What I like about Fellow the most is that it allows me to be immersed in the meeting, listening, watching people, and seeing how we can keep the meeting flowing while it takes the notes in the background. That's the best return on investment for me. The setup was very straightforward, and working with the Fellow team was fantastic. Their follow-up and constant checking in on us has been wonderful, making the whole experience really good. We use Fellow for all our team meetings, and it's built right into the meeting, which is nice because we can use it for both in-house and external meetings effortlessly. Fellow is an impressively useful and powerful tool. What I appreciate most is how quickly it processes notes, transcripts, and recordings. With most other notetakers, I often have to wait up to two hours before I can review my summary, which isn't helpful when I have back-to-back meetings. I rely on Fellow for as many as nine meetings a day, every day, and it handles all this information smoothly. One feature I especially love is the ability to ask questions during the call, which really helps me catch anything I might have missed and makes my day much easier. I've got only two pieces of constructive feedback:

1. The briefing feature misidentifies content from some meetings and sends information that is not relevant.

I find Fellow very friendly and easy to use. I like how simple and intuitive it is, which makes agenda-driven meetings and action item tracking straightforward. While Fellow works well overall, there’s room for improvement in customization and integrations. I don't have to take notes myself its amazing and I love the searches and how I can ask fellow to search all my meetings and recap things. I freaking love AI. It was super easy to get started, customer support is always helpful not that I've needed it much. I use it every day. It integrates with google meets and I love it. I absolutely love the meeting templates in Fellow, they are one of my favorite features. They help me organize meetings systematically, especially for sales calls, ensuring we follow a structured process to gather necessary information and adequately provide quotes to our prospective clients. The templates are invaluable for keeping meetings consistent and productive. I also appreciate Fellow's automation capabilities, which remind team members to contribute to meetings and automate follow-up emails, along with surveys to participants to gauge the effectiveness of meetings. The initial setup was incredibly easy, and onboarding new team members has been seamless. Additionally, integration with Slack is a big plus for me as it allows easy conversion of Slack chats into Fellow topics for future meetings, creating a seamless workflow. I find it challenging that, because we're not on the higher tier for Fellow, we are limited to individual templates. It would be much more beneficial if we could have our templates shared across the entire company. Upgrading our usage doesn’t necessarily make sense for us, as only a few of us are power users while the majority are light users. Paying the full price for every user seems unreasonable. I wish Fellow offered more flexible pricing options, such as tiered pricing, to accommodate both light and heavy users within the company. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

My first experience with Fellow was when I received a recording and feedback from an interview. This really helped ease the anxiety of wondering, "Did I do a good job or did I mess it up?" Being able to review my answers, see the interviewers' reactions, and reflect on what I could have improved or what I did well was incredibly valuable. I ended up getting the job! Now, I use Fellow in every meeting. It's excellent for revisiting what was discussed. If you don't like watching yourself on video, you can simply read the summaries it generates from the chats. The only problems I've encountered with Fellow seem to be due to my own mistakes. I didn't thoroughly read the setup instructions before installing, which left me confused when I tried to add notes to a meeting agenda with my team. Fortunately, I figured it out after some trial and error. It might be helpful to have refresher tutorials easily accessible for users who want to review best practices. I really appreciate that I no longer need to take notes during meetings. With Fellow, I can simply schedule a meeting and let the platform take care of everything else. One aspect that frustrates me is not being able to add Fellow to a Teams call when the call was started ad-hoc. For example, this issue comes up with Teams calls that originate from Slack or with impromptu one-on-one calls that weren't scheduled ahead of time.
