I find it challenging to resend Edsby invitations because the current options are limited to 'NEVER' or selecting a specific date. Absorb is solving Problems before there are problems. Since we implemented Absorb, it became really easy for us to just upload courses and provide them to our learners. With our old system we had before Absorb, there were constant problems with datatypes of the courses, courses in different languages, the individual visibility of courses by teams, or learners and many more. Of course, it’s not perfect—the free version only supports a limited number of students, so for larger classes you need the professional license. Also, the wide range of functions can feel overwhelming at first, and since it relies on students having devices and internet access, it may be challenging for under-resourced classrooms. HiTeach has solved the problem of classroom interaction and real-time assessment. In the past, it was hard to quickly check whether all students understood the lesson, but now with HiTeach’s instant feedback, I can see their responses right away and adjust my teaching on the spot. The biggest benefit for me is that it saves a lot of time in preparation and evaluation, while also making the class more dynamic and motivating for students. There’s very little that I dislike about Canvas. At first, I was concerned about not being able to save templated comments for students, which would have been especially helpful when handling group projects. i think this is nothing to do with the app, but i see that when a teacher post something they say its only me who can comment and when i see every parent can actually comment on some photos. i think this is something that the teacher needs to setup before posting, I'm not sure, other than that i have not encounter any other issue or dislike. The app its showing me everything that my child do in school, her progress, the photos, the videos, the observations , message i mean i have now a clear view and knowledge of what its going in on inside the school without me being there, so this is a peace of mind for me and my wife. I think that, as with many things, it can be very frustrating for teachers to see some of the tiered components cost extra. While it's completely understandable that the company needs to make money to continue to improve, as educators, it's generally outside the teacher's control for what funds are spent and where based on school/district budgets, which then can either lead them to personally paying fees for subscriptions, or in some cases, being restricted from using them where they are not allowed to pay for items personally (as in my previous district). Occasionally it might be difficult to get support right away at certain times of the day, particularly around August but I figured that is normal given how many of the schools typically start around that time. ClassLink helps take our current school roster information from our SIS and sends out that data to our various educational software vendors for student use. While Classter can do a LOT! It can be tricky and time consuming to get it designed and functioning the way we need it to. We've needed the Classter support team to 'fix' more than one item that should work upon turning on that doesn't. Of course, students being students, have found some ways to circumvent Dyknow. Ultimately though, I've decided if they are that dedicated to ignoring me, I'll just leave them to it. Using Dyknow to direct (and redirect) students has oddly increased their motivation. When students know that I have the ability to see what tabs they actively have open during class, they tend to stick with the class content better. While the platform is comprehensive, the reporting functionality could be more advanced. We sometimes find it challenging to extract specific data or metrics on learner performance without manual workarounds. DrivEd LMS has streamlined our sales training process, ensuring our managers receive consistent, high-quality training across the board. Customer Support is based out of the South America so getting someone that truly understands the problem or speaks clear English is at times a hinderance to getting quick resolutions.

Also, for large deployments like mine, some basic features were left off years ago as they enchanced the product and never brought back. Like setting a pagination display for number of viewable records. I must change this 25 times a day. Honestly, there is nothing major to dislike about Google Classroom. It works well and covers almost everything needed for online learning. However, a few areas could still improve—like adding more customization options, better notification controls, and slightly enhanced file management. There are a few basic limitations with the software that would make building content, personalizing content and assigning content faster and more effective. I wish these were prioritized over some of the AI improvements being made - seems like the cart before the horse in a sense.

Faculty sometimes encounter interface components that still follow older design patterns. Although D2L continues to modernize the platform, the mix of older and newer experiences can create inconsistent navigation and add time to training. While the platform offers strong customizability, several advanced features still require administrator involvement rather than being self-service for instructors. Continued modernization, phasing out legacy interfaces, and expanding instructor-facing configuration options would make the platform even more efficient and intuitive for our campus community.
