What do you like best about iSpring LMS?

So many great features. First, SSO and integration with MS Active Directory made it easy for our employees to log in and for HR to manage. Next, the flexibility of content is great. I can upload SCORM files, videos, pdfs, power points, and even create quick and simple quizzes all in one spot. In addition, it is quick and easy to assign and track employees' participation in the courses and learning tracks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about iSpring LMS?

The only thing I'd like to see added is some way for participants to record their attendance in live training digitally. It isn't easy to manually take attendance and enter it with groups of 200-300 as we have at times. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"User-Friendly LMS That Empowers Admins and Learners Alike"
What do you like best about iSpring LMS?

We transitioned from a previous LMS that was clunky, difficult to use, and not very user-friendly. After trialing several different products, we chose iSpring because it offered the most user-friendly interface for the price. Our learners are franchisees rather than employees, which presented some unique challenges during the switch to a new LMS. Fortunately, iSpring was able to accommodate all of these needs.

We appreciate how straightforward the platform is, both for learners and administrators. One of the features that impressed us most is the ability to make most changes and edits ourselves, without having to rely on a development team.

We also value the flexibility of options like learning tracks and courses, which can be tailored to meet a variety of needs. The knowledge base feature has been especially useful, allowing us to store and manage access for different regions, countries, and departments around the world.

Additionally, we use the LMS alongside iSpring Suite Max, which has significantly enhanced our eLearning content creation. Since it is based on PowerPoint, it requires minimal training to start developing effective courses.

We use the "on the job training" feature heavily, this provides us with a really easy way to mark trainees assessments and practical skills while ensuring a consistent and fair approach to marking guidelines.

The implementation period was very well managed from iSpring team, their knowledge and help throughout the process was invaluable and we were able to get the platform up and running in a very short amount of time. We have constant assistance from our customer team whilst integrating things like Microsoft and the huge data import of users and stats from our old platform. What do you dislike about iSpring LMS?

The only drawback we've encountered is integrating our virtual trainings with the platform. This challenge may actually stem from Microsoft, but when we use the platform for virtual sessions, we can't achieve full integration with our Microsoft environment. The main problem arises when we create a virtual session in iSpring and invite our entire network of over 1,000 users. Each time a new learner is added to the session, the system automatically resends the invitation to everyone in the network, which causes chaos in people's inboxes. In Microsoft, you can typically choose to update only new or added invitees, but with this integration, that option doesn't seem to be available, it just sends updates to all invitees by default. The iSpring team has been very helpful in trying to resolve this, but it ultimately appears to be a Microsoft issue. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about iSpring LMS?

iSpring LMS has been a really solid tool for us when it comes to setting up and organizing our onboarding training. The fact that we can easily pull reports, create newsletters, plan development paths, and even run 360-degree evaluations makes the whole experience much more impactful.

Alternatively, design a program for experienced employees to upskill in data-driven decision making, analytics literacy, and practical use of automation tools relevant to their domain. It’s incredibly easy to administer and even easier for learners to navigate, which reduces friction and boosts engagement. I also appreciate how seamlessly it integrates with their course creation Suite. Being able to publish and deploy content in just a few clicks streamlines the entire training cycle. Reporting is solid, but more advanced analytics and deeper filtering capabilities would make it even more valuable. Additionally, some administrative tasks require a few extra steps that could be streamlined. None of these are deal-breakers, but enhancing them would elevate the user experience even further. As for customization options for the learner portal and interface, we already have custom CSS to adjust layout, typography, and styling beyond standard themes; role-based access and personalized dashboards for learners, instructors, and administrators, with customizing the navigation menu to emphasize your most-used sections. You can adjust UI for responsive design to work well on desktops, tablets, and phones, and localize the portal and course content into multiple languages. iSpring LMS allows to adjust progress tracking visuals, certificates, and completion criteria displays, and really much much more. To sum up, it's is designed to allow organizations to tailor the learner experience to their specific needs while ensuring accessibility and measurable learning outcomes across all roles and devices.

Compliance tracking and certification reports help our customers stay aligned with regulatory and internal requirements, while export options (CSV, Excel, PDF) enable offline analysis and sharing with stakeholders.

And on a separate note, it's very pleasant to hear that you and your company aim to high service standards. That's what has always been a key focus for us as well. I feel it's quite difficult to pick up, if you've never used a tool similar to this before it can be quite complicated in terms of finding out where to find things/how to do things however saying that there are a large amount of tutorials available as well as the livechat support option which always answers my questions. What do you like best about iSpring LMS?

I am impressed with the very quick assistance. Although the iSpring system itself is easy to understand, I made a mistake in my rush: I downloaded the Group Progress Report instead Learner Progress at the end of the training time and deleted the users. I was worried that I wouldn't know who had completed the training and wouldn't be able to produce the report I needed. I contacted iSpring Support and received my first reply within 15 minutes! What a quick and fast response! The team made a sincere effort to help me and clarify the problem. I was clearly informed that they would get back to me with a reply within 24 hours. Which is also great when you know how long it can take to resolve a problem. It did not take them 24 hours to solve my problem. I got a clear report and a detailed letter. What do you like best about iSpring LMS?

Good interface, many opportunities to create high-quality courses, it's convenient to track employee progress, it's great that you can purchase the Suite and create awesome materials.

Sales representative Alexandra was also nice to me and tried to help all the time. Even after Implementation she followed it several times and checked how everything's going. The bad side that several times before "buying" I had to push for updating me on some issues I've shared with her.

CSM: My first meeting was with Damian, and he is a real expert: open to questions, answers immediately – everything was clear. I liked our communication.

Afterwards, we continued with Alexander. He is also good: always supportive, even outside of working hours (which is really important for me because our project has lots of urgent tasks and I need to resolve issues "right now"). His explanations were good. However, I would recommend practicing the demo side because sometimes the explanation was chaotic, and we couldn’t keep up or remember everything. (But we reviewed the meeting recording later, and it helped.) Nevertheless, Alexander did his best and answered all the questions we asked him. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about iSpring LMS?

he report format for all employees is inconvenient (it would be better to have a division by departments, as everything is mixed together right now). The organizational chart is not flexible – it would be better if it were like a builder where the chart could be 'drawn.' In fact, every company has its own structural features, and here we can't take them into account. There is no integration with Telegram. The Suite also has limitations in terms of design and functionality.

Another problem: downloading requires Windows – I work on a Mac with iOS, and downloading Windows is not an option for me at all. In the end, I had to look for workarounds. It really pissed me off :) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
