“Intuitive and Comprehensive Solution for Private Practice”
What do you like best about Carepatron?

This software is intuitive and easy to navigate, even for someone who typically struggles with other EHRs. It covers everything I need for my practice, including online bookings, client messaging, form creation and online completion, online payments, video conferencing, and billing. I am able to integrate my own forms, use pre-made templates, or create from scratch on the platform. Since I do not accept insurance, I haven't had the opportunity to try out that particular feature. Getting started and setting up the system was straightforward. So far, customer support has been excellent—I’ve used the AI assistant for a few simple questions and have also emailed support, always receiving a prompt response. I have been using this software daily in my private practice since I started with it six months ago. And it is very affordable - starting with a free option as I was just getting the practice set up and testing it out. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Carepatron?

Carepatron offers clients the ability to send "messages" as well as create "notes." In my opinion, this could be confusing for clients, since these are two different features that might appear similar at first glance. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Carepatron solving and how is that benefiting you?

It keeps my entire practice management in one place - scheduling, billing, telehealth, and documentaiton. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“Enhances Dermatology Workflow, Some Setup Hurdles”
What do you like best about ModMed?

I find ModMed incredibly useful for quickly reviewing patient charts, which is essential in my dermatology practice. The ease of chart review, especially using the visual body feature, allows me to efficiently assess and compare patient photos from previous to current visits. This capability is particularly valuable as it provides on-the-fly information, which is crucial when I'm out of the office and need to reference patient records. I love the integration with Apple devices, enhancing my interaction and accessibility with the software. The ability to create stickies for counseling and recommendations facilitates efficient documentation and communication, streamlining my workflow significantly. Additionally, the easily added phrases feature helps in inserting common statements quickly, making chart management more efficient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ModMed?

I find incorporating attachments into ModMed cumbersome, and embedding them directly into the chart for consultants is not as seamless as I would like. The lack of a hyperlink feature within the body of notes to link directly to corresponding photos or written impressions adds unnecessary complexity to workflow. I also feel that the area reserved for important patient details like allergies, blood thinner use, and other critical information is not prominently displayed, which could improve through a more visible interface. The absence of color-coding for different types of visits also reduces the clarity in the schedule and could enhance organization. Searching for other HISP direct mail users and their addresses isn't as intuitive as expected. It would be beneficial if ModMed could support dot phrases similar to those in Epic, allowing for more efficient shorthand note-taking. The limited functionality of native phrases in EMA, and the inability to copy or utilize phrases from others, further restricts efficiency. Lastly, the transition to using ModMed was made difficult by the lack of adequate time with experts. The promised expert guidance was insufficient, making the setup process more challenging than necessary. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is ModMed solving and how is that benefiting you?

I use ModMed for ease of chart review, accessing information while out of the office, and quick comparisons with visual body features. It allows inserting easy phrases and notes, enhancing my dermatology practice efficiency. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“User-Friendly EHR With Excellent Support”
What do you like best about EHR Your Way?

What I like most about EHR YOUR WAY is how user-friendly and straightforward it is. The system is easy to navigate, even for clinicians who are not especially tech-savvy. Documentation, treatment plans, and billing are organized in a way that makes sense clinically, which saves time and reduces frustration. Customer support has also been responsive and helpful whenever questions come up. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about EHR Your Way?

Some features could benefit from minor updates or additional customization options, and certain processes can feel a bit manual at times. However, these are small issues and do not significantly impact overall usability or efficiency. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is EHR Your Way solving and how is that benefiting you?

EHR Your Way solves the problem of overly complicated and time-consuming electronic health record systems. It streamlines documentation, treatment planning, and billing into a clear, easy-to-navigate platform, which significantly reduces the administrative burden. This benefits me by saving time, minimizing frustration, and allowing me to focus more on providing quality care to clients rather than managing paperwork or learning complex software. “Excellent software for therapists in private practice”
What do you like best about Practice Better?

Practice better is intuitive, robust, and aesthetically pleasing. With all of their integrations, I am able to run my online therapy practice with ease. I appreciate it compared to competitors because of its customizability and automations. I also love that the creators of PB are committed to evolving and integrating new features and technologies to stay relevant with the times. Highly recommend! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Practice Better?

The only con as a mental health professional was when I started out with PB there was a limited number of forms and support geared toward mental health. However, they have evolved in that area as well, adding many of the forms I initially created on my own. Their customer service is excellent if you ever need support tailoring your PB to your needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Practice Better solving and how is that benefiting you?

