## WorkRamp Reviews
  ### 1. Everything you need, at a price you can feel good about

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 16, 2022

**What do you like best about WorkRamp?**

WorkRamp makes it easy to build learning content for your team. I've used it to build comprehensive onboarding processes, monthly learning modules, and ad-hoc training.

**What do you dislike about WorkRamp?**

While it is easy to build courses, I wish there was a little more flexibility in the font and sizing of content in a course. When I build courses centered around a software tool, screenshots are limited in their width, making it hard to see.

**What problems is WorkRamp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our product is highly technical. By using WorkRamp, I'm able to offload a large bulk of training to an eLearning format. I've found that a blended learning approach (part-live, part-online) is the most effective to get reps up to speed.

  ### 2. Great all-in-on eLearning platform!

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 11, 2022

**What do you like best about WorkRamp?**

The fact that you can build training right in Workramp without needing an external tool. This allows you to be more agile in creating and introducing training content. Still, you have the option to bring in SCORM or AICC content.

**What do you dislike about WorkRamp?**

There are still a few key features missing from my perspective:
 - Global CSS/HTML
- Content segmentation and filtering. The current implementation is very limited and makes it a bit difficult to expand content while keeping navigation easy.
- Creating "paths" from "training" or single Guides instead of requiring "paths" to stitch training content together.
- The builder (while great) requires additional work so the output looks more uniform. I think having a global css/html can help with this. I'd love to be able to "set it and forget" preferred styles.

**What problems is WorkRamp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It has made customer training a walk in the park. I cannot imagine Customer Success running without it.

  ### 3. Lacks key features

**Rating:** 2.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Financial Services | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 13, 2020

**What do you like best about WorkRamp?**

Workramp is fairly easy to use to design training modules. The navigation is straightforward and adding new content is simple. The reporting tools are also easy to use and are fairly customizable.

**What do you dislike about WorkRamp?**

Workramp lacks some features of other LMS systems - I have used Rise from Articulate and was extremely impressed at the many ways I could customize the look and feel of my content, as well as the variety of modules that they offered. I've also used Mindtickle and really appreciated its ability to make interactive videos. Compared to these other systems, Workramp seems very limited.

Workramp lacks proper version control, needs better collaboration tools, and better ways to share content across multiple modules (so that you don't need to update content in multiple places). Another thing I appreciate about Rise is the ability to upload custom fonts and create an overall style for your courses, so that everything aligns with your company branding.

**Recommendations to others considering WorkRamp:**

If you have a smaller company and/or fairly simple needs when creating content, then WR could be a great fit. It becomes much more difficult if you have complicated curricula, or need a lot of control over the style and UX of your content.

**What problems is WorkRamp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We had to convert a large amount of in-person training to online self-paced training in order to roll it out to a much larger group. Workramp helped us do that. Workramp helped us work collaboratively and we were able to deliver the training very quickly.

  ### 4. Seamless and user friendly!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 11, 2022

**What do you like best about WorkRamp?**

As someone who previously worked for another LMS company, WorkRamp entirely blows the industry out of the water! I enjoy how user-friendly and intuitive the UI is, especially for first-time users of the platform. It's also incredibly easy to create training programs and they have the best support!

**What do you dislike about WorkRamp?**

I've only been using the WorkRamp LMS for the past 6 months and a lot of our training programs are more recent, so currently I don't have anything I'd note as being a downside to the product.

**What problems is WorkRamp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We needed to find a way to help connect the product-side of the business to the sales side and ensure our account managers have full confidence in their ability to sell the product. With WorkRamp, our sales team has been able to get onboarded in less than a month and better understand the product they are selling.

  ### 5. A great, easy to use LMS to get you up and running quickly

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 24, 2022

**What do you like best about WorkRamp?**

Using the platform is user-friendly, and intuitive and allows you to make engaging content quickly and easily. Drag and drop options are super helpful to break up the monotony of text and images.

**What do you dislike about WorkRamp?**

One thing that can use some improvement is how the various modules are structured. It can start to get confusing if you don't know exactly how each affects the other and how they are interoperable.

**What problems is WorkRamp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Using the platform we can build out a structured onboarding experience for new hires, which saves valuable time when previously having to do much of this manually and in person.

  ### 6. Learning in One Platform

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Noelle E. | Data Engineer, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 12, 2022

**What do you like best about WorkRamp?**

The UI is easy to navigate. It encourages us to find more resources available.

