## Fellow Reviews
 ### 1. Effortless Meeting Management with Accurate Recaps and Action Points

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jarrad B. | Systems Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 16, 2025

**What do you like best about Fellow?**

I really appreciate that I no longer need to take notes during meetings. With Fellow, I can simply schedule a meeting and let the platform take care of everything else. The Recaps and Action Points are always accurate, which has made my workflow so much easier!

**What do you dislike about Fellow?**

One aspect that frustrates me is not being able to add Fellow to a Teams call when the call was started ad-hoc. For example, this issue comes up with Teams calls that originate from Slack or with impromptu one-on-one calls that weren't scheduled ahead of time. It would also be really helpful if Fellow could join Slack Huddles!

**What problems is Fellow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps me keep track of discussions and action points, so I no longer have to spend meetings frantically taking notes. Now, I don't miss what was just said because I'm still busy typing up the previous point.

 ### 2. AI Chat Enhances Meeting Efficiency

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** ufound a. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 19, 2026

**What do you like best about Fellow?**

I use Fellow to record internal meetings, and it's been great. The AI chat feature to write up emails after calls is something I like most about Fellow. It's probably the best feature that we use the most.

**What do you dislike about Fellow?**

I think one thing is just little tweaks and stuff, you know, adding a new UI and automatically sharing recordings with another user was pretty difficult. Sometimes there'll be a problem with the title if it's from another user, like a private Google Meet, and it won't get the title, which is a bit frustrating. Also needing to assign users is frustrating because if you don't assign users, it won't use multiple meetings.

**What problems is Fellow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Fellow to record internal meetings and write up emails after calls, saving time by not needing to take manual notes.

 ### 3. Phenomenal for Agenda and Meeting Management, Needs Offline Boost

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Katrina G.

**Reviewed Date:** February 12, 2026

**What do you like best about Fellow?**

I love using Fellow for drafting agendas for both one-on-one meetings and staff meetings. It's pretty phenomenal in ensuring documentation behind actions, which is crucial for supporting student outcomes in my role as CEO in education. I also find Fellow instrumental with its botless recordings, as it allows me to review meeting summaries and action steps, especially for hot topics discussed in meetings. Integrating my calendar into Fellow has also been straightforward and useful.

**What do you dislike about Fellow?**

I wish Fellow would work a little better for in-person meetings. There have been a few times when the botless recording just didn't happen, and I only found out after the meeting was over, which is kind of unsettling. I think it's some technical glitches that need fixing. It would also be nice if Fellow integrated with Google, as my team uses Google Docs and Spreadsheets, and switching over would be easier. Initially, I would have preferred if meetings didn't default to recording automatically; it would have been helpful if the default was set to manually record meetings.

**What problems is Fellow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I count on Fellow to draft agendas for meetings, ensuring documentation for supporting student outcomes. It records meetings and summarizes action steps, which is instrumental for reviewing important discussions.

 ### 4. Effortless Meeting Notes, Needs Full Recap Email

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tom W. | Senior Advisor, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 26, 2025

**What do you like best about Fellow?**

I really appreciate the meeting summary notes feature in Fellow, as it categorizes notes under different headings, making it easier to follow and review. This is particularly valuable to me because my memory isn't the best, and having a well-organized summary allows me to revisit and recall any meeting I have attended easily. I love that Fellow emails a summary to all meeting attendees, ensuring that everyone stays informed, even though I wish it included a full recap rather than just an abridged version. The simplicity of these features helps me contribute more effectively in meetings by taking meaningful notes without missing out on discussions. The initial setup of Fellow was easy, which made getting started smooth and hassle-free.

**What do you dislike about Fellow?**

I would like the ability to dial Fellow into any call I have, not just organized meetings. The email summary sent to all meeting attendees should include the full recap, not just an abridged version.

**What problems is Fellow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Fellow to efficiently take and categorize meeting notes, which helps me recall discussions better despite a poor memory, and receive summaries emailed to attendees.

 ### 5. Great meeting notes and summaries, but the new layout makes editing harder

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Primary/Secondary Education | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 09, 2026

**What do you like best about Fellow?**

One place for all my notes. I love that it records, and summarizes my virtual meetings. Adds time stamps to review conversations and creates a task list for me. It integrates well with my calendar so I don't have to go back and forth trying to find things. I can link meetings and carry forward tasks and notes.

**What do you dislike about Fellow?**

I’m not a fan of the new layout. The editing tools feel limited and are hard to see at the bottom of the page. I preferred them at the top, like they are in Word or Docs, because it was easier to find and use them. Also, the help document still reflects the previous layout, so it doesn’t match what I’m seeing now.

I’d also love a way to use the AI to take notes during in-person meetings. Maybe there’s already an option for this that I just haven’t discovered yet.

**What problems is Fellow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It’s easy to find meeting notes and collaborate across our team.

