Overall CCC has all the components to successfully manage a condo and its operations - from private tasks for management and the board, to submissions from residents. In addition you can book amenities, track service and maintenance and keep a library of all documents of the corporation. At our condo we literally got rid of all communications via email to manage the condo and have everything in one place. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Aside from the odd opportunity to streamline CCC, the main dislike I have is that it currently isn't possible to send email communications/receive email communications from outside vendors who are not setup in CCC - you have to manually copy and paste the email to log it for condo records.