**What do you dislike about WorkRamp?**

I think it's org wise but sometimes one path has so much requirements/quizzes to finish it takes up so much time and sometimes I don't get to finish it at all.

**What problems is WorkRamp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It gives us a platform to put all learning resources in one place for easy access to everyone in the org.

  ### 7. Perfect for our Customer Education & Sales Enablement Efforts

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 07, 2022

**What do you like best about WorkRamp?**

We're very thankful we chose to go with WorkRamp as an internal LMS and customer education platform. Not only can we create internal courses and resource hubs for our internal sellers and CSMs, but we can share these same resources with our customers. WorkRamp powers our customer training & certification programs and we've been very happy with the support from their team. We feel that they are true partners, care about solid instructional design and want to show the ROI of our customer education efforts.

**What do you dislike about WorkRamp?**

As a product, WorkRamp is still growing in maturity. In the age of the anonymous buyer/learner, I'd love the opportunity for customers to log in to academy via LinkedIn or other systems rather than having to create yet another account. Otherwise, we've been very happy with the product and very impressed with the support and attention from our implementation manager and customer outcomes manager.

**What problems is WorkRamp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We're able to improve ramp time of our internal sellers as well as prove that trained customers are more likely to renew and less likely to churn. We're also able to use WorkRamp as a platform to power our University efforts -- helping drive marketing among our customer fans.

  ### 8. Review of WorkRamp

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 11, 2022

**What do you like best about WorkRamp?**

Ability to add in images and videos. Makes the training more engaging. I like that you can have them retake the quiz if they do not get all answers correct. Pretty User Friendly.

**What do you dislike about WorkRamp?**

Sometimes does not save your spot in the training. Also, your view changes drastically when you are permitted to create training. Not as user-friendly when you are still assigned training.

**What problems is WorkRamp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Make sure all sales reps are on the same page when we roll out new products, processes, etc. Requires them to complete so we can track knowledge. Also helpful for some of the tedious setup for our new hires.

  ### 9. WorkRamp elevates our Learner Experience

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Mental Health Care | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 18, 2022

**What do you like best about WorkRamp?**

It breaks up information into small parts and makes it manageable to consume.

**What do you dislike about WorkRamp?**

Little quirks about the interface, but the development team is constantly working on updates and new features. Reporting and data analytics still has some roof for improvement.

**What problems is WorkRamp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Onboarding and training on new processes and information.

  ### 10. Continuous improvements are making for a great LMS experience.

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Molly L. | Boxer Growth and Experience Specialist, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 15, 2022

**What do you like best about WorkRamp?**

Customer service, UI, straight forward admin console, ease of viewing registrations.

**What do you dislike about WorkRamp?**

Design options for guides is lacking, you can't copy items in a guide to another task/guide/path/etc., and you can't archive guides that are within a path.

**What problems is WorkRamp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Continuous improvements on reporting! We host a lot of events so having better reporting on these is key.

  ### 11. Workramp is a solid and flexible LMS

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 16, 2022

**What do you like best about WorkRamp?**

Workramp is intuitive and has a wide breadth of features which allow us to create strong training content. Flexible, easy to use, good UX from a learner perspective, and the integration with BambooHR is great.

**What do you dislike about WorkRamp?**

Workramp's reporting could be a little enhanced, and the inability to export courses is a big limiting factor. You can import SCORM, but no way to export from WorkRamp means if you ever want to navigate away, you're going to have a whoooole lot of content to re-create before you depart. A work around is creating courses outside of workramp and then importing/recreating, but that still duplicates work.

**What problems is WorkRamp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use WorkRamp as our LMS for training content.

  ### 12. WorkRamp Review - Adam P

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Adam P. | Client Support Lead, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 11, 2022

**What do you like best about WorkRamp?**

The Iorad integration gives us the ability to show users how our platform looks and works within WorkRamp.

**What do you dislike about WorkRamp?**

The hierarchy of taxonomies is confusing, between all of Academy and Path and Course and Resource...

**What problems is WorkRamp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

WorkRamp gives us a clear instance of where internal and client training documentation is stored and presented from.

  ### 13. Easy to set up trainings

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 15, 2022

**What do you like best about WorkRamp?**

i like how customizable things are - it's more fun to set up that way and provides variety to our team

**What do you dislike about WorkRamp?**

i haven't really found much to add here..

