Mixmax is like steroids for Gmail. A very basic use case is to craft an email, save it as a template, and create a library of scripts, which can be shared with colleagues. You can also create "Sequences" which are like drip campaigns, bringing the features and automation of big email providers to your own Gmail account. Sequences can trigger additional emails based on triggers, but they can do other things as well, like reach out on LinkedIn. It easily connects to Salesforce and other CRMs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Mixmax is not awesome for huge email blasts, but it's not meant for that. Gmail is restricted to sending 500 emails/day, so sending an email to 5000 people is going to take multiple days. This is not good for time-sensitive messages. But again, this is not the right use of MixMax. It's better for engagement, booking meetings, conducting polls, etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
