**What do you like best about Retently?**

We use Retently to send out NPS surveys. Everything always works well sending surveys and receiving responses. Where they really shine is in their customer service. They're always EXTREMELY responsive via chat and very helpful. Even with that, we recently had a customer service experience with them where they went above and beyond. We use another vendor's automation to send out and receive responses to some of our surveys. The automation started failing recently. We quickly confirmed that no changes were made by us or by Retently, and we confirmed that the issue only exists when using the automation software. Automation software vendor collected a bunch of info but weeks later, no fix was in sight. Retently had been extremely helpful while the other vendor tried to solve the issue and then took it upon themselves to modify their systems to come up with a creative solution that would allow us to continue using our current automation software and start sending out surveys again! Way above and beyond anything I would have expected, they put a lot of effort into solving a problem that wasn't of their making - thanks Retently!

**What do you like best about Retently?**

As a startup doing feedback management for the first time, we compared many software and found Renetly suited to our needs. It's simple and easy to execute. Does the job well based on the trials we took

**What do you dislike about Retently?**

Well since we were exploring such software for the first time we tried multiple attempts using the free trial ( which I didn't think was wrong), to make sure this was right for us and then took some time to finalize. However, once we expressed the intention to purchase, we were informed that they would not provide us the service stating we used too many trials ( I mean the trial is for exploring the platform right! we never sent any campaign through that), and no specific reason was given. Despite requesting reconsideration and being ready to pay USD 300 for the plan, the team stopped responding to us. We wasted 3 weeks exploring this software 

I am amazed to see such arrogance in today's day and time.

It was meant to collect feedback from our B2B clients on the project experience.

**What do you like best about Retently?**

We reviewed about 8 firms before selecting Retently to assist us with our new NPS project.  Our onboarding process couldn't have been smoother!  I know that NPS is a deceptively simple survey that produces excellent results when the open-ended questions/responses are correctly designed.  Daniela took us from our ideal and helped us implement the survey in a very timely manner.  She has been such a joy to work with!  In addition, the owner, Greg, was involved in our initial conversations and has been very responsive and helpful in setting up our accounting properly.  The results we have already received (in 2 weeks since our official launch) have been overwhelming, mostly positive, and helpful.  The analytics have been designed to provide our leadership the information they are looking for from our clients.  We plan to expand our survey program over time, and I am looking forward to that experience as well!

**What do you dislike about Retently?**

I really don't have much to say that I dislike.  I am aware that the firm's employees are physically spread out, and I had concerns about how that would affect responsiveness.  I am delighted to report that this has never been an issue.  Every single person (except an initial salesperson who left the firm) has been extremely responsive.  In fact, when that salesperson left the firm, I received a timely follow-up from the firm's owner, helping me get my questions answered.  I have had nothing but positive experiences with the firm.

**What problems is Retently solving and how is that benefiting you?**

At the beginning of the year, our leadership team set a goal to get current, actionable feedback from our clientele.  We ran a survey in 2016 that had many questions, and our response rate wasn't the best.  With the current round of surveying, our team wanted to be able to gather feedback and take action on any neutral or negative feedback.  So far, the program is working better than even our Retently consultant, Daniela, expected, and we couldn't be more pleased!

**What do you like best about Retently?**

The interface is very clear and easy to navigate and the reporting dashboard makes it easy for me to communicate with other senior stakeholders what our current NPS score is. I love the integration with Hubspot which I've been able to further extend via Zapier to suit our particular business requirements. Best of all, I like that whenever I've got a question about the tool, or NPS best practice in general, Retently have a knowledge base article covering it - and they are usually among the first results in Google search too - or if they don't, their customer support team is only ever a live chat message away.

**What do you dislike about Retently?**

I've only hit two snags with the tool, neither of which are that big of a deal. Firstly, I wanted to be able to send a very basic NPS nsurvey email, without all the HTML. This wasn't possible within Retently - you have to use their templates which can't easily be customised to this degree - however, you can still create an email like this using HubSpot or other email provider that the tool integrates with, so I could still achieve the desired result. Secondly, I had hoped for a live 'widget' that I could embed on our website to show our current NPS score in an honest way, like you can get for G2. This doesn't exist within Retently, but their customer service team passed on the suggestion to the product team, so it might happen in the future!

**What problems is Retently solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Retently helps us to understand customer sentiment at various stages of the customer lifecycle. This helps us to determine where our team is succeeding - so we can celebrate that success and recognise those employees that are going above and beyond - and where we need to look for improvements so that we can improve the experience for our clients. Ultimately, it is one of a number of initiatives that underpins our desire for continuous improvement and business excellence.

**What do you like best about Retently?**

Ease of use and simple reporting. The Basic license we have is enough to get us going for now. Once we have a more established setup and adoption I would increase the license to get more useful features.

**What do you dislike about Retently?**

The only thing I dislike is when reporting on feedback tags, it doesn't always match up the NPS dashboard for that month. Also, clicking on 'view more' takes you to the reporting screen and then you have to reinput all the filters again.

