BugHerd Reviews & Product Details

It's so easy to use! I like that you can add feedback that relates to a specific block on a page, rather than having to describe the issue and add a screenshot of the page etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I'd love to be able to reply to comments, and upload screenshots within comments. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I love how easy BugHerd is to use. I also like that it automatically takes screenshots, which makes it clear where the issue is. The initial setup was very easy too. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Bugherd contextualizes issues and immediately puts them into our workflow. Key to that is the ability for users to tag any portion of a site and quickly say what is wrong. They don't need to give us more information about their device, browser, URL, etc. And we can immediately respond to them to get clarification, as-needed.

UPDATE: Since my original review, BH has added bulk tools which is a huge time saver! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

From time-to-time, clients have issues with the plugin not loading. It's not always clear whether that is an issue with the system or the user - I suspect the latter. Fortunately, there are workarounds! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I find BugHerd to be an incredibly user-friendly tool, which made our recent website QA process both effective and enjoyable. After migrating our WordPress website faircg.com to HubSpot, BugHerd helped us resolve numerous issues such as broken URLs, design flaws, and form submission problems. Its super easy UI stands out, making it simple for our QA team to submit bugs effortlessly. The ease of initial setup was noteworthy, as it was very straightforward for the team to get started. This has all contributed to our positive experience, and I'm highly likely to recommend BugHerd, rating it a 10 for its efficiency and effectiveness. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I think its an awesome tool. keep it up guys Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I have been using BugHerd for a month primarily to receive client feedback on website development and to identify any bugs. I appreciate how straightforward it was to start using BugHerd with almost no setup required, offering a seamless experience. Having a platform dedicated to feedback is invaluable, and I find the feature that attaches comments directly to screenshots particularly helpful, as it greatly enhances communication clarity. This screenshot feature is almost the best part of using BugHerd for me. Besides screenshots, I also enjoy the comments and the task board view, which further contributes to a productive feedback process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I find the layout of BugHerd to be a bit cluttered and not very modern. It appears very intense, and I believe a more minimalistic and sleek design would improve the user experience significantly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We're a creative agency who create a fair few websites for clients, and Bugherd is invaluable to us in the build and testing stages and for client-reviews for tracking and triaging amends and bugs, and we use it on all of our websites.

Having screenshots and being able to see pins on the actual pages to refer to the location of the issue is incredibly useful as a development team, and our project team can easily prioritize issues, assign them to the relevant developer/designer/copywriter, and report progress on issues back to our clients. For some websites we also leave on the public feedback so we can get suggestions for improvement from the public too.

Our clients find it really easy to use, and love that they can quickly and easily pinpoint issues for us to review.

It's super-easy to install on a website too, just a simple javascript include. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I seriously can't think of anything i dislike about it - it's great! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

BugHerd makes collecting website feedback incredibly easy and organized. The visual pin system is intuitive — you can tag issues directly on the page without needing long explanations or screenshots in emails. It captures all the technical details automatically (browser, OS, URL), which saves a ton of time for both QA and developers. It was easy to install and get started. The task board keeps everything transparent and easy to track from report to resolution. Overall, it’s a simple, effective tool that makes web reviews and collaboration much smoother. BugHerd doesn’t have a built-in “Export to PDF” button. I wish it did to make it easier to send feedback out to other teams to execute on the changes.

Wished that within the guests .. there was an option to select someone to be a reviewer only and to select someone that is more of a stakeholder that has to provide an approval or a decision. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

This makes the client review process SO EASY, and is much better than our old spreadsheet system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I am excited at the opportunity for bugherd to add more features for clients and task analyzation Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Simple to add a task for the company and client. The screenshot item is way too helpful, and we love the video one too in some cases. Adding a type of task is fun, and easy to add a new one. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The big thing we would love is

- We would love to choose in which column a client task goes (not always in feedback)

- Choose which column has the "done" status (more than one and not just the last one) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
