Awesome software. Does exactly what is needed without any issues. Great company, great customer service, great technical support, lots of attention to detail, and exceptional care and dedication from Dan and the entire team at Chekkit! The software is easy to use and it's been smooth sailing for us since we started using it. Highly recommend!

**What do you like best about Chekkit?**

My ability to communicate with clients has enhanced thanks to the live chat. Chekkit is simple to use and provides excellent customer service. Customers adore it, and it's also reasonably priced. The options available, such as the ability to attach photographs and documents, have made maintaining my business really simple.

**What do you dislike about Chekkit?**

It can be frustrating at times to understand how to use the platform because we are still in the learning process. Automation would be much better off if they had pre-assigned name tags rather than being left blank. After receiving an automated text, we need to do some more research to locate the consumer.

**What problems is Chekkit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Chekkit has been successful in increasing the number of customers it serves as well as their level of satisfaction. The template feature is one of my favorite features and is now a go-to resource for me. My colleagues and I substantially benefit from Chekkit's central inbox, which improves our capacity to manage clients well. Chekkit is unquestionably among the best digital management tools for businesses.

We have really enjoyed Chekkit and there is nothing we would change.

Allows us to communicate with our clients without the hassle of them making a phone call and possibly not getting through. Also makes review requests simple and we love that our clients get the texts natively on their devices. It's a high tech solution that's also super user friendly.

I really like the live chat on this platform. I can communicate with my clients very easily. Customer support is excellent. It is very easy to use. Chikkit is very affordable, which is attracting my clients. It is very easy to navigate and has a lot of options. It is very useful to attach images and documents.

**What do you dislike about Chekkit?**

There is nothing much to dislike. Everything is fine. It is a very popular platform. Sometimes getting the message across to the sales team members becomes a little difficult. If you can solve these small problems, this platform will go much further.

The former network has improved my communication system a lot because it helps me communicate. I have had a lot of time with the party on this platform. Its template is very easy to use. It is a trusted platform for us.

Automations have sped up our work time around, Texting for collections has proven 45% better results than calling, Using texting to send pictures and short video calls has allowed us to have a more personalized customer experience

**What do you dislike about Chekkit?**

Learning the platform has been relatively user-friendly, We are still learning how to get around the platform causing some frustrations at times. I would love to see Automations have name tags already assigned to them vs being blank, We have to dig a little more to figure out who the customer is after an automated text.

**What problems is Chekkit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Communication! We have developed what we call the "Dominos Pizza Tracker" repair tracker for customers so that they know what is going on with their repairs. More than that the ease of communicating with customers as text tends to be the preferred mode of communication these days.

**What do you like best about Chekkit?**

Checkkit seems to help us most with keeping good customer relations. If a customer needs something specific, it will be thrown into Chekkit for sales to hop on and accomplish. It has streamlined this kind of communication at my store.

**What do you dislike about Chekkit?**

Truthfully, I have not thought about what could be wrong with Chekkit as it accomplishes things for us daily. This app works EXACTLY how we need it to, so to try and come up with a negative aspect would just be false!

**What problems is Chekkit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We rent out instruments. If a customer does this online, we will get a Chekkit notification to fill the order. Renting out instruments online can get sticky and this truly brings us relief when dealing with this. Also, if there are simple tasks that need to be done, these can be assigned through Chekkit as opposed to sort of micro-managing and having to approach every associate and give them a task. We all know now to just check Chekkit :)

**What do you like best about Chekkit?**

Cost - Chekkit provides the most value for the money for this type of service.  This is compared to many vendors providing texting type services.  The next thing we like the best is the ease of use.  I have many of my team members using this platform at the same time and there is very little friction across the board.  Our clients love being able to text us!

**What do you dislike about Chekkit?**

Everyone associated with the chekkit number gets notifed of every message that comes in.  There may be a work around for this or a better way to use the platform that we are unaware of.

Chekkit allows us to communicate with customers, Potential employees, and group text our organization.  It is a very easy tool to use.  There is a good deal of time savings using chekkit, especially with the template features.

