Fellow lures with promises that one writes a review and does not keep them [Organize, prepare, and document meetings better and easier with Fellow] **Rating:** 0.5/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.) **Reviewed Date:** October 28, 2025 **What do you like best about Fellow?** EDIT: See below: Fellow is fooling people with supposed $25 vouchers for this review! **What do you dislike about Fellow?** EDIT: As much as I like the tool, it's absolutely unacceptable that Fellow promises a $25 Amazon gift card for writing this review, and then you have to repeatedly contact and remind customer support over a period of more than a month, even though they initially tell you that you'll receive the Amazon gift card within 10 business days, and then after many weeks, they only give you a voucher for their own merch shop - and that without any apology or explanation. What am I supposed to do with that?? You don't have to offer an incentive for a review, but if you do, and I, as a user, invest quite a bit of time in this honest review, and then promises are not kept, it's just cheeky. Although, as you can see from the original review, I really like Fellow itself, I am now just really disappointed and would not recommend Fellow further. (Of course, I can back everything up with screenshots) **What problems is Fellow solving and how is that benefiting you?** I don't quite understand the question. How Fellow helps me, I have already answered before. ### 2. Useful for small teams, needs UI/UX improvements for scale. **Rating:** 1.0/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.) **Reviewed Date:** January 09, 2024 **What do you like best about Fellow?** UI is pretty, can quickly and easily assign task items to users in a public way to create a general action undestanding among team-mates. Templates are useful. The automatic meeting summary and recording is useful. **What do you dislike about Fellow?** It does not scale well for lots of action items or saved meetings. Hard to clear out completed actions items to reduce clutter. Writing items in the agenda can be quirky. Hard to find data and items after the fact. **What problems is Fellow solving and how is that benefiting you?** Helps with setting agendas before a meeting and assining tasks for follow up post meeting ## Fellow Discussions -