 ### 6. AI chat function impressive, but UI could be better

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Patrick M. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 30, 2026

**What do you like best about Fellow?**

I really appreciate the AI chat at Fellow because it helps to search through meetings and quickly find specific information, such as: "What did customer X say about topic x?". Additionally, I find it convenient that I can prepare information in a way that it can be briefly summarized for Slack.

**What do you dislike about Fellow?**

The interface of Fellow is somewhat cluttered and slow, and I have to restart it too often. The 'Ask Fellow' chat is not centralized enough, and I never know if it is searching just one meeting or all of them. Additionally, the synchronization of Action Points with Asana has been rather annoying because there were too many. It would also be nice to automatically post a meeting recap of a meeting to a specific Slack channel. Recurring meeting with Client X? Summary automatically goes to Slack Channel X.

**What problems is Fellow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Fellow helps with taking notes during meetings and finding information through the AI chat, which is super useful for quickly retrieving specific information or preparing for Slack.

 ### 7. User‑Friendly and Effective

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 16, 2026

**What do you like best about Fellow?**

Being able to capture meeting notes using AI—without having to retype or rewatch the entire recording—makes a big difference when sharing notes with others.

**What do you dislike about Fellow?**

Sometimes, the bot recorder doesn’t join automatically, so I have to go to Fellow and click the bot recorder manually

**What problems is Fellow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The number one benefit is its ability to summarize the entire meeting with minimal typos, based on how the bot captured the conversation

 ### 8. Fellow: Accurate Transcripts, Seamless Recap Meetings

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Estefanny G. | Product Manager

**Reviewed Date:** February 11, 2026

**What do you like best about Fellow?**

I really like the recap meeting feature as it provides detailed summaries divided into coherent sections. The ability to create templates for recap meetings is also a favorite. Another great functionality is uploading external video calls and having both the transcript and recap of the meeting. This is quite beneficial for keeping records organized. Compared to other AI tools, Fellow stands out because the recaps are coherent and accurate. The transcript accuracy is especially notable, which was a big reason we switched from Google Meet. Setting up Fellow was really easy too.

**What do you dislike about Fellow?**

Sometimes users can be difficult to change from one group that is already in free trial to a pay plan. So we have that inconvenient.

**What problems is Fellow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Fellow to track my team and follow up on pending tasks from meetings, ensuring client communications are accurate and follow-ups are complete.

 ### 9. Elevates Meeting Quality and Team Collaboration

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tanya S. | Designing Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 07, 2025

**What do you like best about Fellow?**

We use fellow for enhancing the quality of our business meetings as this is the software through which all of our employees and team leaders give their inputs before the meeting and take notes during the meeting. This software helps us in improving the overall quality of meeting conduction.

**What do you dislike about Fellow?**

One of the main challenge of fellow is that it doesn't have a proper and separate software developed for apple devices and also this is a professional tool for conducting meetings. So, if any business is small and employees of that business want to conduct casual meetings then it might be not the best platform for them.

**What problems is Fellow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have different branches and franchise in multiple parts of the country and conducting meetings with the officials of different areas is our daily and day to day task. With the help of fellow we are able to document all the important points of these meetings and share them with other employees so that execution of major decisions can be done properly.

 ### 10. Claude-Fellow Integration Makes Meeting Insights Easy—With Room to Grow

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Consulting | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 02, 2026

**What do you like best about Fellow?**

The Claude-Fellow integration enables our team to easily extract and digest key insights from meetings.

**What do you dislike about Fellow?**

One drawback is the lack of an auto-share feature for our team members who aren’t meeting attendees but still need access to the meeting recording.

The inability to export transcripts easily like you can with the AI summaries.

**What problems is Fellow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Fellow helps our team stay more present and engaged during meetings, instead of worrying about taking notes.

 ### 11. AI-Powered Efficiency for Candidate Interviews

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Christian B. | Senior Technical Recruiter, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 06, 2026

**What do you like best about Fellow?**

I appreciate the AI feature in Fellow, as it makes it easy to retrieve information about candidates. The initial setup of Fellow was very easy, which was a relief.

**What do you dislike about Fellow?**

Sometimes the tool lags and is slow to join the meetings. I think just the UI - simpler the better.

**What problems is Fellow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Fellow for context, note-taking, and AI tooling in interviews, especially for easy information retrieval about candidates.

 ### 12. Game Changer - Note-taking on a whole new level

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Christopher G. | Director Product Managememt - M&A, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 12, 2025

**What do you like best about Fellow?**

Automatic reference works for every meeting. I just have the AI agent join my meetings (which happens with one click), and then can refer back to a high-quality summary at any time - including links to the verbatim passage in the discussion. Brilliant!

**What do you dislike about Fellow?**

None that I know of. Storage may become an issue at some point, but maybe there's an auto-cleanup function - I haven't checked.

**What problems is Fellow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I'm constantly involved in half a dozen or more projects, which means a lot of meetings - and in the past I have found myself unable to remember decisions and discussion results. Sometimes, conversations even slip my mind entirely. With Fellow's AI note-taking, I can refer back to any meeting later - without reviewing the whole thing. I just find what I'm looking for in the summary, and if needed click the timestamp link to listen to the verbatim conversation.

