If I had to pick one thing, it might be that you only operation on Ontario time. For us on the West Coast that means by early afternoon we need to wait until the next day for a reply. If CCC was able to have users identify what kind of list or report we wanted with any items....like pets, vehicles, etc. We do have reports now which is good, but not as specific as I would like or as it could be. So it delivers great value. I am an end-user as well as a condo board president of my corporation so I can see from both the end-user as well as a semi-pseudo administrator. The end-user experience is fantastic delivering both great and good, desktop and mobile experiences respectively. What I like best about this relative to a competitor that I've used is that the interface feels, and looks better. There is a tonne of reporting availble. **What do you dislike about Condo Control?** What I dislike about condo control there isn't much. yes, there is 1 other vendor that I am aware of that seems to be trying to bring property management to the next experience. And It looks like they are trying to become the tesla of property management software and I assume they will also command a similar premium. So the interface doesn't look as good as that competitor, but again, the pricing reflects it. I also do not like how the property management can disable features/reporting for Board Directors. I can understand the logic, but it doesn't mean I have to completely agree with it. **What problems is Condo Control solving and how is that benefiting you?** In terms of problems, we are solving, speaking as a director, making booking of the amenities for us has been useful. We were also able to use booking amenities such as the gym a double-ended tool for contact tracing and limit capacity. ### 39. I know Greg and Juliette specifically are very detailed when explaining issues, yet simple and understandable, and extremely helpful in meetings. They are both patient and take the time to explain details and tips on what Condo Control has to offer and what it's capable of. It benefits the company and an individual when they know that the staff cares is ready to help and knows what they're talking about. ### 40. Even when you have issues and contact customer service they respond quickly with the answer. This gives owners of our HOA a place where they can view any balance owed. It allows us to store our HOA information in a commonplace since we do not have a server to store the data on.
