**What do you like best about Condo Control?**

When compared to most websites, Condo Control is functional for my property. Other websites focus more on the property adminstration side of things which is not always ideal.

**What do you dislike about Condo Control?**

While the website functions well for things like residential communities and bookings, it is not always easy to make back end changes to things like permissions. 

The resident side of things is stellar but the behind the scenes requires alot of clicking and figuring out.

**What problems is Condo Control solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Condo Control allowed me to better manage my amenities and property. It is more resident focused than admin focused which is what my property needed.
