The website design is a little challenging to get used to at first. Also there was an issue with the verification code creating a circle when people went via their phone's email provider into the site as when they went to the email they lost the website and couldn't then input the code. It replaced my website builder, my booking integrations, and my email automation provider, so everything is now in one system. It lets me set up email automations linked to my classes, so when a new person joins they receive an email explaining how to join, and they also get prompts to book in. The price is actually cheaper than my last two booking systems, and it outperforms all of them. Overall, it has made my life so much easier, with no unnecessary admin. As a first-time gym owner, Wodify and the team behind it, has helped me manage my gym effectively and efficiently. I am still learning about all of the different services that Wodify offers and every time I learn of what they offer, I am more than pleasantly surprised at how much that helps make my job easier so I can focus more on my members' satisfaction. We are transitioning into gym management and LegitFit has been a very straightforward and simple way for both us as business owners, and our members/end users, to onboard and adjust to LegitFit. The main problem LegitFit has helped us solve is minimising the risk that comes with transitioning to a new way of operating/a new platform. In particular - we didn't immediately have the ability to migrate our members and leads information. There are honestly a few issues for me. The family system is the worst I’ve seen in any application, and the only reason I stay is because of the credit system. If someone came out with something that had a solid family system and also a good credit-usage setup, I’d leave. Right now I’m paying $377 for this. Yes, there are some integrations I utilize on the back end, but in my situation the front end—where I’m dealing with customers—is the most important part. The main thing is that, in the world of football, seasons can interrupt our private training, but they don’t completely kill the momentum. Because of that, having a solid credit-usage system with a clear expiration date allows parents and kids to stay in the ecosystem without needing a “full commitment.” On its own, that’s a business model that works very well. Another important piece is keeping track of paying out coaches. That side works well too, especially since it provides a clear payment amount that I can include in my reports. The actual sign up forms are sometimes clunky and it can make signing up new customers more difficult than it should be. I would prefer this process to be smoother and more straight forward. For example, sometimes when a new customer tries to create an account, an error message pops up and says 'account cannot be found', so they have to request a reset password email and create an account that way. TeamUp allows me to get all of the waiver and PAR-Q forms filled out by customers before they arrive. I can also gather important information from them such as their training history, which I can then pass onto coaches. WellnessLiving helps me stay in touch with my clients through easy to use newsletter and email templates and helpful automations. The app is user friendly and I love being able to add studio announcements. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I only have a couple of small niggles, mainly around some limitations on the appointments side of things. That said, GymFlow are constantly evolving and updating their software, so I’m confident a better solution is on the horizon. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Some of the automation setup can be a little time-consuming and requires manual work. However, the Omnify team is very supportive and takes care of much of the setup for us. Omnify is helping us solve the challenge of managing multiple locations, programs, schedules, registrations, payments, and subscriptions in one centralized system. As our business grows, handling all of these processes manually becomes very time-consuming. It would be nice if Acuity allowed you to diversify the different ways in which clients can book you for services so that you could list different services you offer. I think the design of the website could be a bit more appealing or intriguing for users since its basic. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It streamlines the way that clients can schedule appointments, so that they can look at the provider's calendar and schedule sessions on their own. It allows customers and clients to have the provider's link to their calendar so that they can pick the slot they'd like to book for on their own which saves everyone time and energy. Having the option of hiding people from the schedule is appreciated - my more tech savvy members view the timetable themselves to check when they are booked if they ever have any issues, whereas with most I just instruct / organise their timings and enter the details myself. They could streamline the experience a little bit better for the user. A lot of the classes look similar when scrolling through and maybe they could separate them to look a little bit different each. the schedules can all look the same as opposed to making them look a little different so that you know that you're scheduling a summer session versus spring session Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I use Sawyer to let customers register for my music classes, so I spend a lot less time registering customers myself. Refunds are very easy, and it integrates really well with my website with a widget that gives customers a seamless experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I think their lead management capabilities are still fairly new, and not necessarily covering the full scope of what I would want or need in the CRM and sales management software, but have already seen so much added to their product in the two years I’ve been a customer so am excited to see them keep evolving it! Way to much set-up for the price point. You can get an easier set up with better features at a much cheaper price point. The worst part is their sales tactics though. Push Press GROW has been a net negative for my business.

The default workflows are poorly designed and have caused me repeated headaches and damaged my brand. I have lost sales because I trusted their default workflows. You can't trust their "out of the box" workflows.

Since the default workflows aren't very good you are better off making your own workflows from scratch and saving yourself some money.

The email marketing widget is weak. They don't even use it themselves for their email marketing. For example you can't embed more than one link into an email using the email marketing widget in GROW.

Lastly, while it's getting better CORE & GROW are not integrated particularly well.

In CORE my gross revenue figure shouldn't include sales tax collected. If you're in a jurisdiction that includes a sales tax their financial reports aren't as helpful since you need to go digging to find the "real" numbers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

One area where I think Vagaro could improve is language support. The marketing campaigns are only available in English, and I would love to see the ability to create them in Spanish as well.
