The investment of time and energy in to the onboarding process. Being partnered with a knowledgeable advisor in the fitness industry was extremely helpful and felt highly personalised and valuable. The support from the knowledgeable advisors and the amount of time they are willing to dedicate to your setup and onboarding is so helpful. We are transitioning into gym management and LegitFit has been a very straightforward and simple way for both us as business owners, and our members/end users, to onboard and adjust to LegitFit. The main problem LegitFit has helped us solve is minimising the risk that comes with transitioning to a new way of operating/a new platform. In particular - we didn't immediately have the ability to migrate our members and leads information. The system is super easy to navigate and use from the back end. My contact Bella has been so helpful in getting my business started and the system runs smoothly. I also love the weekly stripe payments and fact it is simple for my customers to use and for me to manage the business on. Its been great in our first weeks to market founder memberships through the coupon functions and easy to track my income from the reports page. I can see what time people enter the gym on the check in section as well which is really helpful with our business being a 24/7 gym. I wanted the safety aspect of not selling memberships online and this was easy to achieve as I have been able to put all my memberships aside from day passes to be seen by only me so I can send out links for purchase. Finally the fact the system isnt run on a direct debit is amazing as we wont have people cancelling direct debits as a form of leaving and we are able to inforce our 1 months notice on our terms and consitions Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about LegitFit? The only thing I dont like about the system is that I would like a means of seperating the clients into which packages or memberships they are under on the clients section of the site, rather than going into the membership/package sections. It would just make it easier for me to see at a glance. Ie if someone buys a day pass its not as instrumental to my business as the memberships so I ideally would like to be able to filter them out to see quickly how many members I currently have. I had a problem with the membership start dates for packages needing to be changed as we began selling memberships before our official opening date. I chose LegitFit after much research and found the interface from a client perspective to be super friendly and very easy to use. Since launching the app in my studio, my clients have commented on how amazing and easy the booking platform is to use, and for me, I now have so much more time. Bella, my onboarding agent, was actually pretty amazing. I'm so lucky I had her to guide me through the process since IT wouldn't be my skill set. The business support pages were pretty good, and once I got my head around the way the platform worked, it was really simple and really easy to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about LegitFit? OK so Word Wrap would be a big thing. When you send a broadcast message via email, there is no word wrap function, so it looks seriously unprofessional if you are on the receiving end. I would also love it if I could send messages to a group of selected clients. I would also love it if I could create priority booking according to client names and not according to packages. One other issue that might be worth mentioning is that despite being notified in April that my account was set up for the UK and I am in Ireland, tomorrow is August and this has still not been changed.... We use LegitFit to manage our gym members accounts, inc access to the gym, reporting, payments, communications and soon our fitness classes. The user interface is super and so user friendly! We can always ask for help or use the knowledge base for answers, however the majority of the time we can just figure it out ourselves as it’s very clear! We like that the reporting is much easier and clearer, which makes managing things simpler. Reports that we struggled to complete in our last system can be generated at a click of a button now. Members have better control to access the gym with the QR code feature, which is simpler for customers in all weather. The reporting features are great as they let us see who owes money and who has paid clearly, and we can export our member lists. We can also update members so much easier now, such as freeze memberships, switch them easily between packages or upsell to new packages. We booked the demo very quickly and were impressed they were able to meet with us so quickly as time was of the essence for us! The demo at the start was great and it was obvious that they had researched our business before hand which we very much appreciated! All questions were answered easily and we felt reassured that moving to LegitFit was the right choice and best fit for us. The initial setup was really easy, and Bella has been such a great help, making the process seamless. Even when issues arose which were outside of LegitFit , she reassured us it was all in hand and kept us up to date. Bella has been professional and reassuring during the whole process and we felt so much better that we had her on hand to keep things running smoothly and answer any questions we may have-thank you Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about LegitFit? Very little to be honest! We have been impressed by everything so far! Maybe the only thing we noticed is whenever you open a client account within the reporting section, if it just opened it in a smaller window instead of taking you out of the report, that would be handy. As at the moment we sometimes have two legitfit windows open at the same time- but this is something very minimal and only needed the odd time when trying to figure out particular members invoice queries Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What problems is LegitFit solving and how is that benefiting you? We use LegitFit to manage clients, and provide better gym access. It's easier for clients with QR codes and helps me find out who owes money and who's paid much quicker and simpler than our previous system. It also lets me export and manage reports more efficiently and have a clearer picture of the business operations eg monthly revenue, failed payments. We also are much happier now that members have to sign their ts and cs and have a better understanding of our in house rules and terms of their contract handy to them. We have now introduced a par q thanks to the app which again is so important to us as a gym. Another big benefit is prior I would have had to meet potential members at the gym in order to sign up, now they can do it themselves via the app- this is hugely beneficial, not just in regards to my time but also for members who want to get started asap or struggle to find a time to meet at the gym first to get added to the system. Eventually we will like to add day passes too, which wasn’t an option to us before with our old system. The benefits have been huge already and we are only in our initial stages with it. What do you dislike about LegitFit? None that come to mind. The only downside is that I didn't get started sooner but that was my own fault. I’ve been using LegitFit in my gym and it has been a game-changer for the way I manage things and also my members experience. One of the standout aspects, which I thought was going to be more of a gimmick, are the AI features. I was sceptical of it to begin with, but found that it really sped up how I programmed and even helped me put my PARQ together in seconds. Would definitely recommend this to people! Other areas it helped, especially compared to my last provider, which I became increasingly frustrated with, was helping to streamline the scheduling, provide useful insights on revenue, importantly I can ID at-risk members, and the communication tools were brilliant. They alone allowed me to reduce my costs of using a separate marketing software and allowed me to move away from WhatsApp. So now my phone isn't going off at all hours. My members find it just as simple to use, whether they’re booking classes, cancelling, checking remaining credits, and even messaging me with questions. The onboarding process was also seamless. The thought of migrating my existing member base and payment data from a different system was a big worry and a reason why I put it off for so long. To be fair to Bella and Joe in the onboarding team, it was so much more straightforward than I was expecting and gave clear directions at every step - another thing I haven't gotten in the past! My account was ready to go within days too. Even setting up a demo was very quick and easy, so thanks to those who rang me minutes after filing out the form 😅 The support has been excellent too. Anytime I’ve had a question, I got a response quickly from Mo and Bais, instead of having to wait 24-48 hrs. It never feels like you’re left figuring things out on your own, which makes a massive difference when running a busy business. I also really appreciated the advice I received around pricing structures and building out my business model. It wasn’t just about the software. Shane, my account manager, took the time to understand my business and offer insights that have genuinely helped improve how I operate and generate revenue. Thanks again! And also thanks to Lee who helped with questions when Shane was off. Overall, LegitFit delivers on all fronts and I highly recommend it and encourage anyone to reach out to me with questions.
