**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sumit B. | Senior Network Engineer , Computer & Network Security, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 17, 2026

**What do you like best about SAP Concur?**

I use SAP Concur mainly for submitting travel and expense claims. The platform makes it easy to upload receipts, track my submissions, and check the approval status. I find the workflow smooth, saving me a lot of time compared to doing everything manually. The mobile app is handy for quick uploads. SAP Concur helps me streamline the entire travel and expense process, with everything organized in one place, reducing manual work and errors while making the overall process faster and more efficient.

**What do you dislike about SAP Concur?**

One area where SAP Concur could improve is overall speed. Sometimes the app or web version takes a bit of time to load or sync receipts. The mobile app experience could also be smoother, especially when capturing or uploading photos. Additionally, a more modern and intuitive interface would make navigation easier. These are not major issues, but improving them would make the experience even better.

**What problems is SAP Concur solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use SAP Concur to streamline travel and expense processes. It saves time with easy receipt uploads, tracks submissions, and offers a smooth approval workflow. The mobile app is handy for quick uploads, reducing manual work and errors while speeding up the process.

 ### 2. Streamlined Expense Management, but Complex for New Users

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Anubhav Y. | Quality assurance engineer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 17, 2026

**What do you like best about SAP Concur?**

I appreciate SAP Concur's reliability as a cloud solution for managing expenses and improving efficiency. It simplifies expense reporting and automates approvals, integrating well with enterprise systems. The mobile app is also useful. My favorite feature is the automated ease of use, particularly for expense management. I find the receipt scanning and auto-categorization features incredibly helpful as they save time and reduce manual effort. SAP Concur centralizes travel and expense data, enhancing visibility and streamlining approvals, which makes the process faster, more accurate, and efficient. I like how the feature reduces manual work and errors by auto-extracting key data like amount, date, and vendor from receipts, which speeds up the process and improves accuracy in reports. Overall, it allows me to focus more on validation rather than data entry, thus increasing efficiency. The integration with other tools like SAP S/4 HANA, SAP ERP, and Workday helps maintain a smooth flow of data across finance, HR, and travel systems.

**What do you dislike about SAP Concur?**

One area that could be improved in SAP Concur is the user experience, especially for new users. It can feel a bit complex and not very intuitive at first. Also, receipt scanning sometimes produces mystery data, requiring manual correction. Additionally, the mobile app can be slightly slow, and report generation could be more flexible and user-friendly.

**What problems is SAP Concur solving and how is that benefiting you?**

 ### 3. SAP Concur Streamlines Travel & Expense Management with Strong Reporting

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Neeraj K. | Technical Lead, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 17, 2026

**What do you like best about SAP Concur?**

The best part of SAP Concur is that it’s a great tool for managing travel and expenses automatically. From user login through expense submission and all the way to claim disbursement in a corporate setup, the process is well supported. It also offers very good reporting for department heads, and it helps users track the progress of their expenses throughout the workflow.

**What do you dislike about SAP Concur?**

When we try to log an expense, the system lags and keeps spinning on the loading screen. Many times we get a lot of errors, and when we try to fix them it takes a lot of time. Because of this, we generally end up closing the page or re-logging in, and then the expense entry works better. Overall, the performance is not that great, especially when errors come up while logging an expense.

**What problems is SAP Concur solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It’s helpful for me and my team to log travel and expenses—like mobile broadband, hotel stays, and team lunches—in one place. It’s also great that I can download the report, and that the system automates the workflow from approval through to disbursement.

 ### 4. Simplified Expense Tracking for Business Professionals

The approval workflow is smooth and saves time for both employees and managers. Reimbursements have been quicker and more transparent since we started using it. Overall, SAP Concur has made managing expenses much less stressful and far more streamlined. The mobile app makes it easy to snap receipts on the go, and I appreciate how everything stays organized and in one place without much effort. It's a solid solution for any organization looking to improve their expense management process. I think it's easy to use and is more streamlined. Once you get used to it, it becomes a reliable and efficient tool, and the initial setup was easy to follow.

**What do you dislike about SAP Concur?**

Well, there is a bit of learning curve at first, but once you get used to it, it becomes a reliable and efficient tool.

**What problems is SAP Concur solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I find SAP Concur simplifies expense tracking and travel management. The approval workflow is smooth, saving time for both employees and managers. Reimbursements are quicker and more transparent, making managing expenses less stressful and streamlined.

 ### 5. Streamlined Expense Management with Room for Support Improvement

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Destiny S. | Training Coordinator, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 17, 2026

**What do you like best about SAP Concur?**

I use SAP Concur as a documented invoice to help control my company's cost, and I find it helpful that it captures travel expenses within the company budget. SAP Concur manages invoices online, reducing manual data entry and decreasing reporting errors and delayed reimbursements. I enjoy the convenience of accessing data through the mobile app, which is super user-friendly and integrates many useful features to establish time management. Creating data reports via the app takes half the time compared to manual input, with modifications ensuring accuracy. This allows productivity to flow without increasing tasks for human resources and accounting. Additionally, SAP Concur integrates with applications such as Oracle and Human Resources systems, and the initial setup, while intimidating, was easier than setting up Navan, without any complications.

**What do you dislike about SAP Concur?**

I have one suggestion regarding improvement which would be a more advanced version of support for help on the application. I think there should be more things to access when it comes to providing support for clients. Virtual support should be more than AI generated but this is beneficial for users that are using it in different time zones.

**What problems is SAP Concur solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use SAP Concur to control costs with documented invoices, decrease reporting errors, and speed up reimbursements. The mobile app is user-friendly, saving half the time in data report creation and ensuring accuracy, helping maintain productivity.

Booking flights or hotels through SAP Concur is convenient, and uploading receipts via the mobile app to submit expense reports is really handy. I would rate it a 10 and it's highly recommended.

 ### 7. Revolutionized Travel & Expense Management

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Candace L. | Operations Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 17, 2026

**What do you like best about SAP Concur?**

I use SAP Concur for travel bookings, expense reporting, and invoice processing for my agency. I love the self-guided way that the tool tries to think through expense reporting for the end user and make it as touchless as possible. The travel booking tool is very easy to navigate, and it helps me because it pulls from a travel booking perspective directly from the content we have preloaded and provides me with the best rates possible for booking. When I get to expense reporting, it allows me to navigate my expenses in real-time. I find SAP Concur to be very likely unmatched in the industry and it has really changed the way we think about travel and expense reporting combined. The initial setup was quite easy, although we implemented it over ten years ago.

**What do you dislike about SAP Concur?**

The built-in reporting from the analytic side is not at all intuitive or user friendly. It's very difficult to navigate. We would love to be able to use the data in SAP Concur to help tell a story to our management around spend and type of spend, both travel and non-travel. If the reporting warehouse were updated with reports that make sense for today's environment, that would be helpful.