 ### 13. Fellow is the best tool in term of organizing meetings, keeping notes, creating action items.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Hèlmi A. | Projects Managers, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 17, 2023

**What do you like best about Fellow?**

It's easy to use and very efficient. It's like my daily board in front of me, helps me prepare for meetings, and I can safely take notes and create action items to organize my daily workflow, it's super useful to check these when you need them. You can create custom templates depending on your meetings and even create your personal action items, it's private and it's powerful. I love how Fellow pops up every time I have a meeting and how I can access it from the app on my phone to check the tasks or the projects that require my attention!

**What do you dislike about Fellow?**

I don't think there's something I dislike in Fellow. In fact, everything is super useful. At first, I wasn't used much to it but it became a culture in daily workflow in just few days.

**What problems is Fellow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Having several meetings a day or per week can be a little challenging in terms of keeping notes and the actions that need to be performed. It can be lost, it may not be very organized. Also, it's important to organize your daily workload and that's possible with Fellow!
The AI notes make it super easy to follow up on action items!

 ### 14. Fellow Streamlines Meetings with Actionable Notes and Helpful Context

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 06, 2026

**What do you like best about Fellow?**

Fellow helps me build meetings directly into my workflow. Instead of having to create a to-do list after a meeting or from the transcription, I can create tasks right from Fellow’s notes. It also gives me context on what to expect in a recurring meeting, so I don’t have to manually dig through previous notes or emails.

**What do you dislike about Fellow?**

It’s a great product that provides a lot of useful insights. That said, the UI could benefit from a more guided workflow—maybe a home screen that stitches together action items and the library so it’s easier to see what to do next.

**What problems is Fellow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It makes meetings a meaningful and relevant part of the company’s documentation.

 ### 15. Fellow Makes Multi-Meeting Management Effortless and Collaborative

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rohan T. | Marketing Team, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 01, 2025

**What do you like best about Fellow?**

Fellow is the one of the most interesting and unique software that help us in conducting multiple meetings at a same time. This software works like Google meet and help us in creating links and adding team members from different departments of our company and also make them join the meetings. We can take notes, upload PDF files and share collaborate board through this platform.

**What do you dislike about Fellow?**

Fellow is a professional tool for meeting management in a large company having multiple departments working together. But if someone is working with a casual team and low budget along with less number of members then it might not be the best option for them. They can go for Google meet or some other free platform available in the market.

**What problems is Fellow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We work in a startup named dortoservices and conducting regular meetings in a structured form is our day to day task. Fellow help us in conducting the meetings in best professional way. We are able to invite leaders of all the departments of our organisation and discuss the upcoming projects with them. This platform help us in taking notes during with other AI based assistants that improves the overall quality of meetings.

 ### 16. Fellow Transforms Meeting Notes, But Bot Presence Can Feel Invasive

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Brock F. | Project Manager, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 30, 2025

**What do you like best about Fellow?**

I really appreciate how Fellow separates Decisions, Action Items, and Summaries into distinct sections. It does an excellent job of capturing the most important details from our meetings. Previously, we used Zoom AI, but the difference in quality is remarkable—we would never consider switching back. Another feature I value is that Fellow timestamps action items, allowing me to see exactly when each was mentioned during the meeting. Additionally, I find it helpful that Fellow sends me a follow-up email before the next meeting, reminding me of all the action items I assigned the previous week.

**What do you dislike about Fellow?**

The only issue I have is that I wish Fellow could work in the background without appearing as a bot in Zoom meetings. Some people feel uncomfortable or find it intrusive to have an AI note taker present during the meeting.

**What problems is Fellow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As a project manager facilitating meetings, I often find myself juggling multiple tasks—keeping us on schedule, taking notes, documenting action items, and staying engaged in the conversation. Fellow has enabled me to participate more fully by allowing the software to handle the more tedious aspects of meeting management.

 ### 17. Incredibly Effective and Accurate Notes and Action Items Every Time

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Matt B. | SVP, Managed Services, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 24, 2026

**What do you like best about Fellow?**

Superb quality of notes and action items.

**What do you dislike about Fellow?**

Not many. I do wish AI summaries went faster to generate, but that's a very minor complaint. It's already fast.

**What problems is Fellow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Fellow is not just a notetaking app, it's a digital record of your week and your interactions with others. I've begun using it as a way to give my other tools a "memory" of what happened during the week, so that I can surface opportunities for improvement, things I missed, things I investigate a bit deeper, etc. It's made me a much more effective executive.

 ### 18. Excellent AI Meeting Recaps and Support, but Integrations are Inconsistent

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ryan I. | Owner/Strategic Operations Consultant, Management Consulting, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 27, 2025

**What do you like best about Fellow?**

This is a fantastic meeting platform with responsive and helpful support. I really appreciate the action item takeaways generated from meetings. The summaries created from transcripts, regardless of which LLM model is used, are accurate; the AI does a great job handling jargon, acronyms, and similar language. If the recap isn’t quite right, it’s simple to re-generate a new one.

