
I really like how Zego saves us a considerable amount of time and reduces the chances of input errors. This efficiency allows our managers to avoid manually entering payments, which often leads to errors, such as placing payments into the wrong account. With Zego, payments automatically go to the right account, making the process seamless and very easy. This automation grants us more time to focus on interacting face-to-face with our residents instead of being consumed by payment entry tasks. In addition to that, the setup process of Zego was incredibly straightforward due to their step-by-step guidance, making it super easy for us to get started. I also appreciate how Zego has improved its support service over time, addressing previous concerns about response times. Now, I'm very happy with the service they provide. Lastly, Zego's integration with our Rent Manager software works very well, complementing our operational needs. Overall, I am highly satisfied and would recommend Zego without hesitation.
