"Effortless QA with BugHerd"

What do you like best about BugHerd?

I find BugHerd to be an incredibly user-friendly tool, which made our recent website QA process both effective and enjoyable. After migrating our WordPress website faircg.com to HubSpot, BugHerd helped us resolve numerous issues such as broken URLs, design flaws, and form submission problems. Its super easy UI stands out, making it simple for our QA team to submit bugs effortlessly. The ease of initial setup was noteworthy, as it was very straightforward for the team to get started. "Cool Widgets, but Restrictive Pricing"

What do you like best about BugHerd?

I think the widget was pretty cool. I like that I could just copy the scripts and drag it into any site that I was developing. The initial setup was quite straightforward. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BugHerd?

I frequently couldn't get the widget to load on-site in the way that I wanted to. It was unclear if my clients had been logged into BugHerd in order to get it to work, and that's not what I was looking for. It wasn't as seamless as I wanted it to be. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
