How can we recruit using our own panel and get them to download the UserTesting software? We've seen that as a barrier to finding test participants.
Also has anyone figured out how to get the analysis in a format that is usable?
We've been reaching high response ratio to our in-app surveys in terms of quantitative feedback. However, after asking a follow up question, we don't receive as much qualitative feedback, as we'd wish to have. Any recommendations for follow up question, that would increase the feedback ration?
Since I started using HubSpot knowledge base I was very disappointed that I want to use some features in the Knowledgebase like submitting a website into a website and ad videos, change the configuration of the letters, etc, I think customization is poor.

We would like to include the Wootric Dashboard into our own Dashboard. But we don't want to have to manually login to the Wootric Dashboard every day. Is there a way we can send cookies or tokens to the Dashboard to automatically login?