**What problems is WorkRamp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

new hires starting, and lots of existing hires that need continued learning

  ### 14. Excellent software to train external and internal users

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tim C. | Senior Director of Business Operations, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 08, 2020

**What do you like best about WorkRamp?**

Workramp provides a centralized platform that allows teams to build at training conduct that can be deployed internally (for onboarding and employee training) and externally (for customer training, certification, and enablement). They have an amazing team that's very dedicated to taking care of their customers.

**What do you dislike about WorkRamp?**

Workramp is still developing some features for external learners. However, they're on a strong path and they've very open to feedback on how to improve that side of their platform.

**What problems is WorkRamp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The main problem we're solving with Workramp is a singular platform for internal and external training. We have our customer facing "Branch University" which helps educates all of our customers. We use this content as well to train our internal team members. This enables us to keep one set of content up-to-date.

  ### 15. WorkRamp Review

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Internet | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 05, 2022

**What do you like best about WorkRamp?**

-The client-facing team is delightful. They have really great people at WorkRamp. I enjoy every interaction that I have had with them.
-I like how your progress is shown when completing guides, paths, etc. as tasks become "crossed out" as you complete them.
-They don't overcomplicate things unnecessarily which many other LMSs tend to do. Compared to all other LMSs that I have seen (an extensive list), WorkRamp's UI/UX is very intuitive and easily navigable for the learner.

**What do you dislike about WorkRamp?**

Overall I like WorkRamp compared to the many other LMSs I have seen. Its use is most enjoyable for learners and creators. I know we would have many more challenges had we gone with a different platform. My most glaring "dislikes" are on the admin/reporting side. Here are some of my suggestions to their team:

-Their reporting capabilities are a definite weak point. Gathering detailed reporting on user feedback and completion/use rates is less than satisfactory.
-It requires more clicks than it should to complete small tasks in the platform and it is limited in any bulk functionality. For instance, right now if you want to add multiple learners at once I have to forward a CSV to their team because I cannot do it myself.
-Response rates from their support team are not in real-time and are usually delayed which can cause troubleshooting to be very choppy and it's unclear who is my most efficient point of contact for quick tech/user support.
-The creator UI can be finicky, where the font will suddenly decide it doesn't want to cooperate or some other strange formatting issue that I have to hack my way around.

**What problems is WorkRamp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have been pretty forthright with our product requests and our team is now in sync with their product leadership. I think WorkRamp is small today and they have a great foundation, which is why we went with them. They also compare well with other LMSs though I feel no one has seemingly nailed a perfect offering just yet. I trust that they will continue to build towards a great overall product in the future.

  ### 16. Sales Enablement's Dream Platform

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 01, 2022

**What do you like best about WorkRamp?**

WorkRamp has made it easy to create and deliver enablement content to our Sales teams. Our CSM Emily is amazing and always gives us helpful ideas to enhance our training and offers some fantastic suggestions to our team. In my first quarter, I was able to easily ramp up with content in their knowledge base and create some engaging pieces of training that aligned with our company's core initiatives.

**What do you dislike about WorkRamp?**

It's pretty easy to use, but I would have loved to see a hot spot feature that can be used for learning where someone can click on a hot spot on an image and learn more about it. An alternative suggestion was provided, which worked in some use cases for our team, but for others, I had to spend some additional time creating videos with voiceovers, where a tool like this could have helped do the job.

**What problems is WorkRamp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It has helped significantly with onboarding and ongoing training as well as with our one-on-one coaching. I can easily suggest that they walk through a portion of a module again if a concept hasn't been realized for them.

  ### 17. Really solid experience from beginning to end

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** John H. | VP - Global Revenue Activation, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 31, 2022

**What do you like best about WorkRamp?**

The setup process was very easy, and I received ample guidance to build out my first handful of modules. The VIP Slack channel gives you instant access to your account team and WorkRamp Support, which I utilize from time to time. The learner has a really good experience, and and admin can build modules quite easily. I really like their quarterly product release parties via webinars as well! It is a place to highlight the releases demo'ed by the actual Product Managers! It came as advetised, and we happily renewed for Year 2, and don't expect to be going anywhere.

