Also, reporting, & Ability to email and text individual classes. I can't compare to competitors as we have been with Jackrabbit for a very long time. No intention to switch! **What do you dislike about Jackrabbit Dance?** There isn't a way to combine our rec class tuition from our company class tuition, given they have different pricing and discount structures. My coordinator has to manually put in the monthly amounts for our company members as a combined number. It's not that difficult. **Recommendations to others considering Jackrabbit Dance:** We have had it for many years, but we set it up incorrectly as we weren't even sure what we needed at the time. We can work with our setup so it's not really an issue. Just make sure to be thorough in your set up and it will be an amazing product to use! **What problems is Jackrabbit Dance solving and how is that benefiting you?** JR has makes registration easy, solves taking payments, makes customer communication easy, and has robust financial reporting. As the off-site owner, I can get as much or as little detail as possible whenever I want or need it. ### 3. It makes the payment process and review simple and our studio has been using it for years. **What do you dislike about Jackrabbit Dance?** It is sometimes very specific how to do a task from the admin side. It takes training to do it, so it is not intuitive for all the needed functions. It makes everything needed to run your lessons a breeze! Whether it is scheduling classes or billing people for lessons, its all there and very convenient. The website is fast, fun, and easy to use. Very simple so anyone can pick it up very quickly therefore, easier to hire someone and train them. In the long run it helps save time and money for your company. Also, you can have people change classes on a specific day which helps save time by not remembering to have to do it later. **What do you dislike about Jackrabbit Dance?** It is very basic looking and needs some upgrading as far as web design goes. This does not impede on the benefits and qualities the site has to offer. A newer, sleeker web design might suit the site a little better. Jackrabbit benefited us because it helps make all our lessons very organized and helps us bill everyone the same time each month so we know everything is set. Rescheduling classes has never been easier and its takes a lot less time to stay organized. ### 6. It only comes with one registration form, which is nearly impossible to work with when managing hundreds of kids. We really needed something on a much larger, more customizable scale. **Recommendations to others considering Jackrabbit Dance:** If you are smaller, it’s a great system. If you are a larger school with multiple classes and programs, think twice and really give it a good trial before saying yes. **What problems is Jackrabbit Dance solving and how is that benefiting you?** It acted as a CRM for us. We used to manage our students on an old legacy system. So jackrabbit is definitely a step up. ### 7. I have not struggled with this system. **What do you dislike about Jackrabbit Dance?** The invoices that they automatically send out to people are super confusing and we get complaints from our customers all the time. **What problems is Jackrabbit Dance solving and how is that benefiting you?** Better billing and invoicing. Parent portal is awesome and there is better communication with billing. Also, ATTENDANCE ROLLS ARE AWESOME! It automatically puts all the registered students where they are supposed to be. ### 11.