**What do you like best about Chekkit?**

Let me start by saying Kianna was remarkable in explaining Chekkit and going over all the functions during the demo. Then Lewis helped us with the onboarding process and was even more helpful. Lewis went above and beyond to assist with additional options we were looking for.  Also, Lewis being available as a direct contact whenever we have questions is beyond the type of customer service anyone could ask for.  We are very excited to partner with Chekkit and really happy with our decision.

**What do you dislike about Chekkit?**

I really can't say anything that I dislike.  I'm excited to see more options come available in the future. With that said, I asked about having a Group Chat for internal use for our staff members.  Lewis was real excited about the idea and reached out to the dev team.  Although it's not an option right now I hope to see it at some point.

**Recommendations to others considering Chekkit:**

Stop looking at all the other platforms.  This is by far the best service and staff you will find.  The platform is so easy to use and learn.

**What problems is Chekkit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The platform is very user friendly and clean.  Having the questionnaire and templates easier to use than other platforms we have used is wonderful. The Reviews section separated from coming into your message box is really nice as well.

CHEKKIT works, it is inexpensive and it does the job. We used it after we tried a more expensive option with more bells and whistles. You really do not need all that. Chekkit does the job just fine

The dashboard and general interface is simple, but you really do not need more. I would like the chat on the website to be larger so it is more visable would be my only change.

It helps us send requests for reviews quickly and efficiently and also helps with webchats. We only what five star reviews so automating reviews like other companies want to do is not an option. We do not want any 4 stars at all. 5 stars or nothing

Chekkit is super simple. They offer texting, reviews and simple analytics. Other tools like Podium had extra features that I had to pay extra for and couldn't opt out of. Chekkit was much more affordable and loose with limits.

I wish the phone number would be direct to the main line. I also don't like how the videos send in the app and degrade in quality. That would be a great opportunity to send more personalized messages!

We are using it for two things: 1) Getting more Google reviews for our service-based local biz and 2) SMS functionality from the computer. We message leads, and to schedule through chekkits DM style SMS messenger

**What do you like best about Chekkit?**

The texting software is very similar to a company we have used in the past. It has the same features but what is even better is the price and customer service. For more than half of the price it does the same thing as the last company we have used does, and the customer service blows them out of the water. Any small issue and an email away takes care of it almost instantly. Very happy with the service.

**What do you dislike about Chekkit?**

Not much! The only thing I would comment on is the color scheme on the dashboard. The green is sometimes hard to see on the white background so it takes an extra minute to find the button to send a message or do other things.

They are helping us get reviews and easily reach our customers. Our reviews have almost doubled since. They also integrate nicely with our point of sale which makes a swift process for sending those reviews/ text messages to customers.

The organization tools are very friendly and intuitive, especially for first-time users.

**What do you dislike about Chekkit?**

My biggest pet peeve is when you paste a picture from your clipboard, it doesn't paste the raw image and instead converts it to a link that the recipient has to open. The way around this is to save the photo and upload it, so just the image loads on the recipient's end.

**What problems is Chekkit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps to alleviate the strain of constantly being on the phones, allowing our staff to work with multiple customers simultaneously. It's also easier on our consumers' end as they don't have to be readily available for a call and can respond whenever they have the time.

**What do you like best about Chekkit?**

Chekkit has great customer service. I have never had any technical issues whatsoever and work flawlessly. Chekkit was also able to integrate our landline as well, which the other company could not do. This has been such a blessing. We simply let our customers know that the number they used to call us can receive texts as well. This makes life so much easier. I also use the features for the customer profiles and notes section. The pricing is good as well.

**What do you dislike about Chekkit?**

At this point, there is not much that I dislike about the desktop version. On my phone, however  (iPhone)  sometimes the features don't respond so well. When I want to look at a photo and enlarge it, it's not easy to shrink it back. I often have to close the app.