I use PB for scheduling, billing, and engaging with patients securely outside of session. I'm able to share documents back and forth, send forms and assessments for clients to fill out, and message with clients through the portal. It's really an all-in-one practice management solution. Original Information
“Opus: The New, The Next Level Technology & The Needs a Little Work”
What do you like best about Opus?

Opus is a well-designed mental health platform that blends clinical usefulness with an intuitive, calming interface. For practitioners, one of the standout features is how effortlessly it handles documentation—notetaking and client tracking is a breeze. The system feels thoughtfully structured, making it easy to stay organized without adding administrative burden.

The platform’s guided programs, mood-tracking tools, and daily check-ins offer practical support for clients, translating emotional patterns into clear insights. Opus also adapts its recommendations over time, providing personalized suggestions rather than one-size-fits-all content.

While Opus is strong overall, there’s still room for refinement. Some users may want more granular customization for symptom or trigger tracking, and the educational content—while helpful—could be deeper in certain areas. Integration with wearables or more robust analytics would also elevate the experience.

Even so, Opus succeeds at what it sets out to do: streamline workflow for professionals while offering clients accessible, evidence-informed support. It’s a reliable, thoughtfully built tool that enhances both therapeutic practice and client engagement. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Opus?

What could be better:

Billing & Hours = More Headaches

While Opus has made some processes smoother, billing therapists and tracking hours has actually gotten trickier. What used to be simple now takes a bit more clicking, guessing, and double-checking.

Calendar Learning Curve

The online calendar has a unique style—which is a nice way of saying it took a minute (or several) to get the hang of. Once we adjusted, it was manageable, but the transition wasn’t exactly intuitive.

Insurance & Billing Setup Woes

Unfortunately, the initial setup by the Opus team missed the mark. Insurance and billing info was entered incorrectly, which meant we had to go in and manually fix client details ourselves—not exactly the time-saver we were hoping for.

However, the OPUS team has been superb in making sure our questions have been answered, our needs were met, and our "needs a little work moments" were as few as possible. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Opus solving and how is that benefiting you?

Opus is helping streamline a lot of the daily admin tasks that used to eat up time and energy. Things like and using the chat feature are now way more efficient and accessible. It’s basically taken some of the chaos out of managing client logistics and made everything feel a little more organized and centralized—which means we can spend more time actually supporting clients and less time wrestling with scheduling or paperwork. “Comprehensive EHR Support With Powerful Features and Excellent Guidance”
What do you like best about ClinicMind?

Aziz at ClinicMind has been incredibly helpful and patient in walking me through exactly how to operate our EHR system. His communication is clear, timely, and easy to follow, and he takes the time to make sure I fully understand each step before moving on. I really appreciate his professionalism and willingness to answer every question, no matter how small. The level of support he provides makes using ClinicMind a smooth and stress-free experience Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ClinicMind?

The biggest challenge with ClinicMind is how complex the system can be, especially when it comes to modifying or changing notes. If you don’t already know where to go in the back end, it can take some time to navigate and figure out the correct steps.

That being said, the support team does an exceptional job of bridging that gap. I can always submit a task request, and they consistently go above and beyond — offering calls, video calls, screenshots, and even recorded walkthroughs that show exactly how to make changes. A quick shout-out to people like Aziz, who has been incredibly patient and helpful throughout this process. His guidance makes the learning curve so much easier to manage.

Overall, while the system is robust and complex, the quality of support goes a long way in making it workable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is ClinicMind solving and how is that benefiting you?

ClinicMind is helping streamline and simplify the documentation side of our practice. The platform gives us flexibility and ease of implementation when creating and maintaining patient notes and files, which saves a significant amount of time and reduces administrative stress. One of the biggest benefits is the wide array of features and integrations ClinicMind offers — it easily communicates with other platforms we use, which keeps everything connected and eliminates double entry. Overall, it allows us to stay organized, document more efficiently, and focus more on patient care rather than paperwork. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“Exceptional EMR Experience with Outstanding Support”
What do you like best about SPRY?

Spry has been the best EMR experience I’ve had as a physical therapist. The platform is clean, intuitive, and flexible enough to handle the unique needs of a cash-based practice. What really sets Spry apart is the level of attention and detail their team brings. Any time I’ve needed help with customization or workflow changes, they’ve been incredibly responsive and willing to work with me to get things exactly how I need them.

Snehal, my customer success manager, has been phenomenal from day one. She listens, communicates clearly, follows up consistently, and truly goes above and beyond to make sure everything runs smoothly. Having someone that reliable and invested in my success has made a massive difference.

If you're considering an EMR that actually supports the way you practice, Spry is the one. Highly recommend. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SPRY?

