## WorkRamp Reviews
  ### 1. Great for creating a robust experience with extensive assistance

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 03, 2023

**What do you like best about WorkRamp?**

Their academy is great for determining how to build a robust learning experience.

**What do you dislike about WorkRamp?**

There is no CMS as of now. It is on their road map, but not available at the time of this review.

**What problems is WorkRamp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

WorkRamp solves the issue of having to teach each individual client coming in how to use our platform. It is helping with onboarding both internally and externally.

  ### 2. Enablement & Onboarding Manager's Dream!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jennifer C. | Manager of Onboarding, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 18, 2022

**What do you like best about WorkRamp?**

Super simple and easy to use. Having no previous WorkRamp experience, I was able to build new Onboarding courses for my team right away. That, tied with their top notch implementation and CS team I've been blown away. I feel heard by the team with my requests, they help answer my questions very quickly, and the tool is designed for drag and drop instead of coding.

**What do you dislike about WorkRamp?**

The manager dashboard isn't action-oriented. If managers go into the dashboard to see their direct's scores, it may tell them there are 3 failures, but it won't let them drill down further. They need to go find the data in the actual module and even then it isn't that clear for them. This leads them to ask for a lot of help from admins.

**What problems is WorkRamp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The features for certifications are a bit limited, but it is something WorkRamp is actively working on improving. My company is really big on completion data. Right now, the certification completion is a bit tricky to track if someone doesn't pass the first time.

  ### 3. Workramp is great for what it was designed to do.

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Luke V. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 07, 2023

**What do you like best about WorkRamp?**

Workramp is excellent at organizing knowledge and information. It's excellent for onboarding new hires, rolling out an update, or sharing information across teams.

**What do you dislike about WorkRamp?**

While knowledge is well stored and organized, it's ineffective for playbook development. Guides are linear, so users have to skip through the guide to the page they need rather than navigate a decision tree of options.

**What problems is WorkRamp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Organizing all information that our teams leverage to do their customer-facing jobs.

We lean on it heavily to onboard new hires as well - it's streamlined and reduced the amount of time it takes to ramp up.

  ### 4. Best investment !

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rosalyn V. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 28, 2023

**What do you like best about WorkRamp?**

My favorite part of Workramp is the Slack and Chrome integrations. Whatever training is assigned to the team, they can find on a quick search and easy access to things! Plus the recording options and Google Slides & Document integrations make it easy to house all resources in one place.

**What do you dislike about WorkRamp?**

One thing I would update is the need to register for events. I would just like to assign it to someone if the training event is required.

**What problems is WorkRamp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Saving time on cascading new information and multiple training sessions for the same information. It also allows for self-guided and self-paced learning.

  ### 5. Useful tool to share resources and test understanding

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tessa F. | Revenue Enablement Program Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 11, 2022

**What do you like best about WorkRamp?**

I like that I can use the resources section to pop together slides, notes, questions and recordings of trainings that have been run live. It's useful for those that need a refresher and for those that have missed the training.

**What do you dislike about WorkRamp?**

The system design can be un-intuitive at times. Have run into scenerio's where textbox's have glitched, applied formatting for no given reason or system updates have reformatted embedded resources across all content - making the material tough on the eyes to review.

**What problems is WorkRamp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is helping ensure that content is shared on a more scaleable level. The tracking capabilities and automation's also help ensure that individuals have run through the content required for their understanding.

  ### 6. Hard to use

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Grigor B. | Founder, Telecommunications, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 01, 2023

**What do you like best about WorkRamp?**

WorkRamp allows us to create learning material and maintain it.

**What do you dislike about WorkRamp?**

The interface and the structure are hard to use. It is not intuitive and requires a long time to get familiar with it. I still am not sure I know how to use it best.

**What problems is WorkRamp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

WorkRamp is meant for creating training courses and learning material for our employees and keeping track of completions.

  ### 7. Excellent customer onboarding!

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Katherine C. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 28, 2023

**What do you like best about WorkRamp?**

We're in the middle of launching our first certificate program with WorkRamp. So far, the customer onboarding has been incredibly helpful. WorkRamp is a complex tool, but they've done a great job holding our hand through the process.