**What do you dislike about WorkRamp?**

There certainly are a handful of features that could be improved, and I have fed those back to the Product team. It is fairly minor things, but they come up nonetheless. The Dashboard reporting is a bit light, but know it is on their roadmap

**What problems is WorkRamp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our onboarding plan was super remedial prior to purchasing WorkRamp. WorkRamp allowed us to scale our program and move more towards asynchronous trainings. We increased onboarding from 5 people to 31 in just one year!

  ### 18. Easy to use LMS, great support, just lacking when it comes to automation and reporting!

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Human Resources | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 31, 2022

**What do you like best about WorkRamp?**

- The modules and ease of use of the tools
- Great customer support and it seems like our requests are heard, though not sure when they'll be implemented

**What do you dislike about WorkRamp?**

There are a few things I've struggled with:
- Formatting within the modules seems to be a bit funky and I spend too much time trying to get my font size or bullets to copy or update correctly
- Reporting isn't intuitive and is difficult to use/figure out
- Surveying after guides/paths/events is difficult or not part of the flow easlier
- More automation /customization on a guide / path / individual event level
- Emails should come from WorkRamp, not the user who is sending/assigning something, it creates confusion

**Recommendations to others considering WorkRamp:**

N/A

**What problems is WorkRamp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are solving for digital / on-demand learning in the areas of people development. We are also using events for our "live" learning events that take place every few weeks and are open to our entire company to enroll. We realize it's beneficial it is to have anyone on our team jump in and create/leave comments of feedback, etc.

  ### 19. Workramp is easy to use!

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 31, 2022

**What do you like best about WorkRamp?**

I like how Workramp is easy to use and intuitive. They have some great training sessions (hosted by Workramp) that you can take through their learning material to learn more about the product. If you decide not to take the training, it's still easy enough to figure it out. They also have a content library that you can leverage training materials from or they allow you to upload SCORM modules if you are already using an existing LMS.

**What do you dislike about WorkRamp?**

I think the report generation or search functions could be better. I also would like the ability to customize some of the training in Workramp's content library.

**What problems is WorkRamp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are standardizing using a single LMS across the whole company. Every team wants to have their own training and it causes a lot of friction if your users have multiple types of LMS platforms they need to sign into. At least with Workramp, the ability to support SCORM and create your own material has been really beneficial.

  ### 20. The best member experience!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 11, 2022

**What do you like best about WorkRamp?**

Not only is it easy to use, but if I ever had any questions regarding a feature-- the lack channel was full of support from other users and the staff itself.

**What do you dislike about WorkRamp?**

When I started, there weren't as many customizations as now, but I am very content with the number of features WorkRamp has added in the past several months.

**What problems is WorkRamp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am able to just send training materials directly to anyone who is learning and I do not have to train them myself anymore!

  ### 21. Great LMS and Amazing Team

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jared W. | Associate, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 12, 2022

**What do you like best about WorkRamp?**

I loved how intuitive the UI is and how supported I felt setting it up both by my CSM and other resources on the team. Always fast answers and happy to share best practices!

**What do you dislike about WorkRamp?**

Not on their side, but I wish I had thought more about how to structure the training as a whole before starting setup but they helped a ton throughout implementation which was great.

**What problems is WorkRamp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were trying to move our onboarding and training to a LMS from Google Drive and we were able to improve time to ramp. We also found it much more scalable and engaging than our previous trainings.

  ### 22. Ease, Simplicity, and Connectivity

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Marc G. | Sr Director of Sales, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 31, 2022

**What do you like best about WorkRamp?**

We really enjoy the ability to create content simply and easily. We have been able to create a base foundational learning structure and then add to as needed. It is quick and easy to add content, training, and tests.

**What do you dislike about WorkRamp?**

It does take time to get things going. While user interface is simple, it requires a little different mindset toward curriculum building vs direct training. Additionally, would love better track mechanisms.

**What problems is WorkRamp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Major focus of WorkRamp is the ability to host and create content for long term trainings. It allows for us to have a training curriculum prior to hitting the sales floor and direct face to face training.

  ### 23. We're not using it to it's full potential yet, but we are glad we have it

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Eric S. | Revenue Enablement Specialist, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 05, 2022

**What do you like best about WorkRamp?**

We use Workramp to hold trainings used for newhires and promotions. It's a great tool to make tutorials and quizzes to introduduce content to the team.

