I find it hard to use the search functionality in Air. I wish it was more streamlined, allowing me to not only find files but also show their exact location within subboards or folders. I don't like how Animaker had placed in 2-minute export limit, it used to be unlimited, such as uploading, it was unlimited too with a generous limit of 25GB, now sadly downgraded to 2GB for free plans. There are not too many things that I have found challenging with Bynder. However, there are some times where it lags and I will have to refresh my page. The audio editing process isn't as intuitive as the video editing process. I also think the AI features aren't quite there yet. They're only useful for a few things like removing filler words, but other tasks like adding or changing backgrounds or fixing people's eyes have been inconsistent. My reference point is Canva, one of the video platforms I work with, and its strength lies in its diverse range of templates. While Vyond has a rich template library, I still struggle to find what I need easily. I've also tried creating templates using AI, but the rework is similar to creating them from scratch. Synthesia’s biggest drawback? The avatars still don’t feel fully human. Sure, they’re getting better, but there’s something a little off—something robotic that you just can’t ignore. And when you’re delivering safety training, especially on life-or-death topics like fatal incident prevention, that artificial vibe gets in the way. People pick up on it. There’s another thing: the credit system. It’s rigid. If you don’t use all your credits in a month, they just disappear. No rollover, no flexibility. That’s tough in consulting, where some months you need a ton of training videos, and other times you’re out in the field or focusing on investigations. One month, I might need 20 videos for a client launch; the next, maybe just a few. Watching unused credits vanish feels like you’re being penalized for the unpredictable pace of real work.

Honestly, if Synthesia let credits carry over—even if they just let you bank two months’ worth—it would make a world of difference. It’d fit so much better with how consultants actually work. What I like least about Meshy AI is that, while it does a great job turning a picture into a 3D file, it can sometimes add extra details or miss certain details from the original image. That said, this is something to be expected with any photo-to-model AI software, especially when interpreting complex or partially obscured forms. Even with this limitation, Meshy AI remains a strong and valuable tool, and the minor inconsistencies are usually easy to refine with a bit of cleanup or iteration. Our slack used to be a flurry of content requests between the sales and marketing teams. Masset has drastically reduced the back and forth on finding digital content for our sales team. I don't really have any dislikes at this point. We have evolved our use over the past few years to get things to run the way we need them to. One of the major disadvantage of using Loom software is that it does not provide all video editing tools it has limited sets of feature like video trimming adding subtitles or captions etc but for complete audio mixing and videos splitting or merging we are forced to use third party softwares and this intensifies the process and take a lot of time. I don't have any real complaints so far. The custom domain feature appears to be quite useful, and I've tried it with Amazon S3. It would be even better if there were more integrations available, such as with Cloudflare R2.