I now use this tool several times a day with minimal effort. I just join a meeting and let Fellow automatically deliver action items and summaries to my various inboxes.

It integrates seamlessly with MS Teams for us, recording our meetings. Both internal and external recaps can be automatically shared in a meeting "library," which I find very convenient. Tasks are then sent directly to our Asana workspace and assigned automatically.

**What do you dislike about Fellow?**

Native task/action item integrations with work platforms aren't foolproof - on Asana, they're by-user, on Clickup and Monday they're by meeting, etc. The meeting templates seem useful at first glance but when you rely on the platform for AI recaps they're much less handy - they're designed to be filled in by a person. Features from before LLMs were integrated (360 reviews, meeting mentions, etc.) are harder to find and more situational in usage.

**What problems is Fellow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Fellow is helping us manage our workflow across multiple different types of clients, partners, etc. It transforms meetings with jargon, different formalities, multiple speakers, etc. into clear action items, which is speeding up our efficiency dramatically and removing the need to hire additional executive assistants.

 ### 19. Streamlined Meeting Recaps with AI Assistance

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Aria Y.

**Reviewed Date:** February 02, 2026

**What do you like best about Fellow?**

I really like the Ask Fellow feature in Fellow for its recaps. It's fantastic because it provides information about my calls right after they're done, making it easier for me to understand more about the calls I've had. If I had them a while ago, it helps by giving me a brief summary so I don't have to look back at the transcript. Additionally, I find it extremely easy to set up.

**What do you dislike about Fellow?**

I would say the fact that the meeting recaps that are provided used to have icons and stuff like that, but now they don't seem to have icons that are much, like, super luring. When you're copying and pasting that into Gmail, it doesn't look as nice. And that could be improved.

**What problems is Fellow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Fellow to quickly recap meetings, understand what's going on, and send follow-ups effortlessly.

 ### 20. Pinpoints Exactly What I Need and Transcribes for Further Ideating

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Financial Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 09, 2026

**What do you like best about Fellow?**

The ability to take parts of the meeting and give me exactly what I wanted to see

**What do you dislike about Fellow?**

It doesn't have much LLM intergration like ChatGPT or Gemini. I usually have to download the transcript to put into chatgpt. Not too bad but it is an additional step for me to do each time.

**What problems is Fellow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Fellow helps me solve the memory load I have with customers and teammates. I cannot recall everything and have a hard time taking notes. So using Fellow helps to avoid this part. I can go back and interact with the notetaker as well as ask it to find when someone mentioned an item.

 ### 21. Love the Notes, Recordings, and Automation

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Morné M. | Founder & CEO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 27, 2026

**What do you like best about Fellow?**

the notes, the recordings the automation

**What do you dislike about Fellow?**

that it takes up space in the room. I'd prefer not to have it visible at all and have space for actual people

**What problems is Fellow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

my team likes it as it helps them to prepare for meetings sales - for me also same to prepare for meetings and make sure I dont drop the ball

 ### 22. Effortless Integration and Intuitive AI Tools

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Samantha H. | Marketing Program Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 05, 2025

**What do you like best about Fellow?**

Easy to use, intuitive, and works right in Google meet. The AI search tool is also super amazing for those "what did we come to a conclusion about" reflections, and the ability to create action items that sync with Slack rocks.

**What do you dislike about Fellow?**

Sometimes, creating a template isn't the most straightforward or easy to use but it's not complex. Just if I had to pick one negative.

**What problems is Fellow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Fellow has really made meeting note taking less manual and less tedious while also allowing to preplan and give meeting agendas ahead of time. The best part is, since we're a Google Workspace company, Fellow appears right on the side panel so you don't have to have the notes or agena open in a second window, making entire meeting flows much more logical.

 ### 23. Effective Meeting Assistant

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Valentina C.

**Reviewed Date:** January 05, 2026

**What do you like best about Fellow?**

I use Fellow as a meeting assistant, and it's a great tool that supports productivity by allowing me to revisit meeting transcripts and quickly access insights. I find it amazing for customer calls. I appreciate the ease of use and the access to transcripts, which help me manage several meetings a day without the fear of losing important information. It's like having a personal assistant, taking notes and providing insights that allow me to focus on my job. The personal setup is pretty straightforward.

**What do you dislike about Fellow?**

Sometimes the notetaker doesn't work properly because it's unable to access calls. I would love to have this tool more integrated with other ecosystems. I was creating an automation with n8n and the integration wasn't native, so it took a bit of extra work.

**What problems is Fellow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Fellow as a meeting assistant for notetaking, transcripts, and insights, allowing me to focus on my job without worrying about losing important information. It's like having a personal assistant that supports productivity.

