## Fellow Reviews
 ### 1. Helpful AI Summaries and Chatbot, but Slow Loads and Occasional Lost Recordings

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jas N. | COO & Co-founder, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 05, 2026

**What do you like best about Fellow?**

AI summaries and action items. The AI chat bot is also super helpful and saves a ton of time.

**What do you dislike about Fellow?**

The loading times for summaries are slow, and I also run into periodic bugs where the recordings end up getting lost afterward.

**What problems is Fellow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It decreases the overhead of managing and running meetings and greatly reduces preparation time, since past summaries are easy to access. Overall, it saves us a lot of time, helps us stay accountable, and gives us a highly searchable record of all meetings with customers and internal team members. It also helps our clients refer to past training sessions easily

 ### 2. Powerful AI Assistant and Helpful Meeting Templates

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Telecommunications | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 07, 2026

**What do you like best about Fellow?**

Overall, it offers more functionality than just being a standard note-taker. I especially like the AI assistant features within my notes, since I can easily ask questions and get quick help. The meeting templates are also useful and make it easier to keep my meetings organized.

**What do you dislike about Fellow?**

Sometimes when the Fellow meeting bot joins, there’s a weird thumping/clicking sound that doesn’t stop until I mute it. Other times it doesn’t join meetings properly, or it joins but then doesn’t save the recording/notes afterward, so it ends up missing.

**What problems is Fellow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Meeting recaps, notes, action items, and insights that help me stay in the loop on all of my sales and customer success and account management deals

 ### 3. Efficient Task Management with Room for Improvement

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ricky L. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 15, 2026

**What do you like best about Fellow?**

I like the action items feature in Fellow. It gives me confidence that I can follow-up and not miss any details during the normal pace of meetings. It was challenging to take notes and pause meetings, but now I can focus on the meeting itself instead of the notes. The ability to capture the details with video recordings and transcripts is really great, allowing me to quickly assign tasks and add them to my current tracking tool. I find the action items to be accurate with those in my meeting notes.

**What do you dislike about Fellow?**

Authentication is a challenge because Fellow is associated with my organization's authentication provider. It can be difficult getting access to meetings and transcripts. If I enter the wrong ID, I'm not sure how to access it outside of the company-provided link. The initial setup was challenging due to authentication issues. I wasn't sure what to enter for my ID and password. Trying to access it just from a Fellow link available on the web didn't work. I had to use the link provided by the company. Challenges with authentication have been consistent.

**What problems is Fellow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Fellow to organize and compare meeting notes, identify key points for follow-ups, and ensure I understand everything. It captures action items accurately, letting me focus on meetings without missing details. The recordings and transcripts are very helpful.

 ### 4. Good simple option for small teams

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** James N. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 13, 2026

**What do you like best about Fellow?**

I love using the 'Ask Fellow' feature, and I find myself using it quite a lot for quickly finding information about what team members are up to. It keeps everything all in one place and makes sure that the team is clear about action items. Fellow also allows me to quickly find information about specific team members. It unified everything under a shared workspace, which was very simple, and that's part of its appeal.

**What do you dislike about Fellow?**

The UI is a bit clunky sometimes, even after a recent refresh. I often find myself accidentally looking at full notes for previous or next meetings during recurring meetings, and something just feels off with it. Also, we changed domains once and were unable to transfer our entire workspace, which was annoying.

**What problems is Fellow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Fellow keeps everything in one place, ensuring the team is clear about action items. It allows me to quickly find information about specific team members, which I really appreciate.

 ### 5. Streamlined Meeting Management with Fellow

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Hassan A. | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 10, 2026

**What do you like best about Fellow?**

I use Fellow to organize my data and notes for meetings, which is super user-friendly and simple while providing total control to the user. I'm a heavy user of Fellow's Copilot feature, which automatically provides meeting minutes, summaries, action items, and transcripts, eliminating the guesswork about what has been discussed in meetings. It's got great transcription accuracy and generates professional, sensible AI recaps. I love how it keeps all the meeting data in one place, sharing it with all participants and maintaining visibility for the right people. The AI recap, transcript, and action item features stand out to me.

**What do you dislike about Fellow?**

Fellow recently introduced some UI/UX changes where the layout of the user end has been changed. It would be great if training is provided to users about what changes are introduced and where to find features in the new layout. We can reach out to Support, but if you proactively do it we will spend the same time working towards our deadline instead of waiting on Support to let us know how to work Fellow.

**What problems is Fellow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Fellow to organize meeting notes and discussions. Its Copilot feature provides automatic meeting minutes, summaries, and action items, eliminating the need for note-taking and guesswork about discussions.

