Onething which I dont like in listen360 that the outdated user interface, this is very old and that's why as a User experience I am not satisfied with this. This is the things which I dont like,

**What do you like best about Listen360?**

Listen360 was helpful in the fact that it would send us emails about member experiences and have them rank us. It also had members write comments so we knew what we were doing well and what we needed to improve.

**What do you dislike about Listen360?**

Listen360 didn't allow me to do anything else with it, that I was aware of anyway besides the sending of emails to members about their experience every so often. The new program we have now to replace Listen360 is WAY more beneficial with more options and ways to grow our business and get the word out.

We are no longer using it, but when I was using it the surveys provided to members were helpful and we could post them online so other people could see experiences from real people who have tried/are trying our gym.

The visibility it gives consumers who view our website looking for additional information, most importantly they can see the reviews we get from prior customers and what those customers think/feel about our business after we have served them.

**What do you dislike about Listen360?**

Nothing comes to mind. Nothing is missing from this product, in my opinion. Everything works properly. I cannot think of anything to make it better. I cant think of any improvements at this time.

It helps consumers feel confident they are making the right choice. I feel our company benefits with productivity and financially from this service and that it has increased our business performance.

Emails are sent directly to our employees and clients.  We get notified quickly and can respond accordingly, allowing us to do better Quality care and become the Employer of choice.

**What do you dislike about Listen360?**

There isn't anything I dislike about this service at this time. If I had to pick something, it would be a better understanding of when the surveys go out

We can reach out if we get a negative review and act accordingly. It is very beneficial because we can supply additional training for our employees if necessary. Sometimes when you talk to a client, they don't disclose any issues. On the other hand, they tend to answer surveys more honestly.

It provides great feedback from your clients while prompting them to go and review you publicly, but you at least get opportunity to touch base with them maybe before they go to a public platform. I also like that it's automatic

**What do you dislike about Listen360?**

Not a big fan of the friction from the fact that i just wrote a review and now I'm being prompted to write my review over again. I've heard from several clients that they reviewed us online, but they are just referring to  our Listen 360 review. It's great but you want the positive reviews to go straight to Google and there is just no smooth way to move that over from the Listen 360 platform to Google or Facebook.

**What problems is Listen360 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Getting client feedback quickly. People don't like confronting someone face to face or over the phone, but we have all gotten comfortable typing out a complaint on a review. And after that first time, our customers are more likely to come straight to us with an issue.

It gives us the chance to hear information that we most likely would not have heard otherwise and proactively reach out to clients to fix this. I love that we have the chance for clients to try us out again after we've reached out, instead of having them never return.

The ability for it to integrate with certain CRM softwares.

We are solving a huge issue of clients who would have most likely never returned. We're resolving their issues they had with us and they are now giving us another chance and returning.

Its interface turns out to be quite simple and easy to use, the fact that it gives me the option of adding new electronic communication channels with my clients is perfect for me to build branding and my company and to improve customer service to the client in a much more complete and efficient way, the fact that it allows me to generate surveys in a fairly quick and easy way for my clients to complete them based on the information provided is something perfect for me to be able to listen in a much more immediate way and direct the opinion of my clients, the customer service team is quite quick when responding to any problem that may arise while we use this application

**What do you dislike about Listen360?**

Although it has options to create and customize statistical reports based on the responses obtained by our clients, this option is a complete disaster, in fact creating and customizing these reports turns out to be quite complex, so my Suggestion for the Listen360 team is that they take charge of improving this quite quickly, since it is worrying to see how all their good work goes overboard just because of this failure.

It has been a great help to us to completely transform the way we provide our customer service to our users by allowing us to have more direct communication channels with them, which allows us to streamline a large number of tasks and processes within our company, not to mention that now we can take everything in a much more organized and better planned way, giving us the opportunity to offer our clients products of the highest quality.

I like that we can get feedback from customers and employees at the same time.
I love to see how we are doing from a percentage factor of satisfaction over the past three months and year.

I am never sure when the surveys will be sent.

**Recommendations to others considering Listen360:**

This has been a big help for us to be able to track satisfaction and to be able to pass along the wonderful comments to our employees that make it happen. It is important to be aware of problems so they can be fixed before that customer leaves. Be sure to take advantage of the tracking ability to follow up with customers who may not be 100% satisfied. Be sure to follow up with customers who have given great reviews as well to thank them.

I am able to find out about a problem that we need to solve hopefully before it comes to a lost client or employee. It really shows my clients and especially our employees that their opinions matter. Especially when you follow up right away.