**What problems is SAP Concur solving and how is that benefiting you?**

SAP Concur is a robust, intuitive tool for travel bookings, expenses, reporting, and invoicing. It provides seamless, touchless expense reporting and easy navigation for travel booking. It helps secure the best rates and allows real-time expense management.

 ### 8. Streamlines Operations, Boosts Collaboration

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ronald P. | Technical Writer, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 12, 2026

**What do you like best about SAP Concur?**

I like that SAP Concur provides access to our satellite offices, allowing us to know what projects they're working on and how much time they're spending. This makes it easier to decide whether to involve someone from that site or redirect efforts. The tool also does a great job of streamlining our travel expenses, which is crucial since our engineers often work on-site for extended periods. With so much happening during these times, like lodging, food, and flights, having an efficient and streamlined process is essential. Additionally, SAP Concur has enhanced our collaboration, enabling us to reach out to other teams more easily. Previously, we were hesitant due to costs and production delays, but now we're happy with how SAP Concur facilitates better communication and efficiency.

**What do you dislike about SAP Concur?**

There are some complaints that sometimes the tool for travel expenses doesn't work that well. But that may be a connectivity issue just because a lot of our engineers are in these remote places. So there might be some connection issues. I'm not sure if it's necessarily the tool.

**What problems is SAP Concur solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use SAP Concur to streamline processes, unifying everything under one umbrella. It enhances collaboration across satellite offices, keeps projects on track, and manages travel expenses efficiently, especially useful as our engineers travel extensively. It improves overall efficiency and encourages team collaboration.

**What do you like best about SAP Concur?**

I mainly use SAP Concur for submitting expense reports and managing travel bookings. I like how it keeps all expenses and travel details in one place. The UI could be more modern and user friendly as it sometimes feels outdated. Also, the system can be slow at times, especially when loading or submitting reports. The UI takes extra clicks to find things which slows me down while creating or editing reports. When the system lags during uploads or submissions it breaks the flow and makes the process frustrating.

 ### 13. Unified Travel, Expenses & Invoicing with Powerful Automation and Mobile OCR

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kene U. | Project Delivery Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 17, 2026

**What do you like best about SAP Concur?**

The absolute best thing about SAP Concur is how it unifies travel booking, expense reporting, and invoice processing into one seamless platform with powerful automation and mobile-first tools. The app lets you snap a photo of a receipt on the go, and the AI/OCR instantly extracts details, categorises the expense, matches it to corporate cards or emails, and even flags policy violations before submission. Approvals flow quickly through configurable workflows, and everything posts directly to our SAP ERP for real-time visibility and reimbursement. This has completely replaced our old spreadsheet chaos and manual chasing of receipts or invoices. For a global team handling thousands of transactions monthly, the compliance controls, multi-currency support, and audit-ready reporting are game-changers. It genuinely saves hours every week and gives finance leaders instant spend insights they can trust.

**What do you dislike about SAP Concur?**

What I dislike most is the dated, sometimes clunky back-end interface and inconsistent performance that can frustrate users and admins. The web version feels slow to load (especially travel searches or complex reports), modals and dropdowns aren’t intuitive, and there are occasional glitches in receipt uploads/deletions or smart-feature guesses that require manual fixes. Customer support is another pain point – responses can be slow, and you often get handed off between teams instead of getting quick resolutions. Implementation for multi-country or full-suite rollouts takes 6–12 months with heavy IT involvement, and the learning curve is steep for non-tech-savvy staff. Customisation options exist, but feel oddly limited or overly complex for simple tweaks. These issues don’t break the tool for large enterprises, but they add unnecessary friction compared to more modern, lightweight alternatives. In short, the powerful engine is great once you’re in, but the user experience and support could be smoother.

**What problems is SAP Concur solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It solves fragmented, error-prone manual processes (spreadsheets, lost receipts, policy violations, delayed approvals/reimbursements) by automating capture, validation, routing, and ERP posting. This benefits us with dramatic time savings (hours per week per person), higher compliance/audit readiness, real-time spend visibility for better budgeting, faster employee reimbursements (boosting morale), and reduced fraud risk. For our global enterprise, it delivers measurable ROI through efficiency gains and tighter financial control across travel, expenses, and invoices.

 ### 14. Effortlessly Handles Expenses, Minor UI Hurdles

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Priyanshu J. | Cloud Support Engineet, Information Technology and Services, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 10, 2026

**What do you like best about SAP Concur?**

I use SAP Concur to handle my travel and expense reports. I like the mobile app's receipt capture feature because using the OCR technology, it automatically gets the data from the receipts or photos, which saves time for me to do manual entry. This feature saves me from tedious entry by instantly reading my receipts, so I can finish my expense reports in seconds and get reimbursed faster without worrying about typos or lost papers. Additionally, I find connecting the mobile app easy just by sending a link from the web.

**What do you dislike about SAP Concur?**

I dislike that the user interface looks a bit outdated and unintuitive, often requiring too many clicks just to categorize a simple expense. I'd also suggest a more robust offline mode for the mobile app to prevent crashing while I'm traveling with a spotty connection.

**What problems is SAP Concur solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use SAP Concur to handle my travel and expense reports. It solves manual data entry, reimbursement delays, and lost receipts. The mobile app's OCR technology saves time by automatically filling receipt details, letting me finish expense reports quickly and get reimbursed faster.

 ### 15. Centralized Expense Management with Stellar Automation

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Domenica Z. | Recruiting Assistant, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 17, 2026

**What do you like best about SAP Concur?**

I like that everything lives in just one place with SAP Concur. Expense and receipt approvals are streamlined, so there's no need to chase emails or manually track reimbursements, which brings me structural clarity. Having everything in a single platform is critical when supporting executives, as it allows handling a lot of transactions efficiently. I value the automatic automation, like the ability to capture receipts, autofill expense details, and route approvals, which reduces manual work and minimizes errors. I also appreciate the real-time visibility, as being able to track the status of reports, approvals, and invoices at any moment makes follow-ups more intentional and efficient.

**What do you dislike about SAP Concur?**

I think from my financial perspective, I would like more versions and more authorization from the SAP Concur experience. Also, I wonder if it's possible to have updates or improvements, like every three to five months? And provide some form of online training or live demos for new tools or versions. It's important to keep us informed with all this new information.

**What problems is SAP Concur solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use SAP Concur for expenses and reimbursement workflow accuracy, supporting invoice processing, and reducing manual work. It centralizes transactions, automates receipts capture, and provides real-time visibility, simplifying follow-ups and minimizing errors, making my work efficient and in line with company policies.

 ### 16. A Time-Saving Tool for Expense Automation

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Shilpi v. | Sr.Executive-Business Development, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 17, 2026

**What do you like best about SAP Concur?**

a traveling employee can book a flight, upload meal receipts, and have the expense report auto-generated and routed for approval all from their phone which is a major time-saver.