**What do you dislike about WorkRamp?**

WorkRamp is a pretty complex tool, and there's a learning curve. However, WorkRamp does a great job guiding you through the process. I'm helping lead the implementation of WorkRamp, but am a designer by trade. I have to say that the end-user experience of WorkRamp isn't the most elegant. I hope they continue to build out their UI similar to Articulate 360, which is gorgeous.

**What problems is WorkRamp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We're using WorkRamp to build our first certification program. We're connecting services like Stripe to integrate WorkRamp into our workflow. So far WorkRamp seems to be a good fit for our company's needs.

  ### 8. Flexible LMS for asynchronous and synchronous learning experiences

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Brandon I. | Product Enablement Program Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 15, 2022

**What do you like best about WorkRamp?**

WorkRamp's authoring experience is intuitive! Coming in with experience from other EdTech platforms, I was impressed by how easy it was to ramp onto. The platform provides all the tools I need to create engaging content and learning experiences at my company. The support team is also friendly and responsive, which is always appreciated.

**What do you dislike about WorkRamp?**

We've had the most challenges with WorkRamp's Live Events. We utilize these for instructor-led training, but the experience hasn't been as smooth as we'd like. The WorkRamp platform has some quirks when integrating with Google Calendar and Zoom. At times, these challenges create a confusing experience for our instructors and learners.

**What problems is WorkRamp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

WorkRamp is the hub for my company's new hire onboarding and continuing internal education. As a program manager and course creator at my company, the platform helps to make my job easy. It also reduces confusion for our learners and new hires, since they know where to go for the training that they need.

  ### 9. Build, execute and train better than ever!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mary C. | Revenue Training Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 15, 2022

**What do you like best about WorkRamp?**

My company purchased WorkRamp right before I joined, so not only was I was coming into a new org and having to learn everything about our company, but also learn a new LMS that was still fairly new to everyone else. Thankfully this tool is extremely straightforward and user-friendly. The drag-n-drop makes it simple to build and edit any piece of content. The libraries are brilliant and make for an easy way for our reps to reference training material and encourage an on-going learning environment. Also, from an onboarding perspective - love the challenges piece. The grading element has been great for us to scale in giving feedback on lessons and certifications since meeting one on one for every product is not scalable.

**What do you dislike about WorkRamp?**

The difficult piece about WorkRamp is that when you work within in the realm of tech, you know that products, positioning, and processes are constantly changing and evolving. I really like utilizing the paths to group together guides and help break up the modules, but when you have to add or remove a guide in a path, it reassigns to everyone. Or I have had to create all new paths to make the changes.

**What problems is WorkRamp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

WorkRamp has helped us increase our onboarding satisfaction score. We also have a process for new hires, product roll-outs and any other misc ongoing trainings. It's become a source that reps know they can go to for training and interactive learning.

  ### 10. The best customer service I've seen in a long time.

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 03, 2023

**What do you like best about WorkRamp?**

My customer success manager, Carol Ann, is one of the best in the business. She provides us with industry best practices, recommendations and tons of support. Workramp's CEO is also really in tune with the pulse of customers.

**What do you dislike about WorkRamp?**

Their analytics are poor. You basically have to use a BI tool integration.

I wish there were more interactive elements and some of the assignments are very manual.

**What problems is WorkRamp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Complaince training, sales training, training on our products, as well as training for our customers (we use their academy add-on).

We've seen an increase in compliance as well as adoption.

  ### 11. Great for streamlining training

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 03, 2023

**What do you like best about WorkRamp?**

The support and responsiveness of the team during and after implementation. Great way to organize existing training in one location.

**What do you dislike about WorkRamp?**

They're working on consistently improving their training creation for customers (such as the HTML editor).

**What problems is WorkRamp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Solves the problem of housing lots of training on one location for all employees to access and view completion of training.

  ### 12. Easy to use training tool - great for rolling out new processes.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Adrie C. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 28, 2023

**What do you like best about WorkRamp?**

WorkRamp guides are easy to create and assign to users. The system supports a variety of content (images, text, etc.) that allows you to customize your training as needed. I also love the ability to track user competition of assigned paths.

**What do you dislike about WorkRamp?**

I have not encountered any features or issues that negatively impacted my experience with WorkRamp. I think it's a great tool.

**What problems is WorkRamp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As we continue to improve our Sales processes, WorkRamp provides an easy solution to roll out trainings and ensure our team is up to date and remaining compliant with our policies and procedures.

