I don't like how Animaker had placed in 2-minute export limit, it used to be unlimited, such as uploading, it was unlimited too with a generous limit of 25GB, now sadly downgraded to 2GB for free plans. There are not too many things that I have found challenging with Bynder. However, there are some times where it lags and I will have to refresh my page. One feature I think will be very helpful to add is to be able to print right on the system instead of having to download an asset and print that way. Bynder allows all assets to be in one place and we able to find what you are looking for. Bynder allows our team to easily search for assets that span across multiple business lines. We are able to store everything together and know that it is the one source of the truth. We have many different teams that will be using Bynder, such as regulatory, product specialist, and sales. They will all have access to Bynder and be able to look for what they need and self serve however they please. One area where I see strong potential for improvement is in the video-to-text workflow and how stock media is integrated into the final output. The current system tends to rely heavily on talking-head visuals, which means creators still have to manually search for and insert stock footage to add visual variety and reinforce the message. A more automated, context-aware approach would make this feature even more powerful. For example, automatically mixing in relevant stock clips based on keywords, tone, or section breaks in the generated text would help balance talking-head segments with supporting visuals. This would reduce manual editing time and make the final videos feel more dynamic and intentional right out of the first render. With a tighter blend of scripted content and stock visuals, the video-to-text feature could move from being a strong starting point to a nearly production-ready solution, especially for creators producing content in batches or on tight timelines. I would like to be able to trim the video once generated and remove the dead time at the end, after the audio finishes. I would like to be able to remove the pauses that occur in the transitions between different parts of the video. I would like to be able to do dubbing directly from my video generated in Synthesia, without having to download and re-upload it. Our slack used to be a flurry of content requests between the sales and marketing teams. Masset has drastically reduced the back and forth on finding digital content for our sales team. It's definitely increased the quantity and quality of the content our sales team shares since it is so easy to find and readily available to them. There's a lack of download tracking where assets have been published with a link which allows the user to download them directly (instead of first being landed on a Dash landing page). As this is the best way for us to serve our assets to our users, it means we have no download count for these assets. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Before Dash, we didn't have any DAM product in our tech stack, and versioning and publishing content was more manual. We had different storage locations for published assets, and it was impossible to operate versioning or controlled publishing before we took on Dash. We looked for about 2 years before settling on Plytix. We were concerned about programs that were overly complicated and difficult to use. The Plytix team did a great job onboarding us, and we've really enjoyed the product. It has been one of the best things we've done as far as SAAS partnerships. Honestly, I don’t have any major dislikes. The tool performs exactly as expected, and updates have consistently improved functionality without disrupting workflow. If anything, I sometimes wish there were even more editing features built directly into the app, but the existing feature set is more than sufficient for my needs. Snagit helps streamline communication between departments by allowing me to quickly create clear, visual explanations—whether it’s screenshots annotated with instructions, short videos that demonstrate system issues to developers, or documentation for end users.

The biggest benefit is efficiency. Instead of typing long explanations, I can capture a quick video or image and share it instantly. The Text Grab feature also reduces manual typing when dealing with systems that don’t allow text selection, which saves a surprising amount of time over the course of a week. I don't have any real complaints so far. The custom domain feature appears to be quite useful, and I've tried it with Amazon S3. It would be even better if there were more integrations available, such as with Cloudflare R2. Having access to a custom domain could be a strong reason to upgrade, but at the moment, it's only offered starting from the Pro tier, which feels a bit too expensive for individual developers. The customization features feel a bit rigid and set in their ways. I’d really like more freedom and flexibility in that area, so I can tailor things more to my preferences.
