"Bugherd Makes Website QA Faster with Visual Markers, Kanban, and Easy Client Feedback"
What do you like best about BugHerd?

It's so much easier to QA a website with visual markers and kanban functionality as opposed to a spreadsheet. I love that it automatically grabs a screenshot, records the URL, device info, and allows for comments and conversations about the item in question. It really saves time and makes the process easy. Getting it set up on a site is quick with the Wordpress plugin and inviting clients to provide feedback in Bugherd makes for a professional customer experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BugHerd?

It would be nice to add my branding in on the lower level plans. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Cool Widgets, but Restrictive Pricing"
What do you like best about BugHerd?

I think the widget was pretty cool. I like that I could just copy the scripts and drag it into any site that I was developing. The initial setup was quite straightforward. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BugHerd?

I frequently couldn't get the widget to load on-site in the way that I wanted to. It was unclear if my clients had been logged into BugHerd in order to get it to work, and that's not what I was looking for. It wasn't as seamless as I wanted it to be. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Marina Domoney of BugHerd

Thanks again!