 ### 24. Lean Meeting Workflow: Recording and One-Click Notes

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Anton K. | COO, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 26, 2026

**What do you like best about Fellow?**

Catching a workflow relevant to meetings: calendar first, record by link, share notes in one click. It’s sufficient and lean to solve the job

**What do you dislike about Fellow?**

Pricy for the team, hard to go through zoom firewall

**What problems is Fellow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Meeting note and follow up done in lean interface

 ### 25. Collaborative Agendas Make Meetings Effortless

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Beatriz M. | Business Operations Squad Lead, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 05, 2025

**What do you like best about Fellow?**

Having the meeting agenda and next steps defined in a shared space where everyone can collaborate live — without needing to formalize it in a slide — is amazing!

**What do you dislike about Fellow?**

I can’t find an option to disable the grammar error highlighting, and it’s really bothering me. I’m Brazilian, and my Windows is in Portuguese (factory setting with no possibility to change it), but I use Fellow in English since I work for the U.S. team. Because of that, Fellow marks all my words written in English as incorrect. I’ve looked everywhere but couldn’t find a way to turn this off in the settings.

**What problems is Fellow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Meeting management is definitely the most important part for me. It makes alignment and wrap-up much easier, since everyone can see and share the same next steps — and responsibilities become clear by the end of the meeting.

 ### 26. Best Tool for Recording Meetings and Taking Notes

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Harmeet G. | Data analyst, Consulting, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 31, 2026

**What do you like best about Fellow?**

It is the best tool for recording meetings and taking notes, easy to use and really helpful to keep pointers of the meetings. The transcript is helpful to check the conversation as well

**What do you dislike about Fellow?**

The platform is limited to few free days and is paid which is quite expensive for its offerings. The platform needs improvements and better transcription from conversation

**What problems is Fellow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is helping us save time by taking pointers and notes from all the meeting which can be referred later to perform tasks and cross check teams progress. It helps us keep track of commitments as well

 ### 27. Essential for Effective Meeting Recap and Tracking

**What do you like best about Fellow?**

I use Fellow for meeting note tracking and recaps and really appreciate the ability to re-watch and listen to parts of the meeting. It highlights important decisions, topics, and follow-ups needed, which keeps me on track. One feature I like the most is the detailed breakdown of recaps, which notes meeting attendees' speech by name and summarizes well the important decisions made or confirmed and follow-ups needed. The initial setup was very easy, and compared to what I was using before, I prefer Fellow.

**What do you dislike about Fellow?**

I don't like that it speaks in chat and too pricy.

**What problems is Fellow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Fellow for meeting note tracking and recaps, allowing me to re-watch parts of meetings and highlight important decisions. It effectively notes attendees' speech by name, summarizes decisions, and keeps me on track with follow-ups.

 ### 29. Fellow has increased my output by more than 50%

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tina A. | HubSpot Admin, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 08, 2025

**What do you like best about Fellow?**

Fellow has become my top tool for staying organized. After each meeting, I can rely on having a clear record of what was discussed, a list of next steps, and a detailed outline of the entire meeting. This has been especially helpful when others forget what was said or the actions they requested from me. My favorite feature, though, is the stats tab. I aim to talk less and listen more, and this tab shows exactly who spoke and for how long, helping me stay accountable to my goal.

Using Fellow feels effortless. Once I set up the meetings I want it to record, it joins automatically without any action needed from me. After the meeting, it provides a list of suggested tasks, along with the full transcript and meeting outline, which are easy to share with anyone not using Fellow. With just one click, a record can be sent to their email. I use this tool in every meeting I can.

**What do you dislike about Fellow?**

I have not found anything I don't like about fellow

**What problems is Fellow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Fellow provides me with a comprehensive record of every meeting, including a recording I can refer back to whenever there are questions about who requested an action or what exactly was discussed. The platform offers a clear outline of the topics covered, and if necessary, a full transcript for reference. This feature has saved me a lot of time. For example, just last week, someone questioned why I handled something a certain way. I was able to revisit the meeting, use the outline links to locate the relevant part of the video, and watch the discussion again. I then shared the specific clip with the team, which quickly resolved their confusion. It saved us valuable time, provided an answer within minutes, and spared me from having to schedule another meeting.

 ### 30. Streamlined Meetings and Team Accountability Made Easy

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Shefali S. | Grader, Information Technology and Services, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 02, 2025

**What do you like best about Fellow?**

Fellow offers highly organized meeting workflows, enabling teams to conduct structured and productive meetings. With features like shared agendas, collaborative note-taking, and action-item tracking, everyone remains on the same page. Additionally, it enhances accountability within the team by capturing tasks, feedback, and follow-ups in a single location. This makes it much easier for teams to manage their responsibilities and maintain transparency.

**What do you dislike about Fellow?**

It can feel overwhelming initially, as the abundance of features and templates may require new users to spend some time learning the interface and configuring workflows to suit their team’s preferences.