Give Chekkit a chance and compare. I made my choice and never thought twice

As a retailer, the line of communication between us and our guests is paramount. Integrating phone numbers, social media and messaging services all in one has been great.

**What do you dislike about Chekkit?**

It would be great to archive messages for future reference and group the messages into categories. Assigning messages to sales team members at times can become challenging as the guest is not aware others may be involved. An option to auto-correct would be beneficial much like this data entry program for this survey.

**Recommendations to others considering Chekkit:**

A great program that has revolutionized the guest experience for our organization. This has allowed team members to send and receive photos, videos and files without having to provide personal numbers. When team members are not on shift, the Admin team is able to respond to the guest inquiries in a timely fashion.

**What problems is Chekkit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Chekkit allows for scheduled messages so that the guest experience can be maintained after operating hours.  It is great for shipment updates or service information without having to provide personal phone numbers of team members.

Chekkit is intuitive and easy to use. It has the power and functionality of a platform like Podium, but at a fraction of the cost. I've worked with them as the point of contact for an agency, and I've worked with them as a customer (where I'm managing reviews for my business). I can't say enough good things about the platform.

**What do you dislike about Chekkit?**

I wish the Surveys (called "Questionnaire") functionality was a bit more robust. Other than that, I'm really struggling to find anything critical to say about it.

**Recommendations to others considering Chekkit:**

Do your research before selecting a review management platform. Chekkit is by far the easiest to use and most powerful relative to the cost.

**What problems is Chekkit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Chekkit is helping us close the gap in volume of reviews between us and our nearest competitors. I work for a software-as-a-service (SaaS) company, so our SEO is greatly impacted by the number of reviews v. direct competitors. It's even more powerful if you're running a local business!

I like how our hole staff can see the text and history. It is very easy to use and you can answer at any time, work related and get info and pictures that are needed for service.

When I don't use it daily. My coworker's can really tell the different in my lack of work. So it’s just a self reflection on me not Chekkit. So thank you Chekkit of the bettering me.

We were missing client’s messages and needed photos from client’s and a history trail to show our updates and contacts with our clients. We have become the go to guys now.

A few things we love about Chekkit: 1. We can send and receive pictures to and from customers and employees. 2. We love the option to use the smart replies when someone asks a question, that we frequently get. 3. Chekkit lets us EASILY send review invitations, see al of our reviews, and let us respond to them right from the Chekkit website/app!

**What do you dislike about Chekkit?**

The only downside of Chekkit that we can think of is not being able to send multiple pictures at a time. We don't think there is anything else that needs improvement!

**What problems is Chekkit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Chekkit helps us text customers and ask customers to send pictures to our business texting line so that we don't have to use our personal phones. It solves the problem of having to ask customers one at a time for review by letting us send bulk text messages to phones AND emails!

I love that I can have the app right on my phone and I can access it 24 hours a day and communicate with all of my customers with such each. Chekkit has helped me grow my reviews up to almost 500.

I honestly don't have any dislikes with Chekkit. I refer all my business friends to check it out and try to implement it with their business, because I know it works and is easy to use.

I would highly recommend using Chekkit. This is a tool that your business can use and it will greatly impact how easy it is to get reviews and will make it so easy to communicate with your customers. I have had other companies similar to Chekkit, but for the price Chekkit is absolutely the best.

Chekkit has solved the problem of how to build my reviews without being pushy and it also allows me to have perfect communication with my customers and can always have access to all my conversations at all times.

**What do you like best about Chekkit?**

Ease of use. Chekkit is very easy to use, my staff learned how to use it in minutes. It allows us to communicate with our clients in the manner in which clients are used to communicating with their friends and families every day. It allows us to attach documents and pictures. What is there not to love.

**What do you dislike about Chekkit?**

I guess that the only thing is that updating a contact name (spelling) is not done in the manner in which is the most "intuitive". I mean it is easy, you just go to the far right and click and type but the most intuitive way would be to click on it at the center. Anyway, food for thought.