  ### 13. WorkRamp is a great platform

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Financial Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 16, 2023

**What do you like best about WorkRamp?**

It is a very easy platform to use. They have been so helpful with implementation.

**What do you dislike about WorkRamp?**

It would be nice to have a way to link courses, so they all update with one revision.

**What problems is WorkRamp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Having all of our learning managed in one place - it is much easier to tell employees where to go.

  ### 14. Great for new hires and educating internally about product and process!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Claire J. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 16, 2023

**What do you like best about WorkRamp?**

I love the easy to use and build modules for paths and guides. It's made our internal product education and certification experience really seamless, and helped disperse once tribal knowledge to the entire company at scale! I also LOVE the team. The 1:1 support is great, as well as the quarterly webinars and updates to keep you abreast of new releases.

**What do you dislike about WorkRamp?**

Perhaps having deeper integrations into other tooling, as well as ways to incentivize outside of badges would be great.

**What problems is WorkRamp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use WorkRamp to train new hires and certify internal teams on products.

  ### 15. WorkRamp is my first L&D platform, so I don't have much to compare it to, but I like it!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 02, 2023

**What do you like best about WorkRamp?**

WorkRamp's best capability for creating onboarding programs is the automatic enrollment function - I love that my learners immediately enroll in the next module + receive notifications to remind them.

**What do you dislike about WorkRamp?**

WorkRamp isn't the most customizable of platforms, which makes it difficult to push to every single department + team with comprehensive needs. Additionally, it can get expensive per seat for ongoing education purposes.

**What problems is WorkRamp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

WorkRamp acts as our onboarding + continued education LMS for internal team members on the Sales + CS teams. We have onboarding modules, one-pagers, and full onboarding plans that our team members can take advantage of.

  ### 16. Education Customers on Data Integrity

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kamrin C. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 03, 2023

**What do you like best about WorkRamp?**

The workramp team is super quick and they provide a lot of additional resources for getting started in their platform. The platform itself is easy to use and we like how interactive and fun training for customers now is. What we used to manually and on a 1:1 basis, we are now able to scale!

**What do you dislike about WorkRamp?**

Its a little clunky getting external learners into the academy, but once they are in, it's easy to get them access to what they need!

**What problems is WorkRamp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Onboarding customers and training them to use our SaaS cloud platform.

  ### 17. Good for what I need

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 18, 2023

**What do you like best about WorkRamp?**

It's easy to use and has all the necessary tools to build trainings. It's "too much product" that goes to waste IMO. Feel like it's pretty useable for most features.

**What do you dislike about WorkRamp?**

Mostly the onboarding educaiton. I think it's a little confusing what all the different "paths" and "guides" and different section options mean at first. There should be a WorkRamp dictionary paired with a visual guide so you can see how things would look when you're building a training.

**What problems is WorkRamp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Building internal team trainings for interviewers and hiring managers

  ### 18. Decent, still growing, software for training!

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Khadeja M. | Underwriting Associate, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 28, 2023

**What do you like best about WorkRamp?**

It's very quick to grasp and easy for me to use--and for my trainees to use. It's simple in a good way.

**What do you dislike about WorkRamp?**

While its simplicity is very helpful, it can be limiting. I do understand that WorkRamp is constantly improving and their support team is responsive!

**What problems is WorkRamp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I need to onboard and train temporary employees during our training season and we want to streamline our training. WorkRamp has been helpful in helping us achieve that by being a knowledge base for us. We couple it with in-person training.

  ### 19. WorkRamp + Employee Onboarding = Streamlined Process

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Abby M. | Office Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 28, 2023

**What do you like best about WorkRamp?**

I love that in WorkRamp you can customize all of the information in each course/module, you can track progress across different activities, and keep a close eye on metrics.

**What do you dislike about WorkRamp?**

I wouldn't say I like how long it takes to change groups/managers in User settings. I might have missed this, but a file upload would be easier and faster.

**What problems is WorkRamp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This program allows us to create a proper training module for new hires and clients. This is way better than trying to organize everything in Google Drive.