**What do you dislike about WorkRamp?**

In some ways it's a little confusing to use. I'm not the main Workramp user at the company, so I haven't made myself completely familiar with it yet. As a result, sometimes when I try to find my way to a feature that I haven't used, I get lost.

**What problems is WorkRamp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are using it to standardize and scale our onboarding for new sales reps. It has saved us a lot of time in making trainings "self-serve" for our reps.

  ### 24. complete and amazing tool to share learning and info for your teams

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Daniela L. | Senior Sales Enablement Specialist, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 11, 2022

**What do you like best about WorkRamp?**

It is a tool very intuitive and so easy to organize for different teams and learnind paths

**What do you dislike about WorkRamp?**

sometimes i find it difficult to decide which resource might be the best for my needs

**What problems is WorkRamp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

So far i haven't had any problems

  ### 25. Good platform even better teams supporting it!

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sean R. | Revenue Enablement Manager, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 28, 2022

**What do you like best about WorkRamp?**

WorkRamp constantly seeks to improve their platform and listens deeply to their customers. We have been wildly successful in our own deployment of WorkRamp thanks to their customer outcomes and support teams. WorkRamp as a platform allows us to develop, manage, and report on engaging learning for our Go-To-Market teams.

**What do you dislike about WorkRamp?**

WorkRamp is early on in their life. They have created a wonderful foundation. And you can see that they'll go on to create many great features.

**What problems is WorkRamp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are scaling our learning through push and pull methods. We have benefited greatly from the ability to create more engaging content that can serve our internal and partner teams.

  ### 26. Excellent for internal training

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 31, 2022

**What do you like best about WorkRamp?**

We use workramp extensively in our onboarding of new reps. Our product is complex and has multiple features, so we utilize the "classroom" feel of workramp to provide weekly lessons and exercises. The exercises are something I like best because we can use them to ensure the training is being followed, and it goes beyond what we could do in a simple doc.

**What do you dislike about WorkRamp?**

Some of the editing is a bit cumbersome. In fact, I tend to write most of the workramp documentation outside of workramp, and then fill it in afterwards because I don't like directly editing there.

**What problems is WorkRamp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use this for internal training, but our team is also looking at the possibility of doing something external as well. The fact that we can guide users through training could be very beneficial. Without workramp we would literally have no traning platform.

  ### 27. fantastic LMS: easy to set up and use

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 10, 2022

**What do you like best about WorkRamp?**

Super happy with our choice. It was mostly easy to learn and set up. Variety of content types supported. The team has also been incredibly friendly and fantastic to work with. When we rolled out the very first training our sales team was over the moon raving about how it was the best training they have ever received in their career. I also especially love that WorkRamp isn't just a tool: they offer some pre-made courses, as well as thought leadership, and a community.

**What do you dislike about WorkRamp?**

Sometimes certain minor issues with the interface. A bit of a learning curve to the platform. Occasional bugs.

**What problems is WorkRamp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Sales onboarding and enablement

  ### 28. It does what I would have expected

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 12, 2022

**What do you like best about WorkRamp?**

I like the ability to do certifications and the backend reporting is incredibly helpful.

**What do you dislike about WorkRamp?**

There isn't any gamification or interactive learning so it can be extremely monotonous for team members. This may be due to our company limitations though, I'm not 100% sure.

**What problems is WorkRamp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I love that it confirms whether or not our team members are completing their training. We can see what they scored for each module and see who may need additional assistance.

  ### 29. Excellent learning platform

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 13, 2022

**What do you like best about WorkRamp?**

The drag-and-drop functionality is great along with Admin access. There are a variety of assessment options like flip cards and hot spots. The ease of reporting is much easier than the previous system.

**What do you dislike about WorkRamp?**

Challenges only allow for 1 submit type. It would be helpful to have learners be able to submit a video AND a document, for instance. Offering this would allow for fewer challenge distributions.

**What problems is WorkRamp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Speed-to-ramp: helping new hires ramp more quickly. Ease-of-use: the platform is very intuitive. Greater productivity given the content delivery. Performance is improving!

  ### 30. It's quite intuitive and useful

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Marta B. | Senior Talent Acquisition Data Analyst, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 11, 2022

**What do you like best about WorkRamp?**

I use the Reporting part mostly which helps to automate the data integration

**What do you dislike about WorkRamp?**

At first I could't find some functionalities, I had to use HELP

**What problems is WorkRamp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I got automated reports with people who completed the Guide (training)

  ### 31. Great centralized place for enablement

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Brandon S. | Customer Success Enablement Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 11, 2022

**What do you like best about WorkRamp?**

I appreciate the many instructional design options, particularly with knowledge checks. It's also easy to compile guides and challenges into paths and resource libraries.

