I use OfferingTree to run my virtual yoga and meditation studio, manage memberships, bookings, and client emails in one place. The platform is intuitive and easy to use as a solo wellness professional. I can set up classes, workshops, and series quickly without technical skills, and clients find the booking process simple.

The automated emails, reminders, replay delivery, and membership access save me hours each week and let me focus on teaching instead of admin. I also appreciate that it is built specifically for yoga teachers and wellness practitioners rather than being a generic booking system. It truly supports how we actually work. I honestly have not run into any major issues with OfferingTree so far. The platform has been very reliable, user friendly, and easy to navigate for both me and my clients. The website builder is more customizable than I expected, and I have been able to create pages that feel aligned with my brand without difficulty.

As a brand-new entrepreneur who is definitely not "tech-savvy," OfferingTree has been a lifesaver. I was able to build my own website, start a blog, and host classes without any outside help. I love that the platform is comprehensive; I never have to limit my ideas because I know the tools are already there to help me accomplish them. Even though I haven't designed my first course yet, knowing the capability is there gives me the confidence to grow. The only thing currently missing for me is a way to host community-based conversations directly on the site, such as blog comments or a forum. I love Offering Tree because so far everything I need is in one place. Website, email, invoicing, reports, etc. The best part of Offering Tree is they are always putting on webinars so you can learn from strong leaders in the industry, AND they continuously put effort in to make changes when there are suggestions. I really appreciate that because it makes you feel part of the community, and not just a number to them. I also love the "working hours" they have, because if you have questions you can just hop on a Zoom call and get them answered right away, versus waiting on an emailed response (although they do email directly as well). The only 2 things I dislike about OT:

1) you cannot put more than one item "in your cart" at one time - this can lead to a loss of purchases

2) the look and "feel" of the front end when it comes to what has been purchased by a customer; when they log on and go to a purchased "course" for example, the look feels very outdated, and when you click on the titles on the left screen, the right side of the screen doesn't automatically bring you to the top of the page. If you have a user who is unfamiliar with tech, they may not realize all they need to do is scroll up. I wish there was a feature that just had it refresh to the top of the page.

I like that it has everything I need to run my business. I am able to edit and add to my website. Craft newsletters, email clients, POS, schedule classes and grow my business with with online classes, courses and make payment plans available to my clients for big ticket items, memberships ! I wish it had mass text messaging about event reminders and sales. It does have conversational text messaging. Many of the things that I didn’t like they have fixed as they keep making it better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Yeah. It's pretty easy to use. Just a little bit of effort, and you can figure out how to create the pages with drag and drop or selecting. And saving and creating the pages is pretty straightforward, so I like that about OfferingTree. It's just, I have control over it in one price. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I would like to have multiple ways to offer a lead magnet and have people sign up separately for those, yet still funnel to the email list. I would like to control sizing of images easier and not just rely on padding and dragging. Layouts seem a little cumbersome sometimes. Sometimes I save something and get an error message, which makes me lose the work I did. Font control could be better too. The help seems to be lacking at times, with older videos and not enough ways to learn the tool. Sometimes I forget where features are or they move around. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

As someone who has no technical expertise, OfferingTree has been a huge help for getting my Pilates business online. I looked at other options but none of them offered everything I needed in one package and for such a good price . Others required I buy additional schedulers , calendars and payment options which was too complicated but also much more expensive once you added it all up. I enjoy the user experience with Offering Tree as well. It’s easy for me to change my website and add recordings making it creatively very satisfying too. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

OfferingTree does not offer a buildable shopping cart for my clients. They are required to check out for each individual item at a time.

I also dislike that the 404 page is an Offering Tree URL and logo/marketing and not my URL and website branding. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Here are four things I love about OfferingTree – 

1. The scheduling software and how easy it is for my clients to book their classes and appointments. I use it for all of my scheduling needs from 1:1 consultation calls to large webinars.

2. OfferingTree acts as your full website, and not just a software you have to embed into a separate site – although that is also possible to do.

3. Their customer support and team are top notch. They listen to the users and are always working on the next helpful update. OfferingTree is so much better now than when I joined in 2021, and I liked it a lot back then.

The current downside of OfferingTree is that because it is an all-in-one, it doesn't integrate as easily with other platforms. There is some integration with Zapier (yay!) but not super robust. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
