ProProfs Survey Maker Reviews & Product Details

I use ProProfs Survey Maker mainly for diet follow-up forms, patient feedback, and small wellness surveys related to my regular clinic work. I work as a Dietician and Nutritionist, manage a homeopathy clinic, and also create health education content for social media, so collecting proper responses and follow-up information is important during consultations and awareness activities. What I like best is that the survey creation process feels simple and easy to manage during daily work. Adding questions, changing answer options, sharing survey links, and checking responses does not feel complicated. I also like that different question types and customization options are available because every patient follow-up or wellness form needs a slightly different format.

The response section is also useful because feedback stays organized from one place, which helps while reviewing multiple patient forms together. Features like survey sharing, templates, response tracking, and quick editing save time and make regular workflow more smooth during busy clinic hours.

I also use survey forms sometimes for health awareness activities and educational response collection, so being able to quickly create and update forms is helpful for my work. Overall, ProProfs Survey Maker has made patient feedback collection and follow-up survey management more organized and easier to handle in daily workflow. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I also noticed that while basic reporting and response tracking work well for regular feedback collection, reviewing large numbers of responses together can feel slightly less organized when handling multiple wellness and diet follow-up forms at the same time. A few customization and layout sections also take some time to adjust properly in the beginning. Apart from these small things, the platform works smoothly for my regular patient feedback, wellness surveys, and health education related response collection work. The best thing I like about this platform is its simplicity and versatility. Rather than relying on multiple standalone tools, this platform offers an ecosystem which includes everything from quiz creation to employee training, knowledge bases, surveys, and chat capabilities. Also, their interface is intuitive, allowing our users with little technical expertise to get started very quickly and easily. Their AI features assisted with content creation, they are ready-made templates, automated reporting and multilingual support or day to day task very effectively and also reduces the time required to build the overall system and assessments. Although this platform is easy to use, some of the advanced customisation options are somewhat limited when compared with other highly specialised and organised enterprise solutions out there in the market. The platform offers more flexibility in visual customization enhanced reporting dashboard for deeper analytics, but it's not that much polished compared with other platforms out there in this space. They should also improve the advanced automation workflow between the products. The pricing for the higher tier plans and premium products are bit higher; this should be taken in account to make it easy for every sort of user. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

For what I encountered, maybe you could improve about the data exporting and interface designs Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I use ProProfs Survey Maker to create quick surveys and quizzes, which makes gathering feedback easy. I love its user-friendly interface and the simple drag and drop feature, allowing even beginners to create professional surveys in a minute. The drag and drop feature is incredibly valuable because it eliminates the need for technical or coding knowledge, letting me move questions, add images, and reorder sections just by clicking and dragging, making the creation process much faster. The initial setup was extremely easy and quick; I just signed up and started creating my first survey within minutes. Additionally, I integrate it with Google Sheets and Mailchimp to sync survey responses automatically and manage my email marketing lists based on feedback. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The free version is quite limited in terms of the number of responses you can collect. It would be better if the free plan allowed for more responses or included a few more premium features for normal users. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I find ProProfs Survey Maker to be the best app for earning, providing pocket money, which is something I appreciate. I love its easy-to-use interface because the dashboard is simple and beginner-friendly, meaning I don’t need technical skills to create surveys. The ready-made templates offer a strong starting point, saving time and effort. I also appreciate the multiple question types available, which make surveys more flexible. The real-time analytics and reports provide instant results with charts and graphs, making analysis quick and clear. I enjoy the custom branding options that allow adding logos, changing themes, and customizing colors to match my brand. The easy sharing options, through links, email, or embedding on websites, are very convenient. I feel confident in the data security aspect, with a good focus on data privacy and secure responses. Additionally, the affordable pricing offers good features at a reasonable cost, making professional tools accessible to students, small businesses, or educators. I think there's some room for improvement in a few areas of ProProfs Survey Maker. The advanced customization options feel a bit restricted, and I'd like more control over layouts, fonts, or question spacing. While the skip logic and branching work fine for simple surveys, they could be more flexible and intuitive for complex workflows to enhance its potential. When it comes to reporting, real-time analytics are nice for quick insights, but I'd appreciate advanced data analysis options like cross-tabulation or deeper filtering. Exporting data is functional, but sometimes the formatting requires manual cleanup before using it in tools like Excel. Additionally, while the templates are useful, having more industry-specific templates would really strengthen the tool. Lastly, a bit of polish in some UI sections could make the overall experience smoother. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Nothing, i like everything Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like ProProfs Survey Maker, which can be used to quickly create surveys, gather opinions from various parties, and help me make decisions. Designing surveys is super easy, with many ready-made templates that can be slightly modified and used, saving the effort of designing from scratch. Distributing surveys is also convenient, as feedback can be quickly collected through email, websites, and other means. The collected data is easy to organize and analyze, allowing me to directly see result trends, helping me quickly understand everyone's thoughts and make appropriate decisions. My favorite feature is the rich variety of survey templates; whether it's customer satisfaction or market research, I can always find a suitable template, which greatly saves time in designing surveys. Additionally, the initial setup process for ProProfs Survey Maker is quite simple. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

ProProfs Survey Maker has some areas that are not ideal. The data analysis features are relatively simple, and it doesn't perform well in complex cross-analysis and in-depth data correlation mining. The level of customization is limited, with few variations in style and layout. In terms of integration with other software, the types of connections available are not many. Easy to use and easy to read responses - still learning. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Still learning the ProProfs Survey Maker. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The best part about proprofs is that its so so easy to process basic surveys in it. Hardly any training or preparation needed! Compared to some of its competitors, its also less time consuming. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The worst part about proprofs is its reports - they are very basic and require a lot of work before they can be used for formal or professional purposes. I am not really sure why this is the case. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
