One area that could be improved is the dashboard analytics and reporting. We have an annual user conference with attendees from all over the United States. Webex Events is the platform we use for registration and when attendees are on-site. It's a great way to get pertinent information (and not so pertinent information) to all attendees. Branding and flexibility! Many other event platforms offer 'off-the-shelf' packages with a standard, minimal look and feel. Gther emphasises that 'you use the tools you want' and can customise registration sites, portals and apps. This betters the attendee's experience and in turn provides a better brand impression. We host multiple events, ranging from 15 attendees in a hands-on workshop to a full-on festival with over 300 attendees at times. Expo Pass allows our staff to spend their time doing other things at our conferences rather than standing behind the check in desk, passing out name tags. All of our staff used to be consumed at the registration desk. Now, we only have 1 person behind the check in desk, making sure that everything runs smoothly.

AND when we used to print name tags, we would have to manually make late attendee name tags. With Expo Pass, we just upload them to the attendee list and BOOM there they are! My only real complaint is that some features could be a bit more flexible, especially when it comes to custom design options and email formatting. There’s also some occasional lag when viewing analytics or updating attendee lists. EventCreate solves the problem of outdated, clunky reunion and event websites.
