**What do you like best about Customer Value?**

It is very easy to use and increase the sales in the organization. It is help to reslove the queries of the customer very fast. It is user friendly tool. Indirectly it heps to increase the sales of any organization. We can easily customise the interface according to our requirements.

**What do you dislike about Customer Value?**

I didn't find anything negative as of now.

**What problems is Customer Value solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is very easy to use so anyone can use this tool. It helps to find the queries of our client and reslive the queires very fast. It helps to find what are the problems that our client are facing in our services and try to reslove those problems asap, because of that we are easily make more and strong leads for your organization and convert them to sales. when the queries of the client reslove very fas so it helps to build the trust of the client in our serives and they can easily ready to work with us. With the help of this tool we can easily find that what our target audience actually needs.

What I like best about Customer Value that its user interface and great experience while using it and it has a great option that gives you the option to customise the business items easily

What I dislike about Customer Value is that its UI Defo and it's not very user-friendly while using it which is why it is a little hard to make anything with the help of it

Customer value solving is a major issue as of now because it helps the organization to understand what their target audience really wants and it is making this happen easy

**What do you like best about Customer Value?**

The best thing about the customer value is its interace and easy to ues the application. We used its daily basis in our daily work to connect with clients. The software is easy to use and uderstand and its dashboard is also good where you can see all the thines in one screen.

still there is need of improvement in its speed and more features can also be added.

its help in fast resolving the quries and hence TAT has increased.

The ease of use, empowering salespeople with little experience using any tools, and the empowerment that it gives to the user to configure custom items for his business.

**What do you dislike about Customer Value?**

the UI defo could be better, I think this will be improved in time, it's no deal-breaker for me, also it's not so easy to build a compitable model for your business, and it takes time to set it up.

it is an easy-to-go option, without any doubt, ease of use, accessibility and configurable as you please, but don't mess with backend setup as it requires lots of work and effort.

In today's dynamic market and continuously changing economical situations, Customer Value helps companies secure more qualified leads and understand what their target audience really wants, and this is from a digital marketer's perspective and trust me, it is an issue for most sellers and companies in 2022! No clear identification for the customer desires, God bless technology.
