Usually every company has a sales department to get feedback about their company's product but, Are those companies using third party survey websites like SurveyMonkey to find out theirs product's performance?
The hubs don't speak what can be a real pain in the ass when creating automations based on customer behaviour. Also the inability to change due dates is another key limitation.
I wish that, as on email, in the dashboard itself it would show the names of those who left the review rather than ANON. My email alerts, all display the names.

I was hoping to gather all data anonymously and then when the survey is completed have a auto generated graph, pie chart, visual that can be sent out to participants. I think this would really show value and improve participation as well from all employees.

Some of the data feeds in a messy way and that causes more issues in terms trying to organize the data. Especially the questions with ranking can cause some trouble in Excel.