**What problems is Fellow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were searching for a more efficient method to conduct meetings, manage action items, and ensure accountability within our team. Too often, crucial notes would go missing, and follow-ups lacked consistency.

 ### 31. Very powerful and efficient

**Reviewed by:** Kateryna K. | Customer Success Operations Manager, Computer Software, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 07, 2025

**What do you like best about Fellow?**

Very nice app with useful notifications, supporting many languages, "Ask Fellow" feature, Auto-generation of very nice-looking and easy-to-read summaries and action points, many native integrations. These are the things that made my life easier to the extent that I can't imagine my meetings without Fellow, I use it daily and sharing the important meetings with the team, when there is a need. Also, there is a possibility to make and share clips - which is an amazing feature when some part needs to be shared externally during some negotiations.
Implementing Fellow was super easy, just logging in and inviting the team. There are many setting that each member can configure as they consider comfortable.
The Support team is also nice, they helped us quickly when the question raised, but we didn't even have many questions because it's easy to use.

**What do you dislike about Fellow?**

I didn't find the feature to find all the meetings by the Title - there is a possibility to search by keywords in transcripts. notes and summaries, which is amazing, but simply find it by the title - not sure if this feature is present.
It's very cool that Fellow has many popular native integrations, but they are available only from business package.

**What problems is Fellow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

- Managing expectation correctly of our customers
- Providing customers with very UI-friendly training recaps
- Defending company point of view when problem raises with vendors, having a recorded proof is always a good point

**Reviewed by:** Verified User | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 12, 2026

**What do you like best about Fellow?**

What I particularly like about Fellow is that the recording of appointments can be initiated very quickly. I also like the sync with my calendar and the shared notes. This way, appointments can be prepared together in advance and discussion topics can be collected without using additional tools for maintaining the agenda, etc. The initial setup of Fellow was very intuitive and seamless.

**What do you dislike about Fellow?**

Sometimes canceled appointments reappear in the calendar in Fellow and prompt you to join, even though this appointment does not exist.

**What problems is Fellow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Fellow reduces the follow-up of appointments, accelerates their execution, and requires fewer people, as the documentation effort does not occur in parallel.

I really like the Ask Fellow functionality, which allows me to ask for summaries of meeting items over a period of time, and it's super useful. It helps me make sure I don't miss anything when updating projects or communicating with peers. The Ask Fellow functionality is particularly valuable as I can request talking points around specific topics from meetings, which can be formatted into project updates to share in project management tools. The setup of Fellow is very intuitive, making it easy to use.

**What do you dislike about Fellow?**

Nothing

I love using Fellow for easy note-taking, reviewing, follow-ups, and organization during meetings. I really appreciate that I don't have to type during calls, which allows me to pay attention to my customers and helps me avoid missing important details. I also love going back to my notes if needed, and having everything in one folder makes it easy to access and review notes when necessary. I find the AI tool super helpful because it allows you to search through past meetings and gather that one sentence you're looking for. I'm really impressed with the high-quality, summarized, and very accurate notes that Fellow provides.

**What do you dislike about Fellow?**

Sometimes there's a glitch in the system and the notes don't get taken, but it's on rare occasion. There's just no video or notes captured.

**What problems is Fellow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Fellow for easy note-taking, review, and organization in meetings. It allows me to pay attention without typing during calls and helps me avoid missing important details. I love having all notes in one folder, easily accessible and searchable through past meetings.

 ### 36. Essential for Meeting Management, Needs UI Refinements

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Steven M. | Account Manager, Marketing and Advertising, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 13, 2025

**What do you like best about Fellow?**

I use Fellow to prepare and run meetings with clients and internal teams, and it helps me organize agendas, keep an eye on action items, and maintain clear notes with its AI transcriptions so nothing falls through the cracks. I find the transcription feature especially helpful because it acts as a single source of truth for meetings, allowing me to stay engaged in client conversations without worrying about capturing everything. This feature removes any ambiguity after meetings and is also very helpful for preparing next steps and ensuring details and commitments are adhered to. Fellow helps me ensure day-to-day alignment, which is very helpful.

**What do you dislike about Fellow?**

At times, the interface can feel busy, especially when managing a variety of meetings or agenda, which can sometimes make it hard to find what I need. The transcription feature is helpful, but there are occasional inaccuracies. Simplifying the navigation between notes, action items, and agendas could help avoid feeling cluttered, and improving the accuracy of the transcription would be great.

**What problems is Fellow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Fellow to prepare and run meetings, organizing agendas and taking clear notes. It solves unstructured meeting follow-ups by capturing notes and tracking actions, reducing distractions. The AI transcription helps maintain a single source of truth, removing ambiguity and aiding in preparing next steps.

 ### 37. Streamlined Meeting Management, Seamless Integration

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** George C.

**Reviewed Date:** December 11, 2025

**What do you like best about Fellow?**

I really like how Fellow can integrate with our other tools like Glean AI. It combines information from a meeting with other information across Slack's emails and Jira. This integration is extremely useful.