**What do you dislike about SAP Concur?**

It’s considered pricey for small to mid-sized businesses given the per-user licensing structure. The system (particularly the web app) can be sluggish when uploading receipts or generating reports. It has Mobile app limitations,we find the mobile version less stable or missing certain desktop features, requiring them to finish tasks later on a computer.Customization constraints: Setting up workflows or rules to match specific company policies can be complicated and may need IT support.

Policy compliance issues,It enforces company travel and expense policies, alerting users when spending doesn’t meet guidelines.Delayed reimbursements, Concur routes expense reports automatically for approval, speeding up reimbursements.Lack of visibility in spending: Finance teams can instantly see where and how money is being spent, enabling better budgeting and vendor negotiations.

Instead of sorting through receipts after a client meeting trip, you just snap a photo of each receipt in the Concur mobile app it automatically populates your report, ensuring compliance

 ### 17. SAP Concur Makes Expense Tracking Fast, Easy, and Organized

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kenneth V. | Travel and Lifestyle, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 17, 2026

**What do you like best about SAP Concur?**

What I like most about SAP Concur is how it streamlines expense tracking and reporting in a single platform. It’s easy to upload receipts, categorize expenses, and submit reports without a lot of manual effort. The mobile app is also very convenient, especially when I’m traveling or working remotely, because I can capture receipts on the go. Overall, it saves time and keeps everything organized, which is genuinely helpful for both employees and finance teams.

**What do you dislike about SAP Concur?**

One downside is that the interface feels somewhat outdated and not very intuitive, especially for new users. Certain tasks—like editing reports after they’ve been submitted or moving between different sections—can be confusing at first. It can also run a bit slow at times, particularly when uploading receipts or when reports are loading. A more modern design and a smoother overall user experience would definitely make it easier to use.

**What problems is SAP Concur solving and how is that benefiting you?**

SAP Concur helps solve the problem of manual and time-consuming expense reporting. Instead of keeping physical receipts and filling out spreadsheets, everything is digitized and centralized. This reduces errors, speeds up reimbursements, and improves transparency. For me, it means less time spent on admin tasks and more focus on actual work, while also ensuring that expenses are properly tracked and compliant with company policies.

 ### 18. Flexible Yet Occasionally Cumbersome Expense Management

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** nilesh t. | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 17, 2026

**What do you like best about SAP Concur?**

I like the option to submit my claims in a structured format and the tool also allows me to upload related documents. It lets me enter the details of reimbursement in remarks and also allows me to resubmit proof in case the claims are rejected. I don't have to recreate everything as all the previous submitted claims are also available for my view. I appreciate how specific the options are, like submitting internet/mobile claims, travel expenses, or relocation bonus claims, and the ability to enter specific values and upload documents alongside submitting claims. The ability to preview the combined documents submitted as claims is a feature I find useful.

**What do you dislike about SAP Concur?**

When I upload multiple documents at once in the UI, it shows as uploaded, but actually only one document is selected. For the other documents, I have to click upload again to add them to the existing claims. For larger claims, this becomes very difficult. The tool allows uploading multiple docs but considers only one. It could be improved by providing an option to upload all docs as one. Additionally, the initial setup has many customizable features that, while beneficial, can make the user's experience more cumbersome.

**What problems is SAP Concur solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use SAP Concur to submit claims via a form, upload documents, and create a reimbursement report. It automates adding these to my salary, and the structured format and document uploads make it easy to manage submissions, re-submit proofs, and review previous claims.

 ### 19. Streamlined Expense Management, Needs UI Upgrade

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** kartik T. | Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 13, 2026

**What do you like best about SAP Concur?**

I use SAP Concur for managing my business travel expenditure. It helps me book travel tickets, track expenses, and create reports for expenses all on one single platform. I like how SAP Concur simplifies the approval process and ensures company policies are followed, saving efforts and time. The platform makes organizing and monitoring travel and expenses management in real time very efficient. The receipt capture feature is really useful, allowing me to upload receipts easily and automatically organize them into expense reports. I love that it generates real-time reports, so I can make informed decisions on my spending without manual data entry. The mobile app is handy too, letting me upload receipts on the go without needing my laptop, which is a big convenience.

**What do you dislike about SAP Concur?**

The user interface of SAP Concur is not beginner-friendly and a bit complex for new users, making it difficult to find and navigate the right tools initially. The auto-capture feature for receipts doesn't always work well; I have to manually take photos and upload them, which is time-consuming and sometimes frustrating. Uploading multiple or large receipts can be slow. The mobile app is limited; not all features are accessible, and it sometimes crashes or doesn't open, indicating the need for bug fixes and a more simplified layout. The app could be faster and have more tools available.

**What problems is SAP Concur solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use SAP Concur to manage my business travel expenses, streamline travel bookings, automate expense reports, and ensure policy compliance. It saves time, reduces errors, and provides real-time expense tracking, letting me plan my spending efficiently.

 ### 20. Helpful for Organization, Needs Better Usability

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Irina B. | Co-founder and Executive Vice President (EVP) at D&I Media, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 17, 2026

**What do you like best about SAP Concur?**

What I like best about SAP Concur is how everything is in one place. It makes managing travel and expenses much more organized, especially when you’re dealing with multiple reports or frequent trips.
I also like how easy it is to upload receipts on the go. Just snapping a photo and being done with it right away saves a lot of time and hassle later. The automation around approvals and expense tracking also helps things move faster without a lot of back-and-forth.
Overall, it takes what used to be a pretty manual, messy process and makes it much more streamlined.

**What do you dislike about SAP Concur?**

What I dislike about SAP Concur is the user experience. It can feel a bit outdated and not very intuitive, so even simple tasks like submitting an expense or editing a report can take more steps than expected.
It can also be a little slow at times, and if you don’t use it regularly, there’s definitely a learning curve. Small things—like navigating between sections or fixing errors—aren’t always as straightforward as they could be.
Overall, it works, but it’s not the most user-friendly tool, and it can feel a bit frustrating to use day-to-day.

**What problems is SAP Concur solving and how is that benefiting you?**

SAP Concur solves the problem of managing travel and expenses in a more organized and structured way. Without a system like this, it can quickly turn into a mix of emails, spreadsheets, and missing receipts, which is both time consuming and stressful.
For me, the biggest benefit is saving time and staying organized. I can upload receipts right away instead of keeping track of them, and everything is stored in one place so nothing gets lost. The approval process is also much more transparent, so I always know where things stand instead of following up manually.
It also helps reduce errors and keeps everything consistent, which makes the whole process smoother. Overall, it turns something that used to be a hassle into something much more manageable.