  ### 20. Workramp is great at getting the job done

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Katherine C. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 01, 2023

**What do you like best about WorkRamp?**

- The ability to have both internal and external academies for our clients and internal training needs
- The multiple options for evaluating the user's understanding of our training topics

**What do you dislike about WorkRamp?**

- There is not always parity between the internal and external academies, making it difficult for us to analyze the effectiveness of our courses

**What problems is WorkRamp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Workramp helps us easily disperse both internal and external information about our company's tool. This allows us to easily provide clients with resources in order to get their job done.

  ### 21. Love this platform

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Commercial Real Estate | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 03, 2023

**What do you like best about WorkRamp?**

Easy to use and simple design makes is very convenient!

**What do you dislike about WorkRamp?**

I was confused about the terminology when I first started using it, but it was easy to figure out.

**What problems is WorkRamp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Easy to use platform that makes it easy to train remotely.

  ### 22. Greatly improved the training process for our employees

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** James M. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 02, 2023

**What do you like best about WorkRamp?**

Easy to learn and very helpful customer support reps who are eager to help whenever we have questions. The tracking and analytics features are second to none. We have been able to implement ongoing trainings to make sure the training process for our employees never ends.

**What do you dislike about WorkRamp?**

The challenges section could be improved to include multiple-choice and true/false quizzes -- creating them via guides seems like an awkward workaround. It would be helpful to have access to on-demand, quick-hit videos that focus on tips and tricks for content creation.

**What problems is WorkRamp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our training process has improved from manual checklists and an extensive list of on-demand webinars to engaging content that can be tracked and managed in real time.

  ### 23. I have set up, conducted, and participated in trainings via WorkRamp

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 03, 2023

**What do you like best about WorkRamp?**

Easy to use to both set up training and conduct it.

**What do you dislike about WorkRamp?**

Honestly can't think of anything that I dislike about it.

**What problems is WorkRamp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have a goal to have world class training and this is how we are doing it.

  ### 24. Full Featured LMS

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Retail | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 11, 2023

**What do you like best about WorkRamp?**

WorkRamp is a well-built and modular LMS. They offer many add-on options to tailor the service to your needs. The base version will be sufficient for many users, but it's nice to have to option to add-on as well.

**What do you dislike about WorkRamp?**

It requires a moderate amount of time investment to create sufficient content to make it worthwhile. I understand that an LMS will naturally require this to some extent, but there were not as many templates to follow as I would have preferred.

**What problems is WorkRamp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is used for onboarding, as well as role-specific training to support our Human Resources department. It lowers the time investment during onboarding for covering specific tasks in our ERP related to roles and responsibilities.

  ### 25. Great for collaberation on team training material

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 03, 2023

**What do you like best about WorkRamp?**

Its easy to work with our enablement team to develop onboarding and ongoing training for staff.

**What do you dislike about WorkRamp?**

The branding isnt 100% there but its still somewhat flexible with tailoring.

**What problems is WorkRamp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Allowing us to train people on a changing offering.

  ### 26. A Central Hub for Learning

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ramona R. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 01, 2023

**What do you like best about WorkRamp?**

Workramp has given us the ability to scale learning across the organization by enabling subject matter experts to build directly within the app, with direction and oversight by the Learning and Development team.

**What do you dislike about WorkRamp?**

We have requested that Workramp update a few things to make for a more seamless learner experience, including a change to the home screen. Right now users have to scroll down below events to view their assignments. This proved to be a very big challenge when we assigned annual compliance training.

**What problems is WorkRamp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Workramp provides one location for us to manage all learning. Our learners can register for live instructor-led learning, complete self-guided learning, and find resources in one location.

  ### 27. Sales & Employee Training

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Medical Devices | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 03, 2023

**What do you like best about WorkRamp?**

It is fairly create and assign training.

**What do you dislike about WorkRamp?**

The limitations on types of training you can set up

**What problems is WorkRamp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Getting training to the sales force without having to get everyone scheduled for in person training.

  ### 28. A clean, easy to use tool!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Paris F. | Sr. GTM Enablement Lead, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 28, 2023

**What do you like best about WorkRamp?**

I like that the tool is easy to use to both create and engage with content. It also allows me to use Rise Articulate to create learning modules!

**What do you dislike about WorkRamp?**

I haven't had any negative experiences yet, but I will definitely share feedback if I do!

**What problems is WorkRamp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I enjoy using WorkRamp because I can see who has completed what courses and where I can add more clarity if users seem to struggle with a concept.

