"Retently - OUTSTANDING customer service"
What do you like best about Retently?

We use Retently to send out NPS surveys. Everything always works well sending surveys and receiving responses. Where they really shine is in their customer service. They're always EXTREMELY responsive via chat and very helpful. Even with that, we recently had a customer service experience with them where they went above and beyond. We use another vendor's automation to send out and receive responses to some of our surveys. The automation started failing recently. We quickly confirmed that no changes were made by us or by Retently, and we confirmed that the issue only exists when using the automation software. Automation software vendor collected a bunch of info but weeks later, no fix was in sight. Retently had been extremely helpful while the other vendor tried to solve the issue and then took it upon themselves to modify their systems to come up with a creative solution that would allow us to continue using our current automation software and start sending out surveys again! Way above and beyond anything I would have expected, they put a lot of effort into solving a problem that wasn't of their making - thanks Retently! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Retently?

As a startup doing feedback management for the first time, we compared many software and found Renetly suited to our needs. It's simple and easy to execute. Does the job well based on the trials we took Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Retently?

Well since we were exploring such software for the first time we tried multiple attempts using the free trial ( which I didn't think was wrong), to make sure this was right for us and then took some time to finalize. However, once we expressed the intention to purchase, we were informed that they would not provide us the service stating we used too many trials ( I mean the trial is for exploring the platform right! we never sent any campaign through that), and no specific reason was given. Despite requesting reconsideration and being ready to pay USD 300 for the plan, the team stopped responding to us. We wasted 3 weeks exploring this software

What do you like best about Retently?

We reviewed about 8 firms before selecting Retently to assist us with our new NPS project. Our onboarding process couldn't have been smoother! I know that NPS is a deceptively simple survey that produces excellent results when the open-ended questions/responses are correctly designed. Daniela took us from our ideal and helped us implement the survey in a very timely manner. She has been such a joy to work with! In addition, the owner, Greg, was involved in our initial conversations and has been very responsive and helpful in setting up our accounting properly. The results we have already received (in 2 weeks since our official launch) have been overwhelming, mostly positive, and helpful. The analytics have been designed to provide our leadership the information they are looking for from our clients. We plan to expand our survey program over time, and I am looking forward to that experience as well! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Retently?

I really don't have much to say that I dislike. I am aware that the firm's employees are physically spread out, and I had concerns about how that would affect responsiveness. I am delighted to report that this has never been an issue. Every single person (except an initial salesperson who left the firm) has been extremely responsive. In fact, when that salesperson left the firm, I received a timely follow-up from the firm's owner, helping me get my questions answered. I have had nothing but positive experiences with the firm. What do you like best about Retently?

The interface is very clear and easy to navigate and the reporting dashboard makes it easy for me to communicate with other senior stakeholders what our current NPS score is. I love the integration with Hubspot which I've been able to further extend via Zapier to suit our particular business requirements. Best of all, I like that whenever I've got a question about the tool, or NPS best practice in general, Retently have a knowledge base article covering it - and they are usually among the first results in Google search too - or if they don't, their customer support team is only ever a live chat message away. What do you dislike about Retently?

I've only hit two snags with the tool, neither of which are that big of a deal. Firstly, I wanted to be able to send a very basic NPS nsurvey email, without all the HTML. This wasn't possible within Retently - you have to use their templates which can't easily be customised to this degree - however, you can still create an email like this using HubSpot or other email provider that the tool integrates with, so I could still achieve the desired result. Secondly, I had hoped for a live 'widget' that I could embed on our website to show our current NPS score in an honest way, like you can get for G2. This doesn't exist within Retently, but their customer service team passed on the suggestion to the product team, so it might happen in the future! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Retently?

Ease of use and simple reporting. The Basic license we have is enough to get us going for now. Once we have a more established setup and adoption I would increase the license to get more useful features. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The only thing I dislike is when reporting on feedback tags, it doesn't always match up the NPS dashboard for that month. Also, clicking on 'view more' takes you to the reporting screen and then you have to reinput all the filters again. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Retently?

We use Retently for our bi-annual Net Promoter Score surveys and find that it facilitates this survey in a simple and practical way. We haven't really used other tools to see how it rates against other potential NPS survey tools. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Retently?

One challenge is getting the data right at the start of the survey to make sure we can drill into data insights once the NPS results come through. What do you like best about Retently?