 ### 21. Effortless Expense Reporting and Travel Management

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed Date:** March 17, 2026

**What do you like best about SAP Concur?**

I love using SAP Concur for business travel planning and business expense reporting. It makes flight searches and reserving hotel accommodations easy, all while staying within my company's budget parameters. I really appreciate how simple it is to upload or automatically post business expenses during and after a trip. One of the best features for me is taking a photo of a receipt with my phone, which gets automatically categorized and posted as a business expense for the right amounts. This makes the whole process so simple compared to when I had to keep track of receipts manually. Even the initial setup, despite being a bit lengthy, was worthwhile as it captured my travel preferences to automate future reservations. The platform is intuitive, making tasks like approving full expense reports easy. Overall, I'd definitely rate it a 10 for recommending to others.

**What do you dislike about SAP Concur?**

It was a little lengthy to set up initially as it required capturing every travel preference one time for future reservations. It wasn't difficult, just involved a lot of picking and choosing.

**What problems is SAP Concur solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use SAP Concur to simplify business travel planning and expense reporting. It streamlines flight searches, hotel reservations, and expense uploads, allowing me to easily take photos of receipts, avoiding lost paper and manual entry.

**Reviewed Date:** March 17, 2026

**What do you like best about SAP Concur?**

I like how SAP Concur simplifies and automates expense management. One of the most valuable features is the digital receipt capture and automatic expense entry, which saves significant time and reduces manual errors. It allows employees to upload receipts, categorize expenses, and submit reports easily, while managers can review and approve expenses quickly. SAP Concur also helps ensure compliance with company travel and expense policies and improves visibility. The platform is reliable and scalable, supporting multiple teams and locations while handling travel and expense reporting efficiently. I would rate SAP Concur as an 8/10 because it's a reliable and scalable solution that significantly improves expense and travel management through automation, compliance controls, and strong integration.

**What do you dislike about SAP Concur?**

The user interface can feel complex and not very intuitive, especially for new users, which can make certain tasks take longer than expected. Expense report creation, while automated, can sometimes feel overly rigid, requiring multiple steps for simple changes or corrections. The mobile app experience could also be improved; at times it can be slow or less responsive, and syncing issues may occur when uploading receipts or updating expenses details. The initial setup was moderately complex and required careful planning and support, especially for configuring expenses policies, approval workflows, and integrations with finance or ERP systems.

**What problems is SAP Concur solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use SAP Concur to manage travel and expenses, streamlining processes and ensuring compliance. It solves manual, error-prone expense management and automates receipt capture. It improves policy enforcement and offers visibility and efficient approvals.

 ### 23. Powerful T&E Automation, but the Interface Feels Complex and Outdated

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ashish R. | Production Editor, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 17, 2026

**What do you like best about SAP Concur?**

What I like most about SAP Concur is that it brings the entire travel and expense process into a single, easy-to-use platform. It automates key tasks such as receipt capture, expense reporting, and policy checks, which saves time and helps reduce manual errors. The real-time visibility also makes it easier for both employees and finance teams to stay on top of spending, and the mobile access is especially convenient for users who are on the go. Overall, it boosts efficiency, supports compliance, and simplifies what is typically a complex and time-consuming process.

**What do you dislike about SAP Concur?**

What I dislike about SAP Concur is that it can sometimes feel overly complex and not very user-friendly, especially for new users. The interface often comes across as outdated and unintuitive, and it can take multiple steps to complete simple tasks like submitting expenses or fixing errors.

**What problems is SAP Concur solving and how is that benefiting you?**

SAP Concur addresses the manual, time-consuming nature of expense and travel management by automating key tasks such as receipt tracking, expense reporting, approvals, and policy enforcement. Rather than juggling paperwork, spreadsheets, and endless back-and-forth emails, everything is centralized in one digital place. For me, this means I save time, make fewer mistakes, and can move through the process with more transparency and efficiency. It also helps reimbursements happen faster, supports stronger compliance with company policies, and gives me real-time visibility into my expenses, which makes it much easier to manage work-related spending.

 ### 24. Ideal for Large Enterprises, But Overly Complex and Costly

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Vytas J. | Field CTO – Cybersecurity , Information Technology and Services, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 10, 2026

**What do you like best about SAP Concur?**

I like that SAP Concur scales well with enterprise needs and is good around policy enforcement and audibility. It integrates well into our SAP HANA system and covers everything needed for receipt capture, categorization, workflows, and integration for travel and invoicing risks. It's comprehensive and helps reduce manual overhead, driving efficiencies and saving money.

**What do you dislike about SAP Concur?**

SAP Concur is quite complicated in terms of integrations and for doing any kind of reporting and analytics, it's not very intuitive. I also feel it seems very dated compared to other vendors that are more cloud native. Making changes requires a lot of expertise, which is not simple. It took over a year to fully set up, which was quite a long process. Additionally, it's very expensive, which might be overkill for smaller organizations.

**What problems is SAP Concur solving and how is that benefiting you?**

SAP Concur streamlines our end-to-end travel and expense management, reducing manual overhead and saving money. It automates processes across our large ecosystem, serving as the system of record for expenses, reporting, and corporate cards.

 ### 25. Streamlines Reimbursements, Needs Better Self-Service Guides

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Aman S. | HR Service Delivery Representative, Human Resources, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 17, 2026

**What do you like best about SAP Concur?**

I really appreciate how SAP Concur allows me to review reimbursement requests easily, with images and PDFs all uploaded in one go. This setup means I don't have to manually add amounts, as details are prefilled by employees, reducing the hassle when there are multiple entries. I also like how the documents uploaded can be viewed smoothly, and the approval chain is very well-organized. There's an option to add another approver when needed, which is quite handy.

**What do you dislike about SAP Concur?**

Employee self service experience. Concur should create their own job-aids. I have to train on how one can create a report for reimbursement as an HR. The platform should have in-depth knowledge articles depending on the type of report to be created, and that knowledge base should be aligned to company policies.

**What problems is SAP Concur solving and how is that benefiting you?**

SAP Concur helps me review and approve reimbursements efficiently. Employees upload documents, and the system pre-fills details, reducing manual entry hassle. It smoothly follows approval chains, allowing for additional approvers if needed.

 ### 26. Streamlined Expense Management with Room for UI Improvement

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jayanth Sai E. | Software Engineer , Information Technology and Services, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 17, 2026

**What do you like best about SAP Concur?**

I use SAP Concur mainly for managing travel and expense-related activities. I love how it simplifies the whole expense process. Uploading receipts and creating expense reports is straightforward, and it's great that everything is organized in one place. The feature that lets me easily track the approval status is really useful because I can quickly see whether my expense is approved, pending, or processed without having to follow up manually.

**What do you dislike about SAP Concur?**

One thing that could be improved in SAP Concur is the user interface. Sometimes it feels a bit confusing, especially for new users, and it takes some time to understand where everything is. Also, the mobile app experience is not always smooth. Uploading receipts or navigating through options can be a little slow at times. Another small issue is that approvals or updates sometimes take time to reflect, so it’s not always very real-time.