I like that immediately after an event with a client they get an email that very same day so they get a chance to leave an internal review first.

I wish there was a way to customize when reviews came to my email.  They always come in the middle of the night, I just haven't checked the preferences I guess to see if it can be adjusted.  Otherwise I love it!

One thing that I really appreciate about Listen360 is the user interface is easy to use and simple to navigate. I never had any issues locating what I was looking for and I was very happy to have all the information I wanted right at my fingertips!

I didn't have too many issues with Listen360. Whenever I had a question and needed support, their team was available to assist me.

We have tried BirdEye and definitely prefer Listen360 due to the overall integration and effectiveness.

**What do you like best about Listen360?**

The automated review process has been a revelation for our company. We formerly used paper cards that had extremely limited responses and generally very limited comments. Now we are able to get better feedback and set actionable goals. Being able to do this in real-time is a huge advantage over our old cards which took a long time to make it back to us.

**What do you dislike about Listen360?**

For our industry, the wording of the questions can cause some confusion but it is unavoidable and we still need the NPS score. It is confusing because some of the agents we survey have their own affiliated title companies they have to use so they generally say they wouldn't recommend for that reason even though they are happy with the work that we've done.

**Recommendations to others considering Listen360:**

It is a phenomenal tool that makes receiving valuable feedback and acting upon it so much easier.

We've been able to increase capture rate by being able to immediately identify realtors who may be unhappy and work with them to address their concerns quickly. We are able to follow up with the real estate agents who leave both positive and negative reviews.

Sometimes people don't equate the quality of service with whether or not they will refer and on that basis will sometimes give a lower score than is warranted.

I LIKE THE LAYOUT, IT IDENTIFIES WHAT AMOUTN THE CLIENT HAS SPENT. IF OUR LIKEABILITY HAS DECREASED AND ALLOWS FOR COMMENTS

WHEN SOMEONE RATES BELOW AVERAGE, THEY AREN'T FORCED TO LEAVE A COMMENT. THERE ARE TIMES IN WHICH SOMEONE MAY HAVE COME IN FOR A SMALL PART AND IN RETURN RATES 2/10 BUT NO FEEDBACK. I E-MAIL AND EVEN CALL, JUST SO I KNOW WHAT WE COULD HAVE DONE BETTER AND YOU HEAR NOTHING.

It is a great measuring tool. What gets measure will only improve.

I PERSONALLY USE FEDDBACK TO SEE WHAT WE AS A TEAM CAN DO BETTER ON DAY OF DELIVERY. LAST SEASON 2018 THERE WERE NUMEROUS COMMENTS ABOUT ORIENTATIONS NOT STARTING ON TIME. I USED THE OFF SEASON TO DEVELOP A SYSTEM THAT HAS EVERY DELIVERY READY AND STANDING TALL PRIOR TO THE CLIENTS APPOINTMENT. VERY BENEFICIAL BECAUSE IF THAT IS THE CAUSE OF DISAPPOINTMENT, THERE IS NO REASON WHY WE CHANGE THIS AND MAKE ALL EFFORTS TO HAVE EVERY DELIVERY ON TIME.

My favorite thing about listen360 is the opportunity to capture customer feedback based on segments, programs, and facility to facility opportunities. Listen360 provides us the opportunity to connect communicate and track conversations with our members and program participants without having to go back and jump from email to email to find if I've had conversations not had conversations or the conversation is complete.

**What do you dislike about Listen360?**

The only thing that I would say I dislike is an opportunity to look at programs from building to building in a complete manner example if I had the opportunity to see membership at all locations on one dashboard versus a branch - membership Branch - membership.

the problems we've solved listen360 include communicating to members in a prompt and timely manner in one system with all information versus having to go to an email and to our operating system for membership.

**What do you like best about Listen360?**

I really have enjoyed the platform. Our users have had very little confusion or complaints navigating. To say anything less would be nitpicking and the value we've received for our locations has been tremendous. I can't say enough about the incredible support team, which has been amazing. They've been quick to respond, helpful and we've never had a loose end that wasn't wrapped up, solved or responded to in a satisfying manner.I like the fact that we know how our costumers feel about our service so we can either continue doing what we are doing or try to make improvements in the areas we don't get a 10. In addition to that, I like the fact that we don't have to do anything, its done for us. We don't have to remember to send a survey, follow up etc.

**What do you dislike about Listen360?**

Sometimes, to actually get some one at the company to speak with you is like pulling teeth. they should practice what they train which is customer service - it's not just about the product. For the most part, once you are able to reach them they are wonderful, but when you cannot reach them it is very frustrating.