**Recommendations to others considering Chekkit:**

I switched from a different provider that had the same service for 3 times the price and I haven't noticed any difference. Actually, the support of Chekkit is superior.

The value you get from the reviews vs. the cost of Chekkit does not compare to any other type of marketing material. Best pick by far! Using the video chat for an onsite set of eyes saves us & our clients hundreds.

I don't really see anything that could be considered a downside, but the payments option is one we do not need.

Google & Facebook reviews!!! We have verbally asked for reviews & sent email requests with little or no response, but once we started texting the requests with Chekkit BOOM...we are getting reviews.

The app is very easy to use. We've doubled our reviews to over 300 since we started using Chekkit. I also love being able to text and receive text from customers using our store number.

**What do you dislike about Chekkit?**

I wish the website/app can select who is sending the text instead of having to log out and log in again using a different account for the different users in my team. We all share two computers in the store, and it's very tedious to do so.

Definitely recommend Chekkit for texting and review invitation. Great service at a reasonable price!

We've worked with other platforms in the past and have found Chekkit to consistently be the easiest company to work with, have the fairest pricing, and overall be a great value for the spend.

As a multi-location business with shared social media platforms, one missing functionality would be to transfer messages which originate from social media or the web between locations. While we appreciate having multiple numbers for texting functionalities, it creates back-end complexities to only be able to direct web inquiries or FB messages to a single store.

We began with Chekkit specifically for its review request features have have seen great success in collecting positive customer feedback, but we've also enjoyed being able to use the platform for Marketing, Promotions, and simply as a way to engage with customers.

Before Chekkit, I used another product. I loved how easy it was to use, and the price point (monthly payments) fit my budget nicely. I have referred them many times.

When messaging multiple people, it gets hard to manage which conversations need responses or follow ups. Perhaps change the layout of the page and allow to move conversations into other groups, ie "Current/Hot, Follow Up/Warm, Reminder/Cold".

This software is the best on the market for the price point. This will help a lot of small businesses.

I like how simple it is to use. It makes it so easy to reach out to customers and keeps them off of my personal cell phone, but it's still convenient like a regular text message.

I don't like getting response emails for customers that aren't assigned to me. Sometimes I do get emails for coworkers' clients when I'm not supposed to, but it's been reported and it's going to be resolved.

Chekkit has been incredibly useful for communicating with clients. They can text directly to a phone number that is already associated with our business. It is perfect for sending digital media back and forth. Nothing gets lost in the hundreds of emails that can be received daily. Would highly recommend this service.

There a no glaring negatives. The only minor inconvenience I've run into is not being able to send multiple attachments in on text. You have to attach files separately and send them as individual messages.

The questionaires (which we use to collect data about our reps)  give the data in rather unusable ways. I would love to see charts or a CSV/Excel that was more usable  (think Google Forms)

I've been able to use quite a few features for my business. With 1,500+ agents and a small team, we must be able to use the Smart Responses, Auto Responses and templates. The smart responses are a lifesaver and the one time we truly needed assistance with it, the support team was there to jump on a Zoom call and walk us through the steps we needed.

**What do you dislike about Chekkit?**

I think some new features could truly make this platform a top contender in the market, including (but not limited to): Template usage tracker {Template "agents" was used in 45 messages. Click here to see those messages}, Smart reply tracker, a way to pull out key questions or phrases asked (I do know there is a keyword feature in insights, however, I don't believe it's accurate).

If nothing more, it's worth the try, and I'm positive you'll be thrilled with the results.

The SMS web-based chat has helped me close countless sales.  In tandem with automated review requests, we're staying current on customer feedback. Scheduled texts save us lots of time by consolidating work efforts.

I did need to hire an outside contractor to create the zap between FareHarbor and Chekkit for the automated review invitations, but once established, it's been working great.

Sometimes my customers don't get the images I sent. We can send it many times and they don't get it. Also I try to use the camera through the app and it doesn't send the photos. It's a hassle to try to give all the issues to customer support.

I love all the features that have, it just needs to be a little more stable, and the credit cards fee lower.
