"My One year experience with Condo Control."
What do you like best about Condo Control?

I find the most helpful aspect of Condo Control is the support it provides for managing records and handling the daily activities of both management and staff in a condominium setting. As I use the application and website every day, I continue to discover new features, making it a continuous learning experience. The amenity booking system, along with the flexibility to revise bookings or process authorized refunds for late cancellations, simplifies things for residents and is also connected to our accounting department, which makes tracking any activity straightforward. Mistakes with records can happen, but being able to recover them from the unit's archive is a real relief. Generating packages to notify residents when their store purchases are ready for pickup has also saved time for both management and the Concierge. I could go on, but overall, every feature I have used so far has made my workday easier. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Condo Control?

Not able to create a new report wihtut usisng a pre-defined one as a base. Sometimes fileds I want to combine doesnt appear in the same report, making me merge the data outside the app. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Condo Control?

Condo Control is very user-friendly and makes it incredibly easy to look up residents. The features offered are impressive, and I found the integration from previous provider to Condo Control to be straightforward, even with our tight deadline for introducing the platform to residents. I particularly appreciate the service request, AGM, and budget rollout functions—they are my favorites.

Residents have mentioned that Condo Control is a significant improvement over our previous provider, and the app’s appearance is also a big plus. I use Condo Control every day and find it to be excellent! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Condo Control?

Updating amenity bookings can be a bit complicated. The process requires approving the booking first, then making any necessary revisions. However, sometimes people change their minds about certain details of the booking (dates and/or time of the booking) before confirming, so I end up having to approve, adjust, and then either remove the confirmation or just delete the booking and start over.

For announcements, I would really appreciate a button that allows you to exclude non-resident owners after you've selected specific units.

Regarding security and concierge, it would be great to have a package signing feature for residents after they pick up their packages. That's something we truly miss. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I find Condo Control incredibly valuable for managing a condo with ease. I love the streamlined process for resident registration and the ability to update it effortlessly, which significantly simplifies management tasks. The feature that allows me to send notices with ease greatly enhances communication efficiency. I appreciate the capability to draft notices on templates, enabling me to send them out to residents quickly and efficiently. The ability to pre-schedule notices ensures that all communications are timely and well-organized, which is a huge relief in the busy schedule of managing a condo. I use Condo Control for amenity booking and managing it. I like how it streamlines a lot of booking issues and lets me manage a single amenity while keeping most of it on the calendar so I can easily look at it.
