I wanted to be able to build a workflow that involved a step from within the Approval Inbox. I wish Jotform had that feature. I also wish that the email edit is more robust. And, Jotform is more expensive than most tools and it only allows 100 submissions/month for the free plans. Other tools allow up to 500 submissions. But I guess the AI assistant makes up for that. I think the event website builder needs improvement. It forces you to capitalize the first letter of every word in the title with no way to override it. It sounds like a small thing, but it has come up in internal feedback more than once. For a platform at this price, basic formatting restrictions like that should not exist. Live music is an important thing in life for me personally. Getting as close to the front row, if not the front row, is where I want to be. Eventbrite lets me know about the shows I am interested in in enough time to take action to hopefully get the best seats in the house. Compatibility including livestream problems and livestream issues arose during the event while using the launch studio feature. That may have resulted to the interface freezing and needed a restart or not enough refreshes to the page. As an organization, it solves manual coordination, poor attendee engagement, lack of real-time communication, weak analytics and disconnected event technology. It was a source of centralized communication. Have been thinking for a while, did not come up with anything. Maybe the search for the specific events can be uneasy sometimes because of the exact match search Eventee uses. The combination of everything we need to provide to an anttendee makes Eventee a perfect tool for us. No need for e-mail communication when you have the Eventee wall and user notifications. Eventify is simply too much platform for our smaller, weekly events like Bible studies or potlucks. The pricing model is per-event, and even our smallest event costs several hundred dollars. For a church budget, that adds up fast. We also found the learning curve steep for our volunteer event coordinators most are not professional event planners. Before Eventify, our conferences were chaotic paper registrations, manual check-ins, and confusing schedules. Eventify solved all of that, and our youth conference ran more smoothly than ever. But for 90% of our other events, we still use free tools like GroupMe, SignUpGenius, and a shared Google Calendar. Eventify is a specialized tool for us, not an everyday solution. I have not found many negatives to the platform from a pre-show buyers end. Coming from a school that has very specific tracking requirements, everything I need to provide is easily accessible. One thing that could be useful is something more student centered. Having a way for students to sell individually and receive credit for the purchases made. Honestly, the only real drawback is that their updates can sometimes introduce minor regression issues that end up breaking existing features. It’s not a dealbreaker, but it does mean you need to be disciplined about testing everything in a Sandbox environment before pushing any updates to Production. We were struggling to manage a high volume of repeatable events and needed automated attendee tracking along with seamless web conferencing integration for hybrid sessions. There’s honestly nothing I don’t love about ExpoPass! The only thing I’ve noticed recently (and it’s probably user error on my end. I just need to ask about it) is that the check-in screen seems a bit smaller than it used to be, which makes it a little harder to review the badge before printing.
