We use Retently to send out NPS surveys. Everything always works well sending surveys and receiving responses. Where they really shine is in their customer service. They're always EXTREMELY responsive via chat and very helpful. Even with that, we recently had a customer service experience with them where they went above and beyond. We use another vendor's automation to send out and receive responses to some of our surveys. The automation started failing recently. We quickly confirmed that no changes were made by us or by Retently, and we confirmed that the issue only exists when using the automation software. Automation software vendor collected a bunch of info but weeks later, no fix was in sight. Retently had been extremely helpful while the other vendor tried to solve the issue and then took it upon themselves to modify their systems to come up with a creative solution that would allow us to continue using our current automation software and start sending out surveys again! Way above and beyond anything I would have expected, they put a lot of effort into solving a problem that wasn't of their making - thanks Retently! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
