I’ve been able to get by mostly with the Free Account, but recently I had to upgrade so I could have more forms available. Jotform is an all-in-one platform that integrates easily with my payment processing, banking, and customer management platforms. Before using Jotform, I had to create Google Forms, wait for customers to send payments manually, and then update accounts by hand in a spreadsheet. We could get more notification when they were doing updates to their system. This was frustrating during the build. The size limitation on handouts is small for some of the presentations, and the system wasn't designed to accommodate downloads. I think that should be a customizable feature. My one frustration with Whova was the notification dots. There were red indicators constantly appearing throughout the app, and as someone who likes to have everything cleared and accounted for, it was hard to ignore them. Previously, it was difficult to keep participants engaged and to measure learning outcomes in online training sessions. Webex Events & Webinars solves this by providing interactive tools such as polls, Q&A, chat, breakout sessions, and detailed attendance reports. Eventee solves some of the typical headaches of running a conference program.

It makes the agenda easy to navigate, improves how attendees interact with speakers through Q&A, and gives immediate feedback after each session.

Also, having everything in the app means we don’t need to print the agenda. That alone saves a lot of time coordinating with designers, printing, and logistics, which is something you don’t really think about until you’ve had to deal with it.

Our Bizzabo doesn't link with our version of Salesforce so we have to manually add the registrations to keep records of this. It's also a bit difficult to navigate, I feel like there are a lot of unnecessary pages and it takes ages to find something relevant (like finding the template for the outgoing emails to edit). Our org. can manage complex events through one platform. With Cvent, we can provide up-to-date changing info on events. The main problem Purplepass solves for us is being able to see ticket sales in real time, instead of having to wait for someone else to provide that information. We can also get the ticket page up much faster on our end, rather than working with an in-house ticket team and having to wait because we’re not always their main priority. Gther offers a one-stop solution in-territory for all of our event needs. The system is flexible, so it can suit many different types of events.
