We send out a lot of requests for reviews but we do not get 100% conversion. Any helpful tips to get our patients to open the emails or texts we send and fill out the review will be great.

We can use Facebook live from the Facebook app, but we do not allow all of our employees access to the Property Facebook Page, but we do on the reputation app. I would love if we could have the Live feature on the Reputation app.