 ### 6. Intuitive and User-Friendly Tool for Cross-Functional Team Collaboration

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Elizabeth B. | Associate Product Owner, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 11, 2026

**What do you like best about Fellow?**

What I like best about Fellow is how intuitive and user-friendly it is. It makes managing meetings, notes, and follow-ups seamless, helping me stay organised and collaborate effectively with my team.

**What do you dislike about Fellow?**

I dislike that Fellow can sometimes feel a bit rigid in its workflow, making collaboration less flexible. Additionally, the notification system can be overwhelming, and the interface occasionally feels cluttered when managing multiple projects at once.

**What problems is Fellow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Fellow is addressing several key challenges in team collaboration and productivity. It helps to streamline meeting preparation, ensuring that everyone comes in with a clear agenda and shared context. It also solves the problem of scattered meeting notes by providing a central place for documentation, which makes follow-ups and accountability much easier.

The benefits for me include saving time in planning and running meetings, improving clarity and alignment across multiple teams and departments, and reducing the chance of action items slipping through the cracks. Overall, it enhances efficiency and strengthens team communication.

 ### 7. Powerful Recording, AI, and Open API for Custom Builds

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jonathan G. | Founder, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 21, 2026

**What do you like best about Fellow?**

The recording features, AI capabilities, and the open API make it possible to build your own functionality.

**What do you dislike about Fellow?**

More analytics would be great, as it would provide deeper insights and make it easier to understand what’s working.

**What problems is Fellow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Remembering all the details from my meetings has been a lot easier for me.

 ### 8. Automates Meetings But Needs Better Transcription Support

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 15, 2026

**What do you like best about Fellow?**

I use Fellow for meetings, and I really like how it lets me automate my workflow. Another feature I enjoy is the library; it's the only tool within Fellow that I use regularly.

**What do you dislike about Fellow?**

I always need to edit the Turkish transcription as it doesn't fit linguistically and sometimes it's broken in English. It usually takes action items wrong in Turkish meetings.

**What problems is Fellow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Fellow helps me with follow-up and concentrating more during meetings. I also like to automate my workflow with it.

 ### 9. Effortless Meeting Transcripts, Needs AI Enhancement

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Raven S. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 19, 2026

**What do you like best about Fellow?**

I like how easy it is to have Fellow connected to different meeting platforms like Google Meets and Microsoft Teams. No matter what platform I'm using, I know that Fellow is going to be there, which is really great. I've used systems in the past that were hard to configure and join meetings, but Fellow is very simple. Even though we use Google Meets as our base platform for meetings, Fellow easily joins even if our customers use Teams, so I don't need to create a separate Teams account. I also appreciate that I don't have to worry about taking notes if I'm using something other than Google Meets because Fellow takes care of it. It's very easy to have Fellow join any call I need. On top of that, the setup was quite easy, and it continues to be easy as we onboard new associates.

**What do you dislike about Fellow?**

I tend to take my transcript from Fellow and put it into ChatGPT to write out notes that are a little bit more customized. It would be nice to set up the ability for the AI to write notes for me from the recap based off of my tone of voice or how I want something written in a specific template for that recap. At first, I was not very happy with using Fellow. I preferred Tactic. I felt like Tactic was a lot more customizable. Tactic allowed a chat bot or some kind of AI bot at the top of every meeting transcript where you could ask its very specific questions about the meeting, and have it write out specific points or notes that I could just copy and paste right into Slack. I could say, 'please write me a meeting summary that is casual, that highlights the main points of this meeting,' and it would do that. That's something that I definitely miss out of Tactic.

**What problems is Fellow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Fellow lets me engage fully in meetings without worrying about note-taking, and it integrates well with various platforms like Google Meets and Microsoft Teams.

 ### 10. AI Chat Enhances Meeting Efficiency

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** ufound a. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 19, 2026

**What do you like best about Fellow?**

I use Fellow to record internal meetings, and it's been great. The AI chat feature to write up emails after calls is something I like most about Fellow. It's probably the best feature that we use the most.

**What do you dislike about Fellow?**

I think one thing is just little tweaks and stuff, you know, adding a new UI and automatically sharing recordings with another user was pretty difficult. Sometimes there'll be a problem with the title if it's from another user, like a private Google Meet, and it won't get the title, which is a bit frustrating. Also needing to assign users is frustrating because if you don't assign users, it won't use multiple meetings.

**What problems is Fellow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Fellow to record internal meetings and write up emails after calls, saving time by not needing to take manual notes.

 ### 11. Phenomenal for Agenda and Meeting Management, Needs Offline Boost

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Katrina G.