**What do you dislike about Fellow?**

I find the settings a little clunky and sometimes it's hard to set up the sharing of meetings because it likes to use channels inside Fellow. I would prefer if there was a way to directly share updates to Slack channels or emails automatically. When onboarding, it was a little complicated because we had to get people off their personal accounts and using the corporate account. That took a little bit, to figure out and a few tries.

**What problems is Fellow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Fellow to streamline recording, summarizing, and managing action items from meetings. It organizes meetings by series and tracks conversation threads, while letting me add talking points to guide the agenda, reducing the effort of formal agenda distribution.

 ### 38. Effortless One-to-One Management, Needs Speed Optimization

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sian B. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 16, 2026

**What do you like best about Fellow?**

I really like how easy Fellow is to use. I enjoy using the feedback tool quite often, as it's very simple and easy to use. I also appreciate the follow-up tasks feature for the Fellow notetaker. Setting up Fellow was very easy for me.

**What do you dislike about Fellow?**

Sometimes it's a little bit slow. And, the software itself can slow down my own computer. I don't know if that's my computer thing, but sometimes it slows things down. Oh, well.

**What problems is Fellow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Fellow helps me manage my to-do and follow-up tasks effectively during one-to-ones.

 ### 39. Elevated Meeting Management, Easy Setup

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** makayla h.

**Reviewed Date:** December 10, 2025

**What do you like best about Fellow?**

I think Fellow does a good job of gathering meeting notes and it seems to be pretty accurate. It keeps track of who was in the meeting and what they specifically were talking about, which is great for sending a recap to management. I also like how I can create a running agenda that I can reference from one-on-one meetings. I can see what was discussed last week and if there are any pending items that can be rolled into the next week.

**What do you dislike about Fellow?**

I think overall, it worked very well. There is sometimes a bump in the road when I tried to share the meeting recap and notes to external users. Sometimes it errors out.

**What problems is Fellow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Fellow to track meeting notes and agendas, making meetings more efficient and organized. It allows the team to focus without worrying about capturing every detail. It also helps in managing projects and tracking technical notes, even for those without subject expertise.

 ### 40. Productive AI Platform for Meetings and other communication

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Konjengbam M. | BDR, Financial Services, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

I love the ability with so much objective oriented that a Meeting or communication's can be made. Its ability to make meetings very productive with its AI features makes this Platform outstanding than the others. The platform is easy to login allowing users to access its features easily. The historical records of meetings might be helpful to retain the past knowledge shared during various meeting. This will make sure no extra amount of time is spent again repeating the whole process to someone new.

**What do you dislike about Fellow?**

I love most parts of this platform but i wish that the platform supports integration of other utility platform without much hassle. I also wish the dash board was a more better and cleaner than it currently is. A little more learning of the user is need to be extremely effective using the platform.

**What problems is Fellow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This platform have made Meeting much more productive than it usually was before. I also have a good feeling that training of any one new in the team would be more easier with this platform.

 ### 41. Effortless Meeting Management and Clear Communication

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Darcy N.

**Reviewed Date:** December 04, 2025

**What do you like best about Fellow?**

I like that Fellow is really easy to use. It helps me recap my meeting notes and organize my design decisions, which I can easily share with larger groups. It's super helpful for distilling information clearly, keeping those conversations clear, and sharing information effectively. I appreciate being able to access past meetings to reference design decisions moving forward. The ability to sanity check if I've heard something right and grab information through Fellow is probably the most helpful. Plus, being able to ask questions is super helpful and makes the tool quite powerful for me. The initial setup was pretty easy.

**What do you dislike about Fellow?**

Every now and then, if I meet with somebody who's not on Zoom, I sometimes have issues with Fellow connecting, and I don't have it on the call, which can sometimes be frustrating.

**What problems is Fellow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Fellow for recapping meeting notes and organizing design decisions. It solves the problem of keeping track of multiple conversations by maintaining clarity and sharing information effectively. It's super helpful for making sure I'm clear on what I've heard.

 ### 42. Indispensable for Efficient Meetings

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Vitor F.

**Reviewed Date:** December 03, 2025

**What do you like best about Fellow?**

I love the fact that Fellow is integrated with Google Meet, which greatly facilitates my meetings. Its extension allows me to make all the notes I need in a centralized way, without the need to open additional windows or applications. This makes the process much more practical and organized. Furthermore, the artificial intelligence part of Fellow is something I value a lot, especially because it refines itself more and more and is useful for my meetings that occur both in English and Portuguese. The artificial intelligence allows me to consult what was said in previous meetings, even in those where I could not be present, and this is extremely valuable when I need to retrieve important data. Another positive point is the ease the software provides in relation to tracking tasks and agendas, allowing me to reorganize and update my actions efficiently after meetings. Fellow acts almost like a personal assistant, offering a practical and useful experience in managing information and meetings.

