you like best about BugHerd?**

Ease of setup, exceptional collaboration built in, the ability to share outside of our org, and the overall simplicity and effectiveness of the tool.

**What do you dislike about BugHerd?**

There isn't much I dislike thus far. It would be nice to apply specific themes to different projects to help visually decipher one from another.

**What problems is BugHerd solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It creates a ton of efficiency in our web review process and prevents multiple reviewers from leaving contradictory feedback.

**Official Response from Merrin Hughes:**

> Thanks for taking the time to leave such a lovely review of BugHerd. So glad to hear it's helping create more efficiency.

Cheers,
Merrin

 ### 46. Bugherd has made the snagging process a million times easier

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Design | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 10, 2022

**What do you like best about BugHerd?**

The simplicity and easy use of it. Just has what you need to communicate your amends or questions.

**What do you dislike about BugHerd?**

I haven't come across anything at this stage. Lots of email notifications but not looked into settings if this could be changed to just one email.

**What problems is BugHerd solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Makes the process of getting amends or snags communicated in the most coherent way, which avoids multiple amends.

**Official Response from Merrin Hughes:**

> Thanks for taking the time to review BugHerd to say how easy you're finding it.
Can confirm you can change the frequency of email notifications in the Notification settings under your profile.
Cheers,
Merrin

 ### 47. An indispensable tool in B2B marketing

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 17, 2022

**What do you like best about BugHerd?**

Very useful for gathering feedback from the different people involved in content production.

**What do you dislike about BugHerd?**

Not being able to attach an image to my comments (to show an example, for instance).

**What problems is BugHerd solving and how is that benefiting you?**

QA is greatly simplified and avoids a multitude of emails between all those who need to approve the content before it goes online.

**Official Response from Merrin Hughes:**

> Merci. Happy to hear QA is much easier.

Thank you also for your suggestion about being able to add an image to a comment.

Cheers,
Merrin

 ### 48. A great tool

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Design | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 16, 2022

**What do you like best about BugHerd?**

A really useful tool for QA on websites, much simpler than using spreadsheets or word docs. It works great for multi people within teams and clients.

**What do you dislike about BugHerd?**

It could be improved for using on mobile sites as can sometimes be a bit tricker to capture comments.

**What problems is BugHerd solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Saving time using spreadsheets, which saves time all round.

**Official Response from Merrin Hughes:**

> Thanks for sharing your review of BugHerd, love hearing that it saves time for you all. Will pass on your feedback around mobile capture to the rest of the team.

Cheers,
Merrin

**What do you like best about BugHerd?**

So easy to manage QA internally and with clients. I love that it screen grabs the bug, lets you know what platform and operating system the bug was found on and then lets you assign it to the team and prioritize the bug.

**What do you dislike about BugHerd?**

Wish it was free like it used to be. But I get it...
Would love it if integrated with Asana directly - rather than through Zapier.
thats all - otherwise I think its great.

**Recommendations to others considering BugHerd:**

just use it

**What problems is BugHerd solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Managing client feedback efficiently.
Actioning bug fixes quickly and efficiently.
It makes the whole QA process much faster, more accurate, and the team more accountable.

**Official Response from Merrin Hughes:**

**What do you like best about BugHerd?**

Tasks and locations for every issue someone sees and it a god way to see what done and whats left. It also nice being able to leave comments on every task in order to communicate better.

**What do you dislike about BugHerd?**

I can think of anything now, probably the amount of notifications i get from email or that if someone is added they can see everything.

**What problems is BugHerd solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Im not keeping up to date to what they are solving but they are doing what i need.

**Official Response from Merrin Hughes:**