**Reviewed Date:** February 12, 2026

**What do you like best about Fellow?**

I love using Fellow for drafting agendas for both one-on-one meetings and staff meetings. It's pretty phenomenal in ensuring documentation behind actions, which is crucial for supporting student outcomes in my role as CEO in education. I also find Fellow instrumental with its botless recordings, as it allows me to review meeting summaries and action steps, especially for hot topics discussed in meetings. Integrating my calendar into Fellow has also been straightforward and useful.

**What do you dislike about Fellow?**

I wish Fellow would work a little better for in-person meetings. There have been a few times when the botless recording just didn't happen, and I only found out after the meeting was over, which is kind of unsettling. I think it's some technical glitches that need fixing. It would also be nice if Fellow integrated with Google, as my team uses Google Docs and Spreadsheets, and switching over would be easier. Initially, I would have preferred if meetings didn't default to recording automatically; it would have been helpful if the default was set to manually record meetings.

**What problems is Fellow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I count on Fellow to draft agendas for meetings, ensuring documentation for supporting student outcomes. It records meetings and summarizes action steps, which is instrumental for reviewing important discussions.

 ### 12. Great meeting notes and summaries, but the new layout makes editing harder

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Primary/Secondary Education | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 09, 2026

**What do you like best about Fellow?**

One place for all my notes. I love that it records, and summarizes my virtual meetings. Adds time stamps to review conversations and creates a task list for me. It integrates well with my calendar so I don't have to go back and forth trying to find things. I can link meetings and carry forward tasks and notes.

**What do you dislike about Fellow?**

I’m not a fan of the new layout. The editing tools feel limited and are hard to see at the bottom of the page. I preferred them at the top, like they are in Word or Docs, because it was easier to find and use them. Also, the help document still reflects the previous layout, so it doesn’t match what I’m seeing now.

I’d also love a way to use the AI to take notes during in-person meetings. Maybe there’s already an option for this that I just haven’t discovered yet.

**What problems is Fellow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It’s easy to find meeting notes and collaborate across our team.

 ### 13. AI chat function impressive, but UI could be better

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Patrick M. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 30, 2026

**What do you like best about Fellow?**

I really appreciate the AI chat at Fellow because it helps to search through meetings and quickly find specific information, such as: "What did customer X say about topic x?". Additionally, I find it convenient that I can prepare information in a way that it can be briefly summarized for Slack.

**What do you dislike about Fellow?**

The interface of Fellow is somewhat cluttered and slow, and I have to restart it too often. The 'Ask Fellow' chat is not centralized enough, and I never know if it is searching just one meeting or all of them. Additionally, the synchronization of Action Points with Asana has been rather annoying because there were too many. It would also be nice to automatically post a meeting recap of a meeting to a specific Slack channel. Recurring meeting with Client X? Summary automatically goes to Slack Channel X.

**What problems is Fellow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Fellow helps with taking notes during meetings and finding information through the AI chat, which is super useful for quickly retrieving specific information or preparing for Slack.

 ### 14. User‑Friendly and Effective

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 16, 2026

**What do you like best about Fellow?**

Being able to capture meeting notes using AI—without having to retype or rewatch the entire recording—makes a big difference when sharing notes with others.

**What do you dislike about Fellow?**

Sometimes, the bot recorder doesn’t join automatically, so I have to go to Fellow and click the bot recorder manually

**What problems is Fellow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The number one benefit is its ability to summarize the entire meeting with minimal typos, based on how the bot captured the conversation

 ### 15. Claude-Fellow Integration Makes Meeting Insights Easy—With Room to Grow

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Consulting | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 02, 2026

**What do you like best about Fellow?**

The Claude-Fellow integration enables our team to easily extract and digest key insights from meetings.

**What do you dislike about Fellow?**

One drawback is the lack of an auto-share feature for our team members who aren’t meeting attendees but still need access to the meeting recording.

The inability to export transcripts easily like you can with the AI summaries.

**What problems is Fellow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Fellow helps our team stay more present and engaged during meetings, instead of worrying about taking notes.

 ### 16. Love the Notes, Recordings, and Automation

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Morné M. | Founder & CEO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 27, 2026

**What do you like best about Fellow?**

the notes, the recordings the automation

**What do you dislike about Fellow?**

that it takes up space in the room. I'd prefer not to have it visible at all and have space for actual people

**What problems is Fellow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

my team likes it as it helps them to prepare for meetings sales - for me also same to prepare for meetings and make sure I dont drop the ball

 ### 17. Effective Meeting Assistant

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Valentina C.

**Reviewed Date:** January 05, 2026

**What do you like best about Fellow?**

I use Fellow as a meeting assistant, and it's a great tool that supports productivity by allowing me to revisit meeting transcripts and quickly access insights. I find it amazing for customer calls. I appreciate the ease of use and the access to transcripts, which help me manage several meetings a day without the fear of losing important information. It's like having a personal assistant, taking notes and providing insights that allow me to focus on my job. The personal setup is pretty straightforward.

