"Streamlined Booking Boosts Business, But Pricey for Small Scale"
What do you like best about LegitFit?

I love that my customers love LegitFit, and they find it easy to navigate. Customers appreciate features like Apple Pay and having both an app and a website. The cancellation and immediate refund process is really helpful for customers and myself too. I love the detailed insights it provides, which allow me to track my business growth month by month. Adding classes, people, and discounts through the app on my phone or laptop is super easy. The initial setup was really quick and easy too, with the team setting most of it up, migrating my customers, and providing a demo, making me feel well-prepared and like an expert before I even started using it. LegitFit allows me to do things quickly, so I spend less time on admin and more time teaching, which is what I love. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about LegitFit?

I wish I could have a PARQ / Informed consent form sent straight out on the basic package, I feel like this is a must really in the sports industry. I believe its an extra £40 a month to do so which I just can't justify at the moment being a small business. The cost is quite high and it does not allow me to send the informed consents. What do you like best about LegitFit?

I really appreciate how LegitFit has allowed me to earn more money by keeping things organized and reducing my workload with features like repeating memberships. The timetable feature is super helpful since it lets me see exactly who's coming in and when, and my clients can do the same. I use membership links all the time to send to people, and the one-time use option is very good for me. I also like that if I have any issues, the support team gets back to me relatively quickly, which is always a good thing. What do you dislike about LegitFit?

There was once a button on the LegitFit timetable that allowed me to quickly jump to today. So, for example, if I've looked back a few weeks or if I've looked forward a few weeks into the future, I at one time, I used to be able to just press today, and it would just jump straight back to today, which, of course, I used all the time because I'm always looking at what's going on today. What do you like best about LegitFit?

I use LegitFit for organizing and motivating my clients at the gym. It takes care of memberships and sends auto emails, giving more attention to each individual who comes in. LegitFit saves me time and helps me organize and train my clients. I like that it's better than other software that is similar and cheaper too. I find scheduling workouts for clients, smoother payment handling, and the helpful responses when I'm unsure how to use part of the app valuable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about LegitFit?

The scheduling workouts aren’t as smooth as the likes of trueCoach app so I’m still using trueCoach alongside this app. If they made it more like trueCoach I’d pay more for LegitFit just for the convenience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about LegitFit?

I’ve been using LegitFit for a few months, and it’s been such a great experience. The system is super straightforward and user friendly, but the support team really steals the show.

Always quick, detailed, and happy to help (even with my endless questions!).

They guided me through everything, from setup to Stripe integration (which they do for you), and made the whole process seamless.

What do you like best about LegitFit?

From an owner perspective it is easy to use, scheduling, assigning packages , changing session details, basically everything is very easy to access when you need it and not hidden under a million menus'.

Milestone features are great and an easy way to celebrate client milestones without having to dig through reports. instant messaging service is great to check in with clients.

As with any booking platform we use it daily and having something that is simple to use and is not a headache saves time and headspace!

From a clients perspective, it is also very easy to use. Booking or canceling is seamless , buying memberships / packages is easy in app.

What do you dislike about LegitFit?

All tech gets a bug now and again so, rarely after an update you might find a small bug but it is instantly fixed when you contact support.

What do you like best about LegitFit?

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I’ve been using LegitFit for a while now and it’s honestly made managing bookings so much easier. The app is really straightforward — I can book classes in just a couple of clicks and I always get instant confirmation. No more back-and-forth messages or worrying about double bookings.

I also like that it keeps everything in one place — payments, schedules, and reminders. Super handy if you’ve got a busy week and don’t want to miss a session.

Only small thing I’d love to see is even more customization in notifications, but that’s just me being picky. Overall, LegitFit is reliable, easy to use, and has definitely improved the way I manage my bookings. Highly recommend it to anyone running or joining fitness classes. I really like the ease of the client experience with LegitFit. My clients find it very easy to book and cancel appointments, and I find it very easy to set them up. The onboarding process is very quick, and they guide you through the setup. Their support team is always available via email to ensure everything is working smoothly and they assist with any client issues promptly.
