I find ModMed very efficient in reducing the time I spend documenting and presenting detailed medical information. I like the quick way it allows me to chart patient records. The clickable findings, ICD 10 codes, prefilled medication list, and coding E/M features are particularly efficient. I really appreciate that Carepatron integrates all the services I need into one product, like note templates for clinical documentation, billing, scheduling, and an encrypted video platform. Carepatron is easy to use and intuitive, which makes everything a lot less stressful. It's affordable too, which is a big plus. All the features have easy-to-use commands, and there are simple videos available for guidance. This combination makes it quick to learn, streamlines my tasks, and saves me time. What do you like best about EHRYourWay?

Our organization has been working with EHRYW since summer of 2024. I have had consistently positive experiences with EHRYW overall, including communication, problem solving, and customer service. EHRYW was very helpful in the implementation process, ensuring that we had ample time and space to ask questions and explore the new environment. Additionally, since we’ve rolled out, we have been very happy with the customer experience - the support staff always responds to my many questions or requests quickly and professionally. Regardless of the individual addressing our support tickets, everyone has been very helpful in investigating back-end things, fixing bugs and providing context so that I can better conceptualize the EHR environment which has been really helpful in thinking through ways we can further customize to meet our needs. Recently, I was working on a ticket with a support member who let me know that the system did not have the functionality to support my request, but he also provided some alternative ideas to my original request, which allowed us to meet our needs in a different way - just a way I wouldn’t have thought of without the collaboration. What do you dislike about EHRYourWay?

As with all EHRs, there are limitations - though I will say that the team is always seeking opportunities to further develop and improve systems and functions - and they also solicit feedback from users to better understand customer needs, etc. Clients have reported varied feedback about the client portal, but it is difficult to determine if that is user error, access issues (such as inconsistent internet access) or truly feedback that belongs with the EHR itself. What do you like best about ClinicMind?

I like how tasks go to specific work benches and the ability to do medication refills, which our previous EHR didn't have. The interface is simple enough, making it easier to use. Being able to refill patient meds from ClinicMind's system saves a lot of time and adds to my autonomy as a nurse. What do you dislike about ClinicMind?

Not being able to route a flex note to a provider and have them respond by routing back to you. Also, it would be nice to have certain nursing assessments built into ClinicMind, like a DISCUS exam. Not being able to have more than one patient's chart open at the same time. It will cut down the time and the number of clicks if a flex note/nursing documentation can be routed to a provider and have the provider respond and route back to the nurse. Built-in nursing assessments make it easy and seamless and timely. Right now, these assessments are done on paper and then scanned into the patient's chart, sometimes not the same day. Billing & Hours = More Headaches

While Opus has made some processes smoother, billing therapists and tracking hours has actually gotten trickier. What used to be simple now takes a bit more clicking, guessing, and double-checking.

Calendar Learning Curve

The online calendar has a unique style—which is a nice way of saying it took a minute (or several) to get the hang of. Once we adjusted, it was manageable, but the transition wasn’t exactly intuitive.

Insurance & Billing Setup Woes

Unfortunately, the initial setup by the Opus team missed the mark. Insurance and billing info was entered incorrectly, which meant we had to go in and manually fix client details ourselves—not exactly the time-saver we were hoping for.

However, the OPUS team has been superb in making sure our questions have been answered, our needs were met, and our "needs a little work moments" were as few as possible. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Opus solving and how is that benefiting you?

Opus is helping streamline a lot of the daily admin tasks that used to eat up time and energy. Things like and using the chat feature are now way more efficient and accessible. What do you like best about ECP?

ECP is very user friendly for both staff, administrators, and HR. Our implementation process had it's troubles but I recieved awesome support. Our implementation Specialist, Nick Munden gave quick responses, had amazing attetion to detail, and really went above and beyond in several ways. We use ECP daily for all of our EMAR needs. ECP has tons of features that really allow you to customize it to fit your communites needs. When we switched to ECP getting everyone familiar to a new system took some training but overall the integration process was not too labor intensive. Our staff were able to catch on quickly to this. What do you dislike about ECP?

ECP could improve the bowel monitoring process. There is not really anything in place currently to be able to quickly see who has not had a BM in x amount of days. This would be a huge benfit to our staff and residents. Additionally a "911 quick print" button would be very helpful for emergency situations. Using Epic, I was able to see all the information when it comes to patient records. It also provides good management of patient medications and prescriptions, and it gives me the opportunity to also verify insurance eligibility while scheduling.

All that I need is in EPIC, I can also see patient referral and faxed them using EPIC.

One thing I don’t really love is that, at times, the platform can feel a bit overwhelming for new users because there are so many features and navigation options.

EPIC is very good and reliable overall, but improving and simplifying certain workflows could make some tasks faster and easier for us.