**What do you dislike about Fellow?**

Sometimes the notetaker doesn't work properly because it's unable to access calls. I would love to have this tool more integrated with other ecosystems. I was creating an automation with n8n and the integration wasn't native, so it took a bit of extra work.

**What problems is Fellow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Fellow as a meeting assistant for notetaking, transcripts, and insights, allowing me to focus on my job without worrying about losing important information. It's like having a personal assistant that supports productivity.

 ### 18. Essential for Effective Meeting Recap and Tracking

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Media Production | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 22, 2026

**What do you like best about Fellow?**

I use Fellow for meeting note tracking and recaps and really appreciate the ability to re-watch and listen to parts of the meeting. It highlights important decisions, topics, and follow-ups needed, which keeps me on track. One feature I like the most is the detailed breakdown of recaps, which notes meeting attendees' speech by name and summarizes well the important decisions made or confirmed and follow-ups needed. The initial setup was very easy, and compared to what I was using before, I prefer Fellow.

**What do you dislike about Fellow?**

I don't like that it speaks in chat and too pricy.

**What problems is Fellow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Fellow for meeting note tracking and recaps, allowing me to re-watch parts of meetings and highlight important decisions. It effectively notes attendees' speech by name, summarizes decisions, and keeps me on track with follow-ups.

 ### 19. Streamlined Meetings and Team Accountability Made Easy

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Shefali S. | Grader, Information Technology and Services, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 02, 2025

**What do you like best about Fellow?**

Fellow offers highly organized meeting workflows, enabling teams to conduct structured and productive meetings. With features like shared agendas, collaborative note-taking, and action-item tracking, everyone remains on the same page. Additionally, it enhances accountability within the team by capturing tasks, feedback, and follow-ups in a single location. This makes it much easier for teams to manage their responsibilities and maintain transparency.

**What do you dislike about Fellow?**

It can feel overwhelming initially, as the abundance of features and templates may require new users to spend some time learning the interface and configuring workflows to suit their team’s preferences.

**What problems is Fellow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were searching for a more efficient method to conduct meetings, manage action items, and ensure accountability within our team. Too often, crucial notes would go missing, and follow-ups lacked consistency.

 ### 20. Fast appointment processing with seamless calendar integration

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 12, 2026

**What do you like best about Fellow?**

What I particularly like about Fellow is that the recording of appointments can be initiated very quickly. I also like the sync with my calendar and the shared notes. This way, appointments can be prepared together in advance and discussion topics can be collected without using additional tools for maintaining the agenda, etc. The initial setup of Fellow was very intuitive and seamless.

**What do you dislike about Fellow?**

Sometimes canceled appointments reappear in the calendar in Fellow and prompt you to join, even though this appointment does not exist.

**What problems is Fellow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Fellow reduces the follow-up of appointments, accelerates their execution, and requires fewer people, as the documentation effort does not occur in parallel.

 ### 21. Essential for Meeting Management, Needs UI Refinements

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Steven M. | Account Manager, Marketing and Advertising, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 13, 2025

**What do you like best about Fellow?**

I use Fellow to prepare and run meetings with clients and internal teams, and it helps me organize agendas, keep an eye on action items, and maintain clear notes with its AI transcriptions so nothing falls through the cracks. I find the transcription feature especially helpful because it acts as a single source of truth for meetings, allowing me to stay engaged in client conversations without worrying about capturing everything. This feature removes any ambiguity after meetings and is also very helpful for preparing next steps and ensuring details and commitments are adhered to. Fellow helps me ensure day-to-day alignment, which is very helpful.

**What do you dislike about Fellow?**

At times, the interface can feel busy, especially when managing a variety of meetings or agenda, which can sometimes make it hard to find what I need. The transcription feature is helpful, but there are occasional inaccuracies. Simplifying the navigation between notes, action items, and agendas could help avoid feeling cluttered, and improving the accuracy of the transcription would be great.

**What problems is Fellow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Fellow to prepare and run meetings, organizing agendas and taking clear notes. It solves unstructured meeting follow-ups by capturing notes and tracking actions, reducing distractions. The AI transcription helps maintain a single source of truth, removing ambiguity and aiding in preparing next steps.

 ### 22. Effortless One-to-One Management, Needs Speed Optimization

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sian B. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 16, 2026

**What do you like best about Fellow?**

I really like how easy Fellow is to use. I enjoy using the feedback tool quite often, as it's very simple and easy to use. I also appreciate the follow-up tasks feature for the Fellow notetaker. Setting up Fellow was very easy for me.