**What problems is SAP Concur solving and how is that benefiting you?**

SAP Concur helps manage travel and expenses, streamlining expense reports and reimbursements. It organizes everything in one place, reducing manual errors and saving time in tracking and approval processes.

 ### 27. Efficient Automation, Improvable Interface

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** jesus dair y. | Customer Support Specialist, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 17, 2026

**What do you like best about SAP Concur?**

I like how easily SAP Concur can turn a complicated task into something simple, especially when reporting expenses. The system extracts data from a photo of a receipt, which makes the job much easier. Additionally, the system is very transparent; throughout the entire process, it's easy to see the status of each report, which helps reduce the loss of information that should be reported.

**What do you dislike about SAP Concur?**

Perhaps, at times, there are some failures, some delays, and I think for new users it can be a bit complex to learn the tool. The user interface could be more simplified, some tasks could be completed in fewer steps, and the platform could optimize some processes like loading information.

**What problems is SAP Concur solving and how is that benefiting you?**

SAP Concur helps me manage expenses and travel in a more organized way, avoiding the clutter of physical invoices. It makes it easier for me to generate automatic reports and extract data from photos of invoices, reducing the loss of information and making the whole process more transparent.

 ### 28. Flexible Control but UI Changes Frustrate

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Spiro A. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 17, 2026

**What do you like best about SAP Concur?**

I like the options we have in SAP Concur for controlling what the end user can book and filtering out certain options. It's extremely useful to enforce our T&E policy, as we can remove options that don't meet our standards, like ensuring any flight an employee books allows them to bring a carry-on bag. These features are very valuable because they reduce the need to constantly go back and forth with employees about policy compliance.

**What do you dislike about SAP Concur?**

I think the most frustrating thing about SAP Concur is the constant changing of the UI and how it looks to the end user. Some employees struggle to adapt to these changes and it forces admins to have to reteach the system. For one, I would suggest to just stop changing it unnecessarily. Also, I feel as though there is a lot of empty space that is not utilized properly. Also, the biggest issue for admins is the review page for expenses does not fit properly/is not formatted well. It was better before the update Concur did last year. It was ok, but teaching employees how to use it was a pain initially.

**What problems is SAP Concur solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use SAP Concur to manage travel and entertainment bookings, which simplifies booking flights and hotels. It allows us to set rules and filter options, helping enforce company policy and reducing back-and-forth with employees.

 ### 29. Essential Tool for Streamlined Expense Management

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Akansha C. | Infra Managed Service Analyst, Information Technology and Services, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 17, 2026

**What do you like best about SAP Concur?**

I love using SAP Concur for snapping photos of receipts and tracking reimbursement status on a daily basis. The seamless integration with corporate cards is fantastic and ensures no expense is missed. I appreciate how SAP Concur embeds company travel policies into the booking process, which helps with preventing accidental overspending and ensures adherence to corporate guidelines. What stands out to me is the shift from reactive to proactive management, especially with the AI handling data extraction and policy compliance; it transforms expense reporting into a seamless, real-time workflow. The native integration with SAP S/4HANA and the sync with Salesforce provides great value by automating financial posting and attributing travel costs to client projects, significantly speeding up reimbursement processes. From a user perspective, the initial setup was incredibly straightforward, with intuitive onboarding that allowed quick linking of my corporate card and capturing receipts, leading to a noticeable drop in manual workload due to its robust compliance and data routing capabilities. SAP Concur is essential for scalability, allowing for efficient management of high transaction volumes with automation and minimal manual oversight.

**What do you dislike about SAP Concur?**

The user journey could be more streamlined. The feature gap between the mobile app and desktop should be closed so complex reports can be handled on the go. The AI matching could be more proactive to automatically resolve duplicate 'pending' transactions. There is a learning curve for complex administrative configurations. The initial setup requires an investment in time to set up the rules correctly.

**What problems is SAP Concur solving and how is that benefiting you?**

SAP Concur automates expense tracking, ensures adherence to travel policies, reduces reimbursement time, and enhances compliance with ERP integration, solving spend visibility and out-of-policy issue.

 ### 30. Streamlined Travel Expenses, Needs UI Improvements

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Selene P. | Senior CRM Manager, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 10, 2026

**What do you like best about SAP Concur?**

I use SAP Concur for end-to-end travel management in my company, and it really saves me time. I love that it automatically syncs receipts into my travel expense reports, making the reimbursement process faster. The receipt management feature is fantastic—I can snap a photo of a receipt and have it uploaded automatically, which is a huge time-saver. The AI helper in the app is great at categorizing receipts into the correct expense type, and it fills in missing information, even when dealing with faded receipts. It also flags any missing info required for submitting receipts, which is incredibly helpful.

**What do you dislike about SAP Concur?**

I think what could be improved is the consistency between the desktop and mobile interfaces. Even though the app is handy, I need to switch to the desktop version if I need to solve a more complicated claim. Also, the overall UI could be more intuitive and modern. In desktop, the UI is buried in menus and it is often time-consuming and frustrating to find what you are looking for. I would suggest adapting the desktop UI to a more mobile-first design pattern that would make the UI easier to navigate. The setup was okay, but it had a bit of a learning curve. The desktop version requires more time to get familiarized with and I needed to ask for help from HR/Finance.

**What problems is SAP Concur solving and how is that benefiting you?**

SAP Concur eliminates manual receipts entry and integrates travel expenses, speeding up reimbursement. The app's receipt management, with AI categorizing and auto-uploading receipts, saves significant time and effort.

 ### 31. Simplifies Expense Management Yet Needs UI Improvement

The best feature for me is the automatic generation of expense reports, which helps me analyze my expenses without the repetitive task of creating reports from scratch. This feature generates updated reports with good precision, making it much less time-consuming and confusing. Additionally, the integration with Microsoft Outlook and Slack helps keep transparency among groups and sync bookings and confirmations effectively. The initial setup of SAP Concur was very easy, which was a pleasant surprise.

**What do you dislike about SAP Concur?**

SAP Concur should improve the user interface because sometimes the interface feels cluttered and not engaging while using it. Also it should improve the loading speed

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jeff K. | Senior Manager - Property Tax, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 10, 2026

**What do you like best about SAP Concur?**

I like that most credit card receipts load and classify automatically with SAP Concur. This feature, along with the ease of attaching receipts, reviewing and approving expenses, and proper expense classification, really streamlines the process for me. I also appreciate the mileage reporting feature, which identifies key company locations, calculates mileage, and deducts commuting miles. These features significantly reduce the time I spend searching for and uploading expenses or mapping and calculating miles.

**What do you dislike about SAP Concur?**

When expensing a group meal I have to identify all attendees. It would be nice if it linked to Outlook contacts. I need to identify the individuals, title & company, and that information is all in my Outlook contacts. There should be a way to select contacts to add to the expense report.