**Recommendations to others considering Retently:**

Retently does what it says on the tin. I reviewed a couple of products and this one was simple to demo and then implement. It has been a game-changer in reporting on our current services being offered to our customers and offering feedback back to the teams supporting our clients. The options in which we can get surveys out to customers are great and the email NPS scoring is simple for our customers to use.

**What problems is Retently solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Evaluating the services offered and the customer feedback loop was something we had missing for some time. The reporting I get back from Retently has made a huge difference in how we report back to companies and has helped input and prioritise our continuous service improvement plan. It also plays a part in rewarding the team as feedback about the agents working on tickets is adequately as important as getting feedback on the service. The team feel more empowered and know they are doing a good job.

We use Retently for our bi-annual Net Promoter Score surveys and find that it facilitates this survey in a simple and practical way. We haven't really used other tools to see how it rates against other potential NPS survey tools.

**What do you dislike about Retently?**

One challenge is getting the data right at the start of the survey to make sure we can drill into data insights once the NPS results come through. Some suggested templates for common use of the tool would be useful to less mature organisations to gain value from Retently's experience and knowledge.

Retently provides data visualisation tools for our survey data and makes the data analysis more efficient than someone fiddling in a spreadsheet or presentation slides.

**What do you like best about Retently?**

I hardly ever get this passionate about software, but Retently has blown my mind. It's super easy to use, it takes no time to configure a campaign and launch it. The interface is well-thought and intuitive, very different from other clumsy survey tools out there. 

I found that Retently has the best out-of-the-box survey design that works well on mobile and desktop. It has also a ton of features that make the surveys highly customisable and powerful. 

I've been finding their documentation and content extremely helpful, it answered every question I had and guided me through some extra features I could use that I didn't know about. It also integrates with so many apps.

Lastly, their support is on point. Alex is always really fast and incredibly detailed when helping me.

**What do you like best about Retently?**

We use Retently for NPS surveys. The product offers easy-to-run standard methods for survey campaigns, but it is flexible enough that we can customize our plan. Survey results are clear and easy to understand. The data can be tagged, filtered, and exported. No matter what specific questions I'm asked about the data, Retently gives me a way to find the answer.

They also offer an embedded chat that is answered quickly. I don't have to leave a message or work my way up through support tiers. I get the info I need right there, right away.

The product is easy to understand, but I did need clarification occasionally. The documentation is good and the support is great, so ultimately this isn't an issue.

Fairly easy to use and has lots of customizations available. Can rely on Retently for HighTech/Low Touch customer segments. The cost is pretty good compared to the market. Support is readily available and helpful.

The integrations can use some work. I try to integrate with Intercom but it's not so smooth. I end up manually importing contacts.

Retently's customer support is fantastic. They have a rapid response time and don't hesitate to get the right people on a call to help their customers succeed. The platform itself is primarily intuitive and gets the job done to help with NPS implementation and programming! As someone who helped implement, but wasn't the primary user, I appreciated the ease of integrating the tool with other platforms like Intercom.

I don't think it's always easy to navigate the product and find the data that you need from each type of report. That could be more intuitive for the user.

I use Retently as a marketer to see how customers are enjoying our platform and learn more about their insights. It is helpful to see their feedback in an organized way and leverage that data where needed.

Everything about Retently is amazing. When we first signed up it was rather limited in terms of features but the Dev Team at Retently work hard and have continued to push out updates and provide changes based on feedback. The design is clean and easy to understand. Set up was incredibly easy and we were up and running within hours. Support has been fantastic. And whats more, it is incredibly affordable. Strongly recommend. This is a fantastic product.

There is nothing I dislike about Retently. It is fantastic.

I initially overlooked Retently because I had not heard of them before. This was a mistake. Ignore the bigger companies and look at Retently. You won't be disappointed. It's fantastic.

The product is a tad layered - where some of the core features are were a bit difficult to find at first without the help of the team - but easy to use once you get familiar.

With Retently, i am able to come full circle with our NPS strategy, from sending different surveys out when needed, continuing to get the temperature of our customers, deliver insights to our team, as well as getting in touch with our customers to ensure that we are exceeding their expectations

I have evaluated many different NPS software provider and Retently already there was my favorit and I never regretted my choice! We are using Retently for our customer NPS surveys and will soon start to use its multiple question survey for other surveys as well. It is easy to set up with fully customizable templates (language, brand, texts) and even more easy to analyse and visualize the results at the end with custom feedback tags and other visualization features. It has a cool dashboard with instant access to all NPS results and different segments. They improve and add usefull  features on a frequent basis, which makes it even more fun to work with!

In short: Clean & easy UX, many features but simplified and not overloaded, perfect fit for our use case, fully integratable with all tools that you need, fast and perfect customer support (instant live chat & email), freedom in template design & customization, good pricing ...