**What do you dislike about Fellow?**

Sometimes it's a little bit slow. And, the software itself can slow down my own computer. I don't know if that's my computer thing, but sometimes it slows things down. Oh, well.

**What problems is Fellow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Fellow helps me manage my to-do and follow-up tasks effectively during one-to-ones.

 ### 23. Accurate Transcriptions, Room for Call Integration Improvement

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kelton E.

**Reviewed Date:** December 11, 2025

**What do you like best about Fellow?**

I really like the accuracy of Fellow's transcription and the quality of the video recordings. The detailed transcripts allow me to ask questions that Fellow can accurately respond to with the AI feature. The quality of the video helps me understand nuances during a meeting, like reading prospects' facial expressions when discussing specific topics. I also found everything I used Fellow for to be pretty easy.

**What do you dislike about Fellow?**

Sometimes it doesn't join a call all the time. I think it would be easier if there was just a blanket join call. Sometimes I feel like, when I forget to switch it on in my calendar, it doesn't join as easily. And yeah, that's it.

**What problems is Fellow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I never forget what happened in a meeting because I have it all recorded with Fellow. The video recording helps me see small things like people's facial expressions and understand nuances during discussions.

 ### 24. Powerful for Meetings, But Problems with Zoom

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jose Alejandro L. | General Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 26, 2026

**What do you like best about Fellow?**

I like the summaries and the clarification of doubts in Fellow. I make better use of my time with Fellow, which helps to be more efficient and improve my productivity. Additionally, it contributes to the creation of economic proposals that make it easier to draft contracts. The initial setup was very simple.

**What do you dislike about Fellow?**

Sometimes it doesn't automatically connect to Zoom, I have to do it manually, and on rare occasions, they haven't been recorded, which has caused me problems.

**What problems is Fellow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Fellow for work meetings, obtaining summaries and clarification of doubts that improve my productivity and efficiency.

 ### 25. User-Friendly with Need for Improved Integrations

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Clayton M. | Head of Finance, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 24, 2026

**What do you like best about Fellow?**

I use Fellow for note-taking and I really like its ease of use. It's helpful in saving time and setting actionable next steps. The action items and note-taking features stand out for me, making my workflow smoother.

**What do you dislike about Fellow?**

Outlook integration and Teams integration. Often doesn't update live with Outlook and only attends meetings on calendar.

**What problems is Fellow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Fellow for note taking and transcription, which saves me time and helps plan actionable next steps.

 ### 26. Efficient Meeting Note Management, But UI Needs Improvement

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 10, 2026

**What do you like best about Fellow?**

I like the Fellow extension and how it makes it easy to access right in the Google meetings. It helps by not having to switch between different apps to look at my meeting notes.

**What do you dislike about Fellow?**

The UI is very convoluted, especially adding a template to the recurring meeting is quite unintuitive

**What problems is Fellow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Fellow helps me not have to remember what to discuss in meetings and prevents switching between apps with its extension.

 ### 27. Recap and AI, Keys for Effective Meetings

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Felipe F.

**Reviewed Date:** November 12, 2025

**What do you like best about Fellow?**

I really like the summary or Recap and the artificial intelligence of Fellow, as I can ask the AI questions to get explanations on topics I didn't understand during meetings. I also enjoy the ease with which I can transmit information to Glean, which is connected to all the information sources in our organization. This process helps the artificial intelligence have the necessary context from the meeting to provide more accurate answers. I find it much more organized and simple compared to our previous tool, Grain. Additionally, the initial setup process was easy, allowing me to integrate without complications. The decision to switch to Fellow was implemented by our leaders, and I am convinced that it is a significant improvement for us.

**What do you dislike about Fellow?**

Recently, I encountered an error in Fellow where meeting recordings were not being saved and notes were not being taken. Additionally, when asking about a specific topic from a meeting, sometimes the system would provide information from other meetings with similar topics, which is frustrating and confusing. I would like Fellow to grow in business logic, so that the things discussed in meetings build knowledge. That we can tell it we want to learn about a Topic and it has the ability to teach us with everything it knows from the meeting. And of course, the ultimate goal is for it to be able to understand the images in the videos and analyze them, not just the transcription.

**What problems is Fellow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Fellow to record meetings, obtain summaries, and understand discussed topics. It helps me remember the necessary actions and better comprehend content that I didn't grasp during the meetings.

 ### 28. Efficient Role Intake & Interviews, Needs Accuracy Improvement

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nicole A.

**Reviewed Date:** December 16, 2025

**What do you like best about Fellow?**

I use Fellow mostly for role intake meetings and interviews. It helps me gather and document the right information on roles, complete scorecards from interviews faster and more effectively, which allows for quicker hiring decisions. I really like the 'Ask Fellow' feature as it enables quick extraction of information. This feature helps pull the information I need for interview scorecards to ensure we have the correct details documented from interviews. Also, the initial setup of Fellow was very easy.