**What do you dislike about WorkRamp?**

I simply don't love the oversimplified/dated UI as well as the limited assessment options/customizability for feedback.

**What problems is WorkRamp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We needed more structure to our onboarding programs, and WorkRamp has made our onboarding so much smoother and more enjoyable for newcomers. We often get compliments on our paths and resources.

  ### 32. Great onboarding tool

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Erin G. | Customer Success Manager - EMEA, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 12, 2022

**What do you like best about WorkRamp?**

I love that WorkRamp offers a way to interactively allow new users to learn about the company and that you can segment learning materials into different places. This makes it easy to create different onboarding sections for sales, customer success, finance, etc.

**What do you dislike about WorkRamp?**

I wish there was a little bit more variety in the ways that you could quiz users on the knowledge that they retained on each segment. The options for quiz questions is a little bit basic, but it can be made to work.

**What problems is WorkRamp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are using WorkRamp for onboarding new employees. This helps us retain that "tribal knowledge" that existing employees have learned over time and allows them to document it in WorkRamp so that when newer employees start, they are able to learn all of that historical knowledge and keep it in one place.

  ### 33. Great Tool That's Intuitive To Use

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alicia G. | Sales enablement manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 31, 2022

**What do you like best about WorkRamp?**

I love Workramp, and they have great customer support. The tool is very intuitive. Easy drag and drop features, easy to create certifications and assign lessons to our sales team.

**What do you dislike about WorkRamp?**

Nothing that I really dislike, they are regularly releasing new features, so when I first signed up over a year ago, there were some features that didn't exist, but they have now built them.

**What problems is WorkRamp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use Workramp to streamline our sales onboarding process and for ad hoc continuous training for our sales team. It's been great for releasing certifications, guides and trainings to our sales team.

  ### 34. WorkRamp transforms Onboarding

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 31, 2022

**What do you like best about WorkRamp?**

Workramp makes it easy for me to chart the progress of new hires in our onboarding program as well as help us map our sales enablement efforts to the success of our reps.

**What do you dislike about WorkRamp?**

My colleagues can speak better to this, but some of the mapping and nesting issues of where a certain course lives and how we can scale it to multiple programs has been a little painful.

**Recommendations to others considering WorkRamp:**

Really an upgrade from where we were as an organization previously. Of course, no solution is perfect, but WR have been wonderful partners and are genuinely concerned with our success.

**What problems is WorkRamp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We can, with certainty, cross reference the success of certain sellers against the enablement and training courses that my team has created for them. We can show how our programs/trainings contribute to closed won revenue.

  ### 35. Some missing course-building features

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jay Mark G. | I, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 11, 2022

**What do you like best about WorkRamp?**

Simplicity and neatness of building coursees

**What do you dislike about WorkRamp?**

Some missing features like being able undo when deleting tasks plus "rearranging" in question types.

**What problems is WorkRamp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Being able to add interactions in self-paced courses.

  ### 36. Pretty good experience using WorkRamp over the last year!

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mary M. | HR Generalist, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 17, 2022

**What do you like best about WorkRamp?**

The Account Reps are super helpful and responsive!

**What do you dislike about WorkRamp?**

More content for sensitivity training courses.

**What problems is WorkRamp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Integrating badges/certifications - which is awesome and will help our HR dept.

  ### 37. Workramp is an excellent tool for employee onboarding, and course-like resources!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 31, 2022

**What do you like best about WorkRamp?**

I like the ability to view your progress as you move through the modules, and save so you may complete them at your own pace! I also like the ability to build-in questionnaires and quizzes, allowing for feedback when using the platform for employee onboarding and customer training.

**What do you dislike about WorkRamp?**

Truly there are no things that jump out at me as something to note that I dislike. Perhaps some more design capabilities would help the platform be more visually appealing? That's a stab in the dark, though.

**What problems is WorkRamp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are using it to build out certification courses for our customers. These courses are something we already offer, but the ability to customize to the guidelines needed for customers to submit our courses for Continuing Education Credits is hugely helpful in creating compliance and buy-in.

