AN
"Stockpress has been a game‑changer for our business."
What do you like best about Stockpress?

We were looking for a digital asset management platform that was powerful, intuitive, and scalable and Stockpress has exceeded every expectation.

The functionality is outstanding - organising, searching, and sharing assets is fast and seamless, and the interface is clean enough that our whole network adopted it with virtually no onboarding. The ability to invite unlimited users has been a huge advantage for us. It means everybody can access what they need without us worrying about limits or escalating costs.

On top of that, the value for money is exceptional. Compared to other DAM solutions we evaluated, Stockpress delivers enterprise‑level capability without the enterprise‑level price tag.

Overall, Stockpress has streamlined our workflows, improved collaboration, and given us a central hub for all our digital assets. We’re genuinely impressed and would recommend it to anybody looking for a flexible, modern DAM solution. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Stockpress?

Nothing so far, any issues/suggestions we've had has been raised with Ian, he's jumped onto it and provided a solution for us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Ian Parkes of Stockpress

This is an incredible review — thank you for taking the time to share it.

Hearing “game-changer” alongside powerful, intuitive, and scalable is exactly what we hope teams experience, so it’s great to see that come through so clearly. The fact your wider network adopted it with virtually no onboarding is especially meaningful — that’s when you know the product is really working.

We’re also really glad the unlimited users model is making a difference. Being able to invite everyone without worrying about limits or rising costs is a big part of how we think access should work.

Your point on value for money means a lot too. Delivering that level of capability without the typical complexity or cost is something we’re very intentional about.

And it’s great to hear how this is playing out in practice — from supporting your dealer network with easy access to assets, to AI search helping people find what they need quickly, to pre-set download formats saving time for teams under pressure.

We also really appreciate the note on feedback and collaboration. Being able to respond quickly and work through ideas together is something we care deeply about.

Thanks again for such a thoughtful review — we’re really glad Stockpress is making a difference for your team.

"A scalable platform for secure collaboration across large stakeholder groups"
What do you like best about Stockpress?

What I value most about Stockpress is how easily it enables collaboration at scale without adding administrative or licensing complexity. The ability to include unlimited users removes common access bottlenecks and allows teams to focus on getting work done.

The guest upload functionality has been especially helpful. It makes it easy for internal teams and external contributors to share assets through controlled upload pages, preserving governance while keeping participation simple.

Tagging assets at the point of upload has also delivered clear efficiency gains. A small amount of upfront organization makes content easier to find and reuse later, saving time and ensuring important assets don’t get lost. Overall, Stockpress supports structured, secure collaboration without slowing teams down. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Stockpress?

There are relatively few downsides. For teams that are new to structured digital asset management, there can be a short adjustment period to build consistent habits around tagging and organization. However, this is more about change management than platform limitations, and the payoff in efficiency quickly outweighs the upfront effort. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Ian Parkes of Stockpress

This is such a thoughtful perspective — thank you for taking the time to share it.

It’s great to hear how Stockpress is supporting collaboration at scale without adding complexity. That balance is something we think about a lot, especially when teams are working across large stakeholder groups. Removing access bottlenecks with unlimited users while keeping things structured is exactly what we’re aiming for.

We’re also really glad the guest upload functionality is proving useful. Making it easy for contributors to add assets—without losing control or governance—is a key part of keeping workflows moving without creating extra overhead.

Your point on tagging at upload is spot on too. That small bit of upfront organization making everything easier to find and reuse later is a big unlock for most teams.

And we appreciate the way you’ve framed the “downside.” You’re right—there can be a short adjustment when moving toward more structured asset management, but it’s great to hear the long-term efficiency gains are outweighing that early effort.

Thanks again for such a detailed and considered review — we’re really glad Stockpress is helping your team collaborate more effectively.

"The right kind of service for the right kind of price!"
What do you like best about Stockpress?

I love that it's very initutive and easy to use. I also like their FAQ's and if I have a more complex question, my emails are always met with kindness and helpfulness. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Stockpress?

Nothing really. The UI could be a little prettier but I'm honestly not complaining. It's great. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Ian Parkes of Stockpress

This was such a great read—thank you for taking the time to share it.

It’s especially nice to hear that the experience has felt intuitive from the start, and that when things do get a bit more complex, the support team has been there in a helpful (and human) way. That balance really matters to us.

Your use case is a perfect example of where things can get… unnecessarily complicated, fast. Shipping hard drives, managing huge files across different systems, trying to guide non-technical teammates through it all—it adds up quickly. Being able to move that entire process into one shared space, where people can review, tag, and collaborate without friction, is exactly what Stockpress is built for.

Also appreciate the note on pricing. We’ve always believed that teams shouldn’t have to jump through hoops—or commit to huge costs—just to get something that works well for them.

