
I am extremely impressed with Gymflow’s customer service. I love that I can message a representative at any time and generally receive a response within an hour, which is incredibly convenient. Their responsiveness and ability to quickly solve specific problems have significantly contributed to a fantastic user experience. I also find it great how Gymflow integrates with our accounting software, making tracking cash inflows and revenue much more straightforward. The initial setup of Gymflow was highly convenient, especially since we transitioned from an outdated system. Considering the complexity of exporting data and entering new members manually, the process went remarkably well. I appreciate how Gymflow effectively replaced our older software, which lacked modern integrations and internet connectivity, providing a more seamless and connected platform. The add-on features in Gymflow are currently lacking. I would like them to be more developed because they are crucial for our operations, particularly for creating specific membership add-ons such as 24 hour access. Although this improvement is in the pipeline, it's currently a limitation that I'm willing to wait to be addressed.