  ### 29. Great LMS

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Megan M. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 24, 2023

**What do you like best about WorkRamp?**

1. Easy to use
2. Cool features such as challenges

**What do you dislike about WorkRamp?**

Wish it was easier to automate assignments.

**What problems is WorkRamp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

1. Delivery of content
2. Organization of training material

  ### 30. Workramp provides flexibility in training and accountability for team members

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ayleen A. | VP of People, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 15, 2022

**What do you like best about WorkRamp?**

Workramp provides us with visibility into team members' progress, and allows us the flexibility to assign, re-assign trainings and track different learning avenues. It provides managers the reassurance that their team has completed their lessons and promotes accountability among team members.

**What do you dislike about WorkRamp?**

It does require a lot of time spent initially on the platform to make it worth while. It is recommended to have one person who "owns" the content and uploads it onto the platform as collaboration among admins and content creators can get confusing.

**What problems is WorkRamp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is super useful as a content hub that lives outside our drive. We benefit from having a secure place to store and organize our documentation, guides, videos, etc. for easy access across teams/departments.

  ### 31. Easy to use tool made for compliance and education

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Julie L. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 08, 2023

**What do you like best about WorkRamp?**

Easy to build and assign learning aids, tools, reminders, and more

**What do you dislike about WorkRamp?**

Big request: have a visual dashboard for user responses versus having to export to csv and get results this way

**What problems is WorkRamp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Allows us to be compliant with assigning trainings for onboarding. We have plans to use it for reminders for other things like keeping their devices up to date, trainings, security items, etc.

  ### 32. Great LMS

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 11, 2023

**What do you like best about WorkRamp?**

I like how easy it is to use and how you can customize it to fit your needs, whether it's creating training guides or putting together resource libraries.

**What do you dislike about WorkRamp?**

Can't really think of anything at the moment.

**What problems is WorkRamp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

WorkRamp makes onboarding and training different teams at our organization easier. We use it to house many of our internal resources, and it has become our central LMS across the entire company.

  ### 33. Great functionality for onboarding and education

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 11, 2023

**What do you like best about WorkRamp?**

WorkRamp is a great tool for us to facilitate virtual onboarding and training courses for our teams. With a distributed workforce, WorkRamp has really come through in the work evolution.

**What do you dislike about WorkRamp?**

To be honest, there is little I dislike about using WorkRamp. It's easy to reference, the integrations with SSO have been great, and it's great to track progress for teams.

**What problems is WorkRamp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

From a PMM perspective, WorkRamp helps our sales enablement program by giving us once place to keep our courses, content and programs.

  ### 34. Versatile and Organized Platform

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Prisca Z. | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 28, 2023

**What do you like best about WorkRamp?**

It's user friendly
Organized and clean design
Versatile: you can automate, generate reports, create groups of users, review course progress, etc.

**What do you dislike about WorkRamp?**

Some features are limited like docs or files that can be included.
There could be more options to create different type of content.

**What problems is WorkRamp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Streamlining corporate learning opportunities and updates assigned.
Being able to follow up with users and create more educational content for them.

  ### 35. WorkRamp Academy User for Customers

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lori G. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 28, 2023

**What do you like best about WorkRamp?**

The ease of use is the best aspect of the software. It is fun to create new content with all the different types of learning styles.

**What do you dislike about WorkRamp?**

Some of the functionality is lacking. For example, triggers have to built out for notification of user creation vs. standard objects.

**What problems is WorkRamp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Helping to train and enable our customers to become sufficient in learning our product.

  ### 36. WorkRamp is GOAT

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 15, 2022

**What do you like best about WorkRamp?**

WorkRamp makes it easy to create content and make such content accessible to people of ALL backgrounds. In addition, the customer service provided for our organization is incredible. The team is comprehensive in their approach from our QBRs to our light touchpoints. They are prepared each time, ready to answer questions, offer a solution, and approach our follow-ups with immense planning and organization. The team is always willing to go the extra mile for us.

**What do you dislike about WorkRamp?**

I can be a bit picky regarding design (how the guides look) and uniformity (the consistency of design). I don't particularly appreciate that the font cannot be changed to our company font for branding purposes. The font allowed is only Trebuchet which bothers the heck out of me. However, WorkRamp does have HTML enabled, so it takes a simple Google search to find code for backgrounds, different colors other than the provided, etc.

