"WorkRamp is an intuitive, easy to use LMS"
What do you like best about WorkRamp?

WorkRamp has a very intuitive user interface. As an administrator, I use it almost daily to review analytics about the tool. I'm able to easily export these analytics to share directly with our customers so they can have some insight into how their users are using the platform. It is also extremely straightforward to create new content in the platform.

We were able to authenticate sign-in to Workramp directly from our own platform, so our users didn't have to sign in twice or receive an invitation in order to access the platform. This is a huge value add to us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about WorkRamp?

This isn't at the fault of Workramp, but the implementation process was a bit resource intensive because we had to generate most of our content from scratch.

The Paths in the platform are nice, but we are working with a variety of customers and personas, so it can get a little tricky to be able to segment the paths appropriately to account for everyone we want it to, while leaving out others, while also accounting for the authentication and access from our platform. "Easy course creation and tracking"
What do you like best about WorkRamp?

What I like the best is the diversity and that it is easy to navigate, is easy to create your own courses, easy to implement, good customer support, and easy to keep track of completion of courses. Its a good learning platform, centralized content is a plus since you can check completion in just one tab. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about WorkRamp?

Interface is not very friendly, the way to take courses is sometimes very frustrating, it should be more dynamic, it should also be easy to integrate, maybe this is just a personal opinion but the main landing page is also not very easy to navigate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Simple and Efficient Training Management with WorkRamp"
What do you like best about WorkRamp?

WorkRamp stands out as an intuitive, user-friendly learning platform that makes it easy to create, organize, and manage training content. It supports videos, quizzes, and documents, and it also offers clear progress tracking so you can see how learners are doing. The integrations with other tools work smoothly, which helps improve overall training efficiency and keeps engagement high. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about WorkRamp?

Sometimes WorkRamp can feel a bit complex to set up initially, particularly when you’re trying to configure the more advanced features. I’ve also heard from a few users that the customization options can feel somewhat limited, especially when compared with other platforms. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"WorkRamp Makes Onboarding Simple with an Intuitive, Well-Organized Dashboard"
What do you like best about WorkRamp?

I truly appreciate how simple and intuitive WorkRamp is to use. It's incredibly simple to keep track of everything thanks to the distinct tabs for completed courses, in-progress courses, and displaying badges that I've earned as part of my course. The simple dashboard interface is really appealing, and I recall how the course material was all well-organised throughout my onboarding days, which made the entire process much simpler. I also value how it keeps me informed about the weekly releases of new features in my company, particularly prior to client conversations. I adore utilising WorkRamp. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about WorkRamp?

I would say that it can be challenging at times to measure the total outcome of the courses I've taken and turn it into an analytical format. Thus, I would claim that data visibility is restricted. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Centralized, Scalable Enablement with Clear Learning Paths"
What do you like best about WorkRamp?

I really like how centralized and structured WorkRamp is for learning and enablement. It makes it easy to organize content into clear learning paths, track completion, and ensure teams are aligned on the same information. The platform is intuitive for learners, supports different content types (videos, docs, quizzes), and works well for onboarding, product updates, and ongoing training. Overall, it helps turn training into a repeatable, scalable process rather than ad-hoc knowledge sharing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about WorkRamp?

Some content management workflows can feel a bit manual and time-consuming, especially when updating or iterating on existing courses. Version control and bulk updates could be more flexible, and reporting sometimes requires extra steps to get the exact insights needed. There are also opportunities to improve customization and automation so admins can move faster as content and teams scale. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless Employee Training with Excellent Support"
What do you like best about WorkRamp?

I find WorkRamp very simple to use; even if you're new to LMS administration, it has a minimal learning curve. If you're familiar with LMS admin, it's very easy to use right from the start. I also appreciate the approachable look and feel of the UX, which makes it easy to find what you need as both an admin and as a learner. There's no unnecessary complexity - it does what it needs to and does it well. We also had a really smooth experience with WorkRamp's onboarding team, which was amazing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about WorkRamp?