Great software, quick easy way to communicate with customers without having to reach out and call them individually.

Listen360 is an awesome way for us to keep customer satisfaction a priority without having to contact each and every family that we work with. It shows us all the things we're doing right, and also provides us with new ideas and concepts (thanks to interactive parents) that make our music curriculum even better for the kids!

Listen360 took our simple platform we had been using for NPS and delivered more results with a noticeable increase in the number of reviews, all in a smooth, seamless transition from their team.  Their support is top-notch.

**What do you dislike about Listen360?**

There's very few complaints to have overall in our experience.  Having a mobile-friendly platform and some language options are the only issue, as we've seen that other companies can feature R to L language translations but those are minor issues overall.

**What problems is Listen360 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Listen360 gave us additional numerous insights into our own customer's satisfaction with easy presentation and the ability to download, print and filter that we didn't have previously.  We also saw our social reviews rise dramatically after the switch.

**What do you like best about Listen360?**

As a small business owner it is critical you get feedback from customers, both good and bad. This is our life blood. If you do not have a process in place to receive the feedback how do you really know what the customer is thinking. This i where Listen 360 has been an valuable tool for my business. Customers do not always want to ind a website to go to or worse have to write a lengthy review. Listen 360 has made this part easy for me, they homeowner gets sent an online review to ther current email. The email is simple and asks overall experience questions and if they want to add any words to the review. This information is tracked either weekly, monthly, as a rolling average and finally as an annual number. This allows me to review the feedback immediately and respond back to the customer on both positive and more importantly the review which may not have had the perfect experience and address the comments in a timely manner. I

At this time the only concern I have is when a customer does not respond back to a email review sent, I want this information.

Listen360 is very helpful in finding out what our member's thoughts and feedback are. It gives them a platform to voice their thoughts in a different way than stopping by the desk to talk to someone. It also gives us the opportunity to address concerns on a one-on-one basis and help the members to really feel heard. 

**What do you dislike about Listen360?**

i wish it would send a handful of positive comments to the users, in addition to the task pad. I think it can really beat down on the staff when they are sent the negative feedback. They have to actively seek out the positive feedback, so it would be nice if there was an email that was a more positive experience for them. It's tough for them to open an email and already know it's going to be negative.

We are able to track patterns in feedback and make data-driven decisions based on what our members are saying. We can actually see how many members have the feedback and what suggestions they have. If we are seeing feedback from multiple members, we can address those concerns in a more effective way.

Its automatic, its in the moment, and easy to use.

Nothing, it is all good.  No negative aspects in my opinion

Getting customers who left without saying anything to open up about issues they had at the time.  This has happened three times where we did not even know we had a problem.  Also great for monitoring trends/types of issues.

- The worst complaints are the ones you don't hear. Listen360 allows us to open our eyes to what's right and wrong in our business from a customer's point of view.
- We then have the ability follow up with those customers so they know we care, giving us a chance to turn things around before it's too late.
- Listen360 helps us create a better customer experience, leading to more brand advocates and 5-star reviews. It's really helped my team improve our online reputation.

Listen360 is helping us make smarter decisions that are backed by real data instead of assumptions. We use the feedback in Listen360 to coach and our teams. It's helped us tremendously with both retention and new customer acquisition.

Not much. I like the service and would tell anyone to use it as I do. Have a difficult time coming up with 40 characters but if you want I can keep typing.

Last year we had 60reviews and 58 wee 10/10 to show our clients how really good we are with their pets!

Easily implemented, staff were great. Department managers like the ability to immediately address and solve issues.

We really like everything about it. The reports are robust and the only downside is time to really dig into them and the data!

No room for user error. For example if our CG accidentally hits a wrong button and in turn we get a poor rating we need to instruct the Caregiver to go do the survey again. However the lower survey that was donr in error still remains on our page

Caregiver that are not happy gives us a chance to problem shoot and sit down and talk

I really like how this program works.  The automatic nature of it makes it easy to gather invaluable feedback from customers with little to no effort.  We have also seen an increase in our reviews online which we have struggled to secure independently but have now started to get more regularly simply from using Listen360.

Really wish there could be a tad bit of context offered with the question. Like ‘how would you rate the design consultation portion of your experience thus far?’ Rather than just ‘would you recommend us?’ Because clients get confused when they haven’t gotten very far along in our process. Also wish there were more automation ties to other apps/software for ease of integration.