  ### 38. Leader in LMS business

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Parker G. | E, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 31, 2022

**What do you like best about WorkRamp?**

I love the functionality and the customization I can give my internal and external customers. The paths are a game-changer and the certifications are huge for our customers.

**What do you dislike about WorkRamp?**

Support can seem lackluster at times and I had to pull in our CSM to help resolve issues. I wish that issues didn't take so long to resolve. They have a great support team though.

**What problems is WorkRamp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am helping automate processes for my internal teams and shorting the time to value with our customers. It helps make our products more sticky. Love the product.

  ### 39. Workramp gives you the tools you need to teach

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mario M. | Security and Compliance Program manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 05, 2022

**What do you like best about WorkRamp?**

Ther ability for customization when creating content is amazing and allows you to configure in the best way you can to ensure that it is as effective as possible

**What do you dislike about WorkRamp?**

Working in workramp can be a little overwhelming at first being as there is a lot of options that can be confusing without first learning how the tool works via the onboarding training.

**What problems is WorkRamp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are using workramp to educate our employees on the product as well as for things like security onboarding training and other department led courses.

  ### 40. Fun to learn

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 07, 2022

**What do you like best about WorkRamp?**

WorkRamp makes a lot of information kid-friendly to understand and learn. The presentation is entertaining.

**What do you dislike about WorkRamp?**

Sometimes the information is repetitive, but that is more of an error on the team that is setting it up. Not on the functionality that WorkRamp provides.

**What problems is WorkRamp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Helping me learn new information about my company's product, on my own time!

  ### 41. WorkRamp has allowed us to effectively scale our onboarding and training

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 31, 2022

**What do you like best about WorkRamp?**

WorkRamp is an affordable, flexible LMS that is simple to use while having a number of useful tools. It is simple enough to use that we can easily train new team members to create content on WorkRamp.

**What do you dislike about WorkRamp?**

Some of our data or analytics features are not currently met. That said, our Success Managers take our feedback very seriously and help us find workarounds whenever possible.

**Recommendations to others considering WorkRamp:**

Consider scalability. Is this the right choice for your team 1-2 years away?

**What problems is WorkRamp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have been able to significantly improve our training program on multiple levels. This includes reducing our onboarding from 3 months to 3 weeks. We have also been able to scale our Onboarding program company wide to provide a more professional and consistent experience.

  ### 42. Very Comprehensive

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 11, 2022

**What do you like best about WorkRamp?**

The tool is much more comprehensive than our previous tool, Showpad. There is lots of flexibility - from the ability to add graphics, embed videos, Gong calls, and more – to having a variety of ways to assess learning with various knowledge check options.

**What do you dislike about WorkRamp?**

I don't love that there isn't as much gamification within WorkRamp as I'd like, but it's not as big of an issue.

**What problems is WorkRamp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

WorkRamp is helping us more effectively and efficiently provide learning solutions about our products at scale – in a fun and interactive environment for learners.

  ### 43. Phenomenal LMS, even better team

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 12, 2022

**What do you like best about WorkRamp?**

Workramp is a highly customizable LMS that gives enablement professionals flexibility in how they want to design their programs. We use Workramp across our sales, marketing, and operations teams and have nearly tripled the size of our investment since we first deployed. The primary benefits we've realized are:

Ease of designing/launching enablement courses.

Sub-second response times from Workramp support - they always do a thorough job getting to the bottom of issues.

Ability to keep our content assets highly organized on the admin side (something that competitors like Lessonly could not offer when we evaluated different options)

Ability to embed content from just about anywhere.

Partnership mentality of the Workramp team. They are highly invested in their customers, holding quarterly product release events and a user Slack community where customers can collaborate on best practices.

**What do you dislike about WorkRamp?**

Bugs. The most impactful bug affects all of our embedded content and makes it harder for our learners to complete courses. We've been awaiting resolution for several months now.

The reporting in Workramp leaves us wanting more explorable data. There are 3 separate reporting products within the platform that don't interact with one another in any way.

**What problems is WorkRamp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Onboarding new sales reps, providing ongoing enablement to existing reps, organizing our sales content and making it discoverable to the organization.

  ### 44. WorkRamp is necessary, done easy.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Financial Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 12, 2022

**What do you like best about WorkRamp?**

WorkRamp is intuitive and allows for the person building the training to think through interesting ways to present the material. It's easy to build and things make sense, making a somewhat tedious process really easy.

