The thing that bothers me the most is the formatting for announcements is glitchy. I can't ever get it to look exactly as I want it. I have found it easiest to create in Word then copy and paste as the in-screen formatting often doesn't work. Improve functions, such as bullets so I can format. I use Condo Control as a Board Director and an owner, and I find it great for announcements, service requests, and general discussions. It's essential for community communications, especially while undergoing a 3-year major renovation. The customer service is amazing. When I have a question, I can call and actually get a person to answer and assist almost immediately. A real person answers, accesses the information, and helps personally, either by troubleshooting or walking me through the issue and solving it, which is rare these days. I use Condo Control for amenity booking and managing it. I like how it streamlines a lot of booking issues and lets me manage a single amenity while keeping most of it on the calendar so I can easily look at it.
