It allows condominiums to set up an online database for unit owners as well as give them the ability to provide services to the owners flexibly. Almost all of our condominiums that we manage have uses this portal. **What do you dislike about Condo Control?** I would love to see an option in the User Interface itself for making hyperlinks especially while posting announcements as it is an extremely important tool for making the tools that a condominium company provides to the owners interactive and easy to use. **Recommendations to others considering Condo Control:** I would give this software a thumbs up for a recommendation to anyone looking for a Condominium Management software. **What problems is Condo Control solving and how is that benefiting you?** It has resolved the problem of keeping unit owners' information in papers or excel sheets that require to be shared anytime information is updated. Anytime the company has an announcement to make to the owners on any updates to the building, it can be easily done through the CCC. Also, the status certificate and keys can be purchased on the CCC itself. ### 9. The Parking permit feature is a great help to us in this particular condo complex. There is very limited visitor parking and the programmable permit section eliminates this by being able to track irregular parking patterns such as a resident using more than one unit number to get extra nights of parking **What do you dislike about Condo Control?** One feature I dislike is not being able to save parcel descriptions for parcel logging and storage. There are just a few basic parcel descriptions like brown box, white envelope, etc...Having a parcel description auto save would make things much easier when retrieving parcels **Recommendations to others considering Condo Control:** I have tried different residential management software such as Building Link and Front desk but Condo Control is by far the best I have used. Very short learning curve for older guards and concierge who may not have much experience with computers. **What problems is Condo Control solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are solving a number or problems in the areas of visitor parking enforcement and suites that have repetitive occurrences such as noise complaints. We are able to print off reports for administrative action. We're able to post announcements quickly and easily. Residents are also able to request maintenance from the comfort of their home without needing to make a call. They are also the reason why we have been able to hold a board meeting the last two years. Without their proxy voting feature we would be out of luck! **What do you dislike about Condo Control?** There is very little to dislike about CCC. If I had to choose something I would say system glitches can be annoying, but they are also resolved very quickly once the error has been brought to CCC's attention. **What problems is Condo Control solving and how is that benefiting you?** The biggest benefit to us thus far has to be the proxy voting feature. Again, we would not have been able to hold our AGM the last two years without it. CCC has also released a new budget announcement feature.As the change to common element fess at the start of the fiscal year is personalized, this used to be something we would have to mail out to all owners even if we had electronic consent. With this new feature, CCC can personalize each announcement being emailed to each owner and saves us from stuffing more envelopes. ### 31. But haven’t experience slowed down in a while **What problems is Condo Control solving and how is that benefiting you?** Since our condo started using their system, we can pretty much do everything online, like pay fees, book amenities, vote etc. so we don’t have to fill out papers ### 36. It takes a while from the computer to appear on the tablet and for visitors to put their signatures. Due to this, we get line ups in our lobby area especially over the weekends. **What problems is Condo Control solving and how is that benefiting you?** Storing information of residents, amenity bookings have become easier, making announcements is another benefit we highly appreciate. ### 37. I really do like all the features.
