"Cannot wait to do more!"
What do you like best about WorkRamp?

Love the ability to centralized and share content with users. The ability to link resources from a centralized location into the system and update/revise the content in the "home location" and it easily update in the WR system has saved so much time and energy!

The ability to track learning progress in the system has helped streamline our training process! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about WorkRamp?

There are a few basic limitations with the software that would make building content, personalizing content and assigning content faster and more effective. I wish these were prioritized over some of the AI improvements being made - seems like the cart before the horse in a sense.

1. Would like to assign due dates to each element of an overall path.

2. Integrate company fonts, images, colors.

3. Copy and paste any element in any guide in any other guide section or task.

4. Internal clip art. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A Modern, Intuitive LMS That Keeps Getting Better"
What do you like best about WorkRamp?

WorkRamp strikes the perfect balance between ease of use and powerful functionality. The interface is clean and modern—our learners consistently describe it as fun and easy to navigate. On the admin side, creating learning guides has never been easier. Their AI-powered content generation is a game-changer—you can upload slide decks, Notion pages, or PDFs, and WorkRamp helps turn them into structured, professional learning modules in minutes.

What really stands out, though, is that the platform continues to improve. They’re not content with being “good enough”—they actively innovate, especially in how they incorporate AI. The CEO, Ted Blosser, is incredibly engaged with the customer community, and that passion trickles down into every touchpoint. I’ve consistently had great experiences with their Sales and Customer Success teams. They’re responsive, thoughtful, and genuinely invested in our success. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about WorkRamp?

There’s very little to dislike. We are heavy Notion users, so I would love an ability to embed Notion pages within guides (this may exist already--I need to look into it). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Comprehensive system that allows to build great learning management system to train all users"
What do you like best about WorkRamp?

It takes less than an hour to understand the fundamentals of how to use it (design, adjust) and it offers a wide range of options to build courses, with different multimedia and learning functionalities.

The feedback we received from our customers of the courses themselves are great! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about WorkRamp?

Although it takes an hour to learn the basics of the system, it does get deep and complicated. After getting used to it, its very useful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"The Most Intuitive LMS I’ve Used — Great for Building, Limited for Reporting"
What do you like best about WorkRamp?

WorkRamp is incredibly intuitive and user-friendly, especially compared to other LMS platforms I’ve worked with. It’s easy to build in — copying and pasting content is smooth, and I rarely run into formatting issues, which have been frustrating pain points in other tools. I also appreciate the range of features for building assessments and keeping learners engaged. From quizzes to interactive elements, there’s a lot of flexibility in how you can structure your content. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about WorkRamp?

The reporting capabilities are pretty limited, which can be frustrating when trying to measure the impact of trainings or pull detailed learner data. There’s room for improvement in terms of customizable reports and visualizing course engagement or completion trends. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Learning & Development's Best Friend"
What do you like best about WorkRamp?

I like the ease of use of WorkRamp and the evolution of the platform. We have been a client since 2022, and I have watched the evolution of the product as it makes my job easier and easier.

Implementation of WorkRamp was a breeze, and the new user support was above and beyond what I expected.

I use WorkRamp regularly—at least three times per week, since my company is always evolving!

Customer support has always been great. There are times when I need extra support, and they are always willing to set up a meeting with the team members who can best solve my problem. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about WorkRamp?

I truly wish there were some sort of nesting feature within a Collection or Library where I could create folders that hold specific lessons that are not spread all over. I created about 20 micro lessons for our client trainings, and they have to scroll to get to what they need. Also, I want to create an FAQ section, and every new FAQ requires its own collection or resource, and instead of being able to have the card go horizontally, everything is set up where you have to scroll down to get to all of the information. I have too much info to set my FAQs up that way.

I would love some flexibility with the flip cards, i.e., color of the card itself, so that it stays on brand with Springbuk Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"New WorkRamp Customer"
What do you like best about WorkRamp?

