They are proactive in addressing any issues that arise and are willing to assist with any independent technical difficulties. Moreover, the software and platform they provide are incredibly user-friendly. It's genuinely puzzling why anyone would choose to work with any other company! **What do you dislike about Shiftsuite?** My only issue is that home owner communication should be a standard option witheh base packages offered, my of the website features are not really needed for many of teh townhouse corporaiotn and or low rise building in our region. to pay an extra expesne to be able to send out community news is a bit frustrating. Person I think it helps drive traffic to the website for all users and it should not come at an extra cost. All other items like aneity booke sing a guest parking toption I complete agreee if needed come at an addtion lexpesne, home owner communication is the main role of our job and it would be nice to noit have to pay extra to keep this all in one place. **What problems is Shiftsuite solving and how is that benefiting you?** Shiftsuite helps with the day-to-day operations for our condominium clients. Without software like what they have created, you must utilize multiple vendors software to accomplish the same goal. They offer a one-stop-shop for our management software and online portals created for our clients, and there is a seamless connection between the two, which makes providing information to owners a lot easier. ### 2. It is intuitive, easy to use and implementation is straightforward. The customer support is immediate and effective. This is my preferred software package for all my clients. The integration between accounting and property management is seamless. The robust features offered make this product the best value for the money. **What do you dislike about Shiftsuite?** I would like to see more technology integration. This is not a negative point on Shiftsuite, implementing 3rd party technology is challenging. The ability to process credit/debit transactions, or to post deposits directly from the banking software is a "wish list" item. There is nothing to "dislike" about the software, only features that could be imlemented as an enhancement to the product. **What problems is Shiftsuite solving and how is that benefiting you?** The integration of property management and accounting. ### 3. I find board members like the flexibility of reports. It's easy to create a statement based on what knowledge they need. Any support questions I have had have been answered in a timely manner and always exactly what I needed. I use ShiftSuite all day everyday and have rarely had any problems with access. **What do you dislike about Shiftsuite?** Not much. I really haven't found any problems at all. **What problems is Shiftsuite solving and how is that benefiting you?** Tracking fees, invoicing, etc. for many different corporations is so easy. Almost all of the information for every corp. is in ShiftSuite, it saves having to run to my filing cabinet all the time. Easy to upload documents and share with the board and team members. ### 4. The support team at Shiftsuite is ahead of the curve in the ever growing property management field and the requirements of the CAO, CMRAO & Ministry of Government & Consumer Services. Shiftsuite was and continues to beeasily integrated in the daily support of business, and all new users have easily imnplemented the software into their daily use. **What do you dislike about Shiftsuite?** Shiftsuite is all encompassing, and I have never had a negative expeirince, nor an instance or issue that was not resolved swiftly~ **What problems is Shiftsuite solving and how is that benefiting you?** Unit Owner management. ### 5. As well, the support staff are quick to respond and always happy to help with an issue or question. **What do you dislike about Shiftsuite?** I dislike when you are in shiftsuite accounting desktop app and have to change from corporation to corporation. I wish there was a way that you could have each corporation open in separate tabs so you don't need to continuiously re-open and load each condo anytime you need to check on something. I find i need to switch between my 8 condos continuiously all day to check owner information etc. and it would save a lot of time if you could leave each condo open (somehow). **What problems is Shiftsuite solving and how is that benefiting you?** It helps keep everything in one place, accounting, owner information, etc. ### 6. Running most of the reports is easy. Sending out a statement of account is simple and quick. **What do you dislike about Shiftsuite?** A lot of the reports are not intuitive and I often need to run them just to see what they produce. I'm not in the accounting side of our business so I don't use that side of the system as much. Updating someones shiftsuite password for the community site: always says 'not able to update' and then if I test it out, it's changed when logging in. A lot of our owners do not care for it. Service request response or comment box is super small. **What problems is Shiftsuite solving and how is that benefiting you?** I guess owners being able to see their condo fee ledger is a benefit to them. And a service we couldn't easily provide in the past. ### 7. I also really like how it links to Sparcpay for the vendor payments and PO's. The customer support team is also very helpful **What do you dislike about Shiftsuite?** When sending a report via email it does not keep email addresses and they have to be filled out each time. **What problems is Shiftsuite solving and how is that benefiting you?** With a new client of mine who was using a difference software product, Shiftsuite solves separating the Operating & Reserve Fund Equities and for better transparency of the corps financial situation ### 8. The software has incorpareted almost all aspects of property managent from Finances, Budgetting, communication with residents and investors and vendor relations. It is super easy to get support from Shiftsuite and it takes less than a day on average to get an issue resolved. **What do you dislike about Shiftsuite?** I havent found a particular aspect of the app that i do not like. **What problems is Shiftsuite solving and how is that benefiting you?** Managing and tracking work orders and communicating with vendors and residents. This is beneficial because all the functions are availble under one app ### 9.
