Very user-friendly program. It allows the administrator to set up what information is required and what limitations is essential for your specific organization. What do you dislike about SAP Concur? The layout of the expense library is poorly set up. Our staff sometimes have difficulty looking for their previous expense report. What problems is SAP Concur solving and how is that benefiting you? 90% of our staff incurred business expenses so Concur allows us to streamline the process in getting them processed and paid timely.