**What do you dislike about Fellow?**

The tool hallucinates. There have been times where I use the 'Ask Fellow' feature, and it will say that a candidate said something, that I know for a fact they did not.

**What problems is Fellow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Fellow to gather and document the right information on roles, complete scorecards more effectively, and make faster hiring decisions.

 ### 29. Effective Centralization and Ease of Use

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Arsène B. | CEO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 28, 2025

**What do you like best about Fellow?**

I really like Fellow because it facilitates the centralization of all our team meetings, thus offering a clear visualization of our exchanges and allowing us to easily revisit specific data. The installation process is extremely simple, including sharing with other teams, which is a considerable time saver. Compared to other providers, Fellow proves to be much more user-friendly, which was decisive in our choice. The ability to visually record calls is very practical, especially for demonstrations that help train other teams. I also appreciate the use of artificial intelligence in Fellow, particularly for quick searches during conversations. Fellow simplifies note-taking with templates, making this process more automatic and intuitive.

**What do you dislike about Fellow?**

I don't like the lack of interoperability of Fellow with other tools, especially with Monday.com.

**What problems is Fellow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Fellow to centralize team exchanges, simplify note-taking with templates, and easily find specific moments. This makes our meetings more organized and efficient.

 ### 30. Efficient Meeting Management, Needs Browser Fix

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Anson L.

**Reviewed Date:** October 24, 2025

**What do you like best about Fellow?**

I like how Fellow seamlessly connects with meeting invites, allowing my colleagues and me to access and act on meeting notes as needed. This integration with my Google Calendar and Google Meets works exceptionally well, making it convenient for internal meetings. I appreciate how Fellow organizes my meeting notes effectively and enables me to segment sections, making it easier to action items from notes. The ability to check off questions and topics during meetings is particularly useful. Additionally, I like that Fellow offers a dark mode, which enhances the user experience for me.

**What do you dislike about Fellow?**

{"The browser version of Fellow is buggy for me. Whenever I log into fellow.com, it synchronizes my account to a specific date from like a year ago, which is quite annoying.","I find the Fellow Copilot for Zoom to be a bit buggy, unlike the Google Meet integration which works well for internal meetings.","I wish there was a feature in Fellow that could automatically summarize or amalgamate notes to make them more concise, especially when notes are taken by hand instead of just recorded."}

**What problems is Fellow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Fellow to organize meeting notes, ensuring they sync with my calendar for easy access and actioning, which solves the problem of note management and enhances my meeting efficiency.

 ### 31. My Go-To Hub for Meeting Notes and Follow-Ups

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Professional Training & Coaching | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 09, 2023

**What do you like best about Fellow?**

I’m a solopreneur and typically have 4–10 client meetings a week, and Fellow has finally stopped the “where did I write that?” chaos. The pre-formatted notes pages keep my calls structured, and the fact that I get the recording + transcript in one place is a game changer. The search feature has saved me more than once — I pulled up a call from four months ago that I never added to my CRM, and within seconds I had the recording and my notes at my fingertips. It’s become my single source of truth for all meeting intel, and has significantly sped up client follow-up and content repurposing.

**What do you dislike about Fellow?**

Fellow is clearly designed with teams in mind, so as a one-woman business I only use about 20% of the features. That said, the 20% I do use is worth the cost on its own. I’d love to see more streamlined options or pricing for solopreneurs, but their support team (AI and human) has been genuinely helpful every time I’ve needed them — which makes the learning curve and “team-centric” setup easier to navigate.

**What problems is Fellow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Fellow solved the scattered-notes problem for me. As a solopreneur, my client notes used to live in too many places (CRM, Notion, handwritten, random docs), which slowed down follow-up and made it hard to repurpose call content. Fellow gives me one hub for call recordings, transcripts, and structured notes, so I can quickly pull up past conversations and keep my client follow-up tight and personalized. It saves me valuable time each week and keeps my business running smoothly without the “where did I put that?” scramble.

 ### 32. Great for Meetings, But Needs Easier Impromptu Recording

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Broadcast Media | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 24, 2025

**What do you like best about Fellow?**

Fellow creates accurate meeting notes for all meetings I'm part of. I like that I get access to the notes even if I wasn't in the meeting, and that I can share the notes with anyone else in my company that's on Fellow.
I like the recorded meeting videos can be uploaded to fellow and linked to the meeting from my calendar.

**What do you dislike about Fellow?**

I wish that fellow could be recorded without needing a Teams meeting to be added to. Impromptu recording or meeting creation within the Fellow app would make it a lot easier to get AI meeting notes for any meeting.
Also, sometimes the Fellow bot doesn't join the meeting and I receive errors, not able to record my meeting.