And on the UI… fair feedback 🙂 It’s something we’re always looking to refine, so it’s good to know where we can keep improving.

Really glad to hear Stockpress has helped bring this project together for you. Sounds like a big one.

"Effortless Photo Management with Seamless Integrations"
What do you like best about Stockpress?

I use Stockpress to store and label photos, and I really appreciate its integration with WordPress for our website, which helps keep dates, photographers, and tags labeled efficiently. What I like most is the AI image recognition feature. Sometimes, I only remember visual elements such as someone wearing purple or the location, but not the specifics like when or by whom it was taken, and this feature helps a lot. I also enjoy the integration with WordPress, the permissions system, and tagging capabilities. Although I haven't tried it yet, I'm excited about the new Canva integration. Setting it up was very easy for our team of about 15 people. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Stockpress?

You have to upgrade to give 3rd party users permission for viewing vs downloading photos. The software is pretty affordable, but I wish you could do this with any paid plan. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Ian Parkes of Stockpress

There’s a lot in here we really appreciate Jessica.

It’s great to hear how you’re using Stockpress day-to-day, especially with WordPress. Keeping things like dates, photographers, and tags connected and easy to work with is such an important part of making content usable, not just stored. And your example of searching by visual cues (like “someone wearing purple”) is exactly where AI recognition is meant to shine, so it’s great to hear that’s helping in a real way.

We also appreciate you calling out permissions, tagging, and the ease of setup for your team — getting 15 people up and running quickly is no small thing. And we’re excited for you to try the Canva integration too, it’s a fun one.

On the permissions point for third-party users — thank you for raising that. It’s really helpful feedback, and we understand how important that level of control can be when sharing assets externally.

And your use case brings it all together nicely: storing, labeling, searching, and sharing photos in a way that actually works for your team and your website. That’s exactly what we’re aiming to support.

Thanks again for taking the time to leave such a detailed and thoughtful review — we really appreciate it.

AN
"The perfect first DAM for small marketing and creative teams struggling to manage assets via folders"
What do you like best about Stockpress?

It has all of the features our team needs (including facial recognition and AI tagging) without the excessively high monthly fees of the corporate/flagship DAMs like Bynder and Canto. It is also fast and very well designed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Stockpress?

No negatives so far, after using Stockpress for about a month. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Ian Parkes of Stockpress

This is such a thoughtful review—there’s a lot in here that really gets to the heart of why teams start looking for a DAM in the first place.

Great to hear that Stockpress is hitting that balance of having the features you actually need (like facial recognition and AI tagging), without the overhead and pricing that often comes with more traditional systems. That’s something we care a lot about—making DAM accessible for teams doing the work, not just the ones with big budgets.

Your use case around parental consent is especially important. Managing permissions, expirations, and sensitive content responsibly isn’t easy—particularly when things change over time. It’s exactly why features like expiration dates, tagging, and facial recognition are designed to work together, so you’re not relying on memory or manual processes to stay compliant.

And the findability piece really resonates. So many teams don’t realize how much value is sitting in their existing content until they can actually find it. Moving away from folder trawling to something searchable and structured is a pretty big shift—and usually where things start to click.

Really appreciate you taking the time to share this—especially so early into using Stockpress.

AN
"Amazing support, easy management"
What do you like best about Stockpress?

I feel like it's a wholly different experience than any other digital service offered today. The on-hands support, personal connection, and overall feedback reception from the Stockpress team has made this product so enjoyable. Stockpress pricing is always incredibly favorable to the user, and the 1-1 support makes transferring assets super easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Stockpress?

Sometimes when loading files into Stockpress, and if the browser closes and does not allow me to hit "save" or "save automatically," I often have to restart the upload process. It would be awesome to have at least the items that finished loading in that group save to the folder. But maybe that's already a thing :) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Ian Parkes of Stockpress

Really appreciate this—especially the callout on support and the overall experience. That personal connection is something we care a lot about, so it’s great to hear it’s coming through.

Making it easy to move into Stockpress (without it feeling like a project in itself) is a big part of that too. Asset transfers can be one of those hidden blockers, so knowing the 1:1 support helped there means a lot.

On the upload point—this is super helpful feedback. You’re right in what you’re describing, and we agree it should feel more forgiving if something interrupts the process. There are improvements in this area already in motion, but hearing real-world moments like this helps us prioritize what matters most. Definitely one we’re continuing to refine.

And the filtering piece really hits home. So many teams inherit content that isn’t labeled or structured properly, and the idea isn’t to force a massive cleanup upfront—it’s to make that content usable again as it is. Being able to search visually or with keywords across large, unstructured libraries is exactly where things should start getting easier.

Thanks again for taking the time to share this—really valuable feedback all around.