**What problems is WorkRamp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our company is deeply invested in knowledge-sharing efforts. We are a tech company that struggles with siloed data. WorkRamp enables ALL team members, regardless of their educational or content creation background, to create great training(s) guides with interactive pieces included. In addition, we have entirely renovated our Onboarding program to consist of self-led, asynchronous learning guides with deeper social touchpoints when we meet.

  ### 37. WorkRamp is professional and easy to use.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Noelle F. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 28, 2023

**What do you like best about WorkRamp?**

WorkRamp is very flexible in the creation of training courses.

**What do you dislike about WorkRamp?**

Not all websites are able to be embedded, and while I understand this may not be WorkRamp's fault it's annoying to deal with.

**What problems is WorkRamp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Information that needs to be disseminated company-wide can be easily assigned using WorkRamp's courses. As a result we have employees who are better trained and more knowledgeable.

  ### 38. One of the best LMS platforms I've ever used!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Cheyenne H. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 28, 2023

**What do you like best about WorkRamp?**

I like all of the different features WorkRamp offers to the Learners. The chat feature built inside of WorkRamp is also extremely helpful!

**What do you dislike about WorkRamp?**

Some PDF's format very small but the learner can always zoom to make it bigger!

**What problems is WorkRamp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is giving our team members independence to search for trainings on their own and to take action within themselves!

  ### 39. Easy to set up

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Miranda J. | Customer Enablement Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 15, 2022

**What do you like best about WorkRamp?**

Getting started with Workramp has been pretty easy! We had a great amount of support getting started and the templates were really helpful! We were able to get our academy up and runining in about a month.

**What do you dislike about WorkRamp?**

I do wish the reporting and functionalities for external training was as robust as the internal training offerings. We are making it work, but I hope to see more offerings soon for Academies.

**What problems is WorkRamp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are working really hard to provide enablement for our more self serve customers. Having a dedicated LMS is really helping us reach and engage customers that we previously had trouble providing full support for.

  ### 40. Easy to use

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Luis C. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 01, 2023

**What do you like best about WorkRamp?**

From my perspective, WorkRamp is really user-friendly in terms of content creation.

**What do you dislike about WorkRamp?**

It could be more visual appealing for the learners.

**What problems is WorkRamp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

WorkRamp is not fully implement yet, but our goal is to create a full-onboarding guide for the new employees, including the training they should have to be successful in their role.

  ### 41. Smooth, Clean Interface, Powerful Video Assessments

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Steve C. | Instructional Designer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 11, 2022

**What do you like best about WorkRamp?**

There are two reasons we went with Workramp. First, their video assessment tools with attached rubrics were smoother and more complete than any competitors we looked at. Second, Many LMSs have a clean user interface on the learner side, but Workramp also had a very simple and clean UI on the admin side, which was important for us, as we have distributed teams, and people across the company are building trainings for their departments directly in Workramp. Both of these features have lived up to their expectation, and then some.

Workramp support is also extremely responsive. They have a slack instance set up, so I can ask questions there within the normal flow of my work. No needing to email or start a ticket. I ask a question and get a real person answering me, usually within minutes.

**What do you dislike about WorkRamp?**

Workramp is still a younger tool. It may not have all the bells and whistles that your company needs. For us, it checked every single box, and then some that I didn't even think of, and they are constantly adding features, but I can see how in some instances it may not have everything that you need.

**What problems is WorkRamp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

2 problems WorkRamp is solving:
1. We now have a consolidated system across the company, with a system simple enough that we don't need an LMS Admin slowing down the process - departments can create their own materials.
2. The video assessments are really useful for coaching our salespeople, both new hires and new skills. We can asynchronously provide feedback on their specific skills and areas of opportunity.

  ### 42. Very intuitive and easy to use LMS Software that allows you to build interactive courses.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Amarelys M. | Senior Education Training Specialist, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 28, 2023

**What do you like best about WorkRamp?**

Easy to build, very intuitive. Allow you to create courses in a short period of time.

**What do you dislike about WorkRamp?**

Not friendly to run reports when using Workramp as external LMS for clients

**What problems is WorkRamp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Workramp allow us to offer educational courses to our clients. Our product's users are learning how to use our software.