**What problems is Fellow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Fellow makes it easy to go back in a meeting and refer to something that was said. It allows me to have action items linked to myself and reminded to me by email without having to go into the fellow app to check.
Fellow makes it so much easier to share accurate information from meetings with other colleagues.

 ### 33. Simplified Meeting Management with Fellow

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** William J. | Interaction Designer II HoloLens, Computer Software, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 23, 2025

**What do you like best about Fellow?**

I appreciate using Fellow as it helps me stay connected to my one-on-ones and effectively work through meetings. The ability to return to Fellow for meeting transcripts when I have questions is invaluable. I love how it addresses the issue of meeting paralysis by providing context and searchability of meeting discussions, which helps manage the barrage of meetings and keeps me on task. The straightforward setup process with secure sign-on was a great start, and I find the documentation and simple interface for one-on-ones very useful. Fellow just made more sense for our organization's needs compared to other tools we considered.

**What do you dislike about Fellow?**

I would like to see Fellow become more of an active participant in meetings, providing real-time insights and adding more context as if it were actively participating.

**What problems is Fellow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Fellow to tackle meeting paralysis, providing context and searchable transcripts to streamline meetings and maintain focus on tasks.

 ### 34. Reliable AI Meeting Features That Just Work

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Leisure, Travel & Tourism | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 21, 2026

**What do you like best about Fellow?**

Good AI meeting features, and it’s reliable to use during my meetings.

**What do you dislike about Fellow?**

I haven’t noticed any real downsides so far. It worked well no matter what I used it for.

**What problems is Fellow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps me keep track of meetings and generate minutes, and it also makes it easier to refer back to specific discussions in a more intelligent way.

 ### 35. Efficient documentation, but need for improvement in integration

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Stefan S. | Business Developer | Account Director | Managing Director, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 13, 2025

**What do you like best about Fellow?**

I particularly appreciate the documentation features of Fellow, which help me compile high-quality summaries and action items. This makes it easier for me to review the important discussion points and directly grasp the context of the links to the respective places. The feature significantly saves me documentation work and is an excellent reminder tool.

**What do you dislike about Fellow?**

I find it problematic that Fellow comes into the call as an active member, which is somewhat uncomfortable. I would prefer if it could run in the background without opening its own window in Teams. I perceive this as a major weakness of Fellow compared to other tools on the market, such as Google Meet. Additionally, I find the AI input not particularly handy; it takes too long and is not user-friendly in the UX/UI area. These factors make the use of Fellow less comfortable in certain aspects.

**What problems is Fellow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Fellow for documenting and recording conversations. It helps me reduce the work of taking minutes and provides me with excellent documentation over time. Additionally, it saves me significant documentation work and allows me to quickly find relevant information thanks to the action items.

 ### 36. Effective for Project Tracking and Activity Management

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Giovanni J.

**Reviewed Date:** November 18, 2025

**What do you like best about Fellow?**

I appreciate Fellow’s layout, which enhances my ability to organize and keep track of important projects and activities to remember. I find the feature for assigning activities within a group particularly beneficial, as it simplifies collaboration and task management. The tool is also valuable during meetings because it offers a compilation and summary of activities, which helps ensure nothing important is overlooked. These features collectively enhance my workflow efficiency and meeting productivity.

**What do you dislike about Fellow?**

I find it lacking that Fellow does not have a feature to indicate when a project is in progress, such as assigning a percentage of achievement. Additionally, the initial setup was somewhat challenging and could be more streamlined.

**What problems is Fellow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Fellow to remember activities, follow projects, and compile meeting summaries, which helps streamline group assignment and organization.

 ### 37. AI-Powered Meeting Search Makes Collaboration Effortless

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Adriana C. | Virtual Assistant/ Project Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 03, 2025

**What do you like best about Fellow?**

I like how I'm able to use their AI to search within all meetings instead of one.

**What do you dislike about Fellow?**

I wish I could be able to use the "Ask Fellow" while it's also transcribing during a live meeting.

**What problems is Fellow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am able to give my full focus during my client meetings and major project discussions. Being able to go back and review what was covered and what the action items for myself and my team are is huge for me.

 ### 38. Easy Transcript Downloads and Search

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 29, 2026

**What do you like best about Fellow?**

Being able to download and search the transcripts

**What do you dislike about Fellow?**

I wish it was more intuitive to be able to search for users I met with and the recordings / transcripts

**What problems is Fellow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Keeping track of action items and meeting outcomes

 ### 39. Effortless Meeting Management with AI Insights

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** David M.

