BugHerd Pricing Overview

I find BugHerd to be an incredibly user-friendly tool, which made our recent website QA process both effective and enjoyable. After migrating our WordPress website faircg.com to HubSpot, BugHerd helped us resolve numerous issues such as broken URLs, design flaws, and form submission problems. Its super easy UI stands out, making it simple for our QA team to submit bugs effortlessly. The ease of initial setup was noteworthy, as it was very straightforward for the team to get started. BugHerd makes collecting website feedback incredibly easy and organized. The visual pin system is intuitive — you can tag issues directly on the page without needing long explanations or screenshots in emails. It captures all the technical details automatically (browser, OS, URL), which saves a ton of time for both QA and developers. It was easy to install and get started. The task board keeps everything transparent and easy to track from report to resolution. Overall, it’s a simple, effective tool that makes web reviews and collaboration much smoother. BugHerd doesn’t have a built-in “Export to PDF” button. I wish it did to make it easier to send feedback out to other teams to execute on the changes.

Wished that within the guests .. there was an option to select someone to be a reviewer only and to select someone that is more of a stakeholder that has to provide an approval or a decision. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