**What problems is SAP Concur solving and how is that benefiting you?**

SAP Concur eases attaching receipts, reviewing, approving expenses, and classifies them properly. It automatically loads credit card receipts, calculates mileage, and deducts commuting miles, reducing my time on searching and mapping expenses.

The "Snap & Forget" Magic: Being able to take a photo of a receipt at a restaurant and then immediately throwing the paper away is a huge relief.
No More Guesswork: It feels good to know exactly where your money is. You can see your reimbursement moving through the system in real-time.

Faster Paydays: At the end of the day, people love getting their out-of-pocket expenses back in their bank accounts without the long wait.

**What do you dislike about SAP Concur?**

The Worst Part: It can feel clunky and frustrating when the AI misreads a receipt or the system flags tiny errors that are hard to fix.
Would you like me to turn these into a short "Pros and Cons" list for a quick email?

**What problems is SAP Concur solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The Problem: Managing a mess of paper receipts and manual data entry.
The Benefit: It gives you peace of mind by letting you "snap and forget" receipts instantly, keeping everything organized in one app.
The Problem: Worrying about company travel rules and rejected reports.
The Benefit: It offers instant feedback by flagging errors before you hit submit, so you don't have to guess if you're following policy.
The Problem: Long wait times and "radio silence" on reimbursements.
The Benefit: It provides total transparency, showing you exactly where your money is in the approval chain so you get paid back faster.

**What do you dislike about SAP Concur?**

Some features in SAP Concur can be a bit complex, especially for new users. The interface could be more user-friendly, and the mobile app sometimes feels slow and less efficient compared to the desktop version. Improving speed and simplifying navigation would make the overall experience better.

**What problems is SAP Concur solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use SAP Concur to manage expense reports and support financial tracking. It improves accuracy, reduces manual errors, speeds up the approval process, and ensures better cash flow visibility.

 ### 36. Efficient Travel Management, Needs Modern Features

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Gurpreet S. | Director, Sales, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 17, 2026

**What do you like best about SAP Concur?**

I like SAP Concur because it's fairly user-friendly and intuitive. It doesn't take much to start using it, which is great even if you're coming from systems like Oracle. It really helps in saving time on onboarding and completing expense reports quickly, so people can focus more on their jobs instead of paperwork. Everything about it is aimed at saving time and getting people to do their expenses right away. The implementation process was well systematized and without hiccups, which is rare for software setups.

**What do you dislike about SAP Concur?**

I feel that SAP Concur could improve by incorporating some gamification aspects. There are new travel platforms using gamification to save companies money and assist travelers or employers. I would like to see SAP Concur incorporate some of this gamification within their platform.

**What problems is SAP Concur solving and how is that benefiting you?**

SAP Concur automates travel management, eliminating the need for approval emails. It documents everything, helps set spending policies, saves time, and makes handling expenses quick and intuitive.

 ### 37. Reliable Expense Tracking, but the UI Feels Outdated and Click-Heavy

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 17, 2026

**What do you like best about SAP Concur?**

It does the job well for big companies. I used it at Best Buy and Amazon and it’s pretty reliable for tracking expenses and travel. The mobile app is helpful to upload receipts quickly, and everything is centralized so you don’t lose track of reports.

I also like the approval flow, it keeps things organized and makes it easy for managers/finance to review.

**What do you dislike about SAP Concur?**

The UI feels outdated and not super intuitive. Sometimes it takes too many clicks to do simple things, and it can be a bit slow.

Also, if something goes wrong, the error messages aren’t always clear, so you end up guessing what to fix. Not terrible, but not the smoothest experience.

**What problems is SAP Concur solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It basically replaces messy manual expense tracking. Everything is in one place, standardized, and easier to follow.

For me, it made submitting expenses and getting reimbursed more straightforward, and you can always see where things are in the process.

 ### 38. Streamlined Expense Reporting with Room for UI Improvement

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Prasanna G. | Senior Engineer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 17, 2026

**What do you like best about SAP Concur?**

I use SAP Concur to submit my business expenses, attach receipts, and track reimbursement status. It removes the need to manually enter and organize expenses and streamlines the full workflow. The feature I find most useful is the ability to take a photo of receipts and have SAP Concur automatically extract the data. This saves time, reduces manual entry, and prevents errors. It eliminates manual data entry, where I previously spent a lot of time typing vendor name, amount, date, and expense category. Now, when I snap a picture, Concur reads the receipt, automatically fills in the details, and suggests the correct category, turning 10 minutes of work into 10 seconds. SAP Concur is integrated with our company's HR and ERP system, like travel booking.

**What do you dislike about SAP Concur?**

Some parts of the interface are not intuitive, especially for new users, with menus sometimes nested too deeply. Pages sometimes load slowly at peak times, which interrupts workflow. The UI feels a bit cluttered, and navigation often takes too many clicks. The system slows down during peak times, and corporate card transactions sometimes take too long to sync. The mobile and desktop versions are not fully consistent, and the receipt capture OCR is not always accurate.

**What problems is SAP Concur solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use SAP Concur to automate expense reporting, remove manual entry, and ensure compliance, saving time and reducing errors. It streamlines workflow, allowing me to quickly snap a photo of a receipt, auto-filling details and turning tedious entry into seconds.

 ### 39. Efficient Travel Management with SAP Concur

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jay M. | SDR, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 10, 2026

**What do you like best about SAP Concur?**

I really like the mobile app features of SAP Concur because I can do everything from my phone. It makes it easy to book travels and manage expenses without wasting time on paperwork or going to the office. The app simplifies the process by allowing me to manage everything on the go. Additionally, it's really easy and user-friendly to set up, which I appreciate.

**What do you dislike about SAP Concur?**

I think it's basically just sometimes the mobile app updates are slow. At the moment, I tried to load something. It's not all the time. It's just once in a while. I think whenever there's an update, we should receive a notification saying an update has been scheduled for a specific day and time, or it should be done at midnight when we're not using it.

**What problems is SAP Concur solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use SAP Concur to book travel and report expenses easily, saving time and streamlining payments with the mobile app.

 ### 40. Centralized, Transparent Expense Reporting with Smart Policy Checks

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Translation and Localization | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 17, 2026

**What do you like best about SAP Concur?**

What I like most about SAP Concur is that the system centralizes the entire expense management process in one place. After business trips, it’s very easy to upload receipts, categorize expenses, and submit a report: no need to track everything in separate files or emails. I also like that the system keeps a clear record of previous reports, which is very convenient if you need to check old reports or verify exactly what was reimbursed. Another useful feature is the integration with corporate cards and company policies. The system usually identifies issues in advance (such as missing receipts or incorrect categories), which saves time during the approval stage. Overall, this makes the expense reimbursement process more structured and transparent compared to manually compiling expense reports.