**What do you dislike about Fellow?**

I find the search function within Fellow to be somewhat inefficient, as I often wish I could better filter meetings. When I need to search for a meeting with a specific person, the system returns several meetings in which the person participated or was mentioned, making the search confusing due to the order of presentation of the results. This complicates locating meetings from months ago when I don't remember the exact date, but only who it was with. The visualization and functionality of the search could be more intuitive and organized.

**What problems is Fellow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Fellow to record meetings assertively, helping not to miss anything said, manage tasks, and resolve scheduling conflicts. The smart transcription and AI assistant function as a personal copilot, useful for revisiting meetings and organizing information.

 ### 43. Fellow lures with promises that one writes a review and does not keep them [Organize, prepare, and document meetings better and easier with Fellow]

**Rating:** 0.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 28, 2025

**What do you like best about Fellow?**

EDIT: See below: Fellow is fooling people with supposed $25 vouchers for this review!

**What do you dislike about Fellow?**

EDIT: As much as I like the tool, it's absolutely unacceptable that Fellow promises a $25 Amazon gift card for writing this review, and then you have to repeatedly contact and remind customer support over a period of more than a month, even though they initially tell you that you'll receive the Amazon gift card within 10 business days, and then after many weeks, they only give you a voucher for their own merch shop - and that without any apology or explanation. What am I supposed to do with that?? You don't have to offer an incentive for a review, but if you do, and I, as a user, invest quite a bit of time in this honest review, and then promises are not kept, it's just cheeky. Although, as you can see from the original review, I really like Fellow itself, I am now just really disappointed and would not recommend Fellow further. (Of course, I can back everything up with screenshots)

**What problems is Fellow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I don't quite understand the question. How Fellow helps me, I have already answered before.

 ### 44. Accurate Transcriptions, Room for Call Integration Improvement

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kelton E.

**Reviewed Date:** December 11, 2025

**What do you like best about Fellow?**

I really like the accuracy of Fellow's transcription and the quality of the video recordings. The detailed transcripts allow me to ask questions that Fellow can accurately respond to with the AI feature. The quality of the video helps me understand nuances during a meeting, like reading prospects' facial expressions when discussing specific topics. I also found everything I used Fellow for to be pretty easy.

**What do you dislike about Fellow?**

Sometimes it doesn't join a call all the time. I think it would be easier if there was just a blanket join call. Sometimes I feel like, when I forget to switch it on in my calendar, it doesn't join as easily. And yeah, that's it.

**What problems is Fellow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I never forget what happened in a meeting because I have it all recorded with Fellow. The video recording helps me see small things like people's facial expressions and understand nuances during discussions.

I use Fellow for work meetings, obtaining summaries and clarification of doubts that improve my productivity and efficiency.

 ### 47. Transform Task Management with Perfect Integration

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Miguel Alejandro A. | Coordinador de Gente y Cultura

**Reviewed Date:** November 27, 2025

**What do you like best about Fellow?**

I really like how Fellow integrates perfectly with Google Workspace, especially using Google Meet for our sessions, which allows for smooth interaction during meetings. I appreciate that notes can be taken immediately, follow-up actions can be left, comments can be made, and templates can be used; all these elements combine to make it a very versatile tool. Additionally, I enjoy the capabilities that Fellow offers to monitor and view the use and utilization of the tool as an administrator, which is very useful. Fellow's tool also becomes very useful for timely follow-up, assigning responsibilities, and setting completion dates for any activity, thus avoiding forgetfulness or missed deadlines. I cannot emphasize enough the utility of Fellow being able to automatically take notes from sessions, which greatly facilitates daily work.

**What do you dislike about Fellow?**

I would like Fellow to be completely in Spanish. Also, I find it difficult to receive training in English on the efficient use of Fellow, and I would prefer to have more training in Spanish.

**What problems is Fellow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Fellow to track my tasks, assigning responsibilities and deadlines. Avoid the unnecessary use of tools for notes and tracking, centralizing everything smoothly. Fellow takes session notes for me, making the process more efficient.

 ### 50. Effortless Meeting Management, Needs Longer Recording

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Osman A.

**Reviewed Date:** November 23, 2025

**What do you like best about Fellow?**

I find Fellow incredibly useful for managing all my meetings. It allows me to bypass the need for manual note-taking as it provides comprehensive recordings and summaries of meetings that I can revisit afterward. The ability to easily create action and decision points is a significant time-saver. Even when I'm unable to attend a meeting, I appreciate that I can still access the recordings and read summaries to stay informed and make necessary decisions. The setup was straightforward, making the initial transition smooth and hassle-free. Overall, the ease with which I can stay on top of meeting details without being physically present is a standout feature that greatly enhances my productivity.

**What do you dislike about Fellow?**

I find the 3-hour limitation for meeting recordings in Fellow restrictive. There should be no limit for the meeting recording, as it hinders my ability to capture longer, comprehensive meetings fully.

**What problems is Fellow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Fellow to skip manual note-taking and access meeting summaries, enabling me to create action and decision points easily, even when I miss meetings.