**What do you dislike about WorkRamp?**

Some of the functions are too rigid, specifically on the function where you can select different parts of a picture/diagram as part of the answer, it doesn't get very granular. Additionally, the "save" features (or there lack of) are difficult. There isn't a manual save feature nor is there a way to review older versions of a WorkRamp guide. So if your internet happens to crash unexpectedly and WorkRamp didn't auto save when you needed it to, you're in no luck (yes, this was a personal experience).

**What problems is WorkRamp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Training is the biggest "problem" being solved with WorkRamp. It make it easier for the training team to put together these trainings for people with minimal effort while in the actual moment, which makes training much more efficient.

  ### 45. A very useful tool that can help businesses and online classes scale up over time with upgrades

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Abdullah J. | Director of Customer Service, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 31, 2022

**What do you like best about WorkRamp?**

I like how flexible workramp is. There are a lot of features to play with. The helpdesks that we work with use Workramp to create our online university to help train our agents.

**What do you dislike about WorkRamp?**

If there's anything, I'm not a fan of not being able to micromanage our newly hired agents to monitor their process, as well as time their progress over the tests they take on Workramp.

**Recommendations to others considering WorkRamp:**

Really try to explore all of the features offered at WorkRamp, there are too many useful functions to use.

**What problems is WorkRamp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We're trying to solve the issue of agents not being completely capable of handling work tasks by applying them to multiple different courses to learn up on all our processes.

  ### 46. Straightforward to use and manage. Workrup boost our knowledge and traunung abilities in the company

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 20, 2022

**What do you like best about WorkRamp?**

Admin view is very user-friendly. Edding editor only to the relevant folder is very nice

**What do you dislike about WorkRamp?**

You can't easily track tasks if you are not the one to assign them.

**What problems is WorkRamp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps us train many new hires in a fast-growing environment

  ### 47. Good software, overall easy to use.

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 24, 2022

**What do you like best about WorkRamp?**

Very intuitive. Email reminders with links to quickly access a course maybe I had forgotten about.

**What do you dislike about WorkRamp?**

Manager uses it too much and I always have courses, ha! Otherwise, the software is very straightforward and useable.

**What problems is WorkRamp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Continous internal education on processes and product releases.

  ### 48. Practical, easy to use LMS product but could use some bells and whistles

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Heidi Pilar K. | Training Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 31, 2022

**What do you like best about WorkRamp?**

It is easy to build learning content from scratch, and incorporate some fun basic engagement elements like quizzes, flip cards, matching, and more.

**What do you dislike about WorkRamp?**

The need to hunt down different ways to analyze data in the way you need, versus having canned reports, is a little cumbersome and could use some improvements, as well as better visualizations.

**What problems is WorkRamp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are able to provide accountability on trainings taken by our team in an easy way, and to monitor progress quickly.

  ### 49. Workramp has changed the way we see the onboarding and has increase the level of our Sales reps.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Wissam Z. | Sales Enablement, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 28, 2022

**What do you like best about WorkRamp?**

I like the fact that the platform is interactive and not only a wiki. I think it's the best way to onboard people, and make them independent in their onboarding.

**What do you dislike about WorkRamp?**

I'd like to have more cooperative work on the platform. I think it's still a little bit to top-bottom if you want to work in a team.
I also would like to have easier review and scorecards.

**What problems is WorkRamp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are solving :
- The time to get onboarded
- The time it take to onboard
- Giving the reps a documentation about what they are studying

On each onboarding, I can easily confirm that i'm saving a week of work that I can allow to something else.

  ### 50. Great for organizing content into blocks and pathways for the organization

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer & Network Security | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 31, 2022

**What do you like best about WorkRamp?**

Have quizzes with the content, drag and drop photos/screenshots, ability to caption photos. Ability to schedule training and assign badges once complete.

**What do you dislike about WorkRamp?**

The text editor is terrible. I wish I could write the content in an editor like google docs instead. Our people team doesn't understand how permissions works and refused to provide me with the access level I needed to generate reports on content, create badges, send them out to groups.

**What problems is WorkRamp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Centralization of training content. At a glance view of who has completed training or not. Ability to schedule reporting so I'm not using an additional tool or creating another automation to perform this work. Ability to create learning paths and self-service training.
