On the automation side:

With my current plan, I only have two automations available, which is really not enough.

There aren’t many trainings on this topic yet.

On the email management tool:

I would love to see the number of people who click on the links.

I would love to embed a mini form in my emails so subscribers can respond directly within the email.

On the store side:

When you have a membership and you want it to be visible and searchable, you have to upload one video per item. Then your students have to purchase each item individually to access the videos. That’s not a very good user experience.

I use OfferingTree to run my virtual yoga and meditation studio, manage memberships, bookings, and client emails in one place. I honestly have not run into any major issues with OfferingTree so far. The platform has been very reliable, user friendly, and easy to navigate for both me and my clients. As a brand-new entrepreneur who is definitely not "tech-savvy," OfferingTree has been a lifesaver. I was able to build my own website, start a blog, and host classes without any outside help. The only thing currently missing for me is a way to host community-based conversations directly on the site, such as blog comments or a forum. I love Offering Tree because so far everything I need is in one place. Website, email, invoicing, reports, etc. The best part of Offering Tree is they are always putting on webinars so you can learn from strong leaders in the industry, AND they continuously put effort in to make changes when there are suggestions. I really appreciate that because it makes you feel part of the community, and not just a number to them. I also love the "working hours" they have, because if you have questions you can just hop on a Zoom call and get them answered right away, versus waiting on an emailed response (although they do email directly as well). The only 2 things I dislike about OT:

1) you cannot put more than one item "in your cart" at one time - this can lead to a loss of purchases

2) the look and "feel" of the front end when it comes to what has been purchased by a customer; when they log on and go to a purchased "course" for example, the look feels very outdated, and when you click on the titles on the left screen, the right side of the screen doesn't automatically bring you to the top of the page. If you have a user who is unfamiliar with tech, they may not realize all they need to do is scroll up. I wish there was a feature that just had it refresh to the top of the page.

I like that it has everything I need to run my business. I am able to edit and add to my website. Craft newsletters, email clients, POS, schedule classes and grow my business with with online classes, courses and make payment plans available to my clients for big ticket items, memberships ! I find OfferingTree incredibly easy to use. The support and team are unbelievably awesome, and it does everything I need. I love the web builder and the membership infrastructure, as they allow us to consolidate and focus our team, having all content and operations in one spot. Yeah. It's pretty easy to use. Just a little bit of effort, and you can figure out how to create the pages with drag and drop or selecting. And saving and creating the pages is pretty straightforward, so I like that about OfferingTree. It's just, I have control over it in one price. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I would like to have multiple ways to offer a lead magnet and have people sign up separately for those, yet still funnel to the email list. I would like to control sizing of images easier and not just rely on padding and dragging. Layouts seem a little cumbersome sometimes. Sometimes I save something and get an error message, which makes me lose the work I did. Font control could be better too. The help seems to be lacking at times, with older videos and not enough ways to learn the tool. Sometimes I forget where features are or they move around. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

As someone who has no technical expertise, OfferingTree has been a huge help for getting my Pilates business online. I looked at other options but none of them offered everything I needed in one package and for such a good price . Others required I buy additional schedulers , calendars and payment options which was too complicated but also much more expensive once you added it all up.
