
I had Apple broswer issues that Apple created. Steve.ai support helped me to use Chrome to download videos and get them to work properly. Apple didn't and still needs to come clean on their software and operating chips. I also have probelms using Safari via Apple on other software so I know its not just Steve.ai that is at fault.
It's just that things are now getting really compicated.
I used to be an Apple VAR and have many years of using their products. The state of Apple's propdulcts today is far and above what I consider useable for a person like me. I don't know who they market to but maybe all of the features creates a marketing effort toward using Apple products. It leaves me wondering why they do it. I hate it and don't consider this an increase but rather a decrease in the reason why I continue with Apple. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I don't like Google and don't like their Chrome broswer as well as Safari. It's slower and all of my extensive bookmarks are on Safari. Steve.ai does work best with Chrome and that is now what I'm using until Apple (if they ever do) makes good on their browser use.
I'm also us9ing GoPlus as my website software and it works best with Safari but still has issues where I also use Chrome.
Things are getting really complicated and for a casual user, good luck. Steve.ai still works extremely well on the Chrome broswser so I have nothing bad to say about the Steve.ai software. Just be patient and document as best you can what issues (if any) you are facing.
Steve.ai customer support is the best and probably due to where the support team is based. From what I understand, Steve.ai is new, AI is new, and this is a US based company even though support is handled outside the US. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
