Visdum has somehow managed to make the commission review and approval process more painful and time consuming for me. The UI is incredibly confusing and it's hard to even find what a quarterly payout should be. If you do manage to find the numbers you're looking for, it is very difficult to reconcile totals between Visdum and our CRM to tell if they're right. If I do find a discrepancy it's a highly manual process to line by line through every deal to find the error.