It would be nice to be able to make customizations myself without relying on the spry team to make changes on the back end, but I believe this will be coming with future updates. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is SPRY solving and how is that benefiting you?

“Powerful, complete practice software with excellent support”
What do you like best about Pabau Practice Management?

Pabau is a very comprehensive practice software that aligns well with cosmetic and medical practices that want to work professionally and grow. The platform combines scheduling, electronic patient records, consent, billing, and automated communication into one system and supports good record-keeping, traceability, and quality assurance.

An important advantage is the helpdesk. Support is easily accessible, actively thinks along, and assists with both technical questions and setting up workflows and onboarding. The support feels involved and solution-oriented. Additionally, there is often room for consultation and accommodations or custom agreements through the account manager or representative, which is pleasant for growth or long-term use.

In summary, Pabau is a powerful and future-proof system with excellent support, provided you set it up consciously and make clear agreements about functionalities and costs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Pabau Practice Management?

A point of attention remains the cost and credit structure. Some functions that feel basic require credits or fall outside the standard package. Therefore, it is important to carefully review in advance what credits are needed for and how they are used, to avoid unexpected costs.

Employees must often work through a checklist when setting up. This sometimes feels a bit forced, but it does ensure that you get the most out of the system.

What would make the system even stronger is built-in monitoring of expiration dates of medication and products. For medical and cosmetic practices, this would be a valuable addition within the quality and safety domain. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“Great For Data and Organization”
What do you like best about Fusion by Ensora Health?

As a speech pathologist, data is key. I love that I see the goals each time I open a note for my session. I love that I can add both a percentage as well as some clarifying notes. I love that there is goal button both on the note and on the appointment so I can look at a graph of when we worked on each goal, see the progression over time and plan my session. This is extremely helpful in a busy practice. It is very easy to schedule and I like that I can prest things, I can set different appointment types and I can color code them! Being a visual person, I love that I can differentiate what appointment is an evaluation, a meeting or a therapy session quickly and easily! I looked at many programs and this one fit all the things that I wanted. In addition, they have been very helpful and I am always able to get a quick answer to any questions that I have and my questions have always been answered quickly and in a way that makes it easy to figure out what to do! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Fusion by Ensora Health?

I would like to see group billing. I provide services to a school and it would be nice to put all the invoices under one payer/header to make it a little easier but I may just not have found the way to do this as of yet. I am able to bill by student, which the school likes so it has worked out overall. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Fusion by Ensora Health solving and how is that benefiting you?

I needed a solution that had everything in one place. I wanted to be able to have my schedule, keep my notes and evaluations, bill private pay and bill insurance but in an organized and easy way and this was the only option that I found that met all my needs. The biggest selling point was the ability to collect data and see graphs showing me when the goal was worked on and be able to see the progression over time. When writing progress reports this is vital information and it is both easy to enter and easy to see when report time comes around. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about ECP?

ECP is very user friendly for both staff, administrators, and HR. Our implementation process had it's troubles but I recieved awesome support. Our implementation Specialist, Nick Munden gave quick responses, had amazing attetion to detail, and really went above and beyond in several ways. We use ECP daily for all of our EMAR needs. ECP has tons of features that really allow you to customize it to fit your communites needs. When we switched to ECP getting everyone familiar to a new system took some training but overall the integration process was not too labor intensive. Our staff were able to catch on quickly to this. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ECP?

ECP could improve the bowel monitoring process. There is not really anything in place currently to be able to quickly see who has not had a BM in x amount of days. This would be a huge benfit to our staff and residents. Additionally a "911 quick print" button would be very helpful for emergency situations. “Empowers Remote Work with Ease”
What do you like best about Phreesia?

I appreciate that I can work remotely and still perform my job effectively. I also really value the Security Logs feature, which allows me to access clear records and address any disagreements before they escalate. It's hard to argue with solid data!

Users who may have complained about more changes were fast learners, and are now more productive daily users. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Phreesia?

I'm not entirely sure... Whenever our team has had a concern or question, Phressia Support or our account manager has always resolved the issue or offered solutions we hadn't considered. Some of the workflows were a bit tricky to set up at first, but I believe most systems come with their own learning curves. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Phreesia solving and how is that benefiting you?

Streamlining the data entry process before engaging with scheduled outpatients has made a significant difference. In the ED, our team is now able to accomplish more with fewer resources, and the data we collect is more accurate. Our teams are only required to manually enter three data elements: primary provider, insurance, and pharmacy. This change has empowered the front line to achieve much more, even with reduced staffing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
