What do you like best about vibefam?

I like it because the booking system is really a step up from managing everything on an excel sheet. It allows me to implement a proper credit system which can get messy when students take classes across different days Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about vibefam?

theres alot of solution that I want that are in the higher tier. I believe that some of them are basic functions at that point of time and it can be managed by limited usage instead of a hard cap. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about vibefam?

I use the platform every day, it's a great all around tool which has saved me so much time and manual labour by automating class scheduling, payments, membership management and email marketing.

The support team are also fantastic, always on hand to help no-matter what time of day and very kindly walk you through the solution. Setup we easy and they have a through training section on the website for ease of use.

It integrates with both Stripe & ClassPass which has allowed me to take payments via credit card & PayNow which members love, and i get a steady stream of new clients discovering the class through ClassPass. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about vibefam?

What do you like best about vibefam?

Vibefam helps us manage group class bookings and recurring memberships in a clear and organised way. The booking flow is straightforward for members, and it’s easy for our team to track attendance and class capacity.

ClassPass integration runs smoothly and reduces manual coordination, which saves time day to day. Overall, the system supports our operations well and keeps things structured as the gym grows.

What do you like best about vibefam?

Vibefam makes it easy to manage class schedules and bookings without unnecessary complexity. Members can book smoothly, class capacity is clearly shown, and managing packages feels far more organised. Overall, it cuts down on manual admin on a day-to-day basis and helps our team spend more time on teaching and improving the studio experience. What we appreciate most is the local support—the team is responsive most of the time and understands how studios like ours operate. What do you dislike about vibefam?

There are no major issues overall, although I think new features could be rolled out with clearer explanations and, ideally, after gathering feedback as well. For example, the new appointment system that will soon replace class bookings required our team and instructors to redo package linking and re-familiarise ourselves with a new setup, including additional features we didn’t necessarily need. Pros

I appreciate the support provided, as concerns are addressed promptly, which is especially important for small businesses. Working in the same timezone allows us to collaborate more efficiently. Our customers have also noted that the new interface is vastly improved compared to the previous platform we used. Its simplicity and straightforwardness are definitely a strength. To be honest, most of my questions have already been addressed. Overall, the experience has been very positive. If I were to provide a minor suggestion, I would hope the app allows us to download and edit report data directly on the phone, as currently this can only be done on the website but its not a deal breaker, its just that i need to swthc to chrome. What do you like best about vibefam?

Efficient customer support, simple interface that is easy to use for both consumers and owner. I like the course function where they can book for an entire course of 6 lessons directly, without having to go through the hassle of buy credits individually. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Will be good if the courses allows students to use their existing credits to book.
