Before Mindbody, managing a membership-based practice meant juggling separate tools for memberships, scheduling, billing, and our additional services. Mindbody solves that by bringing everything into one platform. Our memberships, appointments, and service offerings are all connected, so our team spends less time on administrative work and more time with patients. Patients benefit too, because booking and managing their membership is simple and consistent no matter which of our services they use. Overall, Vibefam has worked well for our gym. I do have a couple of feature suggestions: it would be helpful to let customers buy multiple packages or items in one payment, and to let staff record in-person merchandise sales without asking members to purchase through the platform. We are transitioning into gym management and LegitFit has been a very straightforward and simple way for both us as business owners, and our members/end users, to onboard and adjust to LegitFit. The main problem LegitFit has helped us solve is minimising the risk that comes with transitioning to a new way of operating/a new platform. In particular - we didn't immediately have the ability to migrate our members and leads information. The website design is a little challenging to get used to at first. Also there was an issue with the verification code creating a circle when people went via their phone's email provider into the site as when they went to the email they lost the website and couldn't then input the code. It replaced my website builder, my booking integrations, and my email automation provider, so everything is now in one system. It lets me set up email automations linked to my classes, so when a new person joins they receive an email explaining how to join, and they also get prompts to book in. The price is actually cheaper than my last two booking systems, and it outperforms all of them. Overall, it has made my life so much easier, with no unnecessary admin. As a first-time gym owner, Wodify and the team behind it, has helped me manage my gym effectively and efficiently. I am still learning about all of the different services that Wodify offers and every time I learn of what they offer, I am more than pleasantly surprised at how much that helps make my job easier so I can focus more on my members' satisfaction. WellnessLiving helps me stay in touch with my clients through easy to use newsletter and email templates and helpful automations. The app is user friendly and I love being able to add studio announcements. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The actual sign up forms are sometimes clunky and it can make signing up new customers more difficult than it should be. I would prefer this process to be smoother and more straight forward. For example, sometimes when a new customer tries to create an account, an error message pops up and says 'account cannot be found', so they have to request a reset password email and create an account that way. TeamUp allows me to get all of the waiver and PAR-Q forms filled out by customers before they arrive. I can also gather important information from them such as their training history, which I can then pass onto coaches. Some of the automation setup can be a little time-consuming and requires manual work. However, the Omnify team is very supportive and takes care of much of the setup for us. Omnify is helping us solve the challenge of managing multiple locations, programs, schedules, registrations, payments, and subscriptions in one centralized system. As our business grows, handling all of these processes manually becomes very time-consuming. When I signed up it stated "cancel anytime" - the reality is you can cancel any time but they'll only refund you within th first 14 days.

Having the option of hiding people from the schedule is appreciated - my more tech savvy members view the timetable themselves to check when they are booked if they ever have any issues, whereas with most I just instruct / organise their timings and enter the details myself. Way to much set-up for the price point. You can get an easier set up with better features at a much cheaper price point. The worst part is their sales tactics though. They could streamline the experience a little bit better for the user. A lot of the classes look similar when scrolling through and maybe they could separate them to look a little bit different each. the schedules can all look the same as opposed to making them look a little different so that you know that you're scheduling a summer session versus spring session Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I use Sawyer to let customers register for my music classes, so I spend a lot less time registering customers myself. Refunds are very easy, and it integrates really well with my website with a widget that gives customers a seamless experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I think their lead management capabilities are still fairly new, and not necessarily covering the full scope of what I would want or need in the CRM and sales management software, but have already seen so much added to their product in the two years I’ve been a customer so am excited to see them keep evolving it! First of all, they do not deliver on most the things they sell to you in their sales pitch. On top of that, their customer service is terrible. Every time we raise issues with them, they say that they will look into it and then the issues is never fixed. For example, right from the beginning, some of our customers were not receiving their monthly statements. They were never able to fix that. We have also had customers delete their credit card payments or sign up for an account and not add a credit card. Then they book courts or lessons and charge them to their account and skip out on paying for them. There are many more examples of how this software has failed us, but the latest example is that some of our programs disappear after we create them and the only way we find out is when we go back to check on registration numbers. They will lock you into paying for 3 or 5 years and once they do, they provide no service and increase your prices. I would never recommend this software to anyone. They rarely solve any of our problems. Quite often they reply back to us saying that they have resolved a problem only for us to find out that it is not resolved. We still have unresolved issues dating back three years. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I use Zen Planner for student management, attendance tracking, follow-up engagement, and payment processing, which helps organize member attendance, manage late bills, and overall business organization. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I do wish some features were already included in the software pricing, like Forms. The industry Vagaro caters to needs forms, so having to pay separately for everything is starting to feel a bit daunting. The website feature is giving early Wix days with very basic customization. Having a way to sell retail, but not having a way to integrate my shipping software is a headache. Keeping with the products, not being able to have pages for online sales makes it look cluttered.