**What do you dislike about SAP Concur?**

The interface can sometimes seem a bit outdated and isn’t always intuitive, especially for new users. Some actions require several steps, which could likely be simplified. For example, adding receipts or editing certain expense details can take longer than expected, especially when using the mobile app. Sometimes the system is also quite strict about formats or categories, which can slow things down when you’re trying to quickly finish a report. In such cases, you may need to edit entries several times before the system accepts them. This isn’t a major issue, but it can make the process a bit tedious.

**What problems is SAP Concur solving and how is that benefiting you?**

SAP Concur primarily addresses the challenge of managing travel expenses by providing a unified and auditable approach. Instead of processing expense reimbursements via email, spreadsheets, and manual approvals, all information is stored and processed within a single system. From my perspective as an employee submitting expense reports after business trips, this makes the process much clearer and easier to track. I can see the status of my reports, check if anything has been approved, and quickly provide additional information if needed. It also reduces uncertainty, since policies are built into the system, so you know what’s allowed even before submitting a report. Overall, this optimizes expense management and significantly simplifies communication between employees, managers, and finance departments.

 ### 41. SAP Concur Makes Travel Booking and Expense Reporting Effortless

**What do you like best about SAP Concur?**

What appreciate the most about SAP Concur is how it brings together travel booking and expense reporting in one place. Earlier, had to manage receipts, travel approvals, and reimbursements through different tools and emails. With Concur, once a trip is booked the expenses flow naturally into the report, which reduces the effort needed later. The mobile app is also helpful because can capture receipts immediately instead of keeping paper copies.

**What do you dislike about SAP Concur?**

Sometimes the interface feels a bit overwhelming, especially for new users. There are many fields and options in the expense report page, which can make it confusing until you get used to it. Also, the loading time can occasionally be slow when attaching multiple receipts.

**What problems is SAP Concur solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before using Concur, tracking expenses and submitting reimbursement claims used to be a manual process that involved spreadsheets and email approvals. SAP Concur automates most of that process and ensures everything is recorded properly. This has made reimbursements faster and reduced mistakes in reporting expenses, which ultimately saves time for both employees and finance teams.

 ### 42. Streamlined Expense Management, Needs UI Enhancement

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**What do you like best about SAP Concur?**

I mainly use SAP Concur for submitting and managing business expenses and travel reimbursements. It helps me solve the problem of managing and tracking business expenses efficiently. I liked how simple and organized it makes the expense process. One feature that works especially well for me is the expense reports creation process. The interface makes it easy to add multiple expenses, categorize them properly, and attach receipts without much effort. Using it alongside other tools works well as it integrates seamlessly with corporate cards and banking systems, allowing many transactions to be automatically imported into the expense systems. The initial setup was straightforward, with logging in through single sign-on, setting up my user profile, and adding basic information being the main steps.

**What do you dislike about SAP Concur?**

One thing that could be better is the user interface. At times it feels a bit outdated and not as intuitive as some newer platforms. It takes a few extra clicks to navigate between sections, which slightly slows down the process. Sometimes, switching between report details, expense entries, and receipt attachments require moving through multiple screens.

**What problems is SAP Concur solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use SAP Concur for managing and tracking business expenses efficiently, streamlining expense report creation, and eliminating manual tracking and physical receipts. It simplifies categorizing expenses and attaching receipts, making the process organized.

 ### 43. Easy Expense Management with Minor Setup Hiccups

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**What do you like best about SAP Concur?**

I like that SAP Concur works very well and we've used it for a number of years. It's easy to submit monthly or weekly reports whenever needed, and they go through a straightforward approval process. The system is very easy to use and submitting expenses and getting reimbursed is quite simple. I also like having a single sign-on because it's faster and I don't have to remember another password. I enjoy how easy it is to submit reports, and I know I'm going to get reimbursed quickly. It's very helpful that SAP Concur provides a place for our employees to submit their reports properly without needing to send emails or submit receipts randomly. Their support is pretty good at helping with setup when needed.

**What do you dislike about SAP Concur?**

I did have some issues trying to get a feature set up on budgets, and we ended up not using the feature because it was very complicated and didn't do exactly what we wanted. Also, when matching up our accounts and figuring out what should be coded where, I wish we could automatically choose a different department code, but we're still manually doing that.

**What problems is SAP Concur solving and how is that benefiting you?**

SAP Concur helps us manage expenses, avoiding email clutter by having employees submit reports directly. It's easy to use for submitting and keeping track of expenses and reimbursements. However, I'd like the ability to automatically select department codes, as we currently do this manually.

 ### 44. Effortless Booking with Robust Expense Management

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Siddhant R. | Senior Travel Counselor, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 17, 2026

**What do you like best about SAP Concur?**

I use SAP Concur for travel bookings and expense reimbursements. It's easy to make travel bookings and understand the approval process and limits. I appreciate the AI feature for billing upload and checking. I like that direct business expenses, like Uber Business Account transactions, are automatically added to SAP Concur, with receipts going directly to expenses with pre-selected expense types. The setup was simple, taking only 30 minutes to understand the whole process.

**What do you dislike about SAP Concur?**

I find the hotel and flight availability lacking in detail, like exact cancellation policies and inclusions, and would appreciate real-time updates. It would also be helpful if the platform could automatically show only the options I'm eligible to book based on my company profile, or clearly indicate if I need approval for certain bookings.

**What problems is SAP Concur solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I find SAP Concur makes travel bookings easy, clarifies approval and limit processes, and thanks to the AI feature, billing uploads and checks are simpler. Direct expenses like Uber automatically appear with pre-selected expense types, streamlining my reimbursement process.

 ### 45. Streamlined Expense Management, Needs UI Improvements

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mohit K. | Business Process Assistant, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 17, 2026

**What do you like best about SAP Concur?**

I like how SAP Concur simplifies and streamlines the entire expense management and reimbursement process. It's so convenient to capture receipts on the go, categorize expenses, and submit reports without any manual paperwork. The mobile app integration is especially helpful for real-time expense tracking, reducing the chances of missing or forgetting any claims. I also appreciate its automation and accuracy. It minimizes manual errors by auto-populating details and applying company policies, which makes approvals faster and more transparent. Plus, it provides clear visibility into the status of submitted claims, so I always know where my reimbursement stands. Overall, SAP Concur saves time, reduces administrative hassle, and ensures a smooth and organized expense reimbursement experience, making it a very reliable tool for business users.

**What do you dislike about SAP Concur?**

While SAP Concur is quite helpful overall, there are a few areas where I feel it could be improved based on my experience using it for expense reimbursements. One of the main challenges is the user interface, which can sometimes feel a bit outdated and not very intuitive, especially for new users. Navigating between different sections or correcting submitted expenses can take more time than expected. A more modern and user-friendly design would definitely improve the experience. Another area is occasional glitches or slow performance, particularly when uploading receipts or syncing data on the mobile app. This can be frustrating when trying to submit expenses quickly while on the go. Additionally, the process of editing or resubmitting rejected claims could be more streamlined. At times, it feels slightly complicated and requires multiple steps to make small corrections. Lastly, better integration and faster syncing with corporate card transactions would be helpful, as delays sometimes cause mismatches or require manual intervention. Overall, while SAP Concur is a powerful tool, improvements in usability, speed, and smoother workflows would make it even more efficient and user-friendly.