  ### 43. Love all the customizable options for creating modules!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Grace Ann D. | Influencer Marketing Coordinator, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 17, 2022

**What do you like best about WorkRamp?**

I really love all the different types of materials that can be created. It makes it super simple to streamline training materials and keep folks engaged.

**What do you dislike about WorkRamp?**

Some functions are difficult to change. This can be a blocker at times because I am afraid to use more engaging formats due to the ever-changing nature of working for a startup. I end up making things more simplistic than I would like to for easy updates from process changes.

**What problems is WorkRamp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

WorkRamp has definitely helped us to get organized. It enables us to have one centralized place for a wide variety of important info!

  ### 44. Great learning management system!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Vanessa G. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 28, 2023

**What do you like best about WorkRamp?**

Organizing the pieces of training and resources.

**What do you dislike about WorkRamp?**

The text editor could use some updates. And adding some cool features to resources would help.

**What problems is WorkRamp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Building out trainings used to be manual using Google Suite, but now we have a go-to platform for all of our training material.

  ### 45. Great LMS

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Thomas L. | Product Manager, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 15, 2022

**What do you like best about WorkRamp?**

Easy to use, simple reporting allows you to see who has completed tests. Accountability is key when ensuring critical information is understood by teams. Workramp allows multple formats of content to easily be added to tests.

**What do you dislike about WorkRamp?**

Limtied formating options for tests, would love to see more templates with a higher level of design allowed. Tests are fixed to a fairly narrow width in todays 16:9 screen world.

**What problems is WorkRamp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Training teams at scale. It's difficult to ensure that you're keeping your organization up to speed on constant changes. A learning management system like Workramp helps simplify this issue.

  ### 46. Marcus Roque - Review of WorkRamp

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Marcus R. | Implementation Manager, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 22, 2022

**What do you like best about WorkRamp?**

The ability to delegate multiple training sessions and keep track of progress directly on one single screen and the amount of trainings it's able to accommodate.

**What do you dislike about WorkRamp?**

The interface could be better designed to maybe look a little more friendly. It does resemble a little bit to the old versions of Windows. A believe a little work can be put there.

**What problems is WorkRamp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

WorkRamp allowed me to better understand the team's need in terms of skills to be developped and, given it's intuitive, it allowed me to have more time and focus on what's important.

  ### 47. Thumbs up for G2

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Maraya B. | Sales Development Representative, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 07, 2023

**What do you like best about WorkRamp?**

Easy to use, great for training, onboarding, organization, getting up to speed and refreshing knowledge.

**What do you dislike about WorkRamp?**

Less notifications via Workramp on Slack - I don't like notifications when teammates complete a task

**What problems is WorkRamp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

WorkRamp is solving the training, onboarding and organization problems

  ### 48. Intuative platform for both Learner and Admin

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kellie M. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 01, 2023

**What do you like best about WorkRamp?**

The platform is simple. It has a clean Admin UI that makes it easy to set up content.

**What do you dislike about WorkRamp?**

The reporting is very siloed based on content. Branding for internal learners is minimal, more workramp branding than our own company branding is visible.

**What problems is WorkRamp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Reporting.

  ### 49. Easy way to train employees

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 15, 2022

**What do you like best about WorkRamp?**

The best thing about WorkRamp is the ability to customize templates for trainings, check in on progress for individuals, provide in training testing with quizzes, and allow interactive screen recordings and click boxes.

**What do you dislike about WorkRamp?**

The only thing I dislike about WorkRamp is that there is not a feature to use it during the interview process. It would be awesome to do a training and quiz for an interview that does not take up a license.

**What problems is WorkRamp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

WorkRamp is helping to bulk train new hires and have refreshers for tenured employees. It is a great way to track progress and send extra trainings to individuals that need more help. This benefits us extensively by allowing them to complete asynchronous trainings that are not live and gives us back extra time to track progress.

  ### 50. Excellent tool for integrating training

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sarah M. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 02, 2023

**What do you like best about WorkRamp?**

I like how it integrates with ChurnZero so we can easily update client onboarding progress.

**What do you dislike about WorkRamp?**

The navigation can be a bit confusing as an admin.

**What problems is WorkRamp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

WorkRamp is helping us onboard our customers and provide internal onboarding and education.