**Reviewed Date:** January 29, 2026

**What do you like best about Fellow?**

I like using Fellow for organizing and summarizing meetings because it helps me quickly understand complex topics and provides actionable reminders. I also appreciate the recordings and AI-generated summaries, which enhance my overall experience. The initial setup of Fellow was very simple and easy, which I really liked.

**What do you dislike about Fellow?**

I'm not sure how to use AI to draw out or synthesize deeper meaning from the summaries.

**What problems is Fellow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Fellow for organizing and summarizing meetings, quickly summarizing complex topics, and getting actionable reminders.

 ### 40. AI-Powered Note Summaries, Needs Better Multilingual Support

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Eugine Y.

**Reviewed Date:** December 12, 2025

**What do you like best about Fellow?**

I use Fellow for meetings and it makes taking notes much easier. I like that it summarizes all notes, which saves me time. I'm also able to use AI within Fellow to get what I need from the meeting effortlessly. The initial setup was easy too.

**What do you dislike about Fellow?**

Maybe on using 2 languages during the meeting, Fellow can catch it well. It would be better if it could capture both languages well and translate it too.

**What problems is Fellow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Fellow for meetings, mainly for taking notes and summarizing them. I like using AI to get what I need from the meetings.

 ### 41. Seamless Recordings and To-Do Integration

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Insurance | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 26, 2025

**What do you like best about Fellow?**

Recordings and integration with To Do Lists. It was easy to integrate with to do list. Customer support is really good and I use it everyday.

**What do you dislike about Fellow?**

Really hard to search. Sometimes it doesn't work, recordings or it doesn't automatically log in. It was really hard at first to use and now it's a bit better. The AI isn't very good. Sometimes it works and other times it doesn't. I would love if AI could really help or look for things specifically when asked.

**What problems is Fellow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Having recordings and transcripts is great. Would love for it to detect other languages and automatically provides transcripts.

 ### 42. Efficient Note-Taking with Great Action Item Tracking

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nick H.

**Reviewed Date:** October 16, 2025

**What do you like best about Fellow?**

I like how Fellow automatically tracks action items for meetings and assigns them to me, which helps me follow up effectively on my commitments. The automatic meeting summary notes are incredibly useful in keeping track of what's discussed. It was initially confusing to set up, but I managed to get it running quickly.

**What do you dislike about Fellow?**

{"I found the initial setup of Fellow a bit confusing, which posed a challenge at the beginning.","The meeting notes accessibility is limited, as I would prefer that they be accessible to everyone at least for reading."}

**What problems is Fellow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Fellow to automatically track and assign meeting action items, ensuring I follow up on my tasks efficiently. It simplifies note-taking during team meetings and integrates with Zoom for seamless collaboration.

 ### 43. Effortless Task Management and Accurate AI Meeting Recaps

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 27, 2025

**What do you like best about Fellow?**

Fellow helps me with my daily tasks thanks to its simple way to note, plan, and move tasks around. When it comes to meetings, the AI recap after recording is always accurate, and the notes section helps keep track of the agenda, with everyone able to collaborate on it.

**What do you dislike about Fellow?**

No downsides at the moment. The UI and UX are easy to work with, and the several options are clearly visible.

**What problems is Fellow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Fellow is the perfect tool for collecting summaries of meetings you are unable to attend, and its task assignment feature is so accurate that nothing gets overlooked. It helps you save time, enhances collaboration, and ensures productivity is well managed.

 ### 44. Solid meeting tool with useful AI action items, but limited recording options

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Online Media | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 08, 2025

**What do you like best about Fellow?**

I like the AI-generated “Action Required” items, it saves time by highlighting follow-ups automatically and helps keep meetings accountable. The interface is intuitive, and it’s easy to stay organized.

**What do you dislike about Fellow?**

The only automated recording option is video, which I don’t always prefer. I’d like an audio-only option, but setting that manually doesn’t seem to work consistently, so I feel forced to use video instead.

**What problems is Fellow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Fellow helps streamline meeting management by keeping track of discussions, decisions, and follow-up items. The AI-generated “Action Required” feature makes it much easier to capture next steps without having to take extensive manual notes. This reduces the risk of things falling through the cracks and keeps the team aligned after each meeting.

 ### 45. Easy Integration and User-Friendly, But Loading Can Be Slow

**Reviewed Date:** December 16, 2025

**What do you like best about Fellow?**

- ease of integration and user friendliness
- app is well thought out

**What do you dislike about Fellow?**

- the lag time it takes to load
- doesn't integrate with our ATS
- when it saves, it doesn't show both screens of who's talking; it goes to the person who's talking so you can't see how the other person is responding

**What problems is Fellow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

- interview note taking
- recording to be able to see who is attending the meetings (fraud)