"Centralized DAM with Outstanding Support and Weekly Improvements"
What do you like best about Stockpress?

Having a centralized dam system is essential for our workflow and client needs. Their customer service is second to none, they take all feedback and needs seriously, working it into their sprints as soon as they can and launching new features weekly that meet their consumer's needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Stockpress?

There isn't anything I dislike about Stockpress. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Ian Parkes of Stockpress

We really appreciate this review. Your point about a centralized DAM being essential to your workflow and client needs gets right to why Stockpress exists.

We’re especially grateful for your comments about support and product development. Taking feedback seriously and turning it into meaningful improvements is a big part of how we work, so it means a lot to hear that’s coming through. And yes, the product is always evolving — often in ways shaped directly by conversations with customers.

It’s also great to hear how you’re using Stockpress across both clients and creatives — from giving clients one place to access projects, to making uploads easier for your creative team. That kind of connected workflow is exactly what we hope to support.

And hearing there isn’t anything you dislike… we’ll take that too 😊

Thanks again for taking the time to leave a review and for being part of the journey with us.

"Exactly what we needed"
What do you like best about Stockpress?

I really appreciate how easy it is to use and how quickly our team was able to get comfortable with it. Implementation was effortless because the platform is so intuitive to use. The customer support has been especially impressive (thanks Jess and Ian). They’re always quick to respond and very helpful. We investigated other DAMs but Stockpress stood out as the best for all of our needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Stockpress?

There isn’t much I dislike so far. Anything that has come up has been minor and resolved quickly. And, honestly, the things that have come up were on my wish list and Stockpress accommodated everything I asked for. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Ian Parkes of Stockpress

Thanks so much for taking the time to share this — it really means a lot to us.

Making Stockpress easy to get started with (and easy to stick with) has always been a big part of what we care about, so it’s great to hear your team felt comfortable quickly and that implementation felt effortless. That’s exactly what we aim for.

We also really appreciate the kind words about support — we’re glad we could help along the way, and it’s lovely to hear we stood out when you were comparing other DAMs.

Bringing thousands of photos into one place and making them genuinely easy to find is a huge win, so we’re pleased Stockpress is doing the job there. Thanks again for the thoughtful review — we’re excited to keep building alongside you.

"Modernized Our Content Organization"
What do you like best about Stockpress?

I love the face ID feature in Stockpress because it makes sorting photos and videos by subject so much easier and saves our communications team a lot of time. It allows us to quickly find photos of people in one search, and once it identifies a person, it continues to find that person, reducing the need for manual tagging. Also, the initial setup of Stockpress was so easy! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Stockpress?

Uploading assets can be a little time-consuming to do correctly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Ian Parkes of Stockpress

Thank you so much for sharing this — “modernized our content organization” is a great way to put it.

It’s great to hear the face ID feature is making such a difference for your team. Being able to find people quickly without relying on manual tagging is exactly the kind of time-saving we hope to deliver, especially for communications teams working with large volumes of photos and videos. And we’re really glad the initial setup felt easy — getting started shouldn’t be a heavy lift.

We also appreciate the feedback on uploading. That’s a really important part of the experience, and it’s helpful to hear where things can feel a bit more time-consuming than they should.

And your point about moving away from complex folder structures toward something more searchable is spot on. When assets are easier to organize and find, everything else tends to move a bit faster.

Thanks again for taking the time to leave such a thoughtful review — we’re really glad Stockpress is helping your team.

"Affordable and easy-to-use digital asset management"
What do you like best about Stockpress?

We've been using Stockpress for just over a year and switched from a different DAM system that had raised its price and was no longer in our budget range. I researched different DAM tools and decided on Stockpress because it met our needs and was affordable. Stockpress allows us to easily store and organize our photography/videography archives, set up accounts for contract photographers/videographers to upload directly to our Stockpress account, set up accounts for staff members to access photography, and share photography with the public, media, etc. with password protected links. Stockpress has been a valuable tool for us at the right price and we look forward to continuing to use it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Stockpress?

There's nothing I currently dislike about Stockpress. Everything has been working great for us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Ian Parkes of Stockpress

Thank you for such a thoughtful review — we really appreciate you sharing this.

It’s great to hear that Stockpress hit the right balance of features and affordability for your team, especially after pricing changes elsewhere. We built Stockpress to be genuinely usable without enterprise pricing, so feedback like this really matters.

We’re also glad the workflows around contract photographers, staff access, and public/media sharing are working well for you. Making it easy to collaborate with external creators and confidently share assets with the right people is exactly what Stockpress is designed for.

And hearing that everything has been working smoothly over the past year is the best feedback we could ask for. Thanks again for choosing Stockpress — we’re excited to keep supporting your team as you grow.
