It's just easy, effective, and does exactly what we need it to do. It takes all the manual work out of QA tasks and status tracking and helps us focus on getting the work done. It was so easy to set up, and the onboarding/support was incredible. It's made us more efficient. We love how it takes a screenshot, pinpoints exactly where the issue/need is, captures the tech specs and automatically creates a task. Eliminates a lot of guesswork and back-and-forth. It eliminates a lot of wasted manual effort creating and using docs/spreadsheet trackers for website QA. Instead of spending so much time grabbing screenshots and describing locations of changes, etc....all of that and more is automatically captured. There are two things which are outstanding, one is the simplicity for end users, and two is the ability to integrate directly into our dev workflow to facilitate rapid changes. The impact of running impact sessions with users page by page for feedback was costly, using bugherd is a huge timesaver and also helps users provide specificity. Our experience is that users provide more feedback when they are self-guided than when they are in a guided feedback session. As I have a dozen or so people involved in decision-making, I appreciate that I do not have to go back to my website reviewers to clarify their technical specs; Bugherd captures it for them. It's invaluable for fast documenting of bugs, user interface issues, and feature requests, creating a tight communication loop between our team's product development, sales, marketing, and even beta testers. It cuts out numerous steps on the product roadmap and facilitates fast, clear communication among all stakeholders, including startup leadership, product management, developers, design, and beta users. BugHerd makes it easy to create new tasks quickly and see them progress through the development process to release. In the past, product reviews were tedious and boring, but now communication is rapid, which speeds up our development and establishes an iterative launch process. The user interface is intuitive, fast, and easy to implement, allowing us to start using the product within minutes of joining. It's far easier and more flexible than other bug reporting tools. As a client working with a Property Management account administrator, I’ve found this to be a very helpful tool for collaborating on and refining new websites before launch. It’s relatively user-friendly, and I really appreciate being able to leave feedback exactly where it’s needed on the page/site. The option to add text suggestions or replacements—which I’m assuming are easy adjustments on the back end—is also very helpful. I like the fact that BugHerd is user friendly and the technology behind it. I think the instructions are very clear and easy to follow, even for clients, which makes setting it up a breeze. It's very easy and convenient to use as it cuts down on receiving endless emails and helps me understand exactly what needs to be done or if I need to give feedback to a developer. Perhaps the one thing that I could like to see is when you click on an external link, you lose your extension to it. Which sometimes may be a link that has things that needs to be sorted out or where you need to give comments. Now you don't have that. You have to add that link separately into the project.