The guides are helpful but basic. It would be great if they could enhance the guide capabilities in terms of questions/quizzes. This tool might not be enough for complex use cases at the enterprise level. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Cannot wait to do more!"
What do you like best about WorkRamp?

Love the ability to centralized and share content with users. The ability to link resources from a centralized location into the system and update/revise the content in the "home location" and it easily update in the WR system has saved so much time and energy!

The ability to track learning progress in the system has helped streamline our training process! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about WorkRamp?

There are a few basic limitations with the software that would make building content, personalizing content and assigning content faster and more effective. I wish these were prioritized over some of the AI improvements being made - seems like the cart before the horse in a sense.

1. Would like to assign due dates to each element of an overall path.

2. Integrate company fonts, images, colors.

3. Copy and paste any element in any guide in any other guide section or task.

4. Internal clip art. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A Modern, Intuitive LMS That Keeps Getting Better"
What do you like best about WorkRamp?

WorkRamp strikes the perfect balance between ease of use and powerful functionality. The interface is clean and modern—our learners consistently describe it as fun and easy to navigate. On the admin side, creating learning guides has never been easier. Their AI-powered content generation is a game-changer—you can upload slide decks, Notion pages, or PDFs, and WorkRamp helps turn them into structured, professional learning modules in minutes.

What really stands out, though, is that the platform continues to improve. They’re not content with being “good enough”—they actively innovate, especially in how they incorporate AI. The CEO, Ted Blosser, is incredibly engaged with the customer community, and that passion trickles down into every touchpoint. I’ve consistently had great experiences with their Sales and Customer Success teams. They’re responsive, thoughtful, and genuinely invested in our success. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about WorkRamp?

There’s very little to dislike. We are heavy Notion users, so I would love an ability to embed Notion pages within guides (this may exist already--I need to look into it). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Comprehensive system that allows to build great learning management system to train all users"
What do you like best about WorkRamp?

It takes less than an hour to understand the fundamentals of how to use it (design, adjust) and it offers a wide range of options to build courses, with different multimedia and learning functionalities.

The feedback we received from our customers of the courses themselves are great! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about WorkRamp?

Although it takes an hour to learn the basics of the system, it does get deep and complicated. After getting used to it, its very useful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"The Most Intuitive LMS I’ve Used — Great for Building, Limited for Reporting"
What do you like best about WorkRamp?

WorkRamp is incredibly intuitive and user-friendly, especially compared to other LMS platforms I’ve worked with. It’s easy to build in — copying and pasting content is smooth, and I rarely run into formatting issues, which have been frustrating pain points in other tools. I also appreciate the range of features for building assessments and keeping learners engaged. From quizzes to interactive elements, there’s a lot of flexibility in how you can structure your content. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about WorkRamp?

The reporting capabilities are pretty limited, which can be frustrating when trying to measure the impact of trainings or pull detailed learner data. There’s room for improvement in terms of customizable reports and visualizing course engagement or completion trends. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Learning & Development's Best Friend"
What do you like best about WorkRamp?

I like the ease of use of WorkRamp and the evolution of the platform. We have been a client since 2022, and I have watched the evolution of the product as it makes my job easier and easier.

Implementation of WorkRamp was a breeze, and the new user support was above and beyond what I expected.

I use WorkRamp regularly—at least three times per week, since my company is always evolving!

Customer support has always been great. There are times when I need extra support, and they are always willing to set up a meeting with the team members who can best solve my problem. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about WorkRamp?

I truly wish there were some sort of nesting feature within a Collection or Library where I could create folders that hold specific lessons that are not spread all over. I created about 20 micro lessons for our client trainings, and they have to scroll to get to what they need. Also, I want to create an FAQ section, and every new FAQ requires its own collection or resource, and instead of being able to have the card go horizontally, everything is set up where you have to scroll down to get to all of the information. I have too much info to set my FAQs up that way.

I would love some flexibility with the flip cards, i.e., color of the card itself, so that it stays on brand with Springbuk Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