The things I like best about WorkRamp is the ease of creating our own trainings and the ability to have content created added to our system that alows for mirco-learning. I like the simplistic look of the software and the ability to edit and add our company details. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about WorkRamp?

I dislike that when the user doesn't pass the test, it doesn't take them back to complete the test again automatically and marks is as completed.

I also do not like when a new user receives the amil to get started they put in their first and last name and password Chrome asks to save the password and the username as the employees last name instead of the employees email address for the username. I would like to be able to have them put in the email as the username then complete the password portion so it saves correctly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Powerful tool and expert support"
What do you like best about WorkRamp?

I love how WorkRamp stays up to date with the latest technologies to enable interactive learning. Recorded videos are stale and WorkRamp figured out with their AI capabilities how to take recorded videos or decks and turn them into interactive guides. We were also able to integrate it with LinkedIn Learning to make such a robust learning platform. It's huge what it's been able to enable in terms of Learning & Development for our company. All of this was made so much easier by the support team we had along the way. Our migration and customer success teams remain closely involved to make sure we are successful in using WorkRamp at our company. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Highly recommended"
What do you like best about WorkRamp?

We've been using WorkRamp for a few years, and it has transformed the way we approach associate training and development. The platform is intuitive, modern, and incredibly user-friendly for both administrators and learners.

One of the things we truly value is how responsive the WorkRamp team is to customer feedback. They regularly release new features (like AI Assist, new way of organising Paths), and updates that reflect the real needs of their users, showing they genuinely listen and adapt. It’s clear that continuous improvement is a priority for them.

The customer support is also top-notch—quick, helpful, and knowledgeable. Whenever we've had a question or needed assistance, their team was right there to help.

Overall, WorkRamp is an intuitive and powerful tool that continues to evolve in the right direction. It has become an essential part of our company’s growth and learning culture. Highly recommended for any organization looking to scale learning and development in a smart, effective way! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about WorkRamp?

WorkRamp Academy requires setting up a separate account, implementing training from Academy to the platform is not intuitive and sometimes leads to problems, e.g. when a training disappears from the Academy and I, as the administrator, do not receive information about it. "Product and People - Workramp Partnership"
What do you like best about WorkRamp?

The Workramp solution has driven great value here at Onapsis. From the product perspective, we find the Workramp LMS solution a foundation for our ongoing internal enablement program focused on both sales and operational units. The product's ease of administration has allowed us to completely pivot our learning motions as well as minimize core program essentials. The latter would not have been possible without the team behind the product - the Workramp team is committed to their customer's success and I have experienced this with the sales, implementation and customer outcomes teams - it is an across the board effort from all that I have engaged with from Workramp. Workramp is an essential component of any enablement program and have personally recommended the platform several times to peers in other organizations.

Additionally, because of the success with the internal implementation our firm upgraded to include the Workramp Academies platform - and we just launched our Partner enablement program based upon the success and commitment of our internal Workramp installation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about WorkRamp?

It is not a dislike but more of an enhancement pitch - analytics are fundamentally good but I look forward to seeing further enhancements in this area. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Jaclyn Ricchio, Kafui Dzaka, and Abillio Helped Extensively w/ an Enormous and Complicated Task"
What do you like best about WorkRamp?

The reporting aspect of the tools is extensive and intuitive.

We are able to enroll users, track progress, and house resources rather easily, even incoporating other tools like Canva and Articulate. We are in this software daily working on enrollments and reportng, so all things considered, this tool has been relavtively smooth and easy to use for integrating employees and customers alike.

We have an internal "YouTube"-esque site that we use for our entire customer audience and it works wonderfully well in WorkRamp, even allowing for reporting on viewership, etc.

Even more so, the support staff are all INCREDIBLE. I have reached out dozens of times with very niche and nuanced requests, and I have consistently been met with patience, diligence, and expertise. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about WorkRamp?

I think the most significant downside of Workramp is the UI and the mechanism for building courses. It is very cumbersome and technical. If that was improved in varying degrees, it would allow for us to continously build more and more courses within the software itself, rather than only importing courses elsewhere. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
