What do you like best about LegitFit?

I’ve been using LegitFit for a few months, and it’s been such a great experience. The system is super straightforward and user friendly, but the support team really steals the show.

Always quick, detailed, and happy to help (even with my endless questions!).

They guided me through everything, from setup to Stripe integration (which they do for you), and made the whole process seamless.

What do you dislike about LegitFit?

What do you like best about LegitFit?

From an owner perspective it is easy to use, scheduling, assigning packages , changing session details, basically everything is very easy to access when you need it and not hidden under a million menus'.

Milestone features are great and an easy way to celebrate client milestones without having to dig through reports. instant messaging service is great to check in with clients.

As with any booking platform we use it daily and having something that is simple to use and is not a headache saves time and headspace!

From a clients perspective, it is also very easy to use. Booking or canceling is seamless , buying memberships / packages is easy in app.

What do you dislike about LegitFit?

All tech gets a bug now and again so, rarely after an update you might find a small bug but it is instantly fixed when you contact support.

What do you like best about LegitFit?

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I’ve been using LegitFit for a while now and it’s honestly made managing bookings so much easier. The app is really straightforward — I can book classes in just a couple of clicks and I always get instant confirmation. No more back-and-forth messages or worrying about double bookings.

I also like that it keeps everything in one place — payments, schedules, and reminders. Super handy if you’ve got a busy week and don’t want to miss a session.

Only small thing I’d love to see is even more customization in notifications, but that’s just me being picky. Overall, LegitFit is reliable, easy to use, and has definitely improved the way I manage my bookings. Highly recommend it to anyone running or joining fitness classes. What we like best about LegitFit is how easy and intuitive the software is to use — both for our team and for our members. It’s incredibly well-designed, and new features are added regularly, which makes it even more useful and efficient over time.

From the first moment I made contact with LegitFit, I was impressed with their customer service. The team were thorough, professional, personable, and they made me feel like they were always happy to help. I mainly worked with Lee Drayton whilst setting up the app, and I must say, his customer service skills are exceptional. What do you like best about LegitFit?

It makes running my business so much easier. I can book clients in, create packages and keep my calendar organised.... all in one place. It saves me time, removes the hassle and my clients love how easy it is to use. Alex in particular has been fantastic..... patient, supportive and always willing to help. Super easy to set up, affordable price and loads of features included on every tier. Staff are all wonderful, super flexible around you and your commitments and happy to answer any questions. The system has everything you could think of, super user friendly and also easy from a client perspective too with Apple Pay, vouchers, package options and push notifications! What do you dislike about LegitFit?

There are a few bugs when generating financial reports, particularly when using filters—some important data is missing or not displayed clearly. Additionally, some advanced features are only accessible through the Premium plan, which wasn’t clearly communicated during the initial sales presentation. The platform has great potential, and I’ll continue to provide feedback to support its improvement. What do you like best about LegitFit?

We’ve only been using LegitFit for two months, but it’s already hard to imagine running things without it. The onboarding process was smooth – the LegitFit team handled all the initial setup, including client scheduling and timetabling, which made the switch totally painless.

What’s made the biggest difference for us is how hands-off everything has become. Payments are fully automated, even trial-to-member conversions just happen without any effort on our side. Admin time has dropped massively – no more constant messages to the owner about cancellations or rescheduling.

I’ve used a few of the “big name” platforms before and always found them clunky or confusing, especially for older clients. LegitFit has been the opposite – it’s genuinely user-friendly across the board. Nobody has had any issues using the app, which says a lot.
