With vibefam I don’t have to worry about that because they have been very responsive and supportive. For example, the team was very receptive and helpful with our request for a feature for our studio. We are confident that their commitment to continuously improving the product is a sign that we are working with a partner who really cares about your success. The reporting features provide us with useful insights as well to evaluate our business, such as the 3rd app integration, member activity, inbound class bookings, etc. **What do you dislike about vibefam?** At one point of time, my members had encountered some technical issues to book a class due to the renewal package setup. However, as I’ve mentioned before, when issues like these appear, the team quickly took care of it and reassured us. They are very nice and patient. **What problems is vibefam solving and how is that benefiting you?** We previously dealt with a lot of member enquiries and bookings manually via WhatsApp which involved a lot of admin effort and was difficult to keep track of information. vibefam has helped us to centralize these processes, improved operational efficiency and provided better visibility into our business through reporting and analytics. I believe that some of them are basic functions at that point of time and it can be managed by limited usage instead of a hard cap. **What problems is vibefam solving and how is that benefiting you?** Ease of use. Easy to use from both admin and user perspective. there are no unnecessary automated functions that make editing frustrating≥ Ease of implementation the implementation part was made easy as the team was there to support even after the product went live. The support team are also fantastic, always on hand to help no-matter what time of day and very kindly walk you through the solution. Setup we easy and they have a through training section on the website for ease of use. It integrates with both Stripe & ClassPass which has allowed me to take payments via credit card & PayNow which members love, and i get a steady stream of new clients discovering the class through ClassPass. **What do you dislike about vibefam?** It's not global yet so people using it from other countries are not able to set up accounts with foreign numbers. **What problems is vibefam solving and how is that benefiting you?** Managing a studio involves a lot of administration which is difficult, especially when you are a sole trader and also the teacher. I like the course function where they can book for an entire course of 6 lessons directly, without having to go through the hassle of buy credits individually. **What do you dislike about vibefam?** Will be good if the courses allows students to use their existing credits to book.