**What problems is SAP Concur solving and how is that benefiting you?**

SAP Concur effectively and efficiently manages expense reimbursements, simplifying the capture and categorization of expenses with real-time tracking and automation, reducing errors, ensuring fast approvals, and organizing the entire process.

 ### 46. Great option

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Sports | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 17, 2026

**What do you like best about SAP Concur?**

SAP Concur makes it easy to track and manage expenses in one place. I like that receipts can be uploaded directly through the app, which saves time and keeps everything organized. The approval workflows are helpful, especially for businesses that need structured expense reporting. It also integrates well with accounting systems, which helps streamline bookkeeping and reimbursement processes.

**What do you dislike about SAP Concur?**

The interface can feel a bit outdated and not very intuitive for new users. There is definitely a learning curve, especially when setting up reports or navigating approvals. Sometimes the system can be slow or require multiple steps to complete simple tasks. Customization can also be limited depending on your organization’s setup.

**What problems is SAP Concur solving and how is that benefiting you?**

SAP Concur helps keep all expense tracking organized and reduces the need for manual data entry. It makes it easier to manage receipts, submit reports, and track reimbursements. This saves time and improves accuracy, especially for businesses handling frequent expenses or travel-related costs.

 ### 47. Streamlined Expense Coding, But Needs Usability Enhancements to labels

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Neil G. | Manager - Channel Insights & Automation, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 17, 2026

**What do you like best about SAP Concur?**

I appreciate that SAP Concur makes it easy to code expenses to different project or cost centers. It's quite a simple way to do so. I also love the new enhancement that has you tag specific team members that were at a lunch or work event and you paid the bill. Added accountability that you didn't spend a huge bill on yourself but rather paid for the team. The travel booking feature is also convenient as it considers all available options approved by our company's corporate travel policy. I like the reminders to finish up receipts, which help so I don't forget them, along with the capability for fast payment to credit card companies. I love that SAP Concur comes with TripIt, a very valuable tool for travel planning and watching the travel itinerary. It's great for putting in meetings, restaurants, and hotels in the calendar at the appropriate time zone and informs when travel is delayed or when a hotel is in an unsafe area, allowing for rebooking to a more suitable hotel. The transition from our old e.Expense system to SAP Concur was very slick, with no issues during the transition.

**What do you dislike about SAP Concur?**

I feel like it's a bit much for new users and it could be more user friendly in all the labels of how to perform those tasks. The average person that's a brand new hire to a company would really struggle in figuring out how to code expenses. Also, sometimes it can get taxes wrong and it doesn't really give me the option to correct the tax problem on a receipt. It will then flow to another team for the correction before heading to my approval chain.

**What problems is SAP Concur solving and how is that benefiting you?**

SAP Concur makes coding expenses to different projects simple and facilitates easy travel booking, aligned with corporate policies.

 ### 48. Streamlines Expense Management, Needs Interface Tweaks

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Saidheeraj M. | Associate AI/ML instructor, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 10, 2026

**What do you like best about SAP Concur?**

I really value the convenience SAP Concur offers in managing work-related expenses. Storing everything digitally and organizing expenses as they occur makes the reporting process manageable and lessens the chances of losing important information. The system's clear tracking of submitted reports, allowing me to easily see when an expense report has been submitted, approved, or processed for reimbursement, provides great transparency. I find the receipt management feature particularly useful as it lets me upload or attach receipts directly to expense entries, which keeps everything organized for submission. The expense report tracking and approval workflow is also fantastic; it allows me to monitor the status of my submitted reports, giving me visibility throughout the approval stages. The automatic expense categorization and policy checks guide me toward selecting the correct expense types, which helps reduce errors and ensures reports align with company policies.

**What do you dislike about SAP Concur?**

While SAP Concur is helpful overall, there are a few aspects that could be improved. One issue is that the interface can sometimes feel a bit cluttered, which may make it harder to quickly find certain options when creating or editing an expense report. New users might need some time to become familiar with where different features are located. Another area that could be improved is the process of editing or correcting submitted expenses. If a mistake is made, going back and adjusting certain details can require several steps. Streamlining this process and making navigation more intuitive would make the overall experience more efficient for users.

**What problems is SAP Concur solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use SAP Concur to manage work-related expenses and travel. It eliminates manual steps, organizes receipts, ensures policy compliance, and provides clear reimbursement tracking, making the process transparent and efficient.

 ### 49. Really Helpful for College Students to Excel Academically

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Arpan A. | Co Head, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 16, 2026

**What do you like best about SAP Concur?**

The Mobile App: It’s very easy to snap a photo of a receipt and have it automatically uploaded and "read" by the system (OCR technology).
• Automation: It tracks mileage and expense reports quickly, which saves a lot of manual data entry.
• Integration: It connects well with other tools like SAP ERP or travel booking sites to keep everything in one place.

**What do you dislike about SAP Concur?**

User Interface: The desktop version can feel a bit dated and clunky compared to modern apps.
• Approval Workflow: Sometimes the "pathway" an expense takes to get approved can be confusing or get stuck.
• Rigidness: It can be very picky about receipt quality, sometimes rejecting photos that seem clear.

**What problems is SAP Concur solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It solves the problem of losing track of paper receipts for project supplies. When buying hardware components, microcontrollers, or motors for university competitions, I can just snap a picture of the receipt through the app. The benefit is that it significantly speeds up the reimbursement process from the school's administration, so I'm not waiting months to get my money back.

 ### 50. Streamlined Expense Management with Room for UI Improvement

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dewesh P. | Cyber Security Engineer, Computer & Network Security, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 16, 2026

**What do you like best about SAP Concur?**

I really like how SAP Concur centralizes travel and expense management in one platform. Submitting expenses and uploading receipts is fairly straightforward once you get used to it. It's great that it integrates with corporate cards because that reduces manual data entry and makes expense tracking easier. Having travel bookings and expense reports in the same platform makes management much easier. The corporate card integration is particularly helpful because most transactions are imported automatically, so I just need to review them, attach the receipt, and submit the report instead of entering everything manually.

**What do you dislike about SAP Concur?**

One thing that could be improved is the user interface, which sometimes feels a bit outdated and not very intuitive for new users. Certain tasks like editing expense entries or attaching receipts can take more steps than expected. Occasionally, the system also feels slow when loading reports or switching between sections, which can make the process a bit frustrating for me.

**What problems is SAP Concur solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use SAP Concur for travel and expense reporting, which organizes everything in one place. It eliminates manual tracking of expenses and receipts, helping with policy compliance and speeding up reimbursements.
