I find it hard to use the search functionality in Air. I wish it was more streamlined, allowing me to not only find files but also show their exact location within subboards or folders. what my dislike of Animaker is that there is very few characters to choose from for free like the teenagers. It used to be over 2 minutes that you can create free content but now it is limited to 2 minutes. Also to create your own character as far as the children and teenagers you have to upgrade. Some of the administrative features can be quite hard to intuitively understand if they cause conflicting results. Fx. if metadata options are hidden for certain groups it may or may not conflict with another group and the only way of knowing is to live test or reach out to customer success manager which slows down the configuration process. I would prefer having a desktop version of the software instead of relying solely on the web-based application. Similar to Dropbox, I believe this would help improve accessibility and performance, as the current loading time for Canto is quite slow and can sometimes cause inconvenience for end users. As someone who is working with images regularly, I find Canto extremely helpful in making it easier to search and organize visuals. However, the process of uploading images from Dropbox — which we currently use, tends to be quite time-consuming. It often feels slow and can be challenging when time is critical. 1. The pre-existing templates needs to be checked by the team on a regular basis and improvise or increase the inventory of it.

2. The Modern avatars do have limited customization compared to the traditional characters, like the lipstick colors, shoe styles, hair styles and body types.

3. I guess integrating a higher or better version of AI in text to video generation feature would bring fantastic results. I am sure the team is working on it though.

4. If you can add a tool like AI Prompt writer, which will assist us in refining prompts specifically for Vyond video/text generation, that would be an absolute show. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Vyond has been immensely helpful in decreasing the video creation time for me. Because it is creating it for me just with the help of few words I am giving out to the AI, and then i just need to adjust and give it final touches as required. Boom! my work is done!

It was very easy for me in terms of using the same branded backgrounds for my videos. It is possible because we can actually save a background as a template.

I wish that you could download a SCORM files as a creator. My company isn't large enough to qualify for the Enterprise plan, so it's a bit unfair that I pay for the more expensive plan I can get while not being able to use all the features.

I also wish that you could see a selection pane for each scene so I can hide or show one or more objects at a time; I often have to create several layers of visuals for the final product and if I ever have to make adjustment to the bottom layer, I have to move every single shape/text box, then make sure I move them back into place.

Lastly, a lot of the AI voices need pronunciation help. You can fix some of the issues by adding pronunciations or using commas/ellipses, but it difficult to inject excitement and tone into the script. Synthesia is allowing us to create professional training content without having to hire designers and engineers. We used to spend a lot of time trying to get the perfect voice recording for training videos and that gave it a "homemade" feel, so being able to create AI and high quality graphics saves us a lot of time. I don't like Google and don't like their Chrome broswer as well as Safari. It's slower and all of my extensive bookmarks are on Safari. Steve.ai does work best with Chrome and that is now what I'm using until Apple (if they ever do) makes good on their browser use.

I'm also us9ing GoPlus as my website software and it works best with Safari but still has issues where I also use Chrome.

Things are getting really complicated and for a casual user, good luck. Steve.ai still works extremely well on the Chrome broswser so I have nothing bad to say about the Steve.ai software. Just be patient and document as best you can what issues (if any) you are facing.

Steve.ai customer support is the best and probably due to where the support team is based. From what I understand, Steve.ai is new, AI is new, and this is a US based company even though support is handled outside the US. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Our slack used to be a flurry of content requests between the sales and marketing teams. Masset has drastically reduced the back and forth on finding digital content for our sales team. It's definitely increased the quantity and quality of the content our sales team shares since it is so easy to find and readily available to them. One of the things I don't like about Dash is the speed. It's quite slow on some very important days. Another one is the lack of ability to talk inside Dash or make comments much like Asana. I don't really have any dislikes at this point. We have evolved our use over the past few years to get things to run the way we need them to. By centralising our product data with Plytix we no longer have to worry about our data being incorrect on the various brand websites we run. Before Plytix each site and channel was a manual update. Sometimes it won't select the specific required window on Figma. Also, at least they should have given basic features for editing the captured screen recordings. I know this is an image editing tool, but while modifying the GIF, if i want to highlight the specific part the way we do it for images, we have to change it through Camtasia, then convert it to GIF. As a documentation writer (Technical Writer) i have to use Snagit daily to capture the screens and GIF files. It provides almost all the features to edit the images without changing their quality. Also, we can duplicate the source file of the images and make the changes as required directly on the Snagit editor window. We can save the output in multiple format. If needed, we snagit can scale down the image size. The feature i loved is the selection of the image and smooth pasting process, because of it, we can edit the image so fast and smoothly. The days of manually transcribing videos or repeatedly rerecording to fix mispronounced words and awkward silences are over. With Loom's edit by transcript tool, I can now edit my videos just by highlighting and deleting the words or sentences I want to remove in the automatically generated transcript. I find the automatic tags feature to be somewhat lacking because they are only available in English. It would be more beneficial if they were available in my native language. Additionally, it would be great if the AI could generate more tags by recognizing the content of images and automatically apply the same tags to similar assets, as this would further speed up and simplify the process of organizing and retrieving files. The biggest issue we have come across using Stockpress is regarding the upload links. I wish that there were upload templates with automatic tagging for when we have external users. This would save us a ton of time in terms of organization. I'm also so glad that they added on facial recognition, but there have been shortcomings. The other thing I would love is to have default sort settings that the user can set--such as defaulting to most recent files first for all users. With the way that we implemented our files from our previous DAM, they don't come in order for some reason. I'm also still getting used to searching for files--sometimes it works just as I want it to and sometimes it doesn't and I'm still trying to figure that out. Stockpress getting facial recognition is a HUGE upgrade for us! It was something we were using a ton on our previous DAM and will definitely make it easy to find files of specific people. There is still some work that needs to be done to get it more cleaned up and there is also some shortcomings in the system with regards to disability. This is beyond Stockpress' scope, but it is important for me to mention in my review because as a disability organization, it's very frustrating to run into this issue.
